Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel, an analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary. And last but not least, [music] an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. >> Hello, Officer Sh. Reason I stopped you, you don't have any lights on. >> Oh, turn up my lights on. >> Oh, I think my knee hit it. I'm so sorry. >> Keep going. >> All the way off. >> All the way. There you go. >> Auto. Yeah. I'm sorry. >> Do you have your license on you? >> Yes, I do. >> I'm sorry. I don't know about that. >> Okay. Ma'am, can you step off? >> Me? >> Yep. >> You want me to step off? >> I do. >> I got the license. >> I didn't say that. I can just smell alcohol coming from the car and you have speech. I want to make sure that you're okay to be driving. >> She's fine. If not, I can drive. I got my license on my right. I've been drinking it. >> Yeah. What's on Buffalo? I'm just coming from Lake Shore. >> The boat. Okay. Can you step out for me? John Wide last name Williams Henry Young Edward. >> Can you leave your phone in there? >> 49 years old. >> All right. When an officer claims to smell alcohol and notices slurred speech during a stop, it gives them reasonable suspicion to believe you're intoxicated, escalating the stop into a DUI investigation. >> All right, just step back here for me. right back here. >> Do you wear glasses permanently like full time? >> Yes, I do. I can see. >> Okay. Can you just face me? I'm going to turn my front lights off. Okay. Other than glasses, do you have any other issues with your eyes? >> No. >> Okay. So, what I want you to do is put your feet together, your hands at your side. >> You want me to take my shoes off cuz they like had to stress. >> You can do that. That's fine. >> I don't want you to think. >> You're good. >> Okay. Whatever. They're not it. They're They're not it. >> That's okay. Um, all right. So, what I want you to do is you're going to look directly at my finger. Okay. You're going to follow my finger with your eyes only, keeping your head still. All right. I'm going to move back and forth. You got to just remain looking at my finger and don't look away. There you go. >> All right. You ready? >> Got to keep your head still. Okay. >> 2126. Check up. >> I'm sorry if you're laughing. It's like awkward. I have issues laughing. >> You're fine. You [laughter] can laugh all you want. >> Okay. Okay. Do you have any issues with your legs, knees, prior surgeries, ankles, feet? >> No. >> I was tested for scolio ulcers once, but I mean, >> now is your chance to grab a mouse or your finger and click the like button like you have never clicked it before. >> Okay. Do you have any issues with your legs, knees, prior surgeries, ankles, feet? >> No. Okay. >> I was tested for Scoliosis once, but I mean, >> it didn't come back. >> Okay. Do you want to step over here? We're going to step on the sidewalk here. >> Do you want to leave your shoes on for this? >> I mean, it's like an back cuz it like >> Okay. >> unravels when you feel comfortable walking in them. >> I mean, if you feel like I want to walk, you need me to walk without them, I will. >> It's up to you. You get to choose. If you want it, it >> it doesn't matter. >> Okay. All right. Sounds good. So, what I need you to do is you're going to put your left foot and then you're going to put your right foot directly in front of it touching heel to toe. >> Okay? >> And you're going to put your hands at your side. Okay? I'm going to explain this test. >> You're fine. >> It really is an issue. Like, I'm trying to be I laugh when I'm nervous. >> That's fine. So, what I'm going to have you do when I tell you to, you're going to imagine a straight line. Okay? You're going to walk nine heel to toe steps down that straight line. Okay? Once you reach your ninth step, You're going to turn around and come back nine steps. So, nine steps, turn around, nine steps. I'm going to demonstrate for you right now. Okay. >> Okay. >> One 2 3 4 5. Say this is my ninth step. I'm going to take a series of small steps and I'm going to go back nine. One 2 3 4. You understand? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. You can begin. >> The standardized field sobriety test, SFST, is technically an observation, not a test. An observation series designed to gauge a person's physical and mental impairment through performance on specific task rather than a strictly objective quantifiable test. So unlike a test, this demonstration does not require a pass or fail outcome. Law enforcement officers use these observations to establish probable cause for an arrest. You understand? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay, >> you can begin. Hands at your side counting out loud. Okay. >> Side doesn't really matter. Counting out loud. >> 8 9 pivot. >> You got to make sure you're touching heel to toe. >> Okay. One >> 21 New York 61. Go ahead. >> All right. 8 91 795 we're done. We're done. >> Okay. >> So, the last test is going to be the one leg stand. Okay. >> So, what you're going to do is you're going to >> left-handed if that matters. That's fine. >> I'm never left. >> Okay. So, what you're going to do is you're going to lift whichever leg you prefer. Okay. You're going to lift that leg approximately 6 in off the ground. You're going to keep it parallel to the ground. >> Am I supposed to know what 6 in is? >> Huh? >> Am I supposed to know what 6 in is? >> Just guess. like estimate. >> I'm going to show you though, okay? How to do it. >> You're going to do 6 in off the ground. You're going to keep both legs straight, >> hands at your side. You're going to look at the tip of your toe >> and you're going to count out loud. All right. I'm going to demonstrate for you. >> 100 1 2 1 3 1 Just like that. >> Until I tell you to stop. >> Yeah. Until I tell you to stop. >> Everyone doesn't have the same balance. Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. Anyone available yet or no? >> Hands at your side though. Okay. >> Down. >> There you go. >> 1,00 1,002 100 34. Sorry. >> You're fine. >> I really don't care. [music] 1 14 1 5 1 6 >> 213 You are 8 1 9 1 1012 >> 1 Clear. 12. >> Let me know if any problems on here. >> 14. I don't I don't I'm not stable. >> Okay, that's fine. >> I don't have good stability. I wasn't the cheerleader. Can't even do a cartwheel. Yes. >> Ever in my life. >> So, here's what I have to have you do. Okay. I need you. >> If there was something else, I can do it. But >> so, I need you to put your hands behind your back for me. So, I have to place you under ma'am. There you go. Place you under arrest at this time for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Okay. >> Oh, no. I have >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Hold on. Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, ma'am. >> Hold on. Stop this video. Subscribe with all notifications on. To your number one analyst, the prime analyzer, and you can be one of the first to watch me analyze videos like these. >> Placing under arrest at this time for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Okay. >> Oh, no. I have never ma'am. Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am. >> A stability thing, but >> don't fight me. >> You don't want to get another charge. Okay. >> Okay. It takes one person. And I want a female. I want a female officer. I want a female. >> I want a female officer. >> Okay. It takes one officer. It takes one officer. Please. She suffers from beautiful >> PTSD. I That's why I walked away. Okay. Okay. But I don't want you to think that I'm any better at any I don't have no weapon. I have never been >> I literally need her to be >> Can I call you Miss Smith or can I call you Javon? >> Call me Javon. Whatever you >> I I'm not coming at you aggressive. I don't think you're >> No, thank you. I appreciate that. But she has PTSD. She gets really aggressive when it's a man handling her. She feels like whatever. I don't want her to get corrupt because I can double I have the money on >> As long as she doesn't >> I have the money in my bank account. As long as I can pull >> as long as she doesn't keep getting caught up in some other charges like resisting. Okay. >> Or if she swings at him. That's why I went over there to avoid that. >> Yes, please. Because I had the money. We both have to work tomorrow. I want to get us home. We were literally only here for one night. Seriously, one night. We were leaving at 11:00 in the morning. I don't know what's over here. That's her her empty bottle. I don't drink paper. You pulling away? >> Cuz I want I'm requesting a female officer. >> You're not getting one. >> Okay. But that's my Yes, it is. Yes, my No, it's not. It legally is. >> No, it isn't. >> It legally is my my right to have a female officer. But I don't want a male with touching me. Period. >> That's how it's going now. >> Okay. Okay. >> You can keep pulling away. You're