it's charging thank you has anyone texed me the suspect was charged with battery Dating Violence although the alleged victim did submit a perous statement recanting his earlier verbal account of events it was handwritten and the lead officer dismissed it as illegible Orange County however opted not to pursue the battery charges however we do have an update on June the 5th 2024 CCTV footage showed the arreste leaving the apartment complex mail room carrying a pink package containing an online purchase addressed to another tenant this was considered a violation of the Le dis agreement and on June the 20th 2024 the landlord filed eviction proceedings against both the arreste and the alleged victim in the Orange County Circuit Court in his defense the alleged victim would claim he had
