Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel. An analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary and last but not least, an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. >> Lower your windows. Hello. >> How you doing? Good. How you doing? >> Any weapons in the car? >> No, sir. You step out of the car for me? Yes, sir. >> Any weapons in the car? What's your name, sir? >> My name is Kilo units that are responding to the 85 copies at the Wawa. >> What's going on, sir? You got an AV on your >> uh No, I don't. I just She just picked me up from the airport. It's in the car in my backpack. I could uh >> I go get it if you want. >> Where were you flying from? >> Um I was flying from LA. >> From LA? >> Yeah, we do have out there. >> That's your girlfriend? >> That's my girlfriend. How many you guys been dating? >> Uh about two years. >> Two years. >> You know your social? I can pull that up. >> Yeah. >> Let me get my phone and I can pull up your license. All right. Give me one second. >> Click it. Click it real good. Ah, click it. Click it real good. How you doing, ma'am? >> Good. >> Do you have any ID on you? >> Uh, yeah. I have my >> Please. You feeling s out here? >> Yeah. Yeah, I got you. Go, go in the shade right there. I'll bring it to you. You mind if I if you hand me his drink? I can bring it to him. I'll be right back. Thank you. Oh, >> you can go in the next bench. That way you're in the shave. So, you're not Oh, if you don't mind me asking, uh, >> what's this? What's this all about besides just speeding? Normally, I just get a ticket. I mean, you got me all sitting out here. >> I'll explain to you in a second. Well, the speeding was a complaint. No, you guys were flying around the area. >> Okay, people, listen up. If a cop ever asks you to do something, especially if the cop phrases the order with, "Can you do me a favor?" Always ask if that is a lawful order prior. Some cops give out more unlawful orders than lawful orders and you are not required by law to do favors. And if the subject would have asked the cop, "Why are you wanting me to get out of the vehicle?" then he wouldn't be wondering why the cops wanted him out of the vehicle moments later. Be polite and utilize a calm manner. However, it is your right to ask questions before following directives. >> If you don't find me asking uh what's this what's this all about besides just speeding? Normally, I just get a ticket. I mean, you got me all sitting out here. >> I'll explain to you in a second. Okay. Well, the speeding was a complaint. No, you guys were flying around the area. Let me just verify you guys' identities and then we can we can talk about the rest. Okay. Any trouble? Anything like that? >> As of right now, no idea. >> Oh, no idea. >> No, I mean as of right now, no, we're just investigating to see what's going on. ticket. I understand you know a little bit of a rush. >> Yeah. >> Still got to go pump it. >> No, I just got her ID. That's it. >> How long you're in LA for? >> Uh about a week, sir. >> About a week. >> What part of LA? >> I went down LA. Like the downtown LA we were looking at. >> I used to live out in California. >> What part? >> San Diego. But I used to go to LA all the time. >> Appreciate you cooperating, being chill, and all that. No problem. I just, like I said, I just gone into town. I'm not looking for any issues. >> Listen, we get a call. We have to investigate. You know what I'm saying? >> Good job. >> It could be confusion. It could be somebody's misunderstanding or it could be legit. Whatever the case, we still need to investigate. >> Yes, sir. >> Good. Good. The reason why we're here today is because somebody called, I don't know who, and said that it looked like you two were fighting in the car, >> you and this gentleman >> and on the road. >> Yep. So, multiple people called saying, and obviously I can tell you've been crying or something's going on with you. >> You know what I'm saying? So, I just want to make sure. Are you okay? >> Yeah. No, I'm fine. You're >> And it's okay. It's okay to argue. >> No. Yeah. I wasn't listening. >> And I I understand like sometimes to other people it might look like something different. So that's why we're here and we're just simply asking. So I'm asking you, are you okay? >> Has anybody hit you, struck you, pushed you? >> You're fine. >> Yeah, I'm if it looked like it was it probably wasn't as bad as it looked like. I came up from the airport and I accidentally went to arriving and and I was a little bit late and it wasn't really like >> and so you're fine. You're okay. You feel safe to go back with him. You're