She the one. >> But now she doesn't want to talk to anyone. >> I don't know what's going >> That's what they told me. So, I don't know what's going on. I'm letting her do whatever she want. So, was she still arguing with you or wake you up or >> We was arguing, but like I said, I never told her she couldn't leave. If she want to leave, go. But 4:30 in the morning. Come on, bro. >> Yeah. >> Just so we have an idea. >> I ain't I'm not validated. I'm the man. Can you ask the cousin? >> All right. >> I mean, we'll have to bring her out here just so I can >> I don't even know that. That's why they don't want me to let me talk to her and I don't want >> they're talking to they want to talk to everyone alone. Okay. >> By voluntarily giving officers consent to enter your home, you establish that they are legally present on the property. Once inside, their observations are governed by a legal standard known as the plain view doctrine. Despite how angry you are in a domestic dispute, unless you are in grave danger, allowing the police inside your home is an incredibly foolish decision. But I mean, >> I didn't even know that. That's why I'm They don't want me to let me talk to her and I don't >> They're talking to They want to talk to everyone alone. Okay. >> I don't like >> your sister or cousin called us here. I'm not No disrespect to y'all. I never had a good interaction with him. So that's just how I'm speaking in general. >> Are you taking her? Are you guys leaving? >> That's what I'm trying to see now. Because if she wanted to leave, we could have left. I got my own car. >> Okay. Let me make sure. We can leave. >> Why Why didn't you Why did she call Why didn't she just leave? >> I didn't know that. >> Not you. I'm Why didn't she just have you for >> But I didn't know. That's what I >> Let me make sure we're done talking to her and tell them just keep dragging it up. >> Yeah. Whenever you're ready. We're all We're all done. They said whatever. They said whenever we ready. >> I'm sorry. Sorry. I'm sorry for all this. Um this this is like a argument, but they've been in a relationship for a long time. >> Yeah. They're going to deal with it right now. We're just here for the immediate problem. Like I said, once you guys are good to go, we're clear, too. >> Yeah. But it's just three kids in here and they scared. They've been crying. I don't want them traumatized. Like I don't want them to get traumatized. That's why we're trying to hurry it up. >> That's what I'm saying. Like this scary. >> We're We don't need to talk to her anymore. So, as soon as you guys are ready, we're all going to leave. >> Okay. Yeah, we're trying to go. >> How much stuff do you guys got to >> They got a lot of stuff. They've been dealing with each other for a long time. So, >> for for right now, let's just leave bear essentials just so we >> No, he said they can grab it. Look, you do not understand. There is no coming back. >> Hold on. After you like the video, hype the video. Tap the video's description. Tap the hype points button. And thanks to you, this video is now hyped. >> You do not understand. There is no coming back. I've done this before. I've tried to do this before. I have a police report with this man before. And I tried to come back here and get my things Christmas. It was maybe December 27th or December 28th. >> Can I tell you a solution to this problem, though? >> Because we're not going to sit here all night for for you. >> You want me to give you a reason to take your You want me to give you a reason? No, I'm just I'm telling you what the solution is. Can you listen to me real quick? >> I'm trying to, but you guys don't understand. >> Okay, I understand that and I understand it. So, here's if you're if you're that scared, get the bare essentials. Leave right now. I want all my things. >> Can you just please listen to me and let me explain the >> Are you being aggressive to me? >> No, I'm not being I'm not I'm trying to get you to listen to me so I can give you the solution. Okay. >> You want me to get half of my things? >> I need you to listen to me and not talk over me. Please. You get the bare essentials right now and we leave. And then in a couple hours when you're cooled down, you call us. We come do what's called the domestic standby and we'll stand by for however long it takes you to get all your stuff. But right now, if you're that scared, you need to get everybody out of the house. Okay? >> Right now, it's just taken care of right now. We want to move everything out. >> We will not open this door. >> If your stuff's in here, you will come back. >> No, no, no, no. You don't understand. I've done this before with you guys. Where are y'all stuff? Where y'all? >> August. >> I just did this with you all in December. The end of December, he did the same exact thing. He would not give me all my things. Not only did he do that, but he showed up to the >> my clothes, my food, everything that I have in this house. He would not allow me to get my children's things. He will not allow me to get. >> What? What did your kids say? If you can ask him to give me 15 minutes, I will take me and my children's things out of California. But I do not want my food and stuff, my groceries. I just spent literally $1,000 in here 2 days ago. 2 days