He was charged with theft from a person under $500 with a prior conviction as a class 4 felony, with theft from a person under $500 as a class 3 felony, with identity theft [music] between 2,000 and 10,000 dollars as a class 2 felony, and with aggravated identity theft 300 to 10,000 dollars from a victim over the age of 60, also a class [music] 2 felony. Further investigation yielded four additional theft-related felony [music] charges from nearby Gurnee and Round Lake Beach. And Vincent even has a history of this behavior [music] in Nebraska. His next court date is a case management conference scheduled for July [music] the 29th, 2026. Our second suspect, Jasmine Nosworthy, was aged 34. For her role, she was charged with theft from a person under $500 as a class [music] 3 felony, with identity theft between 2 and 10,000 dollars as [music] a class 2 felony, and with aggravated identity theft 300 to 10,000 dollars from a victim [music] over the age of 60 as a class 2 felony. Like her accomplice, [music] Jasmine received four additional theft-related felony charges from Gurnee as well. Her next court date is a case management conference on [music] June the 17th, 2026. Authorities were first alerted when a woman reported her wallet missing to store security while shopping at a Target store [music] in Vernon Hills. Store surveillance recorded Vincent taking it. Jasmine purchased a laptop at the Vernon Hills Best Buy [music] using a stolen credit card, then attempted to buy 2,000 dollars worth of gift cards [music] from another register. It was also Jasmine who purchased that DeWalt power tool at the [music] Home Depot while using a stolen credit card. In total, 20 [music] gift cards were recovered from inside the vehicle with a cumulative value of $9,925. >> [music] >> Take a good look, America. You do not want to bump into these two.
