Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel. An analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary. And last but not least, [music] an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. >> A month ago, it happened the same thing. My boyfriend, he was going to go to work and he told me that, "Hey babe, your sunroof is open and your two front windows down, >> right? >> And I was like, "How?" Probably me being drunk. I forgot. But I was like, "Ain't no wait." >> Okay. >> So, I went to the front office the first time. They told me our cameras doesn't work. Okay. So, y'all just got to put them up there for decorations. So, I'm like, "Okay, cool. I'mma let it slide this one time." >> Today, I come outside to give my boyfriend, you know, goodbye. Have a good day at work. >> Yeah. >> I noticed my sun roof is open again and my windows are open. And the only people I can think of is them. >> Okay. because they park in my handicap spot. I be having to block them. >> One of the guys don't don't don't really mess with me in there. Okay. You know how people is whenever they don't mess with one another. They could they could to clang in and whatever the case may be. And >> they don't live here anymore. Obviously, it seems like they're not even here because it's a Ford and a black Dodge that they have. >> Okay. >> So, I'm here and there's only a $10 bill missing. So, I guess they opened my purse, took the $10 out, and that was it. But I'm not really worried about the money. It's just the principle of someone keeps touching my vehicle. >> Video is that >> some someone keeps touching my vehicle and it's it's not making sense. I touch the front handle. >> Yeah. >> But that's pretty much it. I did. >> Okay. Um does the uh Can you actually open the sunroof by just sliding it or you have to push the button? >> Oh, you have to literally open my car >> and push the button. >> Turn it on. So you you you got to turn on the car because you can't >> roll down the windows. Nor can you open >> my sunroof without the keys in the ignition or you know jailbreading it some way somehow in there, you know, hijacking it. So ain't no way for them to not hijack my car, roll down the windows, do my sunroof, take a $10 bill and leave. The front office people told me and my dad I think my dad said he seen someone messing with my car or something and my dad was like, "Hey, what are you And then they I guess they sped off. >> And you think like the whole thing [crying] happened between like what? Like what time? You think >> they told me they came in at 7:00 in the morning? They said it was open before 7:00 in the morning. So it had to happen in the dark while everybody was asleep. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> And their CAMERAS DON'T WORK. HOW H HOW is that possible? >> Like that's that's just they don't have a ring camera. And I was trying to figure that out if somebody had a Ring camera, but nobody has a Ring camera physically. I think >> I think that's one of the guys that stay in that apartment right there. >> Yeah, the guy with the red. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, he's one of the guys. And I think his other couple other guys he stays in this uh >> Yeah, he's one of the guys that stay in the apartment complex. Yeah. >> Okay. >> None of your business. Don't talk to my family. You're good. You're good. Because I can. You stay in that apartment complex. SOMEBODY IN YOUR HOUSE IS TOUCHING MY CAR. YOU DO YOU YOU DO SAY LISA. DOESN'T HE SAY IN THAT APARTMENT? >> EXACTLY. DON'T LIE. DON'T LIE. Don't lie. It's okay. It's okay. I DIDN'T SAY YOU. I DIDN'T SAY YOU. I SAID SOMEBODY. But it's okay. It's okay. It's >> generally. Are you serious? >> I don't with you. So why did you generally? >> Now I do not believe that this female's vehicle was burglarized and the possibility of this female's vehicle being burglarized is low based on the information that she provided. And I will tell you why. On most vehicles, if you press the unlock button on your key fob and hold it down, this action sends a signal to the vehicle to let the windows down and the sunroof back simultaneously. Many people are not aware that their vehicle has this feature. It is a higher possibility based from the information that this female provided that the key fob is malfunctioning or the infants that are living with her or playing with the key fob. And lastly, I do not believe that the money is missing from her purse. She probably was inebriated and thought that she had $10 in her purse because the probability of that occurring in that particular way that she described is 0.01. >> He say in that apartment exactly. Don't lie. Don't lie. Don't lie. It's okay. It's okay. I DIDN'T SAY YOU. I DIDN'T SAY YOU. I SAID SOMEBODY. BUT IT'S OKAY. IT'S OKAY. JENNIS, are you serious? >> I don't [ __ ] with you. So why the [ __ ] with you? >> Jenniss, are