Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel. An analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary and last but not least, an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. >> Hello. >> Hi, Officer. >> So, what all happened? >> Um, well, we were here and the man Well, my sister ordered some boneless. >> Okay. Um, and I was assaulted by a manager. I was we just ordering food and it like kind of got like a she had like a little attitude. I don't really know her name. >> Um, and as she was talking she first she was putting her hands on our face, but she stayed behind the counter counter and then after she took the ranch bottle and started shooting it at us, me and my sister and then she took some >> Just so I know, would this be sister? >> Yeah. Yes. Okay. >> She took the hot grease >> and that's how this is going on. >> She took the hot grease and it >> a bucket of hot grease >> and just poured it. >> What do you mean poured it? >> Like splash it like poured it like >> Where did they do that at? >> Um inside of the restaurant >> where they're mapping it up at. >> What is the resolution that you're trying to seek today? Well, I wanted to press charges on her because she assaulted ranch army and hot grease. >> Okay, somebody please tell me that this worker inside of the wing stop wasn't foolish enough to throw hot grease at this customer. I know this customer is not explaining the full story. However, there had better be a logical and legitimate reason for the worker throwing the grease if she did >> today. Well, I wanted to press charges on her because she assaulted ranch army in hot grease. >> Um, >> let me go talk with them real quick. Give me one second. All right. >> Where was the uh young lady that was involved? >> Um, I told her to go home. She's probably in the back. >> I need her back here. >> She has a white car. I'm red car. I don't know. She's in the back. >> All right. What happened? >> Oil was spilled. Clean it up and then next thing you know, uh, her >> What do you mean by oil was spilled? >> No. No. Oh, it was gone. >> Okay. By the girl that was here that's now gone. >> Okay. >> And then her boyfriend got burned. >> Who whose boyfriend? >> Her boyfriend. >> Okay, people. When you want to perfect how you articulate your information, learn to minimize pronouns as much as possible so that your information will be more accurate. saying her when there are clearly two females in this incident lacks accurate identification of the people involved. >> That's now gone. Okay. >> And then her boyfriend got burned. >> Who whose boyfriend? >> Her boyfriend >> because it spill out. She was trying to toss it. I guess that's >> Did you see any of this happen? >> I I saw I saw the oil thing. >> What did she use to throw the oil? Not this specifically, but another empty. >> Where's the one that she actually this one? >> Yeah. >> So, here's the thing, guys. I know you're you're technically still open for business. I need you to not clean anything up. No sweeping cuz this is an active crime scene. I want you guys to keep doing your business, but if the crime scene starts getting destroyed with you cleaning up, pots getting moved, I have to shut the store down, right? >> So, you know, no, you're good. You don't know any better. So, >> I just want to keep everything with integrity, you know? I just want to keep everything the same just until my officer over there can grab photos of everything and get out of your hair. >> That explain everything that happened. No, >> basically they was talking or whatever cuz past girl the girl that's out there, she used to work there. >> I guess those two they got beef or whatever. I don't know. But they was talking and she decided to start throwing ranch at them. >> Who threw ranch? >> Our worker. >> Your worker threw ranch at us. >> Yeah. Threw ranch at those two. >> You can see it on there. I was in the middle of it. They got ranch on me. um straws and then I guess she ended up gathering one hand or on it. >> Hold on. Hold on. Um >> your worker. So we're going to say worker. Customer worker threw ranch at the customer. What did the customer do after that? >> Um the one that's in the black and yellow, she ended up pushing the um straws on the floor. Whatever. >> Push the straws on the floor. Not at anybody. Just push the straws on the floor. I think she was aiming at her. I don't really know. Ended up going for and then >> worker. >> Yeah. With oil, whatnot and everything. I just tried to push him outside the building. They were not trying to come off the building. >> He ended up getting too. So, >> okay. Uh, employee or customer? >> The suspect's co-workers aren't being forthcoming. And that is typical in these particular cases. I'm not stating that the co-workers are lying. However, they aren't providing much information without being specifically asked. >> Okay. Uh employee or customer? >> Employee. Okay. >> I'll be back. Uh do you have an ID on you? >> Who got the grease thrown on? >> Me and my sister. >> Okay. So, can you explain me what happened real quick? >> I don't know. She started yelling at my sister and stuff and I'm not saying anything. I'm just start going back and forth with my sister and then she had her hands on our faces. I don't I don't know why she was so upset. I don't know. >> And then that's when she go to throwing ranch which it's on me. >> Yeah. >> She just started squirt kept throwing it and then she got a bucket of hot grease. >> Mhm. >> And it she threw it and it splashed all over me and my sister. >> Okay. That's messed up. That's can mess you