Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel, an analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary and last but not least, [music] an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. Oh, get out of my way, van. Okay, we're going that way. Please don't pull into the parking lot. Please don't pull in the parking lot. Please just drive all the way through so that I can stop you. You are okay. We're just going to stop you. >> 239 61. >> Go ahead. >> Firestone main. Hello. How are you? >> Hi. How are you? >> We trying to figure out where to park. >> Yeah, we was trying to go to your gyro right here, but we a know where to park. >> Gotcha. Okay. >> Yeah, that's why we pulled it right here cuz we ain't know where to park. >> Okay. >> We don't We're not from Kent, so we ain't know where to park. >> I got you. >> Yeah. Well, the reason we >> Well, I mean, not right here. This is a parking space. >> Okay. So, so where is like the actual parking spot for your gyro? back. >> Well, there's some parking spaces over there if they're free or you could park down at the courthouse and you can walk over. >> Okay. Okay. >> Yeah, we so we ain't know. >> Gotcha. Okay. Well, hey, the reason I stopped you is cuz you went the wrong way to one way. >> Okay. Okay. >> So, lock lane over there by Paninis before. That's a one way and you went the wrong way. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> It's okay. Where you guys coming from? >> Um um what's that called? Um Barfly. >> Barfly. Oh, okay. Barfly pretty busy tonight. >> Um I mean like yes and no, but like majority yes. Just because we we're not from New Yorkers. >> Gotcha. Okay. >> Yeah. So, we didn't really know like what was really like the parking spot and we really was like, you know. >> Okay. >> We didn't really know. >> Do you have an ID on you, Miss? >> Yeah. >> Proof insurance for your car? >> Yes. Huh. >> Perfect. How much do you have to drink tonight? >> Um, really? None. >> Really? None? >> No. >> I mean, I can smell alcohol. >> We're from Akan. Like, we probably had like one drink, but we're from Aine. No. >> Okay. How long ago was your last drink? >> How long ago? >> Mhm. >> Um, yeah. A good hour. Yeah. >> Okay. Very cool. Can I get uh your documents real quick? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Whoa. Car in park and everything. >> Yes. This is my car. It's my name and everything. >> Where my phone? >> What's up with the open container behind the seat? >> Huh? >> The open container of alcohol behind the seat. >> Open container. >> Yeah, that bottle. >> That's from I don't even know. Like I literally This is my first time in I swear. >> Okay. >> Right. >> And that that doesn't have to do with anything with having a open container. >> What happened? That's my ID. This is my insurance. >> Mhm. >> Hold on. >> Okay. Uh I'm just trying to find your ID cards. >> It's okay. >> But I mean, you've got a bill, so Oh, okay. Expire. All right. Perfect. I'm just going to have you step out with me really quick. I'm just going to run you through some tests. Everything looks good. We'll get you on your way back to Right. >> No, no, it's fine. >> Cool. >> My phone. No, that's fine. >> Any weapons or anything? >> No. >> All right. Cool. No, it's okay. >> We're just going to walk to the front of my cruiser. >> Okay. I'm doing my best. >> That's fine. No worries. All right. Just stand right where my light is shining. I'm just going to turn my front lights off. >> Okay. >> Uh any issues with your eyes, glasses, contacts, or anything? >> Um I have contacts in. >> Okay. Uh any issues walking or standing? >> No. >> Under the care of a doctor for anything? >> No. >> All right. Perfect. >> It's just contacts. >> Okay, cool. Can you just turn and face me? >> All right. Traveling the wrong way on a one-way road, having an open container of alcohol, slur speech, and admitting to drinking any alcohol, no matter how long ago it was, will almost always result in a cop suspecting that the driver is drunk. Now, if a cop wants you to take a sobriety test, it typically means that the cop has already determined that the cop is going to arrest you for drunk driving. The sobriety test is just icing on the cake for the prosecutor to win the case. It's not a test, and it's only video and audio evidence that will only work against you in a court of law. >> Can you just turn to face me? >> All right. Shut that down a little bit. Can you see the tip of my finger? >> Yep. >> So, what you're going to do is uh you're going to keep your head still and facing forward. Follow the tip of my finger with your