I'm going to tell you one more time. Let's go. Get off the bus. If a non-patient refuses to leave an ambulance after being asked to do so by emergency personnel, it could potentially result in an arrest for charges such as trespassing or interfering with emergency services. An ambulance is a private space for the purpose of providing emergency medical care and transport. Unauthorized individuals do not have an automatic right to remain inside if the crew requests that they leave. The lieutenant of the ambulance is the person in charge and has the authority to make that decision. I'm going to tell you one more time. Let's go. Get off the bus. Get up. Get up. I feel like that was unnecessary, bro. >> your feet in the car, please. Because because I gave you a lawful order and you refused to do so. Come on. Put your feet in the car. Watch your feet. I don't want to slam the door on you. Sabrina. Listen, that's none of your business. Listen, if that's your supervisor, and that's exactly I I trust them more. Okay. I don't trust you. I still need your ID. I still need you to identify yourself. >> from me. No. Get away from me. Get away from me. I'd rather your supervisor ask me that. I don't trust you. Blue eyed, red hair. I don't trust you. Because I have blue eyes, you don't trust me? Because you don't know what you're doing. Okay. I've been here I need your last name and I need your date of birth. I said Okay, what's your date of birth? For what? I need your date of birth. I need your supervisor to ask me. Okay. No. You need to tell me. You need to tell me or you're getting additional charges. I don't need it. >> You're going to get additional Hey, look. That's against the law. That is against the law. No, it's not. Against the Additional charges for what? Resisting. Because you're refusing to identify yourself. I didn't resist. My hands are behind my back. You are resisting. Resisting for what? >> I'm giving you a lawful order and you refused to identify yourself. I don't need you. I said your supervisor or your supervisor. I am your supervisor. You're going to jail. Thank you very much. Boss was right here. Is that your real information? Because if I run it >> I'm I'm my Because if I run it like that, okay, then I'm going to explain this to you. If you give me a fake name, I will run it like that. >> you a fake name. My brain is bad cuz you hit me and you shoved me in the car. If you give me a fake name, if you give me a fake date of birth, I will charge you with additional charges for providing fake information. That's 100 times the charge. No. Well, no. Cuz now she gave me a fake date of birth, 1963. I know. I'm going to run it. No, it's not that. You guys are Roll that person. They're unlocked. They're unlocked? No. Do you want me to roll the window down or unlock it? Unlock it. Unlock it. Okay. I don't trust that man. Okay. Let me talk to her. Let me talk to her. Listen. Please. Listen. >> to say that what happened at when he picked me up, that's not you. Even though he pulled up, I can tell he's very new. I'm I was raised in Lakewood. I know He scares me cuz he's so white. And that's not to be racist. It's not to be racist. But look what happened. He picked me up and then he was like, "Oh yeah, I don't believe you. If you don't say what I want you to say, you're going to jail." That's what he said. And I said, "No, I don't want to say what you want me to say." What's your first name? Okay, listen to what I'm saying. We can't go backwards. Listen. Listen. I'm trying to help you. We can't go backwards. Once you're placed under arrest, which you are at this point, listen to what I'm saying. I'm giving you facts. Okay? The handcuffs Listen. Listen. >> And then he said that he was going to give me additional charges for nothing. >> Listen to what I'm saying. Okay? Help yourself. Give me a Give me time to talk. Once you're under arrest, the handcuffs have to stay on. We're past that point, okay? He's got charges. I don't know what they are. Cuz they're false. >> Listen to what I'm saying right now, okay? But you're failing to identify yourself. You gave your name, but you did not provide the correct date of birth. There's no way you're born in 1963. Lying to a police officer about your name after a lawful detention or arrest is a separate crime, typically a misdemeanor, and can result in additional charges, fines, and jail time. It is never a good idea to provide false information to law enforcement. But you did not provide the correct date of birth. There's no way you're born in 1963. Cuz I don't trust that man. Okay. What's your date of birth? Second of all, I didn't do anything. Okay. What did I do? >> This is two separate things. Listen, this is two separate things. I'm here for something else. I'm here to take your fingerprint. Okay? But I'm giving you the opportunity I'm giving you the option of telling me before we do that, because once I start that, okay, you're going to catch another charge for failing to identify yourself. But listen, are you listening