Well, but people know that nobody's really being paid to do their jobs anymore. I'm one of the people who's going to make some of the most money for the for United States with my businesses, with my makeup business and my rub down with the business. And how I'm not going to support you guys if you guys are going to arrest me. >> [music] [music] >> H phone number. >> What's your phone number? >> Because I just got the door closed. You could come in because because I Let me tell y'all, I said I'm going to >> Did you talk to my partner here? >> Yeah, hi. Officer Collander. Hi, honey. >> Oh, you're good. I'm good. >> Okay, okay. I'm sorry. Thank you for coming. I appreciate you. Um I didn't open the door because I'm trying to do things the right way. It's two ladies at the door. That could be a fight, you know? This is my honey. I love him very much. >> have you guys been together? >> We've been We've been together like almost a half a year. >> Okay. >> You know, but our relationship has progressed very very quickly. >> I was going to say the bedrooms. >> Yeah, let me uh >> Yeah. >> It's a little tricky. He's in the top house right now. >> Yeah, all right. That's cool. >> Thanks. >> Yeah, it's not It's not raining out here. Come on now. It's cold, man. >> It's a little chilly. >> Oh, we're sorry. >> No, you're good. >> Let me be honest with you. >> Yeah. >> I do soft porn. >> Mhm. >> Me and Jonathan are going to be starting an only fans. >> Mhm. >> Like we are together together together together, you know? I do I'm a polygamist. I do I have a couple husbands and Jonathan. When we first met, he was like Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I'm good. I'm good. >> Yeah. I'll tell him the story. It's like, when we met, he said, "Can I be one, too?" >> Mhm. >> And I said >> How long ago you said it was, about? >> It's been almost like half a year Yeah, that we've been together. >> Okay. >> Um but one of them young ladies, she's been around a year, she never pursued him. >> Mhm. >> And now that I'm on the scene, now she's trying to pursue him. >> Okay. >> And I That's why I didn't >> you been staying here with your boyfriend? >> Almost 6 months. >> You've been staying here for almost 6 months? >> Yes. And you know what? I I recently only just You guys are not the only officers who've been coming here. Just so you know. >> Um I recently just put my bank account with the address here, but I do paperless, so it's probably not going to come to here. I'm really supposed to be on the like electricity and stuff cuz my energy does help to pay that. >> Mhm. >> Ever since I got here, my I paid for things like groceries, my link card, I paid for the Wi-Fi, you know. >> is like your only residence you stay you don't have another one? >> This is yeah. I've only been here the last 6 months. I am going through something else with where I used to live at. >> Okay. >> But um we've been together for He got hit by a car and he begged me to come. And then that's when I realized he was having a lot of vision issues. He's really blind. >> Okay. >> And I actually have to use my money resources to pay for him to go to the doctor, to get the paperwork because he needs somebody to, you know, be over his finances, over this place. It's a lot of It's a lot of scams that keeps that comes here. And even these ladies, you know, but the one lady, she was trying to scam him, but she kind of like started falling in love with him a little bit. >> Okay. >> And so, but she never pursued him. And when she saw that I came on the scene, you know, then all of a sudden she she's she comes over unannounced. She's knocking on the door. She's even come like when I left, she's pushed past him, going in here to like observe my things. Like she's doing and I I have a public defender and I have a judge that I report to for some other people from international places because I do believe that there's some people from international places. They're giving me those vibes because um they're saying that they're part of organizations like DuPage Pads, and I'm part of that organization. And as a matter of fact, my energy has was there, and they got a $5 million donation since I was in the program. But they're claiming that they that they have lease here, and that they're part of DuPage Pads, and that they pay rents for this facility, but this facility is like an incumbency is like a lot of LGBTQ community people here, handicap like Jonathan. And basically, they're here to like deter like people from scams and who would overuse the property. So they you know, Jonathan is normally blind. He can't use a lot of water. He can't He can't use the stove. So >> Do you feel I should go and interrupt you? Do you have your ID on your person? >> Uh-huh. Thank you. That's a good