Security or the owners of one business typically don't have the legal authority to trespass on individuals in the entire strip mall parking lot. The parking lot is usually a common area managed by the shopping center landlord, not by individual tenants. The cops know this. The younger citizens don't know this. And the cops are using these directives that aren't backed by law to get them to either leave or do something unlawful so they can eventually be forced to leave or get arrested. >> She need to go. Everybody in here need to go. She need to go. You need to go. >> That's my right. I don't know. >> He said he don't know you. You need to go. One here for me. Face me. You like your job? >> I love my job. >> What y'all going to do with put in the bag? >> It's kind of cold. >> Get you a blanket. >> A blanket? How long to be in there? >> I have no idea. >> What you mean? You have no idea. >> How long do people be in here? >> However long it takes. >> Until y'all or until somebody come get me or something? We got to do paperwork, but it all depends how many calls we have and we have to clear and go handle something else before we finish the paperwork. >> Do you understand all these rights? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you want to speak to me >> about what happened? >> Yeah. >> Can we You got to do it with the door closed. >> I know. 14 central Miranda R. >> You said no. It is 114. >> You want to talk outside the cell? >> Yeah. >> Are you going to be cool outside the cell? >> I'm not I'm cool. >> I'm just asking. Okay. All right. >> I ain't got nothing in my clothes. >> I'm going to get you a blanket on second. >> All right. You want to talk to me about what happened about the arrest? >> Yeah. >> What happened? >> Well, can you tell me first what what they saying so I can correct it? >> I'm going to tell you after. >> Um I came back up. I came I was there first, but I went to the bowling alley. >> You were where first? >> At Rinkis. >> At >> I went in there, but I pulled up cuz they was there. >> Okay. >> And um >> you pulled up cuz who was there? >> My cousin. It's his birthday. >> Okay. >> And or whatever. And then I left cuz I went to see my uncle down the street. >> Where he live at? >> No, we was at Dawson B. We was at the boat. >> Oh, okay. >> And we was all planning to come back down there to meet up with them, see what they was doing. But I got called like the when I was at the light it was a lot of police. I called my friend that was in there like what was going on. She like um I don't know it's just a lot going on whoever having the altercation whatever she know was going on. So we pulled back up. We pulled in there to see what was going on. I seen >> So basically something was already transpiring before you were even there. >> Yeah I guess. >> Okay. So we was in the lot and then the whole situation that going on whatever they had going on police fighting or whatever. Okay, cool. So the main thing that happened or whatever cuz I was walking back to my car and my cousin baby woman was like uh >> who was your cousin? >> Uh Kon, >> what's his last name? >> Why just ask him what's his last name? He didn't get locked up. We know. >> Okay. >> But now he uh mama called me or whatever cuz they >> baby mama. >> Do it matter. >> You got to know people's names. >> The one that's on me. I ain't going to do all that. >> You ain't snitching on her. We just need like what you getting at. Like >> we just need to know names. That's all. >> His baby mama, she uh the one that got locked in handcuffs. She swung at the other baby mama and then they locked her in handcuffs. >> What's her name? >> Maya. >> Maya what? >> I don't know her last name. It's two of. I don't know. I don't know. >> You don't know your brother big baby mama's name? >> Cousin. >> Cousin. >> Yeah. Don't know >> your cousin. Oh, okay. >> Yeah. I don't know. It's two of them. >> Okay. >> She called you. >> She called me. She was at the police. She was They put her in the car. I don't know how they got how they got her out. After she swung out the other baby mama, they locked her up like that and then everybody was arg >> okay >> or whatever. >> Then what happened? >> And then the car right here, I'm right here. Everything out, everything down the police station telling people going home. Everybody say argue. So I walk off. I'm going to walk to the car that I was in, which was on the other side of the police car. When I got over to that side, Maya was standing on the outside of the car. I don't know. >> She was already outside. She was already outside like no like she was >> so you were standing by the car and then you were about to leave and then you came back and she was already outside of the car. >> She the car right here. I'm on the other side. They put her in a police car. Whoever else was still arguing the police telling everybody to go home. I'm like okay