going to get a resisting charge. >> Okay, that's good for you. But I'm I'm requesting a female officer. When you So when you read >> Huh. >> the constitution to see that I'm allowed to request a female officer. You can say that you didn't know. You can say that you didn't know. >> Have a seat. >> Inside all the way. >> I want a female officer. >> You're not getting one. >> Okay. I want one. You're not getting one. >> I want you one. >> Have a seat. >> I don't trust male officers. I don't care. It's all recorded. >> I know you don't record. I know you don't care cuz you're racist. >> I want a female officer. >> I want I don't have a female officer available. What do you understand? >> I want one. I want one. I want one. What? You're going to shoot me for one? >> You're going to shoot me for wanting a female officer? >> Pull in, please. >> Yeah. You're going to shoot me for one of the female officer. >> You're going to shoot me for wanting a female officer. And I'm sitting down. >> Give me a one. Yo, what the You didn't say lay down. You said sit down. And I was sitting down. And I was sitting down. And I was sitting down like I hate officers. I was sitting down and I requested a female officer at that. >> Thank you. I appreciate you so much. My hands are >> You're good. I'm not worried about nothing like that. >> Okay. I'm test. I'll take a sobriety test when everything. >> Have you drank at all? >> I have dranken one drink. I'm not going to lie. I took a bottle on the floor there. Okay. >> Oh, that's from where she took it. And marijuana was from You can test me. >> Yeah, we're going to search the car. Go right ahead. Is there anything else illegal? I'm going to do some HDN test. Make sure you >> um No, there is um there is marijuana and I believe in the back seat. I smoked like one blunt. Yeah, it's in this back seat right here. >> We don't we don't really take >> Take me. I'm >> requested a female officer and I was denied one. He said they didn't have one so he did not care. It's just that simple. It's just that simple. And then he pushed me inside of the vehicle when I was already sitting down. He pushed me inside of the vehicle when I was already sitting down. So it does not matter. So it does not matter. So it does not matter. And now he's going to open up his vehicle and try to find a firearm cuz he's a racist. I hope he dies. It's just that simple. So find your weapon and find your your item that you want to lie about cuz you're a racist white Ohio. I'm from Line, Ohio, so it really doesn't matter. So find Foods are recorded. We don't have one. We don't have one. We don't have one. But it's your job to find one. It's your job to get one. That's the thing. I know the law. I'm from so it really doesn't matter. It's your job to find a female officer. If I do not want a male officer, it's the case. That That's just what it is. So it really doesn't matter. So it really doesn't matter. It's your job to find one. It's your job to find one. It's your job to find one. It's your job to find one. It's your job to find a female officer. If I request a female officer, it's your job to find a female officer. If I request a female officer, but these pigs, that's what the they want to do. That's what the want to do. That's what they want to do. That's what they want to do. these white pigs. That's what they want to do. I requested a female officer. He yelled in my face and said, "We don't have one." That's what the pig did. He said, "We don't have one." So, when I requested a female officer, MY RIGHT TO HAVE A FEMALE OFFICER BECAUSE I DON'T WANT A male officer. So, yeah. Yeah. It's my right. It's my right to have a female officer. It's my right to have a female officer. It's actually my right to have a female officer. I'm sorry that the pigs in Ohio don't understand that there is not a constitutional right to have an officer of the same sex come out upon request. A female does not have an absolute legal right to demand a female officer for all interactions in the United States, but she can make the request and police departments often try to accommodate it, especially in sensitive situations. Whether the request is granted depends heavily on the specific circumstances, the department's policies, and the availability of the female officer at the moment. But just to reiterate, there is absolutely no constitutional right backing that request. >> It's actually my right to have a female officer. I'm sorry that the