SO, they think this is a five-star restaurant that they had. So, what? >> I'm going to literally call the group to come down and >> You really think this table you think they a five-star restaurant? >> Which one? The one that was flipped over right there? This one? >> THE HILLBILLIES. >> MA'AM. >> SO, WHAT? >> I'M GOING TO literally call the group to come down and Ma'am. >> you think they a five-star restaurant? >> Which one? The one that was flipped over right there? This one? >> The hillbillies. >> Ma'am. So, I just want them to put a order of restriction for her. >> You want them criminally trespassed? Okay. >> While the police are compelled to respond to calls, multiple reports from different people can change a call's priority. Although multiple callers may have some power by calling the police about a disturbance inside a private business, >> [music] >> staff members, management, or the business owner are the only individuals authorized to have a person trespassed from the property. A private business is not legally required to provide a reason or excuse for asking you to leave because the business is private property. The owner or their staff can revoke your implied consent to be there at any time for almost any reason or for no reason at all. This female employee wants the two female customers to be criminally trespassed and despite the two female customers' beliefs about the earlier situation, the logical and legal course of action after being formally trespassed is to leave the property immediately. >> All right, what's going on? >> Uh well, they want to screaming on the restaurant and talking too loud, a lot of bad words and everything, so we just going to tell them to because everybody's hearing and complaining. Come on over here and talk TO ME. >> MA'AM, THEY TOLD us to shut the [ __ ] up and THEN CALLED Y'ALL. ASK HIM AND ASK HER. >> CALLED YOU. >> OKAY, BUT CAN Y'ALL lower your voice again? >> How can we lower our voice when we is A REGULAR A CUSTOMER JUST LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE? We came to sit down instead of the waitress coming in the manager telling us WE WERE TOO LOUD. THEY TOLD US TO SHUT THE [ __ ] UP. Then they called you. >> 215 C both of them. >> Instead of the waitress coming in the manager telling us we >> I'm not going to keep listening to this all day. >> They didn't call us. You can go ahead. They didn't call us. >> Yeah, they did. >> The restaurant called. >> No, okay. The restaurant called. I bet you they ain't me. >> Yes, ma'am, it is here. >> I bet you they ain't. Call that [ __ ] out put on it. Put on it. I bet you they ain't me. But you get mine. And I'll be here tomorrow. >> And make it seem like we disrespected our money just like that. >> And you will too. Cuz you ain't nobody. >> or anything >> I'm going to a whole table. >> You need to shut the >> I was told double table. >> Yeah, there was several She said there was several callers. >> So, now you got several complaints and WE AIN'T WE AIN'T IN NO PROBLEMS. WE AIN'T GOT NO ISSUES. WE HAVING a simple Miss, I'm a customer. >> I went to another table. >> And I'm sitting in the restaurant. >> But, what about I >> The waitress come up and talk to us. He tell us they need to shut the [ __ ] off. And then they call the police. behind me. He was not a worker. He told us to shut the [ __ ] up. She said, "Look, everybody is complaining." I said, "Well, if they complaining, why y'all don't come to us and let us know it's a problem?" The waitress or who I don't even know who the waitress was. But, when the guy behind us, he tell us, "Y'all need to shut the SO, WHY CALL THE POLICE if you going to tell me to shut the [ __ ] up and make this big scene and make it seem like we disrespect? We paid our money just like everybody. We have not been in no negligence behavior or anything. And for you to tell me, "You need to shut the [ __ ] up." And then you call the police and tell us we know y'all want to take y'all How How is that possible? He tells me to shut the [ __ ] up. After the waitress talking to us. >> It's okay. All right, now. I went to a whole 'nother table. >> Telling me to shut >> Ma'am, come over here. >> I'm good. >> Ma'am, come over here, please. What's your name, ma'am? >> And that white honky [ __ ] purple ass hillbilly >> Oh. >> He said he going to make sure we go to jail. >> AND Y'ALL AIN'T EVEN >> AND WHY WHY DON'T Y'ALL HAVE HIM ARRESTED? >> NO, WAIT. HE AIN'T EVEN >> NOBODY IS GOING to jail. >> Where he at? >> Nobody's going >> But you told me I can never come here again. >> That's it. That's all they do. >> No, they ain't. That man ain't never talked to me. The police told me that. The police pulled me to the side and said, "Be quiet." >> That's what they told us. >> They didn't tell me. >> We can't help what they lying and told y'all. We