eyes only. Okay, >> that's fine. All right. So, >> gonna have you come over here where it's a little bit more flat. >> Okay. I'm just going to have you stand right there where my light is. Right here where my light is shining. Okay. So, I'm going to show you how to stand. You'll stand that way while I give the instructions, but don't actually start walking until I tell you to start. Okay? So, what you're going to do is imagine a straight line going directly out in front of you. >> Okay? >> What you're going to do is you're going to take your left foot, place it directly on that imaginary line. Take your right foot, place it directly in front of your left foot, heel to toe with your arms down at your side. So, we're going to do that now. >> Uh-huh. >> Okay. I'm just showing you how to stand, remember? Not not walk. Okay. Not a big deal. So, just fine. So, right foot in front of your left foot. >> Okay. >> Arms down to your side. Perfect. So, what you're going to be doing is you're going to be taking nine heel to toe steps down this imaginary straight line. >> You say heel um heel steps. >> Yeah, heel to toe steps. I'll show you. Don't worry. >> Okay. >> So, nine heel to toe steps down this imaginary straight line. While you're taking those steps, your arms remain your side. You'll be looking down at your feet, counting each step out loud so that I can hear you. Once you get to your last step, you'll leave your lead foot planted. Take a series of small steps. Turn around. Do the exact same thing going back. Nine heel toe steps. Arms down your side, looking down your feet. Counting your steps out loud so I can hear you. Okay? So, it's going to look like this. So, starting in this position, >> one, two, three, on down to nine steps. I'm only taking three to demonstrate, but you'll take nine. Okay? >> Leaf foot stays planted. >> Series of small steps. Turn around. Do the exact same thing going back. >> Okay, that's fine. >> One, two, three. On down the nine steps. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Do you have any questions? >> No, not as fine. >> All right. And then once you start, um, can don't stop until you've finished. Okay. Any questions? >> No, that's fine. >> All right, you can begin whenever you're ready. >> Six, seven, eight, nine. Turn. Right. >> Yep. Just continue as you understood the instructions. >> Stop walking. >> I mean, far as my instructions, I I understood nine steps. >> So, I was counting to nine. That's my understanding. Mhm. >> So like I said, one, two, three, four, five. >> That's toe. >> Steps offline. >> Then you turn like you said >> and then nine again. >> One turn. >> Two three four five to >> seven to eight to >> nine. >> Okay, perfect. Come right back over here. Just stand where my light is shining. Same thing. I think I'm going to you turn to face me. So, I'll show you how to stand. You'll stand that way during the instructions, but don't actually start till I tell you to. Okay. This one's really easy. Just feet together, arms down on your side. >> That's fine. >> So, what you're going to do, you're going to pick a foot. You're going to raise it directly out in front of you. Just six inches off the ground. Okay. Both >> I'll I'll show you. Okay. Both legs are going to remain straight. Your arms are be at your side. You look down at your raised foot. And you're going to count out loud so I can hear you like this. 1 th00and 1,00200 1000 3004. And you'll continue to count until I tell you to stop. It's about 30 seconds until I tell you to stop. Okay, it's about 30 seconds. So, it's going to look like So, it's going to look like this. So, starting here 1,00 1,002,000 3,004. See, both legs are straight. This leg is straight out. This leg goes straight up and down. Lifting down on my foot. Arms down to my side. Counting out loud. So, does that make sense? >> Yeah. >> All right. Then once you start, don't stop until I tell you to. Okay. >> So, do you understand? >> Yeah. >> Any questions? >> No. That's fine. >> Okay. Let me get my watch ready. >> Count to 9,000 basically. >> No. So, I counted that far. >> Yep. That's how you'll count. But you'll count till I tell you to stop. Okay. It's about 30 seconds. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Okay. So, let me get my watch ready. You can begin whenever you're ready. >> Okay. >> 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 >> Look down at your foot. >> Eight nine. >> Remember, keep going till I tell you to stop. >> Okay. One, two, three. >> Put the foot down while >> Look down at your foot. >> Okay. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine. >> Okay, you can relax. >> Two, three. >> Yep, you can relax. It's okay. >> I'm saying I mean that's just my my weaker need. >> No, it's okay. Just follow me over to my cruiser really quick. Okay, >> that's fine. >> All right, just hang out right over here for me. Okay, >> I have no problem just because I I know I'm 100% okay. >> Okay, >> I don't have Oh, sorry. I don't have no problem because of that. >> So, unfortunately, based off your testing, I am placing you under arrest for OVI. Okay. So, I need you to turn around, face the cruiser, bring your hands behind your back. >> Okay. But in my >> turn around, face. Okay. But can I tell my best friend cuz I car >> I'll tell her. Don't worry. I need you to turn around. >> But okay. But honestly, for what though? >> You need to turn around. Bring your hands behind your back. >> Do not yell for your friend right now. >> Now is your chance to grab a mouse or your finger and click the like button like you have never clicked it before. >> But okay. Okay. But honestly, for what though? >> You need to turn around and bring your hands behind your back. >> Michelle, >> do not yell for your friend right now. >> Stay in the car. Stay in the car. >> You need to relax. You need to relax. >> No, I'm relaxed. I promise. I am. >> Listen. We're going to Listen. Listen to me. Listen to Stop talking. >> Okay, I'm listening. I am. >> We will talk about your car. I need to get you in cuffs. Okay. >> Your friend is being placed under arrest. She's intoxicated and she's driving a vehicle. Okay. >> Y'all All these people over here drunk and [ __ ] >> You're not free to move. Just stay right here. But don't go near him. >> Don't come near me. >> Don't go near him. >> I'm not going near him. >> Okay. Well, you're walking towards him. >> I can walk. I can step. I took one step. Why? What are you doing? Like seriously, what are y'all on this? Like I swear to God. I took one step too. Don't go in here. I'm not going in. I'm not worried about >> it. is not a good idea for a passenger to get out of the vehicle during a traffic stop primarily because it can be interpreted as a threat or a non-compliant action by law enforcement officers potentially escalating the situation. Police officers are trained to consider traffic stops as high-risk situations. Unnecessary movement such as a passenger exiting the vehicle can make a police officer feel that their safety is compromised as they might not know what the passenger's intentions are. >> Step. I took one step. Why? What are you doing? Like seriously, what are y'all on this morning? Like I swear to God, I took one step too. Don't go in here. I'm not going to him. I'm not worried about her. >> Okay. Well, she's fine as long as she cooperates. >> Don't talk to me. I want to talk to you. >> I know overall. I'm okay. I I told you I had one drink. >> You had more than one drink. >> No, I didn't. >> You did? >> I didn't. I promise. >> It was either that or it was one really big drink. I don't know. >> I promise I didn't. >> Okay. >> Cuz if I did, I would not be reacting like this. >> Okay. All right. I'm just I need you to walk this way. >> ID. >> I need you to walk this way. He said he said you have my >> Come on, Miss I need you to come with me. Come on in my pocket. >> Come on. >> In my pocket. >> I have I I have your ID. >> Okay. >> All right. I need you. >> I didn't hear you. >> I need you to step up in here. Step up. >> Talk to my best friend. >> Yep. I'm going to talk to her. Don't worry. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Oh, sorry about that. >> No, it's okay. >> There you go. >> All right. So, you would like your wallet and your phone? >> Um my Yeah. >> That way you can call somebody to come get you in a wallet. >> Yeah. So, yeah. So, my um my wallet has my ID. It has my um my um my credit card. It has my my everything. >> Okay, I'll get it for you. Okay. >> It's brown. >> Okay. >> What does she do? >> So, she she's under arrest for OVI. She's had too much to drink. She shouldn't be driving. >> Okay. >> Um where is her phone and her wallet? >> We had one drinker. >> Okay. Uhuh. Uhuh. What are you doing? >> Uhuh. Back up. >> What do you want? >> Do not go near. Stop. >> I'm asking what you want. >> I don't look. I don't have nothing. What do you want? I'mma give it to you, but what you want? >> You can talk to me. I'm not on. >> Go stand over there. Go stand over there with that officer. >> What? >> Are you going to shoot me if I don't? >> Of course not. Go stand. Go over there. >> I'm going to stand right here. >> You're going to go over there. Here we