thing to ask. So my ID is for my old class. I actually Me and my mom were wrongfully evicted out of our apartment in the world. >> Okay. >> Sheriff's office, we're here to lock up A EVICTION. >> YES. >> DON'T TOUCH MY MOM. DON'T TOUCH MY DON'T [screaming] GET OFF OF ME. >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING? >> AND I'M THE CASE IS STILL PENDING, and I'm almost going to be able to get the keys back soon. >> Where did you you and Jonathan meet? >> At the at the church down the street going to the little homeless dinners. I was going to the When when I was wrongfully evicted, I literally was put outside on the streets. >> Mhm. >> And um I ended up meeting a guy named Dennis, and he started to show me how to go to the churches to get like food. And so that's how it And so he some of the homeless people were helping Jonathan, but at the same time kind of living here and whatever they were doing. But we kind of all met at those dinners. But >> honey, I promise you I'm trying to do things the right way. Um I already was getting ready to do a report about this lady just from the day that she came over here and pushed him. >> Yeah. >> And he Let me tell you something. So, he Look Look at this. I I normally don't have this stuff out, but I needed it in case you didn't believe me. >> Yeah. >> Jonathan got to change his tablet for me. This This right here, he he ate the other one. He probably hid it. But, this is all he consumes. >> Yeah. >> He only only drinking and he's only smoking, so he's he's not eating anything. >> All right. Let me go talk It's just Jonathan, right? Let me talk to him, too. Uh let me just give you a little bit of info about this unit itself, okay? Um I know you don't you don't think they're from PADS. I can understand. They are. Um and the way that PADS works, at least around here lately, if we're DuPage County, is when they can get somebody housing, they they find them a place like this. >> They >> DuPage County PADS page that I I've already seen I've seen the lease. >> Thank you, Julie. I went through DuPage PADS. Only way you can They don't do it like that. >> No, no, no, they don't, honey. I promise you that they don't. I couldn't even get a place. You literally They don't even They do not do it like that. I swear on my life. I know Denise. You can talk to Denise. She works at 703 Liberty Street. Um those are the people that you really need to talk to. The only way to get a place, if you're a woman, but first of all, they're not even giving places to men at all. You can talk to Dennis. For women, they I had to be battered. That's why I'm I came here. You have to be a battered woman >> Well, I was just saying that the the apartment is leased to PADS. >> It is It is not leased There I have the original lease. But, anyways, I'm not going to bother you, honey. >> Let me go talk to Jonathan, cuz I don't really know why we're here, other than he wanted to talk to the case worker. >> This is the thing. He is a is something deeper going on. The the girl Him and her like a little this kind of kindling, but it Jonathan and I, we're moving towards doing marriage. He You know what I'm saying? It's to the point where It's time to start >> What's going on? >> Um good morning, Mr. Officer. >> How are you doing today? >> I am good and you. Happy Easter. Did you have a great Easter? I'm sorry that you had to come here. >> So what's going on today? Cuz we we've been here a couple times, right? >> Yes, but you know what? I I've been meaning I'm going to get to the police station cuz I've been meaning to get there cuz because I'm going to do some reports. >> Okay. >> Um because Jonathan, he he does have multiple personalities and he is showing signs >> Something going on today? >> Yes, so you know what? He's doing okay. What actually when he's feeling better, he calls the police. That's what he does. So um it's part of his symptoms and I I've been here with him almost half a year and so the healthier he's getting, he is doing something like reaching out. I don't know why he's calling police and things like that, but >> I think Pat had showed up. >> Yeah, that's that's that they're actually not from DuPage path. That's actually a woman that is she was here a year or four year and she she hurt she she She didn't >> Have you always >> She wanted a relationship with him, but they didn't do one and what I can understand now she wants to come on the scene because now he has a relationship with me. >> I got you. >> And so I didn't answer the door because I don't want to fight her. I love my He's like my husband. I >> have some disagreement about the stove or anything? >> Honey, Jonathan, let me tell you what he did. He it was boiling hot uh oil on the stove. He took the oil, threw it on the stove, threw