to yourself? I'm listening to you. I'm trying to tell you. Listen to me. Okay. You got one more time. Okay. He's not right. I heard that already. >> He's Maybe he just started. I know he just started. I didn't do anything. >> here almost 8 years. Who? This guy. The ginger? Are you guys done? >> The ginger? Okay, we'll say he's ginger. Yeah. This is all they're saying cuz I didn't do anything. >> Okay. I'm here for a different reason. I'm trying to tell you I don't want to put another charge on you. What is your date of birth? I already told them my date of birth. You were not born in 1963. You're way too young for 1963. That's wrong. My mom told me that I didn't do anything. What did he say I did? I will I will talk to him later, but right now, what's your mom's name? I want my mom. You want me to call her? Yes, please. And tell her to just come get me up and then I can leave. What's her phone number? Can I Can she pick me up and I can leave? That's not up to me, but if you cooperate, if you cooperate, okay? If I tell you her number and her name, can she pick me up and leave? What's her number? You didn't say yes or no. It's not up to me, but we need to know that anyway for your benefit. Somebody's got to eventually pick you up, right, from the jail? Right? How's she going to know you're there? So, what's Please say yes or no. It's What's your first name? I know you're listening. I know you Can you hear me? Yes. Please, can you call my mom and tell her she can pick me up and What's your mom's number? You haven't told me yet. What's your mom's number? I can't even wipe my nose. Can you take this off me? What's your What's your mom's phone number? >> Take this off of me. Okay, I cannot do that. Okay? What's your first name? Yes. What's your last name? It's a What's your last name? Where's your phone? Where's your phone? You're about to catch another charge. I don't want to do that. >> I'mma put the number in. I can't give you my phone. That's against policy. >> don't want your phone. I can't even grab her phone and think. Where's your phone so I can put my mom's number in? What's your mom's phone number? Huh? You can't see. Your mom's phone number is not on here. I know. I can't see. I just want to What's your mom's name? I don't want to scare her with the police calling. What's her name? You don't have to do things like that. You're going to catch another charge if you don't provide us your date of birth. >> What? I didn't do anything. >> That's separate. You're going to catch a charge against me. Hello? Ann is on the line, mister. Yes, she didn't >> That's her voicemail. Mailbox is full. To send an SMS notification, Okay. Ann Her name is Ann. Ann, okay. What is your date of birth? Last time. He's got He has charges on you. Do you want more charges for me stacked on there? You don't. >> feel like it's nice because he hit me. >> That's besides the point. No, he shouldn't be able to hit me. >> You have to provide your date of birth. That is against the law. When a law enforcement asks you, okay? Um otherwise, it's another resisting charge. Do you understand? >> have the right to hit me? That's separate. That's separate. That's not my concern right now. I'm here to fingerprint you. I'm giving you the option to tell me before I have to do that, because once you don't tell me and I have to do this, guess what? That's another charge. I'm talking to you as a person. I'm asking you as a person, as a deputy, what's your date of birth? You're not born in 1963. So, when's your date of birth? That is not a good How is he not a good deputy? Because he hit me. He was sitting in his vehicle. The fire rescue people had to go tell him, "Hey, you're jumping on their rig. You're not allowed to be on there." You jumped into the ambulance. They had to remove you. You did not want to get off. They had to remove you. Do you understand? How old are you? You were born in I don't think that applies. As long as you have my date of birth and my last name, it doesn't matter. Okay. Sit tight and let me verify that. He's the one arresting you. He's the one with charges on you. Exactly, cuz he doesn't What else is he doing? I feel like you know better. I do know better, but I'm trying to tell you that. I'm trying to tell you that. >> When somebody's talking, I feel like I respect you when you talk, right? So, you should respect me when I I When you If you were the person that came here, I would have never gave you problems. I was there when you were talking about your hair. I was there. I see that. I know that. I'm not talking about that. He's the one that came first to respond to the call. Okay. Did you call us or did somebody call other >> I called you. You called with your phone? Yes. With your phone? Of course. But why did you tell dispatch your name was Because I don't want my phone Huh? What? We can't find you. Even though it's the law, another reason why the police want your name, date of birth, and address after an arrest is for identification purposes, safety, and legal processing. To