The suspect, Diane Beasley, was aged 58 at the time of this incident. She was charged with one count of driving too fast for conditions or failure [music] to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and one count of DUI, first or second offense. As she [music] indicated, this was the suspect's second DUI in recent weeks, having made a wrongway turn and damaged [music] city property while under the influence of alcohol a month earlier. For this arrest, the suspect did refuse a breathalyzer, although she did admit in custody that she had [music] around three vodka drinks and was actually driving to White Castle for a late night snack. Her court [music] case is ongoing and her next court date is December the 10th, 2025. Now, what do you think? How does it feel knowing we share the road with [music] repeat drunk driving offenders who are this inebriated? Let us know in the comments below. [music] And as always, thanks for watching 5 Police Body Cam.
