Do not hit me. >> Okay, I totally disagree with the way that the sheriff's department edited the body cam footage where some people involved in the incident have their images concealed and others don't. The airport is a public area and I am always in disagreement with the police departments editing body cam footage because it could possibly compromise transparency. However, did you know that in many cases a fight in an airport is treated as a local crime. Though federal charges can also apply depending on the specific circumstances, airports are a unique venue where both local and federal laws can be enforced. I said, no, I want to leave. Cool. Walking. Now, the guy is walking behind me. You know, you feel somebody. So, I turn around like, "What's up, bro? Please don't don't do this. Like, don't do this." Start saying some profanities. say back to him like, "Yo, bro, you going to get yourself in a bad situation. Get on escalator." He's going to escalate down for me. I'm like, "Bro, don't do this." He doesn't do this. I don't know what to do after that. You dig? >> You put your hands on me when you flinched at me. >> You come with an escalator. The other dude comes jumps on top of me. >> What other dude? >> The other dude that I had the first incident with on the plane. >> So, he's gone. >> No, he was here. He got to the he jumped on top of me. So now that he was acting like trying to jump. So I got to physically restrain both of them. That's how we end up at the bottom of the escalator. He was on the way out with that old man. I'm on the escalator. I get to the bottom escalator old man come back to try to get some freaking clicks off. I'm like, "Yo, bro. What is going on?" I'm like, "Yo, bro. Yo, bro, you're like 85 lbs, bro." like what what is it in your mind is telling you like >> okay nobody in the incident was charged because the victim Jim Jones didn't want to press charges after the police reviewed the witness's statements and the surveillance footage it proved the victim Jim Jones claim of self-defense the victim Jim Jones should have pressed charges against those unhinged criminal suspects according to the witnesses and the surveillance footage Jim Jones was battered when the plane landed and then again on the escalator. It is a high probability that if the roles were reversed, the victim would have charges pressed against him. Hey people, did you know that unwanted touching is often considered battery? As battery is generally defined as unlawful application of force to another person that results in harmful or offensive contact depending on the intent and actions. Unwanted touching could also be considered assault, which often involves the fear of imminent harm, though some definitions include it as unwanted touching itself.