you serious? I DON'T WITH YOU. I DON'T with you. THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING. THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING. I DON'T with you. I don't with you. BUT SOMEBODY IN THAT APARTMENT IS GOING TO LEARN TO STOP TOUCHING my mother. What? >> Hey, >> this vid's contagious. Click. Don't hate it. Show me what you think. Stop touching my [ __ ] >> Hey, HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY. NO, NO, NO, NO. HEY, DON'T HIT ME. Back up. BACK UP. >> OKAY, THEN HIT ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. Don't touch me. DO NOT TOUCH ME. LISTEN TO ME. Listen to me. Don't touch me. Listen to me. Listen. >> HEY, IT DON'T MATTER. GO GET YOUR GO GET YOUR DADDY AND WE'LL LINE THAT [ __ ] UP RIGHT NOW. GO GET YOUR >> NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. DON'T ARREST HER. DON'T ARREST HER BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> MOM. MOM, DON'T ARREST HER BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T DO LET HER GO. SHE DIDN'T DO SHE DIDN'T DO LET HER GO. LET HER GO BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T DO LET HER GO. LET HER GO. SHE DIDN'T DO >> LET HER GO. LET HER GO. I'M NOT EVEN [screaming] >> Go get your boyfriend. >> Go get your boyfriend. YOU >> SHUT UP. I GOT PROBLEMS FOR YOU. >> I GOT PROBLEMS FOR YOU, [ __ ] Shut the up. Shut your ass. I need another officer in MY CAR. >> SHUT YOUR ASS UP. YOU DON'T WANT no >> All right. Stand right here. Stand right here. Somebody broke in my car, sir. AND I FEEL LIKE IT'S HEY, LISA. LISA, LET ME TALK. LET ME TALK. You want to secure it in there for now until we figure things out. >> But nobody knows what's going on but me. Okay, that's fine. Nobody's going to leave until I'm done. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> HE'S A SERGEANT. SHUT UP. Shut up. You're just putting me in the back. 696. Do you need more units? >> Do you talk to her at all? Uh so I initially >> so initially she was for now >> uh saying that her vehicle got either broken into somebody >> up the windows and and the sunroof and you know whoever did that took $10 and she was like okay I just want to and I'm suspecting >> you clear it the station was already clear your code. >> Okay. Okay. >> So, she has a she she was suspecting the subject who stays in not apartment down there. >> Okay. >> To have done this. >> Okay. So, she she's claiming that somebody went inside her car. >> Yes. >> She was not sure >> she did not see >> Okay. >> that Hey. Hey. I'm I'm going to need you. >> Yeah. I'm need I need you cuz whoever whatever happened happened to you. >> Yes. I know. I know. I know. Just I want to talk to you first. >> That's fine. >> It happened. It happened. It happened in front of me. So >> So what happened in front of you? >> What happened? So in front of me um so we were standing here talking and then the family with this guy was coming was coming in. >> Just go back inside. Let me figure out what's going on. Okay. >> So him So him and the uh other guys were coming back to their room. >> Okay. So >> it happened. So it happened. Yo, yo, yo, yo, y you. And then as they were like verbally back and forth, I told the guy, >> yeah, him and her. He was standing there. She was standing here with [crying] me. So it started like, you know, blah blah blah blah. Go inside. Go inside. So he said something that upset kind of upset her. So she threw the phone down and went to her and struck >> struck him. >> He struck him in the face. Okay. >> With the fingers and he pushed he pushed uh she pushed him and like you know she kind of like you know uh uh where they like put the fingers in his mouth. So everything escalated. Everybody this this female comes down do not put handcuff on her. Everybody was like allowed. Uh so it was pretty much like in progress. They were squaring up. >> All right. >> So I I kind of put her uh in handcuff. She comes down like she want to fight me like do not touch her, do not handcuff her, do not do anything. So I I called in for more and she was pretty much like the one who actually was like between me and her from not handcuffing her cuz she was like pretty much like a very aggressive toward him. >> Okay. So my question to you is you got you got PC on battery on her? >> Barrier on her. Okay. >> Yes, I got you PC on this young lady up there. >> So this young lady right here pretty much like she was like putting her body between between me and her as I'm trying to handcuff her. Okay. >> Like you know accusing me that, you know, I'm just not doing her justice and, you know, I'm either, you know, trying to handcuff her without doing any. Yeah. So, >> yeah. So, I mean, like for her that was pretty much like she was trying to protect her or whatever, but not more into her. It was pretty much like a into >> So, she was in she wasn't a Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, you