They received a matching set of charges, namely criminal trespass to a residence as a class B misdemeanor, and two counts each of resisting or obstructing a peace officer, firefighter, or correctional [music] employee as class A misdemeanors. Incidentally, the condo association filed for [music] eviction with Kendall County courts in May of 2024, some 20 months before this eviction and [music] arrest. The suspect's next court date, as of this production, is a pre-trial [music] hearing scheduled for April the 29th, 2026. Now, what do you think?
