Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel. An analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary and last but not least, an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. >> On October 6th, 2024, officers responded to a call about a man and a woman fighting outside Denny's. >> Everything is fine. I just want my stuff off with my boyfriend and I want to fall on my date. >> It's your boyfriend. >> He's in there. Go ask him. He the one who wanted. >> All right. >> Say your name one more time then. >> Naquia. >> Nasia. >> Yes. >> What did you say his name was? Fant. >> I'm the one that called. >> Okay. >> Um, >> what did you see? >> The gentleman is inside. The one that they were there was an altercation. Um, inside they the two were beating each other. They were yelling, screaming in in the restaurant. Basically, it was just an altercation. The lady, the way I hear, she wanted the shoes off. That's all I heard. But there was a a domestic. Basically, they were hitting each other. Um, when there's kids involved, you know, that's why I called. >> You're You're good. What what uh >> what started it? You said the shoes. >> Yes, apparently the shoes. >> Okay. And who was the one wanting the shoes off or her? >> She wanted to take her shoes off. >> Yes. >> Okay. And he didn't he became aggressive or she was aggressive? >> They both were aggressive. >> Okay. Let me go talk with him if you're >> He's out on the counter. Well, yes, that was the call cuz my manager told me to call. >> Oh, you you did the right thing. I'm really Nika. I'm really going to have to get your information on this. >> So, do you have your license with you? >> No. >> Huh? >> All right. Spray your first name again. >> It's N Y Q U A S I A. >> Yeah. >> Talk to me. Sit down. Um, did you witness anything? >> No, I'm her mom. >> I must say I was not expecting her to say she was the mom. I thought that was her friend or something. >> Did you witness anything? >> No, I'm her mom. What's wrong with him? >> I was on the phone and she called me. Then the phone fell and I called her back and she said she was here. >> Okay. >> Tell me what's going on. >> She got mad, bought the clothes, bought clothes off. She told me to take take the shoes off. Let it off. >> Oh no. I thought these shoes were referring to the children. I didn't know the shoes were her guy's shoes. Oh no. She tried to debo her guy out of his shoes. Bought the clothes. Bought clothes got off. She told me to take take the shoes off. Say I'm not taking my shoes off. What am I taking my shoes off for? >> Okay. >> And we was in the room. She got mad. Whatever. She told me she said get your [ __ ] Get the So I put on my clothes and I walked up. Walked over here so I could be able to call mom. So I can call my grandma, call somebody to be able to come get me cuz I ain't got no ride on my head. >> Oh, okay. I get it. They must stay across the street at that hotel or that extended stay, whichever one it is. >> My clothes and I walked out. I walked over here so I could be able to call my so I can call my grandma, call somebody to be able to come get me cuz I ain't got no ride. My head. So I tried to I tried to call somebody. Soon as I was calling somebody, she walk in all my face. Who the you calling get out hang up the phone right now and I'm like I'm on the phone with my people if I can get a ride. All right. I got really She won't talk to me at all and I've got to get some type of information from whatever he says cuz if she don't give me nothing, I'm just going to have to go about whatever they say and I'm not going to have her side. So, it could go against her not having her >> nothing. I just told him to get out the room >> and take off my stuff. >> Get out of the room and take off your stuff. >> Now, I could be wrong. Even though I only been wrong about 1.5 times in my entire life, shouldn't it be take off my stuff and then get out of the room? I'm just saying we got to be accurate now. >> I just told him to get out the room and take off my stuff. >> Get out of the room and take off your stuff. So, did what did he have on that was yours? >> Everything he has on is mine. >> Basically, >> his clothes and >> they're in a relationship. That's her kid's father. She paid for his outfit. They're having an argument. So, she told him to give it back, which I just explained to her that he doesn't have to give it back cuz it's a gift. >> Just in case you didn't know, that's called leverage. Utilizing something, in this case, the shoes, to maximize an advantage, in this