don't have charges on her? I >> no cuz yeah she did not physically like you know like you know push me not like physically push she was pretty much >> but you saw the you witness >> I witnessed her >> you got his information >> I I I didn't yet I didn't even get her information yet I mean it was pretty much like as she's standing there explaining what happened and is coming this way they start like exchanging verbal >> and talk to him get his statement find out what happened and tell him that you need to just document everything that Okay. >> Hey, buddy. Let me Hey, >> yo. Hey, >> let me talk to you. >> I know. I know. I I understand that. I understand that. >> Calling all buddies. I don't want to talk. >> I saw her hitting you in the face. >> I don't I don't want to press charges on her. I don't want her to get arrested. Nothing. >> That's fine. That's fine. I'm going to have to document this cuz it happened. It happened. Me recording. I'm going to have to document this. Then you're going to turn around and say that that that the county wants to take it over. >> All right, buddy. I'm going to have to document this. >> I don't know what you all going got going on or stuff like that, but I'm going to have to document this. >> I don't want to talk though. >> That's fine. I'm going to just document what happened. >> You can do whatever you want to do. >> Okay. So, in that case, I if you can give me your your ID, please. >> I don't have ID on. >> Okay. What is your name? >> Y'all don't know my name. >> I don't know your name. >> I ain't going to flag. I'm about to sit my ass down cuz I'm not talking. Don't understand. If yall don't know my information, I'm not talking. >> Well, that's fine. You know, just I need your information or otherwise. >> What is your name, bro? >> What is it? >> Why are you keep act? >> No, you're not. >> You been here multiple times. >> I know, but I haven't dealt with you. But >> you just arrested me the other day. >> I haven't dealt with you, though. want to block the border. >> No. >> All right. I haven't dealt with you. >> All right. >> So, what is your name, bro? >> I need to document this. Whether you pressing charges or not. >> No, I don't. >> If you're not pressing charges, she's not going to jail. I'm going to have to document. >> I don't want her to go to jail. >> Okay, fine. I'm going to have to document though. This is what happens. She >> She's not my girlfriend. No, she's >> I know. She's your neighbor. That's my >> That's my neighbor. That's all. I don't want to go to jail. That's fine. I just need to document this. She's not going to jail. You're not cooperating. She's not going to jail. >> I know you understand where I'm coming from, right? >> Yes, sir. >> I saw you I saw you getting punched. So, >> you see me come around. >> He was escalated. He was >> I don't want to. No problem. >> I told you I'm on bond. I don't have time to get in trouble. >> Okay, that's fine. Ma'am, let me talk to you real quick. What happened? >> Hey, I appreciate >> Do you know what might happen >> if you get in between me and her like the way you did? >> Do you know what might happen? >> No. >> No. >> It could you could have been you going to jail. >> I was letting you know because I was a witness. Let her go because she didn't do anything. >> Did you see what happened? Keep resisting her. You keep telling me no. No way. No. You don't tell me no when I'm telling you she didn't do anything. And I know how you guys now and days. >> Okay. Now you don't tell me what to do when I am doing something which is >> Well, you're tell you're touching my sister and I'm telling you don't touch her cuz she didn't do anything. That's the only thing I >> So the suspect's strangely built sister claims that her sister who is arrested didn't do anything. Well, excuse me, miss. Your sister decided to use physical force on the subject because of the words he used towards your sister in a conversation. Ma'am, all day, every day, and twice on Saturdays, that is considered battery in the perception of law. And then you took it upon your stuffed anchelada self to stop the cop from completing his arrest. And that is considered obstruction. >> Tell you're touching my sister and I'm telling you don't touch her because she didn't do anything. That's the only thing I told you. >> All right. Let's say you got PC on her for what? >> For battery. But he's not cooperating. That doesn't matter. >> I didn't touch anybody. I didn't touch anybody. So you cannot say. >> Listen. Listen. Okay. This is what's going to happen. Okay. Apparently the officer witnessed your sister striking that gentleman. Okay. >> Okay. I got in the middle to separate them. That's all. But the only thing I told him not to torture her. >> Okay. Well, he if he has pro if he believes that a crime is being committed, he has to do what he needs to do. Simple as that. Okay. You