the cast iron in the garbage. >> Okay. >> You know, he has episodes, but I've been doing >> Why Why did he do that? Just cuz he got food >> He's >> [laughter] >> He's really not even awake right now, to be honest with you. He's He's a He's a night a night time person. That's what I was just telling the officer. He hid one of the other bags. He literally only drinks this all day. He doesn't eat food, and he only does >> all him then? That's not you? >> It's all All of it's him. And there's another bag. But the thing is is he Excuse me. >> So this be turned off? That's on or is this me the type? >> You know what? It's broken. >> I got you. >> Because he he he can't His vision is very limited. He can't see, and he dropped the glass and broke the stove. This is before I got here. But um basically >> So have you come and went, or have you been here the whole entire time? >> I've been here for the almost the whole time. >> The last time I was here, you you got your belongings, you went with a girlfriend or something. >> Um >> That was That's going back a couple months ago. >> but that's why we It was cold. But me and Let me say me and Jonathan we love each other. We are We are together. And so and a relationship >> happen today between the two of you? >> Um you know what? In there I made a mistake and rubbed up against his leg, and he thought I was trying I was I was in my flip-flops, and I was standing between him, and he >> anything? >> Yeah, he thought that I was, but I didn't. >> about by the stove? >> I just let him do what he does. >> push you or anything like that? >> No, no. I just I just let him You know what? When we were in the room, I was in between his legs. But Officer Gisela Buzeky, we every day. We sleep in the same bed every day. We love each other. Jonathan is a Donald keep calling you guys. >> We don't have audio, but Jonathan is outside telling police that Yolanda had argued with him about him using the stove, and that she had pushed him away with two hands, causing him to fall. The case workers from PADS further explained that Yolanda is not on the lease, that she's been harassing the landlord, and on complaints from neighbors. And that Jonathan had requested their help after she wouldn't allow him to leave the apartment. They even claimed to have personally heard Yolanda threaten to beat Jonathan on a prior occasion. >> Yolanda, let me ask you this. What happened in the kitchen when you pushed him in the chair? >> I didn't push him. I didn't push I didn't push him. >> Okay. >> Um Jonathan, he he wants Tylenol. You know, this is his diet and I'm trying to help him get off of it. It's just beer and that. And so when he consumes this, he has like burst every day. He has to have a burst. Every every single day there's a burst. But today is just happening to be a day he calls the police if he's not able, you know what I'm saying, to get what he wants. He wants the Tylenol. >> Whose room is whose? >> We sleep together. >> Okay. >> We sleep together every single night. We sleep every single day. I listen, I'll show y'all video. >> All right, we're good. We're good. I don't even we don't need that. >> We got videos of him having any problem. >> That's right. Well, people can do that and still have problems. >> But they are not from DuPage Pass. I'm in DuPage Pass. I actually my energy is in DuPage Pass. DuPage Pass got $5 million while my energy was in there. And I'm getting ready to approach them to see if we can use some of the money for safety and security because all these people are trying to come in their name. And she's one of them. And she had a whole year to get with Jonathan. And she's jealous of him and now she's jealous and now she's jealous. >> All right. >> Now now she's jealous and so she wants him. >> so we're going to talk and figure things out. Sounds like this isn't DuPage Pass apartment. >> It is. That's what Jonathan's saying. Jonathan has Honey, Jonathan has multiple personalities. >> We'll just talk. All right. >> the Tylenol. >> [snorts] >> And I won't give him the Tylenol. >> I got you. Uh so I just want to clarify things. Now I got to talk to Jonathan. Was there any altercation between you guys after like arguing about using the stove? >> No. >> Like was there pushing in the bedroom? Did you push him? Did you push him? >> I I told him I was sitting at the in between his legs like this and I uh bumped up against him. I had to but I got my flip-flops on and he thought that I was like pushing his leg. And I told him like, "Honey." So, he was pushing me. I'm like, "I would I didn't try to push your leg." So, it was we were talking back and forth. But, I'm just being honest with y'all. >> before or after the people showed up here? >> Oh, this was before. This is way before because he