okay with him coming back to call and you guys enjoying the rest of your day or trying to? >> No. Yeah, we're fine. >> Okay, that's We're just doing our job, making sure everybody's all right. >> ID. >> Yeah, he got it. He >> got it. Okay. Okay. >> All right. Sweet. I will let the other officer know and then I think I'll be cutting you guys loose. >> Okay. I'm sorry about that if it >> No, no. Like I said, sometimes to um a witness or you know, a passer by things look different than what actually happens. That's why we separated you guys and asked separately. >> Yeah. We pulled over. We were like, "Okay, let's just relax, take a break and stuff." appreciate your cooperation. Thank you so much. I'll go let my partner know and then probably be cutting you guys loose. Okay. >> So, the primary intention for the male subject being asked to leave the vehicle was to separate the alleged suspect and the alleged victim for questioning, which is a strategy that the cops used to ensure that everyone's story checks out independently, which eliminates the chance of the individuals involved providing matching answers. That's all. We're just doing our job, making sure everybody's all right. You guys >> ready? >> I >> Yeah, he got it. He >> got it. Okay. Okay. >> All right. Sweet. I will let the other officer know and then I think we'll be cutting you guys loose. >> Okay. I'm sorry about that if it >> No, no. Like I said, sometimes um a witness or you know, a passer by things look different than what actually happens. That's why we separated you guys and asked separately. >> Yeah, we pulled over. We were like, "Okay, let's just relax, take a break and stuff." >> Appreciate your cooperation. Thank you so much. I'll go let my partner know and then probably be cutting you guys loose. Okay. You do. Have a good day. >> You, too. We had a a little bit of a disagreement. I kind of figured that's what it was. She got to yelling at me. Um, if we're just full disclosure between two men here, we haven't been having the best last 3 months. So, I might have been talking to a couple other people. She saw one of those texts on my phone. >> Screamed off her alone. So, I walked inside the wall, got herself a drink, came back out. She was on the phone with her friend. She was relaxing after that, but we got into a pretty pretty decent screaming match. >> What was it about if you didn't want to ask? >> Um, people on my phone, girls. >> She saw text messages. >> Couple text messages. Yeah. >> Gotcha. And what happened after that? >> Uh, I walked in to get away from it real quick. Got myself a drink. U went back out. Well, before that, we had a little bit of a verbal. We were both yelling at each other. It was really heavy. And then I tried to walk away from the scene. Went aside, got my drink, came back out to the car. She was calm and that's about it. Only about to pump gas and then you stopped me. >> Gotcha. Was there anything physical between you guys? >> Uh, no. Just besides trying to get my phone back, that was it. >> Okay. Well, you got scratches all over you, buddy. >> On your arm, your chest, your neck. >> I do have a pet, but um >> I do have a pet, but there's no scratches with that. I would >> pet is in the car right now. >> No, not in the car. It was from back home. >> We have two cats and two dogs. Oh, there's her fresh. >> I didn't no altercation with her. She I didn't hit her and there's no no issue besides me trying to get my phone back. That's about it. I might when she scratched me when I was trying to get my phone. She was trying to take it. Look this real quick. Mind stepping out of the car for me, please. I just want to talk real quick. >> Okay. >> So, this is your boyfriend. Uh what happened? >> Uh well, we were at the airport and I had went to like the wrong arriving flight and we had gotten to a little bigger man and he was we were arguing and he just wanted me to stop talking and I guess we were arguing pretty hard and he was driving a little bit rough on the the airport and we were we were arguing pretty loudly which is probably why people we were screaming at each other honestly. And uh then we pulled over here and we were trying to relax. And um one time I I probably one time he was trying to swerve the wheel and I like grabbed him with my fingers and I bite my nails and I I probably got his neck a little bit but it was it was not like a huge thing where we were like beating each other or anything. We were just arguing and then we were like, "Okay, stop." And we came here to like relax and cool down so we can just get home. Um, >> okay. So, he was driving the entire time. >> Yeah. >> See? