Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel. An analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary and last but not least, [music] an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. >> Possible road agents in Santender Bank involved in the baseball. >> How you doing? Offic Police Department. I just want to let you know I do have a camera that's recording. Okay. >> What happened exactly? >> I was pulling out of my street and >> changed and I didn't go fast enough for her. So, she started honking at me and then as soon as I slow down right here by the CVS to turn into here, she pulled next to me and she started to threaten me with her >> right by the Dunkin Donuts. >> Yeah. To make turn into this parking lot. >> So, you're you're in the left lane. She's in the right lane. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> So, she pulled up next to me. She's going to threaten me with her baseball bat. >> You know what kind of color it was? It looks like a red orange neon maybe. >> Okay, hold on one second. 392 units at CVS. >> The bat's going to be a red orangey orange colored neon bat. >> Can I just >> Huh? >> Okay. Okay. So, you're next to each other and so I guess you could see better since she's on your side. >> I know. But you for your and then >> all right. So she's next to you with the bat and uh she just picks it up or she does >> she's like she's like she's like so I'm like get out of the car right here since there were a bunch of cars. >> Yeah. >> So she didn't want to get out of the car. >> So you you're exchanging through the window. >> Okay. Yeah. >> So she didn't want to get out of the car. >> Okay. Parking lot >> this back. Yeah. So before I >> That's going to be the correct address on her. >> Okay. And then when you pulled in, she took off. >> Um when I pulled in, she saw her on the phone. So that's when she was like, "Oh, you're scared. That's why you're calling the police." >> Okay. >> Okay. You just have your identification. >> And she was saying get out of the car. >> Yeah. She was telling me to get out of the car. She was tell I told her since she wants to get out of the car to get out in front of everybody because there's witnesses there. She didn't want to get out in front of everybody. So, she pulled into the parking lot, but there's nobody here. So, I wasn't going to pull into the parking lot. You guys first. >> Of course not. >> Road. >> What's up? >> All right. Um, >> she have a bat. >> Yeah, she got a pig bat. So, I guess it was a road rage of road rage incident that started in Waterton. They both pulled into the bank. >> She's saying that a white woman in a Range Rover started calling her a black patient a other derogatory term. >> So I guess they got into it. >> She's not admitting one way or the other whether she showed the bad, but she does have to think about. >> Yeah. Either way, she's going to get in violation of 39. >> Yeah. What is she using it for? Right. >> Pretty much, right? >> Okay. But otherwise, it would be a simple assault with a physical man, right? I'm going to go over there. So, let me just stop over here while I'm on the way. See what it is. You good? >> Yeah, I'm good. I'm going run over there and tell the other ones >> if you want to go. Yeah. >> All right. >> All right. >> So, uh, >> you just gave me a quick run. >> Tell them the story again. >> Do you have the bat? No, I'm good. I'm good. I need I need >> She has a bat inside. >> I do, but it's on my passenger seat. It stays right there. Sorry. >> It's on your passenger. Oh my god. Come back from the clearance. >> Yeah. >> Oh my gosh. white rain roller. >> It stays right here. So, it's all the way over here. It stays right there. >> Did you go back? >> Yeah. >> Now, this is not commonly known to many. However, those who know are most certainly familiar with what I'm about to say. Other than firearms, some people carry objects that are normally used for different purposes, such as sports. However, they might intend to use these objects for self-defense or to assault someone. And this item is commonly known as the baseball bat. In the state of New Jersey, using a baseball bat to intimidate someone by creating a fear of imminent serious bodily injury is considered simple assault by physical menace. Now, the cop most certainly has an interest in asking the subject what her intentions are for carrying the baseball bat in the vehicle. And let's say, for an example, the subject tells the cop that she carries the baseball bat for protection. Well, in New Jersey, that could be possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, as the bat becomes an illegal weapon when used menacingly. Regardless of its normal use, a conviction of that charge could carry significant jail time, fines, and a criminal record. >> It stays right here. So, it's all the way over here. It stays right there. >> The bat? >> Yeah. >> How about your kids? >> I don't have kids. I have nephews. >> So, what's that bat for? >> Cuz I have nephews and nieces. >> What does that mean? I