run background checks for warrants, prior offenses, verify your identity, ensure officer safety by knowing risk, and properly log you into the system for charges, court, and records. Even if you refuse, they can detain you until you are identified. Because I don't want my phone. Huh? What? We can't find you. Do you have a Florida license? Yeah. What's your address? Address? I don't have an address. You don't You're homeless? Of course. Okay. I'm scared of y'all. I don't want to deal with y'all cuz a lot of things I've been watching about y'all, you guys Even if it's not you, I'm so sorry. I'm not trying to give you any [ __ ] >> You can't say that, though. No, I can't. >> say it's not people. You don't people. But a lot of people people. Oh, with green uniforms? Yeah, with the Don't Don't Don't It doesn't matter. Don't be that mentality. That is racist. That is racist. Racist? Yes. I don't even know what race you are. It is possible It is possible for black people to be racist as well. I know that because I'm an immigrant. >> I'm trying to say I came to this country and I know what racism is because I got it from both sides, black people and white people. I wasn't born in this country. So, stop saying that we in green uniforms I witnessed by myself a lot of Palm Beach County Okay. police officers like to do what they do and I don't understand. That's the reason why I know that cuz he doesn't do that. And that's why I said the whole time Okay, maybe you shouldn't put yourself in a position where police have to be called and intervene all the time around your circles. >> I called you guys. >> Okay. And I didn't know that person like that. Do you I didn't think I was scared of you guys and I don't need to Okay, we can't do that. Well, you're all on camera. There's a camera there. There's a camera here. The whole time. Have you ever had a driver's license? Yes, I don't want I don't want anything >> They can't find you with that name or date of birth. This is the time to come clean. What is your correct name? I want to go home, please. I didn't kill nobody. What is your correct name? I didn't rob nobody. I didn't hit you. Every time that he told >> what I'm Listen to what he's saying. >> Please, you're not listening to me. >> listening right now. Listen. >> You know what I'm trying to say. I just want to go home. You can't go home. You cannot go home. Well, I didn't do nothing to him. You're racking up the charges on yourself. I just doing that because he said that. No, it's because what the law says. You must identify yourself. What is your correct name? What is your correct name? Okay. I already said. Say it again. I don't want to say it. We can look you up with your social. All right, charger. Just charger. And I'll have another one. Let me turn this on. No, that's what the law says. You just started eating. He's been here. Forever. 1 second. No, you're in my car. So, you want me to get out? So, what do you want? Exactly, you see? You see how easy it is? So white, bro. Cuz you're white? If I step my foot out, if I step my foot out, excuse me. If I step my foot out, it's another charge, right? Turn around. Okay, you can do it this way. You can do it this way. Stop resisting. You're going to catch more charges if you stop resisting. Stop gripping my finger. That is resisting. That is twice right now. Help yourself. Help yourself. You're Okay. I'm going to tell you right now, if you refuse to cooperate, we are allowed to use reasonable and necessary force to punch me in my No, to gain compliance. Compliance. Don't do this to yourself. Let me see your finger. It's the cops. It's the cops. It's not the cops. It's on camera. You're curling your finger when your finger is out straight and then you're retracting it. Stop. Stop tensing. Turn your finger. Turn your finger. No, the other way. The way you had it. The way you had it. The way you had it. See, there you go again. Stop. Stop. Let me take her under the overpass. No, you're not taking me anywhere. This I don't trust you. I'm white. Look at your That's racist. Okay. I don't care. I've been I've been through Again, I'm also going to I don't care. I don't care. Unable. Unable. Yeah, they'll get her at the jail. Yep, she's refusing. Absolutely, 100%. The female suspect was arrested and I'm not sure as to what charges were applied. However, I can presume that the charges were at least obstruction and resisting to some degree. The female suspect only made her situation much more difficult by not identifying because a person might stay in jail longer without an ID because police can't verify their identity to release them on bond, confirm warrants, or check criminal history, leading to longer holding, delays in processing, and potential inability to post bail or secure release until ID is established, which slows court process and creates administrative hurdles. Without ID, authorities can't easily confirm if they are wanted elsewhere or a flight risk, meaning they stay detained longer than someone with verified details.
