Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel, an analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary and last but not least, an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. Hey, >> wrong window. >> Yeah. Can you do me a favor and hand me the keys real quick? >> Yeah. >> So, you kind of scared me with that. >> Sorry. I'm My daughter was calling. >> Your daughter was calling. >> I'm sorry. >> That's fine. So, what address do you live at? >> Well, which one do you want? >> Which one do you live at? Where do you get mail? >> In Portland. So you don't live on or West Shore anymore? >> No. >> Or Habana? >> No. >> No. >> No. That That was in my accent. >> Where are you coming from? >> Well, like that's like really I'm sorry. I'm sensitive. >> Okay. >> So like >> is that better? >> No. >> So where you coming from? >> I'm just trying to go home. Well, I know that, but I'm asking you where you're coming from because you can't really tell me where you're at. Either that or highway if they're willing to assist. There's a highway right up there. Where are you coming from? If you don't know, that's fine. I'm not going to be upset. >> I really don't know. >> You don't know where you're coming from? Okay. Without looking at any clocks or anything, do you know about what time it is? >> Am I supposed to know? >> What's that? >> Am I supposed to know? >> Well, I'm I just want to know if you know about what time it is because you can't tell me where you're coming from. You can't tell me where you're at. I just want to make sure that you're somewhat >> I'm I'm okay. >> I don't think you were. You are because you're driving without headlights. >> Well, >> and you've got slur and you've got slur speech. >> No, I was trying to get away. >> Trying to get away from your ex-boyfriend. Well, >> what's his name? Do >> you guys not know? >> Whose car is this? Just so I know. It's a rental. >> It's a rental. >> Yeah. >> But it doesn't come back to a rental. >> Why does it not? >> Cuz it doesn't come back to a rental. >> So whose car is it? >> What do you mean it doesn't come back to rental? It's >> registered to somebody. >> Okay. Why are you guys like the lights? Like I promise you I'm sensitive to light. >> All right. Well, sit tight for me. Okay. Okay. >> Hello, please. Hi. Hello. >> Gonzalez Tampa Police Department. These officers asked me to come out here and make contact with you. Make sure everything's okay. >> All right. What's going on tonight? Do you know why you're stopped? >> What are you reaching for? >> My phone that just >> Your phone's in your hand. >> No, I have another >> Okay. Do you know why you're being stopped? Do you know why you're being stopped? >> No. You were driving with your lights off. >> Any reason for that? Do your lights work? >> I I really >> Do you know you know if your lights work? >> Can we have a female come, please? >> No, I'm here. I'm a supervisor. >> Do your lights work? I I feel the same way. >> What's that, [Music] >> ma'am? >> No, it's not going to happen. Okay. Like I said, I'm I'm the supervisor. I I'm I'm speaking to you. All right. >> So, are you sick or injured at all? >> Ma'am, are you sick or injured? >> You have any medical conditions or disabilities? >> Yes. Are you diabetic? >> Any mechanical issues with the vehicle? >> How many drinks do you have tonight? >> Are you going to answer any of my questions, ma'am? Okay. All right. So, I'm seeing some indicators of impairment. Okay. It's your option whether or not you want to answer questions or or >> participate in field sobriety exercises. Okay. The field soriety exercises are help me gauge your level of impairment to make sure you're you're safe, you're okay to drive. All right. It's your option whether or not you want to participate in those exercises. I can't force you to do them. And if you don't do them, I wouldn't base a decision to arrest you simply on you refusing. Okay. Now, if you do refuse to participate in the exercise, I've got to make a decision on whether or not there's enough probable cause to arrest you for DUI based on everything I've seen and I've heard so far. That's that's what I've heard from the officers and then what I've heard and seen from you, me speaking to you. Based on all that, I'd have to make the determination. Okay? So understanding that okay I'm asking you to participate in some field sobriety exercises. Will you participate in those exercises? Yes or no? >> Can you say it one more time? >> Say that again. >> Can you please say it one more time? >> So I'm seeing indicators of impairment. I'm asking you to participate in some field sobriety exercises. Okay. It's your option whether or not you want to participate in those exercises. I can't force you to do that. However, if you don't want to, I've got to make a determination based on whether or not based on everything I've seen whether or not there's enough