it's over with. I'm going to walk to the car that was over here on the other side. The police car is in the middle. >> I'm going to walk to the car that I was in. As I'm walking to the car, Maya called me. She said, "Tyler, come here." Um, what? She like, "Can you please get my phone?" She like, "Come here. Can you please get my phone in my purse? I can't go back to jail again. Can you please get my phone in my purse?" >> And where was she at when she called you? >> She was on the outside of the car. >> She was already outside of the car. So, she was not on the outside of the car. >> No. Okay. >> She was not on the inside. She was on the outside of the car talking to me. And it was the police right there watching us. The white police watching us and everything. She was on the outside of the car. So, I don't even know why he ain't vouch cuz he was watching us the whole time as if we were being sneaky. This suspect is telling the truth because this is the police car that the suspect escaped from. And [music] this is the white police officer in clear view of the side of the vehicle that the suspect escaped from. There isn't any way that the white cop couldn't have seen the female escape or at least seen the escapee standing next to the police car. >> I hope y'all are welcome back to the club. >> We understand that. We understand that. But we haven't done nothing. That's weird. >> Not on the inside. She was on the outside of the car talking to me and it was the police right there watching us. The white police watching us and everything. She was on the outside of the car. So, I don't even know why he ain't vouch cuz he was watching us the whole time as if we were being sneaky. >> She called me over there. I walked over there to her. She like, "Tyler, I can't go back to jail. Can you please get my phone in my purse?" I'm like, "Where at?" She like, "I don't know. see if my baby daddy got it. I'm like, "Okay, cool." Then she like, "I love you. Can't give me a hug." I gave her a hug and then I stepped off and then she started running. >> Then I get to calling her. I'm like, "Maya." The police like, "Oh, she trying to run." So they get to running after her. The man get out the car. Everybody get to run after her. I'm like, "Maya." So as I get to walking towards her, but towards the cops, too. So I'm going to get in the car. One of the men, he get to saying like, "Oh, grab her. She let her out. She let her out. I did not let her out, bro. Like, what happened? >> Then they ass grab me like I'm pissed off. My arm hurt. No, after I get to walking up, they like I'm going to go get in the car cuz I'm already knowing this. They already get her again. They like they get to come towards me talking. They talking about grab her, grab her. The white girl that's up in here, she run up against me. She get to grab me, get to moving back. I'm like, "Where did you grab me for?" She like, "You let her out the car." I'm like, "I didn't let her out of She was standing right outside the car." I'm like, "Dude, right there. He can vouch." He ain't say now. So the white man get to walk towards me and he get to shove me and pushing me like I'm not no goofy bro get to push me. Ain't nobody ever put their hands on me a day in their life like that. That's so disrespectful. I ain't put my hands on you. You get to push him. And I didn't even do this. He grabbed me. He flipped me. Put me on the ground. Look at my knees. What the? So And then he flipped me on my back. It's wet as hell right here. And then I just stayed there. Like I just kept still. I ain't try to fight. They turn me over, put me on the ground, put my face on the ground. I move my face cuz they going to hit my feet. Move my face. So I just laid there and he picked me up. He get the shift to me, twisting my arm. It's like four of them. Then we go to the cop, >> the the back of the police cop or whatever. He like, "You're resisting." I'm like, "I'm not resisting, but you hurting my arm. Can you let me go?" He like, "Nah, you're resisting. You open the door." I'm like, "I didn't open the door. She was standing outside of the door like and dude was standing there watching." So, as I'm getting in the car, he shut up. She say, "Shut up." She pushed me. So, I get up. I'm like, "What is you pushing me like that so I can get in the car? You don't have to do all that." I'm like, "I can get in the car with me, but do not push me." She pushed me again. He grabbed my arm, get the over handling and pushing me in a cop. So, as I'm I fell in the car and in between the seats, I kick back, but I didn't kick him. I kick back. I ain't going to lie. I did kick back, but I didn't kick the man. He I get up. He grabbed me again and throw me in the car and she like, "Shut up." And she just get to talk and I fix myself up and sit in the back seat and that was it. >> The Prime Analyzer Max channel link is in the description. Subscribe.