pigs in Ohio don't understand that. I'm sorry that the pigs in Ohio don't understand that, but I requested a female officer and he told me that they did not have one. So now I'm suffering trauma in the back of a officer car because he decided that he didn't want to give me one because he decided he did not want to give me a female officer. It's just that simple. It's just that simple. It's just that simple. It's just that simple. I requested a female officer. I requested a female officer. Listen to me. Listen to me. NO. IT'S MY RIGHT TO HAVE A FEMALE OFFICER. IT'S MY RIGHT TO HAVE A female officer. IT'S MY RIGHT TO HAVE A FEMALE OFFICER. >> LOOK AT ME. I HAVE THE MONEY. I'm going TO B YOU OUT. BUT if Listen, Briana, if you banging on the windows and acting fool you. I have the money, baby. I got the money. I'm going TO B YOU OUT. I UNDERSTAND THAT. IT'S MY RIGHT TO HAVE A FEMALE OFFICER. IT'S MY RIGHT. AND I'M NOT HITTING THEM. I'M NOT DOING NOTHING. I'M UNDER ARREST. I'M UNDER ARREST. I'M NOT HITTING THEM. I'M NOT DOING NOTHING. I'M NOT HITTING THEM. I'M NOT DOING NOTHING. IT'S MY RIGHT. IT'S MY RIGHT. IT'S MY RIGHT. IT'S MY RIGHT. >> YEAH. It's my right. It's my right. It's my right. AND THEY KNOW MY RIGHT. THEY KNOW MY RIGHTS. >> THEY KNOW MY RIGHTS. [screaming] >> I got the money to bail you out, baby. I need you to be >> these racist ass pigs. >> These racist pigs, IT'S MY RIGHT. IT'S [screaming] MY RIGHT. THEY THINK PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THEIR RIGHTS. THAT'S THE PROBLEM. THEY THINK PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THEIR RIGHTS. HE TOLD ME IT'S ON VIDEO CAMERA. THEY DON'T HAVE ONE AVAILABLE. SO FIND ONE. FIND ONE. YOU racist pigs. Find one. You find one. Find one. Find one. What you going to do? You going to SHOOT ME? YOU GOING TO LYNCH ME? WHY? Tied up cuz I want a female officer. You pig. Simple as that. >> I can pay to get you out. You only making it worse for me, bro. >> Those windows open. >> I got you. I got the money. I'mma get you out of here. They said 1 hour. PLEASE STOP. >> IT DON'T MATTER. I REQUEST ONE AND THEY DENY ME. They deny me. They denied me. THEY DENIED ME. THEY DENIED ME. HE SAID, "SO WHAT? THEY DON'T HAVE ONE AVAILABLE." PERIOD. HE DENIED ME. HE DENIED ME. HE DENIED ME. OH, [screaming] >> she's going to go to the jail like that and they're going to put her in the chair and then she's going to be in there forever because the way she's acting >> if she continues. He's absolutely 100% correct. >> I got to be able to bomb her out and she got to go to work tomorrow. I got to go to work tomorrow. >> We from Buffalo, New York. Our kids got I got a 2-year-old, bro. >> You driving home? You were >> I was No, I was driving to the Red Roof in and they was driving home tomorrow afternoon. >> Okay. >> I got a 2-year-old. He waiting to get picked up from the car, bro. I might go to school for a LPN. I don't I You can look in the back. My books is there, bro. I don't got this [ __ ] to do. >> Relax. I know you got a lot going on. Okay. >> And I didn't beat Look at my record. I didn't beat like 13 suspensions. I just got my license back straight. I don't have time for this [ __ ] Thank you. >> You're not being charged with anything. Okay. The passenger is crying and passionate while speaking with conviction about beating, get this, like 14 or 15 license suspensions. The passenger is acting as if she is out here beating cases with bodies attached to them like John Gotti. The way she is dramatically describing beating license suspensions. >> And I done beat, look at my record, I done beat like 13 suspensions. I just got my license back straight. I really don't have time for this [ __ ] Thank you. >> You're not being charged with anything. Okay. I want to help her get her. My support sister. >> I understand that. And we're trying to be real cool with her, but she's just >> I know. I feel up the first night I'm able to take her out cuz I'm working. I'm going to school. I'm not able to take her nowhere. She home with the kids. Is this your car? >> This my car. So I feel like [ __ ] because she >> she want to be able to go out. She at home with the kids while I go to school. I go to work. I'm working >> doubles all the time and I bring her to Ohio to get a rest arrested. Like I feel like [ __ ] bro. I'm >> Well, to bond her out, as long as they she does call down to jail, it needs to be a money order. So, when you call the dispatch, they