have nephews and nieces, so I can have a bat. Is it illegal to have a bath? >> I'm not saying it's illegal to own a bat. >> Okay. >> I'm a lawyer, so I I should know that. >> You're a lawyer? >> Mhm. I am. >> Now is your chance to grab a mouse or your finger and click the like button like you have never clicked it before. >> I'm a lawyer, so I I should know that. >> You're a lawyer? >> Mhm. I am. I moved up here from DC. I work for the NBA. >> The NBA? >> Mhm. >> NBA or NBA? I'm sorry. >> National Basketball. >> All right. What kind of law do you practice >> right now? Contracts. >> Contract law. Okay. >> So, you're an esquire? >> Yes. >> Are you a are you like an actual attorney? Are you an actual attorney or you're like working on? Okay. Good. >> I graduated from American University in two years. >> No problem. I'm going to go meet with the other involved party and stuff. >> Okay. >> All right. >> You can put my bed up though. >> We're going to hold this. >> How? >> When are you hold this? >> Holding my bed. >> Good. >> I'm just going to go over to find out the other side. going to be a rare RNG color on that 14. >> Oh man, who ran that car? >> Huh? >> Who ran that car? >> Oh, that happened. >> No, I know. I just noticed. So, she was pulling out of the street and I guess she said maybe going too slow and then the >> Yeah, I don't know if I just didn't go fast enough for her or >> she pulled up on the side and she gestured with the bat and told her to get out of the car. >> All right. Where did this all start? >> Maple Street. >> How did it end up in here? >> Well, because I was going to turn in here to come to the bank and she came into the parking lot to try to fight me with her baseball bat. So, I just called you guys and when she saw me on the phone with you guys, she left and they found her over here. >> Do you have a description of the back? What does the bag look like? >> It's like, >> from what I can see, it's like a red orangey like I think it's like a phone back like it's like >> Okay. >> She was just like holding it like here, like showing me like get out of your car. So, >> you have a recording or something? I just noticed you picked your phone up. That's why >> No, I was just using that as >> Okay. No, I know sometimes people that's like but they, you know, I'm like, yeah, like I have it. >> Honestly, I don't care that much. I just I'm not going to fight this ghetto in the middle of a bank parking lot in the town that I live in down the street like where my sons are, >> right? >> I'm not doing it. >> All right. So, so what did she say to you? >> She said that she was coming from the water and she was behind the other car. She thinks the car will go. Um, and the lady started yelling at her. At some point she pulled her a black pitch and she pulled up she was going to point on the bank over here. >> Yeah. >> The lady pulled next to her and started yelling at her. >> Who pulled into the bank first? >> She was pulling. >> I had the other lady pulling and she was following her. >> She was going to pull into the van. The lady pull next to her. >> Where? >> Yeah. >> And what' she say about the bat? >> I asked her what happened at the bat. She's like, "Oh, what happened?" I was like, "How about that?" Yeah. How about the car? She never made a brand or anything like that. >> So, her having that user is uh like 4D that they're in 4D like on lawful purpose. >> She can have the badge. She's telling me, "Oh, my nieces and nephews, right?" >> All right, fine. But now you're picking it up to physical menace that threaten somebody else. >> You know, >> is that what she said? >> Yeah. Yeah. But listen, if she would said she had a bat, this is that the bat was green. They described the bat like it's like a pinkish orange. >> Yeah. >> You know. >> Yeah. >> So, let me ask you a question. >> Uh-huh. >> You on the phone with somebody? I want to >> You go ahead. >> How would another person >> have any idea that you have that back in the car? >> I just told you it was on my seat. Hold >> on. Oh, this is mechanical. All right. >> Yeah. >> I'm over here trying to stop it. It keeps going. >> I just told you that it was on my seat and my windows was down. If I'm sitting in the car next to you, I'm not seeing that. >> If you're in the truck and I'm in this car, you are seeing that right here. >> If something is sitting on my seat, why wouldn't you see it? >> It's on my seat. I keep it on my seat. You just seen when I had pulled over, it had slid right here. So, it was right there. >> When you open the door, it was on the side, but it's fine. >> So, I I just want to I'm trying to reason with you and level with you here in the fact that >> there's no way I'm seeing that in your car. >> I'm If she describing it, >> she can't describe it. She pulled right beside me. She can tell you that it's pink. She can't describe it. You if you you can't describe it what's on it. >> If I don't if even if I pull it out on you, you still can't describe what's on it >> unless we're right there for a long period