up. >> No, I know. That's pretty bad. It was burning but I don't know. >> Do you need an ambulance? I don't I don't know what I need. >> Okay. >> Okay. Do you have an ID on you? >> Um, yes. It's in my purse. My sister has our purse. >> Okay. >> Do you have any marks on you specifically from the grease? I know you got it all over your feet and everything. >> No, I just know that it just splashed. I don't really have like >> Was this originally on your shirt right here or is that from the >> Oh, no. That's from that. This is what I I haven't had nothing messed up. >> Do me a favor. It's going to be real weird. I got a photograph right here. Right here. right here. >> Okay, >> it's me again. >> So, uh, real quick from the very beginning, right? I'm just showing up. I have limited knowledge of what's going on. If you would just explain to me what what ensued. >> Okay. So, basically, I'm going to try to tell you everything I have to tell you. So, I'm trying to do my job. I was trying to close so we could It's already It's 11:20. It was probably I don't even know what time 10 or something. But around that time, we start taking some stuff to the back so we can start on the dishes. >> Right. >> Approximately around 12:30 to 12:40 15, probably 1:00 is when we're trying to get out of the store. >> Okay. >> So, she comes in and then she's there's just a whole bunch of other guys that are friends with my other co-workers. And then she was just talking to them and then she was calling people broke and they were asking who's broke and they were asking if it was my my other coworker that was broke and she was like, "Oh no." She pointed at me and my boyfriend. She's like, "She's broke and he's broke." And I'm just like, "Okay." She doesn't know us, but you know, whatever. >> And I just went along with it. I was just like, and she was started singing this song that's viral broki by Matto. And I was just like, bro, and I was just dancing, trolling her cuz she trolling me like, "Okay, I don't know this girl, so I'm going just go along with whatever she's doing." And then what else happened? She just keeps talking. So, a customer comes in and her and her sister are just coming close and just getting loud. And I'm just like, "Okay, well, >> are they like different side of the counter or?" >> Yes, they're on this side of the counter. No, I'm on that side. So they're coming up to the counter just kind of >> Yes. coming up to the counter and just starting [ __ ] So I'm just like and then a customer comes in a door customer. I'm just like, "Okay, you guys can move. Excuse me." And then they're just like, "Sorry, they're just like, "Oh, don't put your hand in my sister." She comes closer. "Don't put your hand in my sister's face. Don't put your hand in my face." This that and the third. And then I'm just like, "Well, there's a customer here. Excuse me. You can move now. Like I'm done with like I don't leave me alone. I'm trying to do my job. Literally trying to do my job, >> right?" Yeah. And then so finally I get to the customer and then I give him his order and I guess they just go back at it and then she knocks over uh she just keeps talking and then she knocks over a thing of straws and then while I'm still getting the stuff mind you the thing of straws are on my side of the counter. So she reaches to my side and knocks it over all over the floor. Damn near hits me cuz it's in the tin can or whatever the cause. So [ __ ] I'm a girl cuz she came in here talking about how I'm ugly. My hair is never done. My nails never done. I'm wearing fake jewelry. this that and the third dropping it down to the store in front of all of these people twerking just doing random ass like can you go she's not supposed to be here used to work here but her sister either clocked out got fired or whatever like they just keep coming back talking about how people are talking [ __ ] about her in person >> okay real quick the oil >> the oil >> can you explain quite exactly how that happened >> how how'd you grab it >> okay real quick can you explain what you used to throw it at her like the remnants of the oil left in like one of the fry baskets Was it a a sealed cup? Was it like a a sealed container? Was it >> It's like I don't know how to describe it. It's like a Do you You think you could go to the back and like you could see like a little silver thingy >> real quick. Is it Is it a container or >> kind of a container? I guess >> almost like a cup or like a pot, something like that. >> Okay. All righty. Um if you want to fill that out. All right. All right, I'll be right back with you guys. >> If this Wing Stop employee threw hot scolding grease at that customer based on being called names and someone slapping a straw container, then just like that chicken she makes, she is cooked. I mean, she is going to be looking at a significant criminal charge for this without a doubt. >> Somebody Can I talk to your mom? >> Yeah, you can talk to my mom. >> How you doing? This is Officer Thomas with PSLPD. >> Hey, how you doing, sir? >> I'm good. So, you're aware of the situation, right? Somebody threw hot grease on your kids. >> Mhm. >> And you you want them to prosecute, correct? >> So, what's going to happen is because I'm as you know, >> Yes. >> I'm not allowing her to do anything cuz I'm not present. >> Okay. Do you >> do you want the person the adult the the person above the age of 18 who threw boiling grease on your kids, do you want them to go to jail? Well, firstly, my daughter who this smaller one, she's an adult. >> So, she can do whatever it is in the moment because she's an adult. She's