case, for him not to leave. The beginning of their argument most certainly did not start with her wanting the items that she gifted him back. Law enforcement is not there for all the aspects and elements of their problematic relationship. They're only there for one simple reason. To find a crime through reasonable suspicion and to find the culprit of that crime with probable cause. >> Just explain to her that he doesn't have back cuz it's a gift. >> Who is she to you? >> That's my my girlfriend. >> Girlfriend. Whose kids are they? >> Mom. One of them is mom. >> Wow. Okay. Where were they during this? >> Huh? >> Where were they during that? >> They they they weren't there. They weren't they weren't um they weren't here. >> Okay. The cop is asking about the children and the relationship to the children because due to the children's ages, there could be child endangerment, neglect, or even abandonment charges if these individuals put these children in certain situations. >> Where were they during this? >> Where were they during >> they were they they weren't they weren't they weren't um they weren't here. >> Okay. Uh were they in the room? Were you you have no clue? They were in the room and you left. >> Yeah, they was in >> with your mom. >> Yes, sir. >> Mom. You need to see if you got marks. >> You have any marks on you? Anything where you got hit or did you get hit or anything >> on your body? Did you get hit anywhere? >> No. >> Did you say no? Okay. And did you hit him anywhere? Huh? >> No. >> No. Okay. So then boom, I was I was I was on the phone. So then boom, I hung out the phone with my grandma cuz she was hearing all she she weren't really understand. It was a lot of [ __ ] a lot of noise going on. So I hung up and I walk out. She following me out here. I walk off over there. She pulling on me. She just pulling on my shirt. She hit me a couple times in my face. >> If that is true, in the eyes of the law, she would be considered the aggressor. And anything that he does in the moment of that can be considered by the law self-defense to a degree. >> I walk off over there, she pulling on me. She just pulling on my shirt. She hit me a couple times in my face. What you going to >> Some of the employees is saying they was having to watch the kids while y'all were fighting. >> Nobody watched my kids. >> I'm just telling. >> Yeah. Oh, yeah. We fine. >> So, what you mean they had to What they mean they had to watch my grandkids. >> She talking about her. They didn't watch none of my kids. Just like y'all just pulled up and the officer said stay right there. >> So, basically the kids were watching y'all having the altercation the the verbal altercation. >> Yes. But they never had my kids. They I don't even know them. So why would I have them even watching my kids? They was standing outside watching me and him. They was never watching. >> So this happened inside or outside? >> No, outside right here. >> It happened right here. >> Yeah. My room was right there still with the door open. >> So it happened in the parking lot. >> You want to talk to him? Yeah. How long y'all been together? >> [ __ ] For a couple years. Probably about about four years now. Four, five years. >> Any previous issues? >> Like this? >> Yeah. >> No, not sir. >> Did you see who hit who first? >> Um, the woman hit him first and then he after she hit him, he hit her. >> Where did he hit her? >> The face. >> Where' she hit him? >> Face. >> Like was it a punch or a slap? >> Like a punch like on >> They were punching out. >> It was bad. >> He didn't swing on her. She swung on Well, was he in by himself at first and she chased him over? >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> You know who that boy that baby belongs to? >> No. >> All I know is the the little boy. That's my baby boy. >> Okay. >> That's personally mine's. >> Okay. Um what do you want done? >> Man, I don't want nothing done. I'm just I just want her to get away from me and stop putting her hands on me. Right. Cuz clearly if you I ain't touched the girl. I ain't there nothing. If I I'm I'm s talking to you calmly. I ain't there nothing wrong. I was just trying to walk away to walk off at least walk cuz I couldn't talk to tell my grandma to come get me. So I was trying to walk off. She pulling on my shirt. You got anybody that was looking through looking through right there on that side. She was right there pulling on me. Put p me all over my face multiple times. I not once touched her, pulled her, grabbed her, anything like that. >> Okay. >> So now there's multiple