On October 13th, 2024, the Sanduski, Ohio Police Department was called to the scene at the local Cedar Fair theme park for reports of a potential incident at the park. The following shows the bodywn worn camera footage of what happened during the incident. Hey sir, come over here. Hold up. Hold up. We'll talk cuz he just snapped. Okay, we will talk. Shut up. Stop. Then he uh he was walking and he tripped over the wagon. Right. I said, "All right." I told him before he got to it, "Watch out where you're going." And he bumped the umbrella. Everything was cool. And then next thing you know, he starts saying something to my daughter. Then he calls my wife a fat [ __ ] Hit me. And and so that's when I I said, "What? What the are you doing, man?" And then he's like, "Well, I'll you up. I'll He's like, "Hit me. Hit me." So I flinched at him. That's when that's when he come at me, put him put hands on me. Then all I did was grab him and we fell over the fence and I had him on the ground and before I could do anything, I had three of his buddies smacking me in the head and [ __ ] And then we're trying to get out of there and they're following us. He come back, sucker punch me again, hit my wife, hit my daughter as we're trying to leave to go home. They're pursuing us. I'm I'm done with it. You know what I'm saying? I was done. I was trying to walk away and they keep pursuing us. Period. Okay. You know. Okay. So, this all started over above into the cart. Into the cart, which wasn't a big deal. You guys, he keeps coming at me and we're trying to leave. I'm trying to get the out of here and go home. That's where we were going when all this started was to our car. I have no idea. You got hit. And he dude turned around, started talking crazy. Now granted, I I will absolutely admit my teenagers anger issues were not great. He turned around talking crazy. They went in the grass and start and I'm 3 ft behind the grass. that dude. It was a whole thing and just started. He hit him in the face and threw him on the [ __ ] dirt. He said something about me bumping the stroller. Uh I said something bad, kept walking. His girlfriend in front of me said something. And then like I was just like like [ __ ] like that. And then she turned around. She was like, "My boyfriend right there, he's going to beat your ass." Not a d. And he just walks up. Soon as he walks up straight, goes like this. I move his hand like this. I go like move his hand off of my Soon as he does that, he grabs right back up and then I just we just go over the fence and then like he's literally holding me like this. Literally just like that. And then like I'm just sitting here struggling to get up and eventually the only reason why the only reason why I was even able to get up because my friend over here, he's the one I came in was trying to break it up and stuff and that's when he started swinging on him and that's when it was just like a big ass bro. And then I walked away and that's when he whipped my shoulder back like this. And then he was like, "My bad." And then the dude, he was like, "Watch where you're walking." And then he was like, "You watch." And then he was like, "You watch where you're walking." And then he just he just kept going. And then when his girlfriend was like in front of him, he was like, she was like, "Uh, you shouldn't have walked into the damn wagon or something." And then he was like, like you can see all the grass and dirt on me. I bet you he's saying, "Oh yeah, he punched me. He assaulted me." I What do I look like as a kid run up on some a grown ass man punching? Like how does that even I don't know what he's saying. I didn't get his I didn't get his way where he at right now. Ejected. They got ejected. [Music] I want my wife back, bro. Where is she being taken? Because she was part of it. So I did so I just saw that they're like the kid in red kind of tripped over the wagon wagon right and then the dad kind of and I there was some words exchanged I did not hear the words that were exchanged. They were arguing though. Yes. There were some arguments and I saw the dad kind of are you taking her to the county or I saw that and then there was some then there was a physical alteration. Um and then there was some jumping over the fence some additional hitting. Um, and then and then that was basically dad walked away stepped in and was like just walked away. But that's basically it sounds like he was more so assaulted. There's a separate witness here. Exactly. Um, so your wife is going to be up front.
