The police were notified of fights breaking out between multiple individuals. When the first onseene officer entered the building, there was a security guard using physical force to remove some of the Waffle House occupants. Most people are under the belief that a security guard isn't allowed to touch others, and typically that is true. However, a security guard can physically restrain someone during a fight if it's to defend themselves or others, prevent a crime, or detain a person lawfully. But they can only use minimum reasonable force necessary and proportionate to the threat. This force must be necessary and not excessive, such as unnecessary blows or choking, and should only be used after deescalation attempts have failed. >> I go out. >> Okay. Please don't cuz we get to fight. We get to fight again. We got to get throwing people out physically. >> How many people got everybody? >> Hey, walk behind the club. Everybody outside. >> Thank you. Yeah, you the one sitting on the couch eating chips. Get your butt up and take your nutty professor finger and hit the subscribe button so you can see videos analyzed by the prime analyzer like this. But I'm telling you again, >> let's go. Get a step. Get a step. Yeah. [Applause] >> I think I think everybody Yeah. Who knows? You got to go. >> Okay. So, there are many juveniles at the scene of this incident and the primary goal for the police is to remove the aggressors and those involved in fights. After that, the police typically would question the age of the individuals to select who must leave and who can stay due to the time and circumstances. There is a large police presence and many people believe that the police do not like to be outnumbered which is why so many police will arrive. However, the key factors in police deployment are perceived threat level, officer safety, control and deescalation, information and intelligence, and lastly resource management. No, that's the start. >> She started with me. >> You got to go. [Applause] You got people coming out. You get no one way to react. >> Hey, ain't nobody. Let's go. >> Get your car. At least make sure she not a juvenile out here whiling >> 18. She's 18. >> Good to go. >> Well, this incident resulted in three people arrested with charges of resisting with violence and disorderly array. The individual who caused the property damage by throwing the object against the window, according to the cop's statements, was charged with criminal mischief as an additional criminal charge. Criminal mischief can be a felony in Florida if the property damage is over $1,000 or more. Commercial windows in restaurants can cost thousands of dollars with some up to $5,000. Well, that concludes my analysis of this video and I'll catch you on the next one. Peace. >> If you haven't subscribed to the Prime Analyzer channel, you are missing out on great content.
