Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel. An analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary and last but not least, an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. >> The guy who we called doesn't answer questions. So then they have some [Music] more questions. So they have some more questions for you. >> Hold on, buddy. >> Hey, how you doing? >> Let's step in that office. Okay. >> So, what's your name? >> Kelly. >> What's going on, man? Where did you get this truck from? >> Um, I remember alarm system that I put Paul in the house that he got in the area. >> Okay. Where's the where's the house at in the area? >> I really don't know the address. I just do work with people. >> All right. Make that make that make sense again. I mean, you do what? >> I I help people put in alarm systems. I mean, houses. >> All right. What company you work for? >> I don't know. >> What's your business? >> I don't know. Yeah, a friend of mine texted me saying if I needed some money so I could get some some money cuz I don't got a job. So he said if I could help him doing alarm system for Paul so I could get some bread out of that. >> What kind? >> Yesterday I just received that through mail. >> You received it through the mail? >> Yeah, I received >> for $7,000. >> Yeah, I I just received it through the mail and I came in just to check it check if it was good, if it wasn't bad cuz it was weird for me that the the amount of it the amount of it. And I even called him. I said, "Oh, this is too much money." Like that's weird. I received it through the mail. >> I just came by to clarify if it was good or if it was bad or something. >> So if I ask him these checks aren't going to be reported stolen or anything, right? >> I assume that they're not cuz I just received it through mail. >> Okay. >> Find out why it got flagged. >> Is there something wrong? >> Yeah, we got called for a fraud. So, something's wrong with these checks. A >> fraud? I assume that it's not a fraud cuz the friend of mine was the one that called me to get to get some money cuz I really need money cuz I don't got a job right now. >> All right. Where are you living? >> I'm from Puerto Rico. >> So, where's your friend? >> Huh? >> Where's your friend? >> I don't know. I just went to get the check and and I just left. Am I in trouble? Something that happened. >> Until we figure out what's going on here. >> I haven't done anything wrong. I just >> You're detained as of right now. texts were being brought into different banks from South Carolina. >> Yeah. Um and Augusta Road in South Carolina, RTD Bank up there. There was two what? Two more down here. >> Um cuz pretty much what we do is we get notes like we have a system that we could see if any fraud comes in and we could put it out on our system for each account. So the phone numbers were changed today, the accounts were changed today. The guy which oddly enough was able to answer some of the questions on the on the profile, but when we asked about his email, he didn't know it. Now, there was no email on the account. He's like, "I don't remember which one I use." But there was nothing on the account. Um the guy the the customer's in Brooklyn, but we can't find the actual number for the customer. We just have whoever we're talking to. And the guy was getting really aggressive on the phone. I'm like, "Dude, it's a check for $7,500. I just want to make sure I'm giving money to the right person." And he's like, "No." He's like, "The check's good." He's like, "I'm done answering your questions." And I'm like, "I'm helping you out." So, right there, that's a red flag for us. Also, >> hey, Kelly, >> let's restart this. I'm going to read you something, buddy. Okay. These are your rights. You have the right to silent. Anything you say may be too against you. Every right to attorney have him or her with you now anytime your question attorney won't be appointed to represent you. These rights of mine you will want to talk to us. >> You want to talk? >> Question. Do you want to talk? Yes or no? >> Okay, let's restart this conversation. >> When the police want to strengthen their probable cause, it's many elements that are being utilized. The main two elements that the police use in making a determination of probable cause of a crime are to ask questions that are based on the likelihood to occur and the reasonability of those dynamics occurring. If you provide information that is highly believable in those two elements, then you either could be telling the truth, deceiving the cops, or making the cops work harder on an investigation to figure out what occurred. But prior to questioning you, if the cops have enough information from the bank that the check is without a doubt fraudulent, then the primary intention of questioning you is to figure out your involvement in being in possession of the fraudulent check. Merely possessing a fraudulent check is not necessarily a crime on its own, but it can be illegal depending on your knowledge and intent. The key factor is whether you knew the check was fake and intended to use it to defraud someone. Now, the cop mirandizes the suspect because the cop wants to know his story of knowledge and intent, which is what the DA is required to present to judges in preliminary trials to prevent weak cases from proceeding. >> These money, you will want to talk to us, >> huh? You want to talk? >> Question. Do you want to talk? Yes or no? >> Okay, let's restart this conversation. Kelly, where'd you get checked from? >> I don't mind asked me if I wanted to get some money. >> Your friend? >> A friend of mine? I I don't really know his name. I never gave me his