ago. >> Yeah, clothes is fine. We're talking about if there's like furniture, stuff like that. >> No, he can keep furniture. I don't give a about this furniture. I have a whole another apartment of my own. >> Yeah, gather up your clothes. >> Thank you. That's all I'm asking. Okay. Oh, you made it you made it seem like it was >> I was trying to explain that to you, but you would not listen to me. I have small things. Just please let me do my things. >> Go ahead. >> Oh, he's so smart. >> You need all of them, but one. >> Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Hey. >> Hands up. Hands up. >> Hands up. I'm just showing you a >> smart move. >> Absolutely not. If the female subject had wanted to use that weapon to cause harm to those cops, the cops were so slow with the response that they probably wouldn't have been able to stop her in time before she injured or unalive them. However, this is why I mentioned earlier that allowing the police into your home is foolish. The female subject kicked a gun towards the police that possibly belongs to the male subject who owns the house. The female subject allegedly did this in an effort to snitch on her boyfriend. In Illinois, you cannot legally own or possess a firearm in an Illinois home without a valid firearm owner's identification card. Under the Safe Gun Storage Act, Illinois enforces strict home storage rules to prevent unauthorized access because it has already been established that there are minors in the house. It is legally prohibited from storing firearms in an unsecured way. Weapons must be kept in a locked container or secured with a trigger lock, making them inaccessible to unauthorized users. Violations can result in steep fines up to $10,000. But if the cops were not granted access inside, they would have never known this. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa. Hey, >> hands up. Hands up. >> Hands up. I'm just showing you a smart move. >> Absolutely not. But I just told y'all he just threatened my life and he's trying to move all of them. He's been doing this for years and I keep running. I'm tired of running. You want to see the red? >> No. Stop. No guns. No guns. >> Get out of the room. >> No guns. >> What are you doing? >> I'm trying to tell you I'M TIRED OF RUNNING. Y'ALL NOT LISTENING to me. I tried to do this to THE SAME OFFICERS. THEY wouldn't listen to me. He keeps hiding them. >> Okay. >> He keeps hiding them in there, in the backyard, in the neighbor's yard, everying where he's hiding them. He keeps coming after me every time I leave and run. He keeps coming. I'm tired. I'm scared. I'm tired. >> Okay, I understand. >> You You want what he took out? He took out the dirty ones. You want You want to >> get your stuff and let's go. Never ever do something like that again. Will you get your stuff and go? >> You're not listening to me, right? >> I First of all, you just went and got a gun underneath. >> No, no. I swear with my foot with my hands up. >> What about that would seem smart to do? with my with my hands up. Let us be like, "Officer, my >> There is a gun underneath THE BED." NOT >> I DID. I'm sorry, sir. Did I not tell you and your other fellow officer in the backyard where it was? >> I wasn't back there with you. >> I did. I did tell you guys. Y'all not listening to me. >> I'm talking about the fact you went and got it. You know what you're saying? >> Yeah, because I know where ALL OF THEM ARE. Y'ALL NOT LISTENING. >> YOU TELL ME and go, "Can you go get it?" >> I don't care. Y'all not EVEN BE AT MY HOUSE AT THE X HOUR. Y'ALL DON'T UNDERSTAND. I' not listen to me, bro. Take those bags out. Bro, you tell me what ain't smart about it. I rather be caught on camera showing you, not showing you what was >> I'm talking about you going over to get it, not telling us about it. That's >> I did. I literally slid it and I told you. I said, "You want to see what's under there for real?" I said, "It's a gun." >> You tell us. Can you go in there and get it under the bed? Now you go in there and slide it out. Go over by it. >> You want to see the rest of it start to get tire. >> It is not. It's not okay to me cuz I get all y stuff out the basement. >> I need to check the closet for the rest of my clothes. >> What clothes are in here that you need? You can check the second and third drill. Actually, you check all cuz I just keep my keep the same. >> You're good to grab whatever clothes you need out there. >> I've been with this man for going on 6 years. Y'all not listening. Every time he he gets pulled over and he has his gun on him and y'all don't check the serial numbers, that's how he knows. Y'all never check the serial numbers. I know this is how you play y'all. Listen, >> you didn't seem to care for the last 5 years. So, >> no, I didn't see you care for the past 5 years. No, I didn't seem to care for the past year cuz I didn't know. >> He started threating me last year when I started to leave him. >> So, don't come at me as if I'm wrong. >> Okay. I'm not >> No, no, I don't want to talk to YOU ANYMORE BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN VERY AGGRESSIVE WITH me since I started talking to you. Please do not talk to >> No, no, no, no, it's not. Cuz when I just tried to show you what was going on and when I tried to speak to you and