On June 10th, 2024, police responded to a shoplifting where security had detained the suspect who allegedly pushed his luck by returning for a second round of shoplifting on the same day. You going back I saw him with the cart. I said, "Hi Lily." So I was like, "Hi." And cuz he tried to use it as a a decoy type of thing like that. So like I said, you know, once just I just want to make sure I just want to make sure you're not in a relationship with him cuz he could just go off and say like, "Oh, you know, I was by myself whatever." No, he's just my cousin. That's it. All right. You know, like I said, I don't want to make sure I don't want to get you into trouble. No. Cuz you know, like I said, we were watching him and if he says no and the female in there blah blah blah, you know, the last thing you want is give you problems, all right? >> He said my name too? Was he identified prior to tonight or did you know his identity or not? Um I don't know what name he gave you guys. I know the last one I made the report on Saturday I think it was or Friday. Thursday's report I gave him the ID that they sent me from Jersey City that he used over there. And I had gave that to the officer. What what name was that? Um This is his ID he got locked up over there that he was over there. Okay, Michael the fortune. Okay, yeah, that's what he gave us. >> Yeah, that's his name. So yeah, so I gave him everything that I had the last time that I've been making the reports. Um basically he was here this morning. I was actually um watching the guy with the red. Okay. I was like, "Please tell me that he didn't do it." So, my thing was I watched [music] him. I got the eye on him. I was watching the guy with the red. Mhm. Watching the guy with the red. So, basically I'm following the guy with the red. From the moment he walked in. What time did he come in? Walked in at 12:30 this morning too. And then the report is a blank out there. I ended up Now, the bike belongs to Michael? No, the the guy with the red. >> The red? Yeah. Okay. And like I said, I was watch- that's who I was watching first. I was watching him for a while. And then after watching him for some time, I don't think he was here for long. Yeah, that's the moment he left. I'm saying he could be up there. So, he grabbed the meat here. All right, that's it. So, it was 4:00. From 4:00 I started watching him. All right. This other guy basically came in right after like I guess like 4:47 or whatever. While I was watching him, he parked the car in aisle three, the shrimps. Okay. And then he took just the meat. And then that's when I'm trying to see him watching him on the floor. And he saw this somebody then he went back up. That's when uh Michael came in? That's when I seen that guy Michael. >> Where was he? He was in aisle three. Okay. And I recognized him because of the hat he was wearing. I was like, "This is our guy." Okay. And then well, I seen Michael And Michael was here earlier this morning too. He didn't take anything then? No, he hit us more than what he wanted out of it. It was like 7:12 this morning. Okay. Um I didn't really get Um And that was the management that he dealt with in the morning. So, we didn't have guards here this morning. But, he hit us for like And basically you know, I told the guard to grab him. Mhm. I told the manager to grab him cuz I was watching this guy. And I had to go downstairs cuz it was going on a lot. And that's when the guy with the red I passed by him. I seen that he was trying to push his stuff around. And he had like the smart water. I already knew he didn't pay for it. I was watching him. And then that's when he started going off and saying making threats all day that he was going to wait for us outside. I'm going to catch you guys. >> out everything? Yeah. And he said I was recording him when I started recording. And he was like, "I I could do whatever I want." That's what he was saying. >> So, you stopped him and then he started making all those threat- threats? No, he started dealing with the Michael guy. >> Okay. So, then that's when he got like involved and started And then I told him I told him, "You know, you You know what we told him? You shouldn't be talking to you." And he was talking to him too. So, we called him. And then but you know, we were trying to deal with the other guy first. >> Right. And that's when the cops came. We We explained to the cops, "Hey, you know he had stuff, you know. I don't know if he dropped the mustard or he dropped it cuz he saw the commotion. He wasn't going to consider anything cuz he saw the commotion. Mhm. But you know, when he dropped the mustard, he he had one of the smart waters anyway. And then I guess he dropped the other meat or whatever. And that's That's when you see He dropped the meat in the shrimp and stuff like that. Okay. And what were the items that Michael took? I know it's on the receipt, but is it He only took three He only took three packs of shirts now. Three packs of shirts? >> Yeah, that's what he had. Okay. It was like t-shirts? Yeah. He didn't take He didn't go crazy then. But earlier this morning I heard that it was for like a big amount. Yeah, would you be able to get that receipt? I'm I'm trying to see cuz I know it was the manager that was here earlier. Kayden! And like I said, you know, it's been a constant deal with this guy the last two weeks. And it's like Kayden! And the manager told him to stop recording. He was like, "I could do whatever I want." And that's when he started doing the threats. He was talking about What was he saying? "I'll catch you outside or I want to catch you." And then he pointing at guards and stuff. That he was going to beat people up when we got out of our shift or whatever. Cuz he said we were accusing him of stealing. I was like, "Basically you're stealing cuz you ate a donut, had a orange juice. And you You told me that we've been watching you, you know." Got you. From the moment you got in. You know, we know you're up to something. And you got all these meats wrapped up in all that. You know, we had like those types of meats are like $6 a piece now. Right. And then he over there, you know, he's saying he could do whatever he wanted. Going back and forth. Got you. All right. Awesome. All right. So, I'll send you that link in a little while. MC7?
