He's like, "Yeah, she's just all upset." And she like bit me on my chest. He's hitting me and he lifted up his shirt and he's got like a freaking like nasty bruise like on his chest. So I was telling like well I mean he's like I don't want nothing done. I don't want her in trouble. Like well I mean it's out of my hands right now. I mean it's a domestic battery. I mean and he's like well you're not allowed on my property then. I'm like okay. So I called Dominguez like this probably going to be a show. But then I went up there and I was like well she did call so I do need to make contact with her. So then he now we're up here. So >> do you have his >> No, I haven't. It's literally all of like for my job and then he was getting mad that I was like freaking out for it. But also I don't know. And so like we just have to keep letting him come in and blah blah blah blah whatever. Like that's a side of that is actually the main fact, but that is like the side fact if that if that makes sense. >> Yeah. So, like nursing and CNA wise, like they tried to hide this from us. So, all of us called safe. Like, literally in the last like 24 to 48 hours, it has been crazy where I worked because we are all freaking out because of this. >> Understand? It's okay. All right, let's go. The suspect, aged 31 at the time of arrest, was charged with domestic battery causing bodily harm. All charges were dismissed, however, and she was released from jail the following day. Now, what do you think? Should all US states have mandatory arrest laws for domestic violence?