witnesses saying that the female was the first person to strike. This will put the female at a major disadvantage in this case because the witness statements, particularly from individuals not directly involved in the incident, may be viewed as more objective than statements from suspects or victims who may have motives to mislead or misrepresent events. >> I not once touched her, pulled her, grabbed her, anything like that. Okay. >> So, how many kids you got? >> Four. >> Four. >> Yeah. Let's just go back to the car for now. >> I'm trying to find my keys. >> Your keys? >> Yeah, because I don't know if you have any. >> Well, we can do that, but we can't do that right now. So, let's go back to the car for right now. Okay. >> Wait till we get this done, then we'll go from there. >> [ __ ] told me to leave. I was just leaving exactly like they told me to do, right? >> I ain't do nothing wrong with nobody. >> You all right? I'm trying. >> Why you call me? >> I couldn't. She had the phone when I tried when I tried to call. >> You didn't hit her. She didn't hit you, right? >> She hit me. I didn't touch her. I'm not tricking her. Sorry. >> Server in there cooperated his story. He's in here minding his own business. She came in here and started hitting on him first. >> Go help him out. >> Yeah. Things looking up for you. >> Things looking up for you. >> So, I'm talking to fellow. >> Why did they say I was trying to press charges? >> It's domestic. Domestic. Uh, the state takes over prosecution. To anyone out there that has been misled by the myth that if you are a victim of DV that you have any discretion of pressing or dropping charges. News flash, you do not have any discretion. Once a victim calls the police or someone else calls the police to report domestic violence, the matter is out of the victim's hands. If the law enforcement officers believe a crime was committed, they will arrest the alleged offender regardless of whether the victim wants to press charges or not. >> I didn't say I was trying to press charges. >> It's domestic. Domestic. Uh the state takes over prosecution. The uh state takes over the prosecution and she's got to go for tonight. >> So there's no need, bro. without searching. >> I don't want her touching me. >> She has to search you. >> I don't want her. >> It don't matter what you are. >> No. >> Okay. That's just it. >> That's it. You just need me right in the chest. >> I don't I'm not >> Hey, stop. I want you to get I am if you get the away from me. You telling me to stop? I have a freedom of speech. I can say what I want to say. >> Okay. Excuse me. >> I'm trying to make >> I asked her to go past the parking stop. >> I don't get in the car. >> Why? >> If you make this a worse situation or impede their investigation, then you could be arrested. >> I'm not doing that. I work for a lawyer. I know my rights. I'm not impeding an investigation. I'm standing right here. How am I interfering with the investigation? >> Well, when you start walking over to them and you have her >> over there to them. I didn't walk over there. >> I saw it. Go ahead. >> I do not want >> Look, you're going to you're going to end up near mama. >> There you go. >> There you go. Listen, I'm not going to argue with you. >> Thank you. >> But what I am going to tell you is >> we don't need anymore. >> Why is she crying like that? >> He attacked me for her. That's not what they're being said. Scoot your butt over, please. >> I don't want to. >> I don't want. >> All right. >> Can you just let me talk to my daughter to have her calm down? Just let me let let me talk to her so she can calm down. >> If if I saw you calm and staying calm, then then that would be a good situation. >> I'm calm, Sergeant. I'm calm. Let me talk to her to calm her down. That's all I'm asking. She's already going to jail. I'm upset. I can't talk to her before I go. >> If both of y'all calm down, I may think about it. >> I am calm. I do not want to go. >> Uh, make sure that >> we need to make sure you have the kids information. >> Yes. >> And is she okay with >> you okay with uh mom? Is she okay with mom taking the kids? >> Ah, I didn't ask that. different. >> Yeah. >> Can you Can you get her cell phone for me? I need her phone. >> Can you please get her cell phone for me? >> Well, now we want something. We're going to be nice. >> Okay, ma'am. >> Listen to me. >> Listen to me. I need you to I I need you to answer a very important question. Okay. What >> is Are you okay with your kids going with your mama? >> Yes. >> Yes. Okay. >> Hey, sorry. >> Sarge. She's