actually 20 years of age, but is who I instructed. >> So, when I'm home, we'll come down to the station. We'll write a statement. >> Okay. Um, so do you want to prosecute on behalf of your daughter then? >> Yeah, most definitely. >> Okay. So, can she fill out a statement of what happened? >> No, she can't. Not without me. >> Cuz you can. Okay. But your other daughter can't cuz she's an adult. >> Exactly. Yes. >> Okay. All right. That's fine. And you said you'll come down to the station with her? >> Yeah, I'll come down. We'll come down tomorrow. >> Okay. Perfect. Thank you. >> Awesome. Thanks so much. >> Can you fill one out then? >> Yeah. >> You want to ride out here? >> Hey, once they're done, we're just going to have We're going to kick them out. We're get everybody out of here. Things are going to go back to normal. I can get back to work. >> What's that? >> I get back to work. >> That's going to be between you and the general manager. >> So, >> yeah. Everything that happened. >> Are your hands burning? >> Do you need an ambulance? They got burn gel. >> You You don't have to go with them, but they got burn gel and that's going to blister and it can get infected and you can get something called You don't have to go, but Right. And I'm dead ass. A little burn that gets infected can kill you, right? So they at least can put burn gel, make sure it's cleaned off. You don't have to go with them, but they can at least clean it off so that way it doesn't get infected. >> So if I if I don't load them, I don't get pain with hospital. >> No, it's completely free. >> All right, we do that. >> Yeah. How old are you? I'm 18. >> 18. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Like that that can get infected. That can mess you up, man. >> Yeah. Brace. >> And it got it got like all the way right here. Like this whole part, >> dude. >> And it's like right all on my hands. like all right here. >> I'm telling you, you need to get some type of burn gel. You need you should probably go and get antibiotics. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Um in reference to the other gentleman that's got burns all over him. Um >> he was on duty at the time that happened. >> Yeah. >> Is workers comp going to help him with all that? >> Right. Right. Yes. >> Okay. Can you explain that to him cuz >> Yeah. I just told him I >> he's worried about going and getting treatment. >> I just told him don't worry about that. You cover you work. It'll be taken care of. >> Where'd he go? [Music] Hey, hey, I I just talked to your general manager. All right. Because you were on duty when all this happened, you're going to fall into work workman's comp. All your medical bills are going to be paid for by Wing Stop. Okay. Including including the ambulance ride. Everything will be covered because you got hurt on duty for one of the employees. >> I agree. But like that that doesn't affect her in any way, right? >> No. No. It comes from the the >> Wing Stop. >> Wing Stop. >> Thank you so much. Billions of dollars. Millions of dollars. All right. You I don't want you getting hurt or getting more messed up. >> Are they on the way? I know. >> They're here. >> Oh, they are. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> You have no weapons or anything on you. >> All right. Do you mind if we just pat you down before we leave? Just turn around. We're going to patch you down real quick. Sweet. Do me a favor. Put your right here. Put your hands behind your back. >> All right. You are being placed under arrest. All right. [Music] >> You be able to search it real quick? >> Yeah, we'll just shoot at the car. >> Yeah. >> Phone in there. What's your ID number? >> 1238. >> 1278. >> Yeah. >> 9:32 PSO. >> 1278 is going to have one adult female. 10:15. you're going to just go with them and uh search. >> The wing stop worker who threw the hot scolding grease at the two customers was charged with aggravated assault. This is a big charge. This lunatic mistakenly threw the boiling hot grease on her boyfriend in the process of her intending to throw the grease at the customers. The grease thrower was a manager at Wingstop. All she had to do was verbally trespass those females and then contact the police if they didn't comply. Now her boyfriend is injured by her actions. She will lose her job. She will have a felony if convicted. And because she was acting in the scope of her employment at the time of the assault, Wing Stop most certainly can be sued based on a legal theory called vicarious liability. So hopefully the two customers went to the hospital for their injuries and also claimed that they are traumatized by the events that occurred so they can potentially collect if they wish to sue. Now people, there is a certain legal principle in self-defense called proportional use of force. The reason for this principle is so that in the event of a person defending themselves, they must match the force to the threat. For example, if someone slaps you and then you run the person over that slapped you with your car, that isn't proper proportional use of force and your self-defense claim will not be valid. So, the Wing Stop worker's reason for throwing boiling hot grease at the customer because she claimed that the customer knocked over a straw container isn't a proportional use of force. which is why the cops didn't bother questioning the customer about the straw container because it was pointless. Well, that concludes my analysis of this video. I'll catch you on the next one. Peace. >> If you haven't subscribed to the Prime Analyzer channel, you are missing out on great content.
