He in the I don't tell y'all that what he did. >> Wait over there. >> You smiling and [ __ ] but he in the tell what he do. >> He'll give it to you. Wait over there. >> Right now. That's fine. >> If the cop had made a foolish decision to release the K-9 on this mouthy crowd, it could have resulted in civil rights violations leading to potential lawsuits for such an ill- advised decision. The force would be unreasonable. There isn't a threat because these people in the crowd are merely talking. There is no threat level or necessity to support releasing a K-9 in this particular circumstance. Releasing a police K-9 into a crowd often results in severe injuries as these dogs are trained to bite with extreme force similar to a shark attack. Capable of tearing muscles and breaking bones. While sometimes used as a psychological deterrent to disperse crowds, the actual release of a dog frequently leads to bites on unintended victims, bystanders, or suspects who have already surrendered. Kines are trained in bite and hold techniques, which can cause severe physical damage far more significant than domestic dog bites, causing deep puncture wounds and lacerations. crush injuries, broken bones from strong jaw pressure, nerve damage, loss of function in limbs, and potentially fatal if the dog punctures major arteries. This crowd does not deserve to suffer these type of consequences simply because they were mouthy. >> What he do? >> You tell me what he did. He in the I don't tell y'all what he did. >> Wait over there. >> You smiling and [ __ ] but he touch you. Wait over there right now. That's fine. You can go over here. You can go over there. Wait over there. Wait over there. >> Grab your yellow tape. Put it from that going all the way around there. >> That's why they got cameras. >> Nat behind that man. >> Shut up, bro. >> He in the passenger seat. >> Pulled in. Switch seats real fast. Passenger got out. Bring back. >> Okay. Go over there. Don't back up on me. Go ahead. I need all available units that are working this and in the shores in the southeast to come to the Murphy now. >> I'll tell you. Okay. >> 108. overhead. >> Hey, I got this crowd building up. I need this crowd out of here. I want these cars out of here now. >> 51. >> Hey, get out. Get out. Go. >> I want parking lot cleared. >> Parking lot cleared. They don't listen, they go to jail. >> Get in your car and leave. >> Get in your car and leave. >> Get in their car and they go, they go to jail. >> You get in your car and you go to jail. Stop and get your new car. Let's go. Let's go. You You stay You go to jail. Let's go. I can smell the weed. You want to go do you want right now? Back the Let's go. Let's go. >> Come on. >> Let's go. All right. You back. No. No. Don't put >> Oh, I know who I am. >> Shut the up. Come on. Let's go. >> Get going. Let's go. Get out of here. >> Yeah. >> Follow us, bro. Get the out of here. Despite how the public operates towards the police verbally, I will never agree with the police yelling and using profanity when communicating with the public. I will always believe that a public servant has crossed over to being unprofessional the moment that their voice rises unnecessarily and or if they utilize any type of profanity. Now, before some states codified the concept of quote standing back, unquote by establishing specific buffer distances, there was and still is a legal term called the walking crime scene tape, which refers to a legal concept where a police officer's verbal commands or physical presence establishes a restricted perimeter even in the absence of physical yellow tape. So the police are legally declaring this particular area of the gas station as a crime scene investigation at this point and it will be legally wise for the crowd to disperse. Now the crowd doesn't have to leave and go home if the individuals in the crowd are concerned about the well-being of the passenger or as the police believe the driver. Then they could legally watch as the investigation unfolds in an area that isn't in the buffer zone of the investigation. >> Get the out of here. >> Get him out of here or I'll take his >> car. Get in the car. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. In the car. Get in the car. In the car. In the car. >> Get in the car. Get in the car. Get in the car. >> Just get in the car. Go ask. >> Hey, man. Hey, man. >> Hey, man. >> Hey, what you doing? Stay back. >> Back up. >> Hey. Hey. My sister, man. >> WHAT YOU DOING THAT FOR? >> TOLD HER TO BACK UP. They told her to back up. That >> get your new car. >> What you want to do before you rescue me, >> too? You going to rescue me, too? >> Oh, you got to go to jail. >> Oh, yeah. You got to go to jail. >> I don't give a car. Hey, wait a minute. I'm on the cuff. Get the both of y'all. >> Hey, both y'all. >> Load them. Doors open back side to side on the road. >> It is what it is. >> This car the bag was literally hanging out the window on the car like this. I >> like Okay. Still hanging out, not getting back on. I know. He looked at me. I was like, "All right, I'm going to light him up." >> Go around, light him up. Slow rolled all the way into here. Targets right here. Starts jumping. >> Breaks on. Starts jumping. So they switch. Switch seats. He jumps out. The way he jumped out of the car is not in a seated position getting out. It was a crawling over jump out the car >> with the bag. I should have been in the P ass and went that way. >> I was by the person. I was like, you know what? I just saw him switch seats, crowded parking lots. >> Who does not have somebody in their vehicle? >> You don't. You don't. >> You have one. And you do >> start bowling for the two vehicles that left because they're going to be picking up the passenger that was in this. >> Yes. Okay. >> That probably has a bag full of dough. >> Yep. What? Um, >> which two vehicles we >> The two that were over here. >> Yeah. >> And the one the one that was over here, the last one with the the guy that walked up to the window and was like, "Hey, get out of here. What's in that cup?" >> That guy jumped out. >> Yeah. >> They pulled right here and stopped. >> So, what car is that that they should be looking for? >> I don't know. It was a black car. >> Just I think Toyota here, right? >> That's That's probably what it was. There's one right there next to right here. They both They're both black. They are. >> Yeah. Just if they're slow rolling, looking like they're looking for somebody to pick up, that's what we're looking for. >> Cuz he took off on foot with a back full of dope >> and they're with them, which means that he's probably on the phone trying to coordinate to get picked up >> I'll probably take the package this way. >> So you got one for not leaving after we told him to a thousand times and battery on the throw battery on there. She helped me. >> Okay. >> So that's when I >> I have a blackmail for um Donnelly. I don't know what he's got on the He's in the back of my car. That's That's the one that switched the seats. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> A black >> black pants, black shirt. >> Is that shorts? >> Shirt? No, pants. >> Was it pants? >> And it's like a jean jacket or black jacket. And then you can't zoom in on the [ __ ] but it's a >> got a bag. Backpack. >> Damn. >> Bro, you knew you was wrong, bro. I waiting on you get back in the truck, dog. I waiting on you get back in the truck, bro. What is wrong? >> Let's just say it got to the point to where I'm got putting him in handcuffs and they're walking up. I said, "You better back up. I'm pushing this button. This I'm letting this dog out on you." I was like, "You >> I was about to." >> They were all going to crowd up to me. >> The deputies weren't here fast as they were. You probably would have had to. >> Yeah. >> To be honest with you, >> cuz the second I said that, he like stopped in his tracks. He was like, and he just kept running his mouth. And I was like, "Okay." >> Yeah. >> Play with. The female suspect was arrested and charged with battery on a Leo. The passenger who police believe switched seats and was initially driving the vehicle was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of paraphernalia and controlled substances. The male who fled was not located and the brother of the female suspect was arrested and charged with resisting without violence. The superior cop was agreeing with the cop in charge of the K-9 about deploying the K-9 on the crowd. And I find that to be poor leadership. The superior cop should have told the K-9 officer to get any thoughts of deploying that K-9 out of your mind. Unless an imminent threat existed, not a crowd forming and asking questions about the arrest that was made. I am the prime analyzer.