got witnesses in the restaurant to let you know that I'm >> Ma'am, it's a private owned business. Let's just if they don't then I MEAN >> THE OWNER THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL. They said the people were complaining. And the guy said The guy said, "They're all right. I GOT Y'ALL." >> MA'AM. MA'AM. >> The owners called. So, did you did you pay your bill? >> I guess this is the bill. Is this your bill? >> Excuse me. I got to check on my other lady. >> No. This is not my bill. Everything good? >> Um yeah. I'm I I think they already took them out. >> There we go. Okay. >> Right. But I But I told that man I was with you. Right. Or okay, right. we going to do what we do. She I had nothing to do with her. >> Listen, let me talk to you. Please, let me talk to you. >> Well, we come up here and we're trying to figure out what's going on and y'all are yelling and screaming. >> Because the the way the restaurant has already came and took ties. >> Look, she listen listen. >> I'm not arguing with >> Listen to me. >> Mhm. >> And so the white dude he was talking he was talking to her. He said y'all shut the >> Is that right? >> First of all, it ain't your place to tell nobody to shut up. So you you disrespected them. >> We'll figure out who stole that out. >> That's not mine. >> So like that that ain't something that you do cuz it's a restaurant. >> No, I mean if they had >> The owner should have took care of >> The owner should have said something. >> And they was there to take care of it. They said while the owner WAS THERE, Y'ALL NEED to shut the [ __ ] off. They said we going to make sure y'all take y'all to jail. You don't do that. You don't do that. And I told THEM I'M GOING TO STAY HERE TILL THE POLICE GET HERE. I could have been left before y'all got here. I told them I would be here until the police get here BECAUSE THAT'S NOT RIGHT. NO. >> I DID NOT BODY CHECK YOU. >> YES, YOU DID. >> IT'S DIFFICULT TO TELL if the alleged unwanted touching of the suspect's body against the police officer's body was intentional or unintentional. However, it's a high possibility that the suspect is inebriated and wasn't aware of how close she was to the officer, or it could have been intentional. >> [snorts] >> I'm not sure, but inebriated or not, the suspect is responsible for the operations of her person. >> YOU TOUCHING ME, TOO. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? I DID NOT BODY CHECK YOU. He did not body CHECK YOU. BODY CHECK WHAT? THIS IS WRONG, MAN. I DID NOT BODY CHECK YOU. >> YES, YOU DID. STOP. >> BODY CHECK WHAT? This is wrong. >> All right, you're criminally trespassed already, all right? >> I WAS TRYING TO GET OUT THE WAY WHO I WAS THE OTHER ONE WHO TRIED TO CALM HER DOWN. You know what I mean? >> playing them. >> Excuse me, how did we get kicked >> They ain't even with us. >> That's not on us. >> These customers who alleged that they were kicked out were in the group sitting across from the initial customer who was trespassed. [music] If these customers allegedly weren't with those customers who were initially trespassed and weren't involved in disruptive behavior, then these customers are asking a legitimate question. The only problem with the question is to whom it is directed. The police cannot help them because that is a civil matter. >> You know what I mean? >> We're not playing them. >> Excuse me, how did we get kicked >> They ain't even with us. >> That's not on us. >> They're not even with us. It was escalating before you got here, and they knew they called him to try to come and make peace. >> It seems like it was a situation. >> So, it ain't It ain't nobody else's business what y'all got going on. >> It is, sir. My friend is in the police car. >> Your friend is in the police car because she bumped into the sergeant, and then And I know for a fact she probably did cuz on the way out she was trying to push the door in my face when I was behind her. It's for her know. I don't know. >> This is three tickets because that one picture is like divided by three. Give me that arm. So, whoever says shut the hell up the white man this person is not going to get back out here. >> Sir, yes I am. >> So, whoever says shut the hell up the white man who said shut the hell up he should be escorted out as well, him and his wife because they were rude as well. And if And the thing is is like I said, if she Just like the lady the female in the green, she's she's angry, but she's not being totally defiant. This lady was. And we can't have that. We can't have that type of behavior. And then, you put your hand on the officer. >> Well, see, the only reason she acting out because the lady she The lady in the green here was acting like If the lady in the green get the loan, then she all right. >> You know just as well as I do when people drink >> Sorry.
