Her warrant included charges possession of a controlled substance and for obstructing an officer, both as misdemeanor offenses. And because of this incident, she was charged with public intoxication as a misdemeanor and with placing a bodily fluid on a government employee while a prisoner as a felony. Bond was set at $3,500.
