This year things have been really shitty and crazy. I'm not going to deny that. I made a horrible decision that I will never ever make again. The suspect was aged 32 at the [music] time of this arrest. She was charged with resisting a peace officer, firefighter, or correctional employee as a class A misdemeanor with domestic battery making physical contact as a [music] class A misdemeanor and with domestic battery causing bodily harm, also a class A misdemeanor. In January of 2025, all three charges were dismissed with prejudice with no plea entered. On July the 15th of 2025, the suspect was arrested again, this time in Kendall [music] County, Illinois for an instate warrant. Now, what do you think?