of time. Correct. >> That is incorrect, Miss Contract Lawyer aka Batwoman. the possibility of the subject in the white SUV noticing the description of the bat sitting in Batwoman's passenger seat is extremely low. The SUV driver was in the left lane and Batoman was in the right lane. In order for the SUV driver to see the exact description of the bat, the SUV driver would have to look over the passenger that is in the SUV, then look past Batoman, then get a good look at the bat in the passenger seat. All of this while driving and having a heated argument full of threats and focusing on the road. I'm not buying that. If I don't if even if I pull it out on you, you still can't describe what's on it >> unless we're right there for a long period of time. Correct. >> West the other hand. Yeah. Do you know where she got the bat from? >> It was in her car. Just some random lady that was >> No, no, no. I mean like like do you know if she reached somewhere for it or like >> it was in the front seat. Like she had it like there. >> And what hand did she have it in when she when you saw it? >> I'm pretty sure it was the right hand. Okay. >> Yeah, she was there any That's going to be a silly question. That's a lot of detail. Did you notice any writing or anything on it at all? >> All right, no problem. >> Yeah, good. >> 14. Thank you. Did you give the desk or ID to check all around? >> No. >> I don't know what you had over there. So, >> yeah. No. Have run all around and then we'll get moving. >> Have you ever been arrested before anything? >> Never. >> You have any tickets before? >> Like driving tickets? >> Speed and tickets. And he's driving. >> Not being pulled over. Not up here. >> All right. Now, I have my registration involved with the uh Yeah. Oh, my truck just keeps opening up. >> You're going to have to give him the DL and stuff cuz I don't know how much information Watch puts on it. on motorcycles. >> No, same car deep like >> we got a call like we got a call. We coming like that. Okay. >> All right. So, um they're running her. >> Yeah. She'll do she'll get a 394D and then we'll try and help her out tomorrow. >> Okay. So, sound good. >> Is it mine? >> I don't know whose here. All right. Just so you know, cuz All right. So, we're going to try and help her out. She's not going to be happy. I don't think she'll get a 394D for the back because she leaves her on her seat. She's using it to intimidate the other person. Um, so she'll just get the weapon charge for that. We'll try and help park the car somewhere here um to avoid that issue cuz we'll have around 30 40 minutes. All right, this is not going to be happening. So she's saying she has the bat because her nieces as we have kids like no niece bad for she like nieces and nephews but why do you leave it up in the front seat you know now she picks the bat up and it's using it in a threatening manner toward another person. She's claiming the woman called derogatory terms but their issues is stemming from this. No, the issue is stemming from whatever, you know, road, whatever issue they have with each other with the traffic back there. So, she's going to come back with us. We'll process her, give her the paper, you know. So, we'll process her. What's is the 3040 in the subsection other weapons nonfire on some other [ __ ] So, we'll do that. She'll get that paper and then she'll probably be released on something. She says never before. Are you looking at sign complaints or anything like that to answer? >> No, I just before I got out of the car, I just wanted to call you guys so there was no problem. Like no witnesses or people here. I just didn't want any problems. >> You're not looking for complaints or anything like that? Like >> you just go back to >> Yeah, I was going to say, do you recognize her at all from the block or anything like that? You don't know her at all? >> She was when I turned um she was coming like from the north, so I don't know. >> Okay. Oh, so you're >> so I was out of north. I was pulling out. >> So you're making a left a right from >> But there were cars in front of me. So before I made the left into the bank parking lot right here, she pulled on my on my right side and that's when she had the baseball bat. She's like, "Come, come, come, come in a second." You know, she left. So >> And then she what cut you off to pull in first? Well, I stopped there because I didn't want to come into the parking lot, I told her she was going to get out of the parking and put there were cars behind us where there's witnesses there. So, then she cut in front of me to pull into the parking lot. But before I pulled into the parking lot also because I needed to go to the ATM, I called you back. >> Okay. All right. Let me just see if they need you anymore. Since you don't want complaints and then I'll I'll get you guys out of here. >> All right. So, here's going to happen. We're going to try and help you out here and then we got to do what we have to do for our job, right? So to avoid impounding your car, >> Mhm. >> if it's okay with