interfere with that, then charges could be brought against you as well. Okay. Simple as that. >> All right. >> So, you got PC? >> I got PC on that young lady. >> Okay. >> All right. So, >> done over here. >> Regardless, you can drop charges later, but she's going to jail >> for for battery. Stand by. >> Well, listen. >> All right. >> What's your card? >> My car is right there. >> All right. >> Okay. >> You can you can drop You can drop the charges later. >> Literally said if I give you my first information, she's not going to tell >> because she she's she's been no difficult, right? >> I don't want TO TALK TO MY HUSBAND. I DON'T WANT NONE OF YOU IN MY HOUSE. NONE OF YOU. I I married the last name. >> Yeah. >> Um >> just want to >> Yeah. >> Verify. Um >> do you wife and the other daughter here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can I speak with the other the daughter? >> May I have a question? I have a question. May I ask my question? >> So she was arrested >> churches. No. >> Oh yeah. Yeah. >> Sister. Yeah. >> Was arrested on battery charges, right? >> Yeah. >> Can I ask why it hasn't shown up yet? She's been booked, but there's no charges >> to which she can't be bonded at this point. So, we're trying to figure out. >> It's a process. >> It's a long ass process, but I don't blame you. >> Right. >> The county doesn't work as fast as normal people do. >> Yeah. So, it has to pretty much like a show everything >> from whatever. Um, so by the time they finish the process and then it will show like you know >> Yeah, we're waiting. >> Yeah. So she should be good to go like within maybe 10 15 minutes she should be good to go >> cuz they got to put it in their system and there like a lot of people there too. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Yes sir. >> Um what's your name? >> Can I see one of >> Let me talk to you real quick. >> Not going anywhere. No, I'm going to stay right here. >> Just >> hear me out. >> Um, >> do you know the >> obstruction? >> So, obstruction is when you interfere with the investigation. Okay. >> And if you do if you do interfere with the investigation, >> you know, it looks like I don't know what I'm doing. the the the the investigation can be the arrest or not the arrest, right? >> Depends on what somebody wants to do. Okay? So, with that being said, today you'll be arrested for >> No, no, no. Don't don't >> Hold on. Stop this video. You got >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Um. Hey. Um, unlock the phone. Call Manuel. Let me call Manuel. >> Just calm down. I'm I'mma give you >> because I have problem with my health. I have anxiety and everything and you're holding me and you're putting my body very tense. >> Can you get my phone? Can you get my phone so I can call again >> because you almost ran? Okay. You almost ran away from me. Okay. So, I have to get a hold of you. >> Okay. Can you lay my my arm? Because I have anxiety and problem. My >> squeezing you. I'm just >> Can you get my glasses? >> I'm just holding you. Okay. I'm not squeezing you. >> Okay. >> Where she Yeah. She need to get my phone. >> That's the only thing she needs. She needs to [ __ ] calm down so she can take care of my daughter while I I b myself out. >> Can I Can I put my glasses, please? Because you want me to? >> Yes. Put it on my on my face because I cannot see >> and I don't need booking to take them away from me. >> Okay. >> I already know. It's okay. I already know. I'm good. Listen, that one. Look, that is Miguel. Give me I'm block it right here so you can put on speaker. >> I'm not going to hold you. Okay. So, don't run. So, he's going to call right now. >> Okay. >> Okay. All right. So, the female suspect in the white shirt was arrested and charged with simple battery, and the female suspect in the yellow shirt was arrested and charged with obstruction. It is completely absurd and illogical for the female suspect in the white shirt to accuse her neighbor of breaking into her vehicle based on their history of lack of communication and parking spot disagreements. Then without any legitimate evidence, the female in the white shirt decides to strike the subject in his face merely because she did not like his comments. Well, welcome to America, where verbal provocation alone is not considered a legal justification for physical violence in the United States. Then to top it off, her sister, who is built like a large side of mashed potatoes, I mean she is built Ford rough, decides that she is going to unarrest her sibling. Their actions were totally unnecessary and most certainly illegal. And to be accurate, the mom in the pink shirt should be arrested also for obstruction for intervening as well. Well, that concludes my analysis of this video and I will catch you on the next one. Peace. >> If you haven't subscribed to the Prime Analyzer channel, you are missing out on great content.