go. Shoot me. >> No, I'm not going to shoot you. But you have no reason to be acting this way. I'm sitting right here. >> No, you're not. Would you like to go to jail for obstruction? >> Now, this is why it is not a great idea for these type of people to be allowed to be a passenger in your vehicle. The passenger is clearly being foolish and isn't helping the situation one bit. These are the type of passengers that if you know they act like this, you should make sure that they never ride with you, especially on a night out on the town. Now, a police officer can generally search your vehicle after a DUI, DWI, or an OVI arrest due to exceptions like search incident to arrest, probable cause, or if the car is impounded for an inventory search. And this passenger is showing signs of possibly wanting to interrupt this search and that can lead to an obstruction charge. >> This way. >> I'm sitting right here. >> No, you're not. Would you like to go to jail for obstruction? Cuz that's about where we're headed. >> I know my rights, but I didn't do nothing to you. I didn't do nothing. I don't have nothing to do with what? >> Okay. Well, what you're doing right now is obstructing with our investigation. I don't care over there or you're going to jail. >> Oh my god. Going to jail. Get away from the car. >> You're not free to get back in the car. You're not free to get in the car. Go over there. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Go over there. >> What we're telling you. >> Okay. The >> I swear to God, y'all. That's weird. I didn't do nothing. >> Yeah, but you are doing something. You're being just Stop talking to me. >> Stop. >> You're warned for disorderly conduct. You need to calm down. >> I'm not your daughter. I'm not yours. Um I I mean I know you're not obligated to tell me what's going on, but like honestly what is going on? I I told him I had one drink at camp. This is my first time ever being a camp. I'm from Akran, Ohio. I don't really know like what's going on technically. >> Are you able to tell me that or no? >> Miss, do you have her phone? >> Okay, you don't have to help your friend. It's fine. is I'm sorry. Did you say something or did did you want me to respond to you? What? >> Yeah, cuz that's what happens when you ask questions. >> Do you have her phone and her wallet? >> I can give it to her. You're not g to >> Well, that's the only way it's going to get to her. >> Oh my god. >> You're not going to the car. >> Can I give her her phone? >> No, I will give her her phone. >> Then she doesn't take it with her then. >> Well, when she can't make a phone call because she doesn't have her phone to get numbers, you can let her know why you didn't give us her cell phone. Your friend's been perfectly cooperative [ __ ] >> and you're not. And I really don't understand that. >> Y'all are so She literally didn't drink anything. If anybody drink anything, it's me. Like what? >> Okay. >> Do not approach the car. >> Get her phone to her then. Here. Here. Here. Here. >> Is this her? >> Y'all weird. Y'all >> You're free to leave. >> You need to go. >> You're not free to go into the car. You're free to leave. You're done. >> You're free to go. >> Oh my god. >> Stop resisting. Place under arrest. Where am I? Over this way. >> Hold on. Stop this video. Subscribe with all notifications on to your number one analyst, the Prime Analyzer, and you can be one of the first to watch me analyze videos like these. >> You're free to go. >> Oh my god. >> Stop resisting. Do not place under arrest. >> Where am I resisting? >> You were resisting by not putting your hands behind your back. >> Don't touch me. >> Where? >> How am I resisting? Really? I didn't do nothing. Nothing. Nothing. >> Well, I guess you get to go with your friend. >> Y don't like my interview. That's okay. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Why is my friend getting arrested? >> I'm so confused right now. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Let go of your purse. >> Let go of the purse. >> Let go of your purse. Let go of your purse. constructing art. >> Let go of your purse. >> Do you want additional criminal charges? Your friend is being perfectly cordial and you are being ridiculous. YOU ARE AN ADULT. LET GO OF YOUR PURSE. Walk back here to my car. Have a seat. What else do stand up? >> Yeah, that's ridiculous. No cat. >> So, I'm under arrest for what? >> Obstructing. >> For what? >> Obstructing. >> Please. Um, I need to know what I'm risk for. >> I just told you. >> No, you didn't. >> I want to know what I'm under arrest for. Because y'all didn't like how I was talking to you or what? >> Oh, so you're not telling me. Got you. >> I already told you that you're placed under arrest for obstructing. You obviously don't know your rights. >> Okay. You can keep telling us that. >> You obviously don't. >> For what? >> Right. Exactly. >> Do you realize how ridiculous you're acting right now? >> I'm ridiculous. >> You're acting like a child right now. I don't give a about none of that. >> Nobody read me moriranda rights, nothing. Just Okay, I'm going just arrest you cuz I don't like what you're saying. Y'all little feelings was hurt. That's what it was. [ __ ] >> Come on out, please. >> It's okay. >> Why? >> I'm cuffed. >> You can step out. >> It's hard. >> Okay. So, what you do is you put your feet out and then you stand up. I can't. >> What will you do? >> My foot My legs are messed up. >> Why? >> What do you need help with? >> Getting out. >> How How do you want me to help you? >> I I got to lift my legs up with my hands. >> Why do you have to lift your legs up with your hands? >> Cuz my legs I stretch my legs up. I learn how to do that out the car. So, if I can't do it, can you please just help me? I need the other too. >> Hey babe, you got to like pull my legs. I'm not no light girl. I'm heavy. So can you please just pull my legs? Like not my not my my shoe, my leg. >> Where do you want me to pull your legs? >> My leg. Like this. Can you just pull it up? I have to pull it where my joints are up. >> I don't know. You just pull it like right here. >> You're picking your leg up and moving it right now. >> Listen, I have to do it with my hands. I have to. If you don't believe me, then I don't know. I'm just probably be stuck here. But yeah, can you just help me out? If you don't want to help me out, I'll figure it out. But >> yeah. >> Why do you have to make this difficult? >> I'm not. >> You are [snorts] making it difficult. >> Okay. All right. All right. Clearly, that's just what you want to think. So, >> you've been difficult from the moment we've been dealing with you. >> Yeah. Okay. I'm not a criminal. Okay. >> I didn't say you were a criminal. >> Okay. >> I said you were being difficult. >> Okay. I don't know what you want me to do. >> And you continue to >> I just told you what I needed to do. But other than that, I don't know. Like, you want me to you what do you want me to do? Just like that's all I can do. Like my hands are in cups. I don't know what else to do. Step down. Come on. Step down. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm trying. I really am. My hands are like stuck. >> No, they're not stuck. Step. >> I'm sorry. I just >> Step down. >> I'm trying. >> Come on. >> I have up legs. >> Put your foot down. >> Hold on. Can I take my leg out? I don't like you for real. >> I don't care. >> I know. >> But who do you like? >> Oh, you're going to be my purse. Why you pushing me? That's so mean. You have a You have a wife and kids. >> Hi. >> How you doing? >> Good. How are you doing? >> Okay. >> Just do medical and lock her down. Like I'm a criminal, right? >> Why you're acting like a childish kid? >> Lock me up. Lock me up. >> I'm a childish kid. No reason why. >> Okay. >> Sir, am I allowed to um ask questions? >> Yes. What's your question? >> You say yes. >> Yeah. What's your question? >> Um okay. So my first question is why my friend was taken away. That's the first question. >> So I got like three. Just three and no. >> It's okay. I've got no problem answering your question. >> Okay, that's fine. You've been >> You've been very polite with me. I'm going to continue to be very polite with you. >> Yes, because I I told you I only had one drink here. I did. I'm not from >> So, your friend >> This is my first time ever being in Kent ever. >> I understand. So, your friend >> was obstructing our ability, >> okay, >> to do what we needed to do out here. >> Okay. >> Okay. We gave her so many chances just to leave, to go. I really did not want to arrest her. I get it. She's drunk. She's mad and she continued to interfere. >> 41. >> Um, and at a certain point, we just have to we have to nip it in the bud. So, it's it sucks. I did not want to do that, but she >> You can't nip it in the bud just because she wasn't um cooperating. Not only was she not cooperating, but she she was inhibiting our ability to do our business out here. Honestly, if she would have been calm, >> okay, >> you and I would be back at the jail. Our paperwork would probably be done. >> You would be getting booked in soon and calling for a ride. But because of what she was doing, >> because like I said, like both of us is from Akan. This