will give you the exact bond amount. Okay? And you're going to need a money order, which means you're going to have to have your Uber or a taxi. We have taxis here if you don't want to use an Uber. Um, >> sir, I just got to dump this out. >> Go ahead. I don't care. I don't drink like that. You could dump it all out. Take the weed. I don't care. smoke like that. >> Do you Do you want to call an Uber and Google it right now so we're not leaving you on the side of the road here? >> Okay. You got your phone calling Uber? >> I feel like Man, this [ __ ] is up. >> I don't give a about no racist cop in Ohio. Are you stupid? Are you dumb? I'm from the state of New York. Are you dumb? Are you really stupid? Like you talking about y'all some racist racist racist racist pig cops in Ohio. Period. Period. Period. Period. You're a racist pig. That's what you are. That's all you're ever going to be as a pig. That's what you ever going to be as a coward. A pig. That's what I just took the test and you know I did. >> Take the breath test. >> I just took the test. >> Suck my Are you going to do that? Are you going to suck my >> Are you going to suck you going to do that or you just a racist pig? Are you a >> Which one? Which one? Are you a racist pig or which one? I hope that you help your kids, help your wife, girlfriend, everybody cuz you a racist a racist and I hope a black man your wife or your girlfriend and [ __ ] out of her and get her pregnant and I hope that he talking about tell me I don't have the rights that I have. I thought that she was your It don't really matter. It don't really matter what situation that I am, what circumstance I am. If I request a female officer, you have to give me one. And your daughters and wives are getting by black and getting impregnated by black. Yeah, that's why you're really hurt. And why are you stopped right here? Cuz I have the right to know why you're stopped right here. on your in card. >> No, no. I have the right to know why you stopped right here when you should be taking me where I need to be going. Yeah, that's the thing. That's the thing. I have the right to just stop me and retain me in the middle of the road cuz you feel like it. Cuz you want to be a racist. Yeah, that's what the is about. You want to uphold power, but the thing is that's why you're really upset. What is this? your wife, your girlfriend, your mom, your daughter, she's getting black. That's what it is. You're mad. Suck it up. In case your geology or socialology or whatever the is whatever about to inform you, all mankind was originated from a black being, a black person. in Africa close to Equator. Equator, you're mutated. You're a mutation. You're not above anybody. In fact, you're less. You're less of a person. You're less of a being. You're a mutation. You wish you had melanin. I know. I know. And you wish you had the man have to your wife to your mom. But in fact, that's not the case. You got a a white a short can't do no justice. There's some people telling your power cuz you're that you're superior, but in fact, you're less. You're less. You're a mutation. >> Yeah. You are under arrest for sucking my and refusing to give me a female officer when I ask for one. So that's that's what that is. >> No. Okay. here under arrest for refusing to give me a female officer and I have the right to remain silent. Silent and I also have the right to speak just like I said that I want a female officer. I want a female officer. I want a female officer. I want a female officer. I've been said that. I been said that from the time that you pulled me over. But you refused to give me one. And you said you didn't have to give me one because one was not available. But that's not your job in tank. Your job is to find anyone who is available. So that that that's what the we're supposed to do. But you didn't. You think Jesus is white, don't you? Don't you? But he was a Hebrew. And what were Hebrews? [laughter] You stupid. You're going to hell. We're saying that's what you're probably like, "Yeah, whatever. You're just a dumb black." Guess what? Jesus was a Hebrew, sweetheart. He was a Hebrew. He was a Hebrew. And Mary wasn't a virgin. He was a Hebrew. Jesus was a Hebrew. And this man is racist. He's a mutation to the race of the black mutation. >> Africa. Oh, no. I'm not drunk. So don't tell people that. No, no, no. I'm not >> really say somebody know who I am. Never met me in my life. >> I'm from Buffalo, New