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Cuz he does have some serious scratches on his neck. >> Yeah. >> So, did anything else happen? If we got a phone call, we have a witness. That's how we That's how we got the the car, the license plate. >> I mean, nothing else happened. I mean, we were just driving and I I I I bat my hand at his neck and I I bite my nails a lot and so it grabbed his neck, but he didn't hit me back and I didn't hit him anyway. Like, I didn't hit him. It was my nails. I didn't do anything more than that and he didn't do anything back to me. >> No, I I I did that with my hands, but he didn't lay his hands on me, which I probably should I shouldn't have done that. It wasn't like me trying to hit him, which is why I I fed that. But my nails did that. I wasn't trying to do that like that. But no, he didn't hit me. I should have even put my arm forwards on. >> You guys live together soon. >> We don't live together. Actually, >> uh, where were you guys arguing about? >> Who we got to the airport? I had woken up at 5 in the morning because we live in Tampa and I had to go get him and there was really bad traffic so I was a little late and he thought he was in um Arrivals. It literally was stupid. I He thought I was and he was in Arrival so I went to Arrivals and then we couldn't find each other. So it was something like that stupid where I couldn't find him and then I was like can you pull over the car or I was driving and then I couldn't pull over the car. It was stupid. It was really stupid. >> It wasn't our stuff on his phone. >> On his phone? No, no, no. I haven't seen him in like a week. >> Gotcha. >> You want to write a statement of what happened today? >> Uh, do I have to? >> No. >> No, I don't have to. But we have to ask. You need medical attention for any reason? >> No. No. >> India, >> Mr. Albreight. >> You want to tell me the truth of what happened today? >> Listen. Listen. Yeah. Can't force you to say anything, but I'm going to tell you I have a witness and obviously that's how I found you. That's how we know the cars and all the situation. Okay. >> You could either >> I did just tell them. >> All right. Give me one second. You >> Huh? >> I just told them what happened. I'll repeat it to you. >> Okay. Sure. >> Uh she did find um textes on my phone. you're having an issue. And she took my phone and we went to go grab it and we got into altercation while I was trying to get my phone and she was trying to get her phone in the car and that's kind of where the scratches came into. I don't really know what happened or which. I don't I don't believe she meant to intentionally get me. I don't believe I meant to intentionally get her. I think we're just trying to get our stuff and they got confused. That's when I pulled in here and went inside and got a drink and let her go call her friend and calm down. Sir, >> you got a friend coming over or what? >> A friend's coming over. I'm dropping her off. Going to go let my dog out. I haven't seen him about a week and drop them off and they're going to go hang about themselves today and go take care of my business. Like I said, I just got back into town. >> Um, so she got you here. >> She didn't she didn't do any of that. >> She already told me she got you. Let me see. Look that way. Look this way. She got you next. >> So you It was you trying to get your phone back and that's when the scratches happened. >> Do you need medical attention? I I know it's silly, but I got to ask. >> No, sir. >> You want to write a statement of what happened today? Sir, >> you want any domestic violence paperwork? >> Okay. >> You mind if I take a quick pictures of of the injuries? >> I would prefer not record. >> That's fine. Can't force you to do any of that. >> All right. Just give me a second. Right. You want to go stand in the shade as we talk? >> I'm Oh, yeah. That's fine. >> We'll go over here. >> Yeah. >> So, you want to start a story with me and be honest. >> Listen, if you guys decide to admit information, that's on you. You're an adult. He's an adult. But I have to feel this. >> I mean, like I told the other guy, if like if they seen my hands, it was probably me trying to grab the wheel mostly cuz he was he was driving a little bit crazy and then the mark on his neck was when I was trying to grab the wheel and then I put my hands back instead and then my I bite my nails. So my nails grazed his neck. >> Very deep. >> I know my nails graced his neck. >> Putting your hand back. It's not going to create the scratches. if that I besides saying that it was my nails and when we were we were moving our