is our first time in Kent ever. >> Well, I'm sorry that this is your experience. >> Uhhuh. >> I mean, Kent's a very nice town. >> Yeah. So that's Yeah, >> he secured a cop. 21's going to ride with >> I only ever came just because my brother lives in Kent. My brother lives in Kent and he been down here before and he said, you know, it'd be fun down here. >> That's the only reason why we came. Other than I live from I never been down here a day in my life. >> I like I said, I didn't lie to you from the jump, you know. I said I had one drink. I told you that. >> I appreciate that. >> Yeah, I didn't lie to you. I told you I had one drink because obviously, you know, we're downtown. We at a bar. You know what colors people is that? So, I told you I had one drink. I didn't drink all day because I'm a business owner. I'm an esthetician. I have clients in the morning. >> Okay. >> So, like, you know, I knew I had to wake up the next morning. >> So, you know, I don't have no reason to lie to you. >> But yeah, that's I'm just trying to get an understanding cuz like I said, I I only had one drink. I never lied to you about that. >> I did, but I'm not from here. And it's like I know to make it home and I know I have clients in the morning. So that's why I'm just trying to get understandings from, you know, both perspectives. >> Yeah. >> Of what's going on. >> Yeah. So the biggest thing is is just based off your testing, it seems like you've had more to drink. Now when we go back, I'm going to offer you a breath test. >> And if you've truly only had one drink, like that will scientifically prove you correct. >> Okay? >> So that's fine. >> You don't have to take it. Not telling you to take it or not take it. I'll give you all the rest of the information. >> If I don't take it, then what's the consequences after that? So, if you don't take it, um it's a automatic suspension on your license for one year. If you do take it and you blow under a point 08, >> there's no license suspension. >> Okay? >> If you take it and you blow over a 08, it's only a 90-day suspension. So, basically, if you if you blow over, it's 90 days, but if you refuse to blow, it's a year. So, if you're worried about the length of suspension, it's it's better to um >> if you're worried about the length of suspension, it's better to to blow, if that makes sense. >> Yeah. I'll say no, I don't have no problem with blowing at all. >> Okay. I appreciate you being polite. It's very nice. >> Yes. Because I because I know me personally like I I know for you know for a fact that I didn't, you know, overdo it, but like I said, I'm not I'm new to Kent. I'm from Akan. >> All right. All right. Hey, Majesty. >> So, so I just have to read you something really quick. Okay. It's just something that the state requires me to read. It's literally just >> the state's mumbo jumbo about everything we just talked about with the pro. >> So, consequences of test and refusal RC4511.192 must be read to OVI or physical control offender. >> You now are under arrest for OVI. Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drug or combination of them. You refuse to take any chemical test required by law. Your Ohio driving privileges will be suspended immediately and you have to pay a fee to have the privileges reinstated. >> So, it's literally just everything we talked about. We've been off breath test. >> Um if you blow and you're under a 008, >> no suspension, >> right? >> Um if you blow 008, it's 90 days. If you refuse to blow, it's a year. >> Okay. >> So that's all it is. >> Okay. Um so if I like if I blow and it's okay, like so what's the like you know what's the problem after that? >> We'll we will figure it out from there. Okay. Um >> if if you blow and you're under a 008, we will definitely figure out a better solution. Okay. >> Okay. That's fine. So >> yep, that's fine. >> Thank you. No, that's perfectly fine. I have nothing to hide. I'm not lying. >> They'll be fine. >> All right. And swing your legs out this way. We're going right towards the door over here. Do you need help getting out or you good? >> No. >> Okay. Heading right towards that door. I know I already asked you, but required to ask anyway. Um, drugs, guns, knives, anything on you? No. >> Okay. Just if it gets in the jail, um, it's a felony. >> In my pocket is my lip gloss and my, um, ID. >> Okay. >> I mean, when y'all got my ID, so just my lip gloss. >> Okay. All right. Come on in. >> And then just have a seat on that first bench. Okay, >> cool. All right, so >> uh do you know what the prohibited blood alcohol level in Ohio is? >> Um, not