York. Okay. So, that doesn't mean I'm You don't really don't know me. This is really how I am. >> I really don't care to know you. Can you step out of the car? >> I really wasn't talking to you. So, >> okay. Well, I'm talking to you now cuz you're in my facility. Step out of the car. >> So, when someone makes an accusation against me, I have the right to say that they're wrong. >> Okay. Well, you're acting like you're drunk right now. Can you step out of the car? >> But you don't know me to say what I'm acting like. >> Okay. I don't care. Step out of the car. >> Okay. And I don't care. >> Step out of the car. >> And I don't care. >> Okay. I'm not going to keep asking you. >> Step out of the car. Look at this. The suspect yelled and screamed for a female officer all of that time. And now she finally got one. A female correctional officer, but yet a female officer. And I don't think that the female correctional officer has the patience that the other officers have, judging by that arm grip. >> Okay, I'm not going to keep asking you. Step out of the car. >> You don't have to. >> Well, you don't want to walk out of the car. >> No, you don't know how to walk out of the car. >> Well, then you don't know how to listen. >> No, I don't know. >> Face that wall. >> What are you trying to do? Push my head against >> I know. I'm going to ask you to face that wall. I'm going to pace you in that chair. Those are your options. >> The camera. >> You don't have one. >> You're right there. You're right there. And you're right there. And you're right there. >> Face the wall. Okay. But you don't have the right to push my face against the wall. >> No, I'm asking you to face the wall. >> Okay. You don't have the right to the wall. That's the thing. That's the thing. Yeah. >> Okay. Thank you very much. >> Did you know you're >> Guess what? I don't care. >> You didn't notice. You don't care that you're racist. >> I don't care. >> You don't care that you're racist. You don't care. [ __ ] that. Please. >> You don't care that you're racist. >> The last one. You laughing? >> Yes. >> Well, there's a hook down there. >> No, I don't. >> You could have asked me to sit back. You don't have to. >> Well, you don't know how to listen. >> No, you didn't ask me. You have to ask me. That's my right. You have to ask me. >> Okay. I'm telling you. Sit back in the chair. >> So, that's why you have to say you never said that to begin with. You never said that to begin with. So, since you're pointing at the camera, you will see that you never said that to begin with. But I'll just sh y >> guess what? I don't care. I don't give a face of I was screaming your face. I >> do that. Catch another charge. >> Catch another charge. >> Like you stupid. >> You are running your mouth. >> I'm not stupid. Trust me. I have a higher degree than you. It takes nothing to be a police officer. Especially >> I got two degrees. >> It takes nothing still to be a police officer. >> Well, it takes nothing. >> It takes it doesn't. You can be arrested, too. It really takes nothing. >> It doesn't matter. It still takes nothing. It still takes nothing. >> Dundo. >> I know. So, take them off. But you didn't do that when you were supposed to >> that it doesn't matter. You're talking to another officer and I'm able to hear you and you say that these are recorded. You say you have to say forward and you didn't. AND YOU DIDN'T. AND YOU DIDN'T. AND YOU DIDN'T. AND YOU DIDN'T. And you didn't. You say you had to take them off and you didn't. And you didn't. And you didn't. And you didn't. And you didn't. And then you didn't. So that's called what? >> Abuse of authority. >> No. >> Abuse of authority. Abuse of authority. That's what it's called. That's what it's called. Even >> everything is recorded. >> You never said I need to take the club off. Please sit forward. You never said that. You never said that. >> WE WERE GETTING IT. NO, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT I WENT THROUGH with him in a car. YOU ARE A WHOLE DIFFERENT PERSON, SWEETHEART. YOU have to deal with your job accordingly. So you can't go by the basis OF WHAT HE SAID. >> YOU NEVER SAID IT. YOU NEVER SAID please lean forward. You pushing for you still with her for it. You push me for it. You push me forward. That's what you did. That you never once told me what you were doing. You never once said what you had to do. You never did anything. You never did anything. Yeah. So now I need you to now. >> Nah.