you, we'll park it in one of the parking spots over here. So stay safe. You'll come back with us. You'll get processed. Uh if you say you never been arrested for anything like that, you get a court appearance ticket and then you're good to go. >> What am I getting arrested for though? >> For the 394D possession, unlaw possession weapon. Possession weapon for a law purpose. So you're telling me you have the bat nieces and nephews, right? Fine. but you have it readily accessible and your witness is here saying you're picking this thing up threatening somebody essentially with it. So that's where the problem was. No bat. It's words. It's your side, her side. Here's the paper. >> She see it on my seat. And so Okay. So >> that's that's not a statement. Listen, obviously if you're telling me you're an attorney, you know that goes the paper back. >> Yeah. It's a >> No, it's you're literally your fingerprint and photograph and here's your court date. >> Okay. >> All right. Um, are you okay with us moving your car over there so it doesn't get towed? >> Yeah. No, but I'm in I have a handicap. >> Oh, you do? >> Uh, >> yeah. >> Not taking the handicap. >> I have a handicap. >> No, no, I'm not I'm not doubting that. I'm just saying that this way somebody else can use the spot. >> I I rather nobody drive my car. It just stand right there. >> All right. All right. >> All right. We'll try and get you done quick cuz I don't really want to impound your car. You've been respectful and cooperative. >> Oh, they're locking me up. >> Yeah. Um, do you need anything? >> Oh, no. Can I put that in my car? Do you want or need anything from the car? >> No. How am I getting back here? >> We're going to drive back. We're going to get you back here. Please back here. >> All this stuff is going to come back. >> I'm just saying. >> Well, they locked me up. I got to get off the phone. >> Hold on. Stop this video. Subscribe with all notifications on to your number one analyst, the prime analyzer. And you can be one of the first to watch me analyze videos like these. >> How am I getting back in? >> We're going to drive back. We can get you back in. All this stuff is going to come back. >> I'm just saying. Well, they locked me up. I got to get off the phone. >> Ask him when you going. How long am I going? >> She'll probably be done within an hour to the Caucus Police Department. If you want, I can hand I can send you or give you the address. >> You want me to come up here? >> Yeah. >> You'll be done in an hour. I don't know if he in town. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I mean, you're going to be sitting in the lobby, but if you want, it's up to you. >> Or unless you want to come get her car. >> It don't matter. Just text me the address. >> Okay. All right. >> Um, do you want to open his message? job taxree or >> can you voice tax? That's my You have nothing on you, right? No. Go ahead. Does >> he have a key? For what? My car. No, >> you have the key. >> Oh, the only I didn't know if you had another one. >> All right. So, you text him the address when he comes here. If he wants, I can give him the keys. It's up to you if you want to pick up the car. >> Okay. >> Um, like I said, you'll be out hopefully in under an hour. >> Okay. Under an hour or hour. I'm wondering like that and literally all right stay here. >> Yeah. Yeah. So if that guy comes I'm like dude >> I put the stuff in your front seat. >> All right. >> All right. Thanks. >> Huh? I call you. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> So, take her back. I said 39. I'll get it to you. >> So, once you get in, bring the plaster room, start your arrest report, and then uh you Yeah, you're here. So, you guys together now, get on the get out. >> All right. It's going to be it's going to be really quick. >> Okay. >> He just told me 2 hours. I'm [laughter] going to be here till 2:00. >> I highly doubt we'll make >> What time is it now? 12 by one. >> We're going to go right into the process. I'm just going to put this in the locker. >> The suspect was issued a complaint summon and was later released from police custody. I do not have any other information about this case. It seemed as if the suspect was trying to use the SUV sitting at an elevated position compared to the suspect's vehicle. as if that would be a reason that the victim would have seen the bat in the passenger seat. But the laws of logic will not allow me to buy that. However, I do not believe that the police have a strong case if the victim doesn't cooperate. Now, contrary to belief, not all lawyers have deep criminal law knowledge. Most specialize in areas like family, corporate, real estate, or contract law like Batoman. Though all learn basic legal principles in law school while dedicated criminal lawyers, prosecutors, public defenders, defense attorneys develop deep expertise in statutes, procedures, and courtroom tactics for criminal cases. A general lawyer understands broad legal concepts, but a specialist has the nuanced skills for criminal defense or prosecution.