the other officer that was in back, you just told me you wasn't even back there. >> I I wasn't back there. >> Okay. Legally, you can't pull me out and he can't either. I have to come here and on this lease. I don't have to leave unless I want to. >> Yeah, I want to. But now y'all being aggressive with me as if I'm the person being wrong. You don't ask me to please leave. I'll leave to now. You're being aggressive with me for no reason. But I'm trying to You're not talking aggressive. Go get in the car. If y'all don't want to go get in the car. >> That's like she thought it would be a good idea >> to take her foot and go in the bedroom and kick your gun out towards us. >> Mhm. >> Which I explained to her how that was for her to do. >> I was just telling him I see my closet thing. But she had she had nothing but clothes in. >> She took she took she was seeing if anything clothes were she didn't take anything from it. her going to underneath a bed and getting a gun in front of the police. >> Very, very, very bad. She thought since she used her foot to kick it, it was okay. >> It was cool. >> I appreciate that. >> I know she was aware, >> but I wasn't even meant to. I just said, "But she know you stay with your cousin when he skips in the car somehow. He's going to have to." >> No, cuz then he has my keys for longer than 24 hours and he's going to do the same thing like I had to get my keys changed the last time. Well, obviously these car >> again. I don't like to talk to you cuz you're being hell of aggressive with me. So, stop talking to me. >> We're waiting for you. >> Stop talking to me. >> You called us. YES, I DID. SO, Y'ALL NOT LISTENING. YOU'RE NOT LISTENING. YOU'RE QUIET. HE'S NOT THE AGGRESSIVE. >> Come on, bro. I just want my keys out car. I can't go home without my key. >> Yeah, you did. You just literally said you seen the key before and then you saying that and I was the only one in there. What does that mean? Come on, bro. Don't talk to me. >> Please don't come. Don't move no close to I'm not being aggressive with no one. I'm not stepping close to no one. I'm simply just speaking my truth. He literally has been aggressive with me. He's been aggressive to me. I spoke to him. I spoke to you when I was back there. I told y'all going on. Y'all not listening to me. Oh, I'm aggressive. I've been drinking. I told y'all I've been drinking. I've been sober that when I walked in this door and put his hands on me. >> Listen out of here. What y'all? Put y'all hands on y'all wife at home. Y'all think okay. >> Go get my pop. Go get my clean up. I got something for that. I think my car my battery might do all that. No, >> then you're going to mess up your car. >> I don't care. I know. I got a key to my car. I got a key. >> You know when you got a key fob, you also got a key. >> Okay. So, say if I close the door and lock, she can't get in front of me. Don't touch me. Don't touch nothing. What you going to do? >> You want to go in if you JUST STOP. YOU'RE THIS CLOSE TO just leaving. >> I don't want your ass the way I really want to do nothing. She's not going to do nothing. She's not going to do nothing. She's not going to do nothing. But don't talk to me crazy on your ass. >> She's not going to do and he know how. You better get from behind me. You touching me. You're touching me. Walk that way. >> You better not spit on you. She spit on you. Did I spit on you? >> Yes, he did. >> No, I didn't. You're underrest. SHOW ME WHERE IT'S ON YOUR FOREHEAD. >> It's on MY FOREHEAD RIGHT NOW. >> SHOW ME. >> STOP. >> Show me. >> Come on. We're going to jail. >> Can I give her our keys? But I never touched him. >> I never touched him. Do you hear me? I WILL APOLOGIZE TO YOU, BUT I NEVER TOUCHED YOU. >> You spit on me. >> No, I didn't. I said >> you spit on me. >> I'm mad. You don't understand. >> You're about to get resisting. Walk through the car. >> Resist, but y'all don't understand. I'm mad. Can I give her a key? She has my choice. Give her my purse. My phone. Grab my phone. Please don't do this with No. Don't do this in front of my daughter. Please. No. I need her to take it so she can bomb me out. >> Come on. Don't do this in front of my kids. Y'all don't understand. But you KNOW I JUST SPIT on you. >> Okay, you're going to walk. Yeah, you did. >> RESIST. Y'ALL DOING THIS IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER. >> YOU'RE DOING THIS. >> CAN I speak to I never spit on you and you know it. >> Yeah, you did. >> LET ME KNOW I DID IT. >> Get in the >> I'm telling you I never existed. You know I never spit on you. >> You want her to have your purse? >> Yes. Please. Please give her my purse. >> She wants to have all her stuff. >> Oh, so her phone's in there, too. >> Yeah, it's in there. It's in there. It's in her purse. According to reliable sources, the female suspect was charged with aggravated battery against the law enforcement officer, assault, and domestic disturbance. The suspect was allegedly inebriated, which didn't help her situation at all. I don't see any clear evidence that the female suspects spit on the cop, but it sure sounded like it. Thankfully, the cops didn't pursue any of the female suspect's claims against the male subject, which is good because he appeared to be a calm guy, and being calm always wins.