hands fast and I was trying to get the wheel, he was trying to push my hand away from the wheel because I wanted him to get off the exit so we could stop arguing and we not in the car arguing because like I said, we do car rentals so I'm not trying to have something happen to my car and so I was putting my hand back and forth and he probably he might have whacked my hand out of the way and it scraped across his neck because in the moment I wasn't trying to purposely scratch his neck or leave a mark on him or make him bleed for this exact reason also if I like I wasn't trying to >> So I'm going to tell you >> yes >> the way the marks are didn't happen that way. It's going to happen that way cuz when you scratch somebody right if your hand was pushed it would have been from the front towards the back of his knife. Right. Well, when you do that, the scratches begin bigger from the initial and then they get smaller as you go because then you're losing contact. >> It's in the opposite side. So, you grab them from the back of his neck towards his front. So, I know that that's not how that happened. >> I I wish I could tell you the truthful reason in the moment that that happened that I knew what happened in that moment, but all I seriously remember cuz it was when we were driving was me batting my hands to him. I don't remember putting my hand on his neck or trying to choke him out while he was driving. That That wasn't my intention cuz he wasn't putting his hand on me either. >> So you guys on point were fighting over the phone? >> Over the phone? Like on the phone? >> No, over >> No, I was We were at Orlando airport and I went to arrivals instead of departures. I was I I wasn't trying to grab his phone. >> He's just claiming that you took his phone and you guys were >> I did not take his phone and I actually didn't. and I went to arrivals and that's what started our bakerment and we were driving so I was and he had directions on. >> How do he How would you say he got the scratches on his left arm if he was driving >> on his left? We were We didn't get out of the car. I don't know how he has scratches on his left arm. We were I swear we were parked this entire time where he was driving. That was not even near his left arm. We were sitting in the car the entire time. The ones on his one neck was from me doing that. But I don't I don't even know how I would have had access to his left arm if that was the case. >> Got you. Cuz he's got scratches on his left side of his arm >> and >> on his chest and the ones on the left. >> So I need to be This is I need to be able to I have to do a report. >> No. Yeah. Yeah. I understand. >> And I have to I have to be able to say this happened like this. This happened that this one came from this. This one came from You have to be able to articulate. Yeah, I mean >> how those crashes happen. You know, >> if he also remembers how they happen, I seriously while he was driving, I would tell you right now so we could get this over. >> Well, your story is not the same as >> I I You're telling me that you scratched when you were trying to grab the wheel because he was driving >> at the airport. At the airport when he was driving, he wasn't going to get off the exit and he was going to go around again. He was angry. He was angry. And I went to grab the wheel and I pro I probably did go like this and try to grab the wheel and I probably spotted him because he was being a little bit crazy and he had he he had his phone in his hand so I wasn't even grabbing his phone and then his other phone hand was on the wheel. I I don't remember scratching his arm. I remember grazing his neck with my fingers and that's that's really all. I didn't feel that he had any other scratches. My location listen you ever been arrested before? >> No. Okay. I'm explain to you how it work. But I need you to look at I need you to understand that one. I'm sorry. Okay. Listen to me. Listen. I'm going explain it to you. Okay. I'm going explain it to you. >> It's only of a It's only a misdemeanor. So, listen. Listen to me and then I'll answer your questions. Okay? Just But I need you to listen to me. Okay? >> It's a misdemeanor. All it is is the state forces us to make the arrest. It's a physical altercation. So we prevent somebody from getting pretty greater bodily harm, injured, killed. That's why you see it, right? So you'll see the judge tomorrow morning and you'll be out. >> Okay. >> I don't even know what that means. >> You have to see the judge in the morning because >> Yes. Because it's a dating violence uh offensive. So, what happens is you see the ditch in the morning, they'll