he's not a morning person and he got he wants Tylenol. >> Okay. >> He wanted me to get I bought a 100 ca- I bought a pills and I'm like, "Honey, you're not even hurting." You know what I'm saying? He hasn't eaten anything. He's just only drinking this and smoking that and so I'm trying to help him to eat, but he just wants to take the pills and drink his beer and do his smoking. Um and so that's why he's mad. And so that's why he This is all transpired from me saying, "Honey, you didn't even eat nothing." I'm trying to get him to to food, >> Yeah. >> drink, eat, then take a pill. You see what I'm saying? [clears throat] >> it. So, Yoland, he's he's claiming that there was pushing and fighting. >> It's not. We were >> Unfortunately, he wants you arrested and uh but >> Honey, he he pushes and fights me all the time. >> You don't need to place her under arrest for domestic battery. Put your hands behind your Put your hands behind your back. I'll take the purse. >> I'll take the bag. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. >> Put your hands behind your back for us. >> Wait. Wait. Wait. I haven't even ate nothing yet. Can y'all get Okay. Can y'all get all my stuff cuz I don't want What What What Officer Bizekki, can you I got a zoo All you guys are making me miss the zoom call. I have a zoom call at 2:00. But, why are y'all arresting me? >> We just explained it to you. >> Baby, I did not He Honey, I didn't No, I he he pushed on me. Okay, so I'm not even going to say that. Okay, can y'all get my book bag with my and I need >> You have property in here or is it >> Yeah, well I don't want y'all to take nothing cuz I do live here. >> Well then we don't want to take anything. >> Right. No, no, I mean my No, no, my book bag because I have my tampons Yes, my book. >> Where is it at? >> Uh come on, honey. >> We'll walk over there and my partner will grab it, is that okay? >> Y'all listen, these ladies from international places, they don't want y'all. I'm just letting y'all know. I can't believe you guys are arresting me. I cannot believe it. Okay, so honey, can you do me a favor? >> What bag you need? Small just a small little one? >> This is This No, this is the one I take every time I go even with if somebody arrest me. This is uh my towel. We'll head out there and we'll grab your the other >> So, just leave everything here cuz >> Yeah, we're not touching it. >> Right, this is where I live at. Make sure Jasmine don't come in here touching my stuff. >> touching it. >> Okay, and this got alcohol in it. I don't want y'all to take it. I don't want y'all drinking it. >> Okay. >> Okay. Okay, that. And then He He don't know he's doing this to y'all on purpose. >> I don't know what's going on. Everything's getting messed up in the apartment. >> No, like but wait, wait, wait. And my phone charger. My phone charger, too. Honey. >> This stuff? >> Yeah, honey. >> This is your phone? >> Put this inside of there. Babe, babe, look No, no, put this in here. Okay, and then okay, so that one that doesn't have anything in it for now. >> We should be good. Everything >> Okay. So, I'm trying to think if there's anything else. Uh >> Well, you're not going to be gone forever, so >> Right. We coming back. You know I didn't know >> Well, let's have that out there. >> You know we didn't >> Let's I can only do so much. >> Wait. Let me tell y'all something. >> I can only >> Jonathan does this to y'all on purpose. >> I can only do so much, darling. Okay, you want to >> I'm coming back home. That's my husband. >> Come on, Jonathan. >> Okay. >> I don't want to pull your arm. I don't want to >> I take his dick every day. I'll take care of him. SO, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR MAN, don't come. It's the real truth. It's the truth. They just WANT TO COME STEAL EVERYBODY'S STUFF. I'm not a thief. I I pay bills over here. >> All right. I'm going to turn you, okay? >> That's right. She needs to know. >> Well, we're going to go over there and I'll touch your stuff. >> Because No, no. And I'm going to slap the out of them next time they I'm sick of these ladies. >> We're going to go on the passenger side. >> You see what I'm saying? >> Let Let y'all I I totally understand. You got pockets on you? >> No. >> No. Okay, let's see. >> I'm so sick and tired of these ladies. They don't want to do for these men. I do so much for Jonathan. I take care of him, cook, clean. I do so much for him and these ladies come over. They don't want to do nothing for these men. And they don't want to do nothing for y'all. >> It's a easier if you go back first and sit. Thanks for working with us. As I said, everything you're telling me is going in my report and everything he's telling me goes in my report. But at the end of the day I didn't make this