probable cause to risk for DUI. It wouldn't be because you refused. It would be based on my observations. If you do participate in the exercises, obviously, I'm going to see one of two things. One, if I see that you're not impaired, you're going to be free to go. Two, if I see that you are impaired, you're obviously going to go to jail. All right? So, those are the outcomes. Either I don't believe you're impaired at the end, you get released, or I believe you're impaired, you go to jail. All right? I'm not hiding anything from you. What? Like once again, it's your option to participate. I can't force you to do it. You understand? You understand, ma'am? Ma'am. Okay. Well, not answering these is is not going to end my communication with you. Okay. I'm going to assume that you understood what I said and you're refusing to participate and I'm have to make a determination on whether or not I believe you're too impaired to operate a vehicle. You understand what I'm saying? So, I'm going to ask you one more time. All right. Will you participate in the exercises in the field soriety exercises? Yes or no? You're not going to answer. Definitely. Come on. Step up. Hey you. Yeah, you the one sitting on the couch eating chips. Get your butt up and take your nutty professor finger and hit the subscribe button so you can see videos analyzed by the prime analyzer like this. I'm not an [ __ ] >> What's that? >> Too much. >> H >> I said I'm not an [ __ ] >> I understand. You have a female over here. >> Yeah, we can see >> Oscar. You can call, right? >> I see some pills on the scene. >> 1015 and you get a female for a search on your person, stuffed anywhere, tucked anywhere? >> Oh, no. >> Okay. Because once you get to the jail, if there's anything on you, you get charged with a felony. >> I am. >> Okay. >> All right. Let's walk this way. >> Well, I got to give it to her. As dumb as she was for being impaired, the greatest decision that the driver made in this situation is not answering any of the cop's questions and also denying the sobriety test. It's a high probability that the driver wouldn't have passed the sobriety test, which would have added more incriminating evidence. >> Let's get through. >> You didn't call, right? >> I see some pills on the scene. Well, 10:15 and uh we get a female for our search. >> Anything on your person, stuffed anywhere, tucked anywhere? >> Oh, no. >> Okay. Because once you get to the jail, if there's anything on you, you get charged with a felony. >> I have. >> Okay. Let's walk this way. >> Oh, sorry. >> Walk this way. You're going to have a seat in the back of the car until we get a female here. Okay. Have a seat. >> Have a seat all the way in. Put your feet in. >> What's that? >> Yeah. Is your Do you have an ID in the car? Is it in that purse? Yo, I guess we can just take her uh seal broke. >> I'm sure that is that sealed? >> I'm checking. Yeah, it's still sealed. >> I'll throw her. I can look them up. They're both the same. >> All right. >> There's another bottle in here. This one's opened. >> Yeah, that one's opened. >> All right, so Tito's about a quarter of the way. >> Yeah, and Dextro. It's basic. It's basically aderall, but you still have to have a prescription for it. >> Substance there. >> What is What's the actual name for it? >> Uh, me. It's uh amphetamine and de dexo amphetamine or something like that. But the brand name is Aderall. >> Oh, it is aderall. >> Yeah. Okay, I got you. Okay. >> Hi, I'm Officer S. I'm going to search you real quick. Do you have anything on you that's sharp that might poke, stick, or stab? Any contraband, hidden, drugs, weapons, anything anywhere that would be considered contraband? Once it's entered into the building, it will be an automatic felony, anything like that. So, if you have anything hidden anywhere, now's the time to say no. Okay. All right. What's going on here? Are these straps? >> I was trying to pull them off. >> Oh, okay. Yeah, let's try to pull that up some. >> We got you. We're not going to let >> Yeah, we're not going to let you fall. No, you're good. Okay. So, is there anything in your boots? No. Is anything that's if there's anything hidden in there? >> I don't want to take them off while you're standing here. >> Yes, ma'am. All right, let's step in here. >> The driver's charges were driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance. Yes, the driver didn't know left from right, nor up from down, and it's possible that she didn't know that prior to this situation. However, she knew what had a significant priority, which was to remain silent. Nearly every police body cam I have analyzed in totality almost all of the impaired drivers mentioned to the police that they had a drink or more. When you do that, you make it more challenging for your attorney to defend your case. Well, that concludes my analysis of this video and I will catch you on the next one. Peace.