name. I just called him uh Cuba. >> So Cuba called you? >> Yeah. >> What? So Cuba said, "Do you want to make some money?" >> If I wanted to make some money. >> Where did you meet Cuba? >> I met him at Orlando. >> Okay. Where did you meet him? Get the check today. >> Orlando. >> Orlando. >> Just today? >> Yeah. Okay. So what he So what did he ask you to do? >> He just said um just take this check, go to the bank and say you want to cash it. >> Okay. How much did he say you can get from it? Have you cashed it? >> Um I think it was like maybe one >> one >> So the problem is man it's fraud. It's fraud on check. So I mean the person that are you able to identify Cuba >> like you don't do you know like his name like you know you don't know his person name I don't know >> but you can identify him if they found him. >> Yeah. >> How do you know him? >> I just met him through Instagram. >> You got his Insta? >> No not really. >> You pull up the messages? >> No I deleted the messages and after that I just couldn't get his Instagram no more. Like >> you don't have the messages anymore? Watch. I deleted everything. >> But you met this guy on Instagram, right? >> Yeah. >> So, he don't know you from the next guy up the street. >> So, why if he's got these stolen checks, is he going to give them to you and be like, "Hey, man. Come bring me back all the money. I'll give you some." >> Don't make no sense. >> I I just trust him cuz I needed the money so I could help my >> Yeah. I'm saying why would he trust you? >> I don't know. >> He probably wouldn't, right? >> I don't know. Maybe he wouldn't. >> He probably wouldn't. >> Yeah, maybe he would. >> I think No, I'm not. >> You got his phone number? >> Yeah, I do got his phone. Let me see those meages. >> Not the type of conversation that today. I've never been in trouble my whole life. >> Hey, can you translate this for me? >> I'm feeling nauseous right now. >> Can you translate that? >> You got something? >> I've never been in trouble my whole life. white Cherokee and a blue Chevy. >> You're good, dude. >> Relax, bro. >> I'm trying. >> I'm trying. I'm just really nervous. I love it. >> Do what? >> Yeah, cuz the trash can. >> Hey, you. Yeah, you. The one sitting on the couch eating chips. Get your butt up and take your nutty professor finger and hit the subscribe button so you can see videos analyzed by the prime analyzer like this. >> The trash can. So he's talking about open another account something another account with Calvin something with direct deposit and he's asking me to open another account right now. >> Yeah cuz he he said if I wanted to do some some direct deposit. I said no cuz I don't trust no direct deposits cuz most of the direct deposits they they fraud some stuff like that. So I was like I I think I my car. >> Who's Kelvin? >> Kelvin is a friend a friend of ours. Where's he at? He's >> just open up another account just talking about what time is a check. >> I haven't ate nothing. That's why I can't cancel. >> I'm going to get arrested. Uh, probably. Yeah. Hey, look at me. Relax. Listen. This is how this works. You're going to go right now. Just >> We're trying to catch a fraud check. All >> right. But if you talk to her, I can't make any promises, but if you talk to her X, Y, and Z, she this might be bigger than just you. You feel me? You don't [Music] [Music] [Music] >> suicidal. >> All right. Can I send it over? You said you you don't have a car here, right? >> No car, no bike, anything we need to look at. >> Nothing. >> All right, just leave your jacket there. Turn around. >> Relax. >> You got somebody you want us to call >> you. Mama felony. Kelly, anything on you? >> On my walk in my pocket. >> All right, hop on in. >> Say, "Hey, Kelly." >> Kelly, listen to me. Relax. Breathe. Catch up. Catch your breath real quick. Relax. You ready? [Applause] >> All right. I'm trying to watch the front and the back, but yeah, he went in. >> Basically, we need you to tell us what's going on with this. You know more than you're telling me. Top. >> The best thing in this situation is honesty. Honesty goes a long way. >> Okay. >> All right. All you're in trouble for is trying to forge check. You're trying to cash a forge check. That's all it is. >> It is a felony, but that doesn't mean anything. If depending on what happens with C and stuff, they might not do anything. It's up to them. Okay. >> But this is something you need to be upfront and honest. If you know who Cuba is, even if it's your homeboy, whatever, dog. >> No, it's not homeboy. >> You feel what I'm saying? This is time to be truthful, man. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> It's your online, not nobody else's. That's why he's having you do it. >> Now, the cop said verbatim, "It is a felony, but it doesn't mean anything." Which was the furthest thing from the truth. If felonies were inconsequential, then that cop would not have a reason to put on that uniform. This is a prime example of if you cannot withstand the results, don't create the reason. This guy went out phenomenally bad. I don't think I have another video on this channel of someone going out this bad. I've seen females go out better than this guy. He went from uncontrollably barfing to excessively crying. He is the type of guy that will go to jail for 8 hours for a traffic violation and end up getting his butt taken. I mean, seriously, this is the type of guy that would go to jail for less than a day, come home, and start wearing bandanas on his head, throwing up all kind of gang signs talking about how hard life was in jail. >> If you haven't subscribed to the Prime Analyzer channel, you are missing out on great content.