give you a bond, which is going to be if you do the bell bonds, it's 100 bucks when you get out. Okay? They're going to give you a court date, okay? The state attorney is going to reach out to him. If he doesn't want to prosecute, continue with the case. The case gets dropped and this goes bye-bye. Like I told you, I have no choice. >> What do I even do? What do I like? Am I in the morning? You guys are just going to bring me there and I What? You're going to have to arrange somebody to come for you >> in the morning or something >> when you get out. >> I was not even trying to hurt him. I wasn't even I was trying to slap not slap >> I will document everything you told me. >> So the judge can read that. Okay. >> And the judge is going to you're going to have your chance when you see the judge. You're going to tell them everything as well. Okay. I'm sorry. I have no choice. Okay. Well, I thought domestic violence is when you're trying to hurt somebody. I was trying to stop >> dating and domestic violence. Anytime there's an aggression, physical aggression, let's say somebody just grabs you, that could be enough. >> Okay. >> But what about how he was driving? He's driving crazy, putting his hands at me, too. And I'm put my hands back in. >> But you said you reach for the steering wheel where you push your back. That's a normal thing to do. Let me reach for the shield. >> But if he's putting my life in danger, >> what happened here? >> Okay, I've been asking you many questions this whole time. Tell me the truth. Tell me the truth. Tell me what happened. You don't tell me the truth. I have to fill in the blanks. I've said them multiple times. >> This whole situation wasn't anybody trying to hurt each other. We got freaking fired up about a dumb situation and I was trying to stop the car. Okay. >> What happened? What happened after that? >> I I was trying to stop the car and he he put his hands back at me and I put my hands at him. It was like I said a big jumble. I didn't even remember doing that to him. Like it wasn't me trying to hurt him. I was just trying to get the situation to stop. >> He put his hands at me too though. >> When Why didn't you tell me this? >> Because I didn't want I don't want I We were trying to do that. We were trying to hurt each other. He wasn't trying to hurt me and I wasn't trying to hurt you. >> How do you put his So, if somebody puts their hand at you, like you said, how is that not trying to hurt someone? >> I don't know, sir. Cuz I grew up in this [ __ ] I don't know. But that's what I'm saying. I don't really know. I don't really know. I don't know. I thought maybe the situation was trying to be stopped. Like I thought the situ we were trying to stop a situation from getting worse. And I know that that doesn't equal putting your hands at each other. Okay. >> So, how did that happen? I don't even know what's on my neck. >> Simple scratches, marks. >> Probably the same thing I did to him when he was trying to get me to stop and he probably did the same thing to me and I was turned at him like I it stupid stuff with our nails. >> I'm sorry. Turn around. Put your hands on your back. >> We'll do it over here by my car. Oh, can I get my phone and my stuff or? >> Yes, we'll get on. >> Getting arrested, >> right? >> You getting the bracelets? >> Yeah, sure. Sit down, man. Don't do anything. >> I walk that way, sir. >> What? Sure. All right. The car's right there, man. Relax. >> Right. Right here. Think you need >> my love is getting arrested. >> Right. Right. >> Calm down, man. You're sing. Your love is over there talking in all caps about how you allegedly put her life in danger. And you over there looking like you just lost a fight with Catwoman and you jumping up talking about your love. If your love had it her way, you would be the one with the silver bracelets on, sir. So sit your $5 down before I make change. >> Right. Right. Here thing you need. >> My love is getting arrested. >> Right. Right. Right. Hey, relax. Hey, what's your name, man? Yeah. No, face me, man. Hey, here's the thing, man. You need a baby know that you're going to be Are you going to be >> two seconds? I'm I'm going to be able to get her out. Just give me two seconds, sir. >> All right. All right. Don't touch. There you go. >> Okay. Tell me. >> You might be better just facing this way, man, cuz that's going to get you up. Yeah, that's what happens, man. But hey, I'm not Yeah. >> Can I just point to her and just do this? Can I point to her? >> If she looking your way, we can't prevent you from doing anything. >> Okay. >> But why communicate with her right now? >> Because