really. No. >> Okay, so excuse me. So 08, it's kind of what people refer to as the legal limit. >> Okay. >> So you blew a.206. >> So that's almost three times the legal limit. It's like two and a half times the legal limit. >> So Okay, by one question. So, like I said, I had one drink. Like I said, I definitely did. Like I said, it's from Barfly. >> Okay. So, like does that like count for as like how many drinks I had or how many like how much like um alcohol they poured? >> I mean, it's it's how much alcohol you consumed? So, if you had one drink at Barfly, I'm not saying I'm not telling you how many drinks you had. Yeah. >> I'm just telling you that you consumed enough alcohol that to where your blood alcohol content is. 206. Okay. Um, one more question. Does that does that depend on like, you know, like um body weight or anything? >> It does, but it but where that depends is >> it just means that like depending on like your body weight, your alcohol tolerance and everything, right? >> It just might mean that you have to consume more alcohol for your level to get that high. >> Okay. >> Um, but just because >> you're lighter or heavier, it doesn't impact the number. Does that make sense? Like like if I drank one beer and you drank one beer, you would have a higher blood alcohol content probably than I would because I'm I'm larger and heavier, but you and I could still get to a 206 if we each drank enough. Does that make sense? >> Yeah. I mean >> I know it's it's kind of confusing. >> I mean, and overall I understand, but it's just like it's kind of hard to comprehend just because like I said, I know I'm from Acri and it's my first time ever in Kent and I only had one bar from Barfly. So like that's what I'm saying. Like I understand what you're saying, but it's just like I also know too like some bars do be heavy-handed. But I understand what you're saying though. I do. >> Are you able to tell me um what street I turned on like wrong? >> You had that information. >> So you were you went the wrong way on Lock Lane, which is by Paninis and uh DPO and stuff. And then when you turned out of P. >> Honestly, I can't think of that just because I'm not from Kent, so I can't really >> It's all on your ticket. So, and then also when you um when you did when you turned out of there, >> you turned into the oncoming traffic lane. >> Okay. >> So, Okay. Does that make sense? >> Yeah, that makes sense. >> Okay. >> Yeah, it makes sense what you're saying. I just don't understand the the actual streets just because I'm not familiar. >> It's all going to be on your ticket. So if if for some if you wanted to go back and look at it or whatever, you can totally do that. >> Okay. >> So >> do they need to be separate still or? >> Nope. >> Um so she just had the phone. I brought in a phone and her keys >> and then whatever else was on her. I don't know what else you found, but >> Okay. I just wanted to make sure her property didn't get mixed up with her friends or anything. >> So her friend should just be obstructing. >> Is there a bond for that? for Yeah. Where does she live at? >> Um, she lives in Kent. She lives like probably like 5 to 10 minutes from here. I live in a >> Okay. She lives in K. So, no. >> Okay. Just curious. >> Yeah. >> The driver was arrested and charged with an OVI, driving with a prohibited breath alcohol concentration, marked lanes violation, and driving the wrong way on a oneway. The driver plead guilty to the OVI and all of the other charges were dismissed. The driver was fined $425 plus court cost, ordered to attend a 3-day driver's intervention program, and her license was suspended for one year. The passenger was arrested and charged with obstructing official business. She plead guilty to amended charges of disorderly conduct and the passenger was fined $250. The driver mentioned that she is a business owner. And one of the beautiful benefits of owning your own business is that convictions like these cannot affect someone from owning their own business. However, an employee typically would lose their job the moment that their employer sees an OVI conviction on an employes record. Because in Ohio, an OVI conviction stays on your criminal and driving record permanently, but the points drop off of your driving record in 2 years, while the conviction itself affects future charges for a 10-year look back period, meaning a second OVI within that time brings harsher penalties. While a three-year driving abstract shows violations, insurance companies and courts see the permanent conviction for longer periods impacting rates and sentencing. I am the prime analyzer.