decision. I'm letting you know that this wasn't my decision. >> was it? >> Jonathan. >> No, it's not Jonathan. Honey, Jonathan is not even >> We'll talk at the video, okay? >> Babe, y'all are so wrong. No, they're arresting me for nothing. I don't even have my stuff no more. Jonathan does this stuff on purpose. Like, I'm just being honest with y'all, honey. People know that Well, but people know that nobody's really being paid to do their jobs anymore. So, when you guys show up and you guys are not if say for I'm one of the people who's going to make some of the most money for the for United States with my businesses, with my makeup business and my rubbed down with business. And how I'm not going to support you guys if you guys are going to arrest me. >> No, I I >> No, that's wrong. You guys don't even try. I want we I just told you we want to be together and he wants to be with me. So, why would you guys do everything but keep us together? That makes no sense. You guys are doing crazy stuff. >> This is I I ain't I ain't >> No, Jonathan doesn't get to make a decision like that. Jonathan can't even live there without me. >> I can't control what I did. >> Jonathan, you guys are No, no, you guys are showing up. You're not listening. You're not even listening at all. That's the whole point. You guys are not even listening. I'm the one who is the reason why Jonathan is still there. And I told you that those ladies are not from any DuPage pads and you guys are not listening. And you're That's a doesn't matter. Like, when my story gets out you guys you you guys fire yourselves and then you wonder why the the general republic just wants to take care of themselves. We're actually able to to basically defend ourselves. But you guys are steady keep jumping on the police department and when you get on there, you don't listen to anybody. You don't listen to nothing. You guys don't even listen and then you wonder why the everybody hates the police. I don't hate anybody. No, no, I don't hate anybody but you guys are you guys fire yourselves. There's going to be to the point where you know, Trump just going to end up taking all the weapons out the police department and basically just using it to build a bridge because you guys are you know, the police departments are defunded and then you guys just jump on there and still do what you want to do. They going to have to take the cars or lose, take the guns or lose. You know, people, I know how to defend myself. I just didn't I just didn't want to escalate it. Now if if I were to have fought her and beat her up, then y'all wouldn't have done anything, which which I should have done. That's what I should have done. I should have just opened the door and just been fighting her, you know, and this and that but I'm sitting over here trying to do things the right way. If I do things the right way, you guys should listen. You shouldn't be putting me in handcuffs. I have a Zoom call at 2:00 with my with my public defender and now I got to tell her I got arrested for for doing things the right way. Talking about some Jonathan. Jonathan is Jonathan is the one who attacked me. >> You're allowed to say everything you're telling me right now and in the house is going to be documented in my case report. I promise. >> Right, but you just arrested me. >> And and again, that's being documented why it's being >> Yeah, but this is a waste of my time. You guys don't care about people's time. You guys don't care about people's health. I stopped getting arrested by the international guys because they kept putting these handcuffs on too tight. Jonathan does this on purpose. You don't know he works for people in the government, too. And and he he gets he gets clearance to kill people. I'm the one who stops him from doing that. They got people stashed around he stashed there. You guys know that. Man, next time I'm going to slap your little head ass. You got a little head [ __ ] What the [ __ ] is you doing? Going to slap somebody. Just if they record it I'll do it. >> The suspect was aged 43 [music] at the time of his arrest. She was charged with domestic battery, which makes physical contact as a class A misdemeanor, and with domestic battery, which causes bodily harm, also as a class A misdemeanor. Court records indicate that Yolanda was stricken with a no contact order and mandated [music] to stay away from a certain property. Hmm, wonder where? Eventually, Yolanda was found [music] unfit to stand trial, but the court case is still active, and she has an upcoming court date scheduled for September the 2nd, 2026. Now, what do you think? [music] Are ladies coming from foreign places to take your man away? Let us know in the comments below. And as always, thanks for watching 5-0 Police Bodycam. >> [music]