I want to let her know. So with this girl, go ahead from right here. Go ahead. Do what you got to do. >> Taking her in to keep her in private concealment. Her dad is the most horrible person there is. That's why we fight like this is cuz her dad hit her and her sister has kids and his wife. Like I've seen the videos on the phone between the violence in that family. So whatever she did to me has nothing to do with her telling her past. And my dad's a psychology talking about that. >> Like you said, bro, is she going to be out by tomorrow? arrested. I told her I Guys, I told her in the car. I said, "You need to calm down. You're doing too much to me." I >> apparently that was true >> that the guy probably saw her hitting me hard in there. That's why I walked out of the car in here, you know. >> No, man. Right. And Right. See, it's not just you are. And see, >> I know he told me that. He said, "You sound like an upstanding kid." He's like, "I don't think you're the issue here." And then went over and talked about >> Hey, you all are in the presence of other people, too. Concerned people, too. >> I know that we're seeing you get hurt. I know >> nothing happened. You got your cameras on. She didn't hurt me. She didn't hurt me. >> Hey man, we Hey, we we we call someone real. You can call whoever you want, man. >> Am I allowed to call now? Can I call people now? >> Here's the thing, man. Hey, what you going to do from here, man? >> I'm going to call No. Hey, you're you're probably you're probably from her friend. >> Oh, okay. What? Yeah. >> Her dog. >> Okay. >> No, I don't want No, I don't want none of that. >> I just want to know where y'all taking it. >> Um >> 33rd. Uh, >> Orange County, Florida jail. Are you Orange County, Florida jail? >> Now, when I was in there, do I need to go get a bondsman or should I just wait for her to see the judge >> and call? >> Yeah, you got to wait. >> Yeah, you got to wait. There's no point in I'll know by the end of the day. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> You'll know as soon as she knows. And when she knows, she'll be giving an opportunity >> to reach out to whoever she got to reach out to to include you or anyone else. >> She'll probably be advised. Don't worry, sir. She'll probably be advised not to call you because you're right, the guy that she got. Um, we're good. >> We're good. We're going to have to do it in the car cuz now they're going to throw away. Okay. Put your hands like you're going to >> hate you. Yeah, you the one sitting on the couch eating chips. Get your butt up and take your nutty professor finger and hit the subscribe button so you can see videos analyzed by the prime analyzer like this. Okay. Put your hands like you're going to pray. >> You don't have anything concealed, anything hiding? >> No. >> Understand? If you bring that to the jail, it's a felony and that's a serious >> I don't have anything. >> Okay. >> You want to give me the I'll put it in the car. Okay. Just take the dirty. >> Is it in my purse? >> So, is that your phone? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm going to put this back. Okay. Grab your phone. >> What else? >> In my purse. It's a little red car. >> Okay. On the other side. >> This room. >> Yeah. Okay. Thank you. Just slide to the left stand. >> When you get when we get there, they give you plenty of phone calls. You can sit and talk to make some phone calls. Slide over to your left. I'm going to So, Capwoman, formerly known as Catwoman, was conveniently arrested and charged with battery and dating violence. The suspect, as you saw on the body cam, was allowed to vape and choose where and when she wanted to be arrested. How convenient. Obviously, the suspect's boyfriend didn't want her to get arrested. And even though the suspect, in my factual perception, should be arrested, this could have been avoided in two ways. The first way this situation could have been avoided is if the suspect didn't allegedly make the foolish decision. And the second way is if the couple would have gotten on the same page and chose not to discuss the matter with the police. The suspect's boyfriend was upset when his girlfriend got arrested. However, he provided the cops the needed information for her to be arrested. News flash, if you ever inform the cops that someone struck you first and you have the injuries that are consistent with your story, you can plan on that person being arrested. Well, this concludes my analysis of this video and I will catch you on the next one. Peace. >> If you haven't subscribed to the Prime Analyzer channel, you are missing out on great content.