good with the kids going with her mama. >> Okay. >> One more question. Does she want her cell phone to go to her mom? >> Okay. One more important question. Do you want your cell phone to go to your mama? >> I need you to answer for me. I'm trying to be nice. I I asked you cannot talk to her >> and we can't because y'all are both called up. >> I'm not. >> So, answer my question. Do you want your phone to go to her? Your kids are going there. >> Talk to her before I go. >> Yes or no? >> Tell me yes or no. >> Can you let me talk to her? >> Tell me yes or no. >> Why? >> Because y'all were too rowdy together. So, tell me yes or no. Can you have your phone? >> I'm not. I'm going to say no and your phone will stay here then. >> No, no, I did. >> No, you didn't. [Applause] >> I got the camera. >> Hey, Clay. >> I want my >> Can you Can you Can you listen to me for a second? Clay, can you listen to me for a second? I don't want to go. >> I I hear you. >> But but what is done is done. Clay, don't make this situation worse. Okay, you got some kids. >> I'm just talking to her. >> Hey, listen. Clay, can you make me a promise? Can you calm down? >> Can you can you calm down? >> Yeah. >> I will let your mom talk to you, but I need you to calm down and I need you to stay calm down cuz listen, I'm a parent. You're a parent, right? Yeah, >> that's your number one job. If you make this worse, >> it's going to be harder on you and we don't want that. Okay? What's done is done, but don't make this worse. >> Can you hear me? And look at me. Do you see that? I'm being very sincere in this. I don't want things worse for you. Okay? So, stay calm. What's done is done. He has no say in it whatsoever. The state takes over the prosecution when it's a domestic related situation. >> I will suggest that you are able to talk. >> Okay. >> But it's up to him. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> And this whatever that answer is, tell me you'll take it. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Watch these babies. >> You're not going to Are you going to stay calm? >> I am. I'm just upset. >> All right. >> So, grandma or dad said that he wants to take his kid. No, I don't want him going over there. No, >> if mom doesn't want >> If mom wants >> No, that I was just saying that over here. I didn't know what the situation was. That's all I'm saying. >> We'll let we won't keep the change out. >> Okay. >> Your mom will >> So, we call him. We're going to stay this way. >> Yeah. >> All right. I'm >> I'm good with letting >> mom talk. >> Yeah. As long as you get it doesn't >> Are you checked out this room? >> Where's all your stuff? >> In the car. >> Where's your phone? >> Right here. >> Huh? >> Right here. >> Can you give them your phone? Um, you going to have to wait to go to court for me to get you out. But you can't kick that car and make it worse cuz they're not going to give you no bond. >> Hey, >> the bomb man. He will rebond you out. He will reborn you out. But you have to be calm. You cannot kick the car. You can't do none of that. Okay. >> They taking him. >> She is going. >> I'm telling my son. They taking him. >> Yes. Cuz when in these situation, unless there's a written rule by a judge, mom will have the say. So mom is going or kids are going with her mom if >> but the rest of them ain't got nothing to do with me. >> I know my son I can't take my son >> because it's a mutual son between you and mom. >> Yeah. >> And ultimately she'll have say over where that's the way the state of Florida is. She has say over where the kids go. >> 14 alpha 10 15 one female. I love you. Love you. >> This is why being logical, rational, and prudent will always provide you a greater advantage to your outcome or results. If you are convicted of a DV charge, it can significantly impact your employment. Any jobs related to public trust and vulnerable populations such as children, elderly, and healthcare, you can forget it. The system will not allow you to possess or receive firearms or ammunition. That means that you will not be able to be a law enforcement officer, security, or any position requiring a firearm license. You can forget it. If you ever wanted to be a teacher, a doctor, or an attorney, you can forget it. And many employers conduct background checks. So, if your background check reveals a DV, typically you can forget it. Well, this concludes my analysis of this video. I'll catch you on the next one. Peace. >> If you haven't subscribed to the Prime Analyzer channel, you are missing out on great content.
