And also there's the issue too of you driving on a revoked license, which you can't be doing either. When this cop informed the driver of her charges, one of the charges should have been child endangerment. And for this cop to say sorry to this driver for anything, especially towing the vehicle, aka the weapon of mass destruction, with an innocent child inside is despicable. The cop needs to tighten up. >> I understand and I'm sorry, but I don't have any discretion there. So, we can figure all that out when we get back to the station. And I don't think it's going to be, but I have to double-check and make sure it's not eligible for a felony because based on your prior conviction, okay? Cuz I know I mean >> So, there there is a thing called an A3 release where there's a chance you still might be able to get out tonight, but I don't know that right now. So, as soon as I get this cleared cuz I this is like obviously this is like gibberish to me. I have to go through all these numbers and clear it up with him. So, once I do that, I'll have a better answer for you, okay? Okay. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. Do you want a blanket? Are you good? >> I'm good. >> Okay. >> So, the self-proclaimed spicy paralegal was charged with felony aggravated DUI, felony aggravated DUI with a passenger under 15 years old, felony aggravated DUI with a revoked driver's license, driving under the influence with a refusal, no insurance, and driving with a suspended registration. In the state of Illinois, just the felony aggravated DUI with a minor alone is a serious offense that can result in one to three years in prison, a fine of up to $25,000, and a mandatory license revocation. The penalties can increase depending on the number of prior offenses and other aggravating factors, and a conviction can also lead to job and immigration issues as well as intervention by Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
