Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel. An analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary and last but not least, an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. >> Good. >> Is that hers or is it hers? >> This is hers. >> Okay. I didn't know if you found her. I got her. >> How you doing today? Do you live here? >> Yeah, I used to. >> You live here? >> Yeah. >> Right now you live here? >> I live here time to time, but I work in Miami. >> I've been here before. She the last time I was here it was, you know. >> Oh, so when the last time you sle stayed the night here? >> I stayed the night here was probably like the beginning of uh No, the end of January cuz I was working >> this year like like last month. >> Yeah. And I can show you pictures as well. >> Okay. So that's how you got in the house. You use the key code. >> Yeah. And but she be Violet. She know she's lying. But look, she pressed the chart. But look at this. I have a knife. >> Hold on. Did it explain to you um what we're investigating all this? >> Yeah. >> Back it up to about before you came inside the house. >> So I came inside the house. So she had an object to hit me. She hit me with the object. She got on top of me. >> You got You got inside. Where was she when you first walked inside? >> When she was inside. I went to the smoke room because usually that's where I go. >> Is that Is that downstairs or upstairs? >> It's there. Up there. Where you >> Okay. So when you went upstairs, where was she at? >> She was there. She was in the same room you were >> and then she then she got to defense mode because you know she think I'm I'm I'm attacking my man. I'm not attacking him. I don't even care if you remember what he's doing. >> She got in defense mode. And how was that? >> She hit me first and then I had to sit there. >> How did she hit you? >> She hit me with a pot and she hit me with her fist and a hell knot. Does she have any scars? >> Yeah. Yeah, we got we got marks on everybody. So I just want to make sure you went into the room she was already in. >> No, she was already in there but she was being violent. She said, "I'm not dealing with your man. I'm not dealing with her. I don't care about my man." But then she had got an object. She hit me with the object and she hit me. >> That's when you were You see my hair? >> That's when you already went in the room. >> Well, I didn't know she was in the room. I didn't know there was somebody here. He was trying to sit here like, "Oh, babe, like I got to talk to you this." You know, usually that's where we go to watch a movie cuz if you see in the in the house, there's no TV on, right? The only TV's on is up there. Upstairs, right? >> Did you go upstairs? >> Yes. So if you analyze that's where we stay the room that you were going to is that a room that you stay like sleep in? >> No, that's a room that we always like hobby hang out and stuff like that's >> Was the door was the door closed? >> The door was closed but I didn't know there was somebody in there. It's not like if I knew somebody was in there. I wouldn't even be in this house. >> Okay. >> I wouldn't be in this house. >> So you just walked in assuming nobody was in there at all? Not >> he didn't even made it seem like there's somebody in there. >> Okay. So then when you open the door >> that's then I got hit with the pot. So, how did how did the door frame get broken? >> She was [ __ ] help breaking me with the hand door. Look, I I was >> Wait, wait, wait. Back up. She >> the door frame was broken. >> How did that happen? >> Cuz she had broke the door. She had holding a defensive. She was holding a defensive. >> So, how'd she break the door? >> Okay, so when I realized the door was getting hit back because first, you know, she got into a defense mode, you know, I didn't do anything wrong to attack her. I was just like, "Hey, why are you here?" You know, if you look at my driver's license in the past, I used to live here. I used to be here. >> Let's answer the question. >> I'm answering your question. >> How did the door jam get broken? >> She broke it. That's what I'm saying. >> How did she do it? >> She was holding it like this, being aggressive and going like this, going when she was on the inside. >> Yeah, she was breaking the door. >> Why was she doing that? >> Well, that I don't know. >> Were you on the other side of the door? >> I mean, I got to the point I let go of the door. Why would I be in the room? >> Did she tried to prevent you from coming in the room? Probably that's where she was. But everything happened so quick that she had grabbed a pot and hit me and then that's when I blacked out before after you came in the room. >> That is after after she had hit me with the pod. This is this is Look, I I'm just playing to you. Look at this. She had the She had the door. I'm coming in. I don't know. There's nobody. This you could look up here at her life. There's no TVs on. This is where we go hang out. He comes and she's like like this and then I'm like this. I'm like what's going on? There's somebody here. And then she had hit me with the pot. I have a knot. >> How'd she hit you with the pot? The door's in the way. >> I don't know. She had something in there. She had an object. She picked up a object. >> All right. Stay out here um for me. And actually, can you stand by my car? >> Yeah. >> Did you not get your ID? >> No, I could have cuz he got p we got pushed to the side when Mr. Robert I don't understand why she had to stay by my car. Okay. But I would like to put some shoes on and stuff. That's not fair that I have to be. >> Okay. Then then stay right here. No, no, no. Hang out. >> You tell you I told her to stay right here. >> I know. I know. She told you to stay. I know. But we're not doing that right now. You're going to go back over there like you were told to do cuz right now there isn't you keep walking. >> I'm not walking. It's just not fair. >> Are they just stand? >> You're going to let a girl sit there? I'm not going to sit here and be in defense mode. I'm not going to be in fighting mode. I'm not >> What did he give a statement? >> Um he doesn't >> he's not Is he not talking at all? >> He's talking. He don't want to do that. He said >> she is because he's wrong. She said she broke in the house. >> He said she broke broke the glass. I guess she broke the glass ladder. I haven't looked at it yet. You said she smashed the glass ladder and came. >> All right. >> So, the suspect's statements are not cohesive with logic and defy physics. And also, the suspect seems to be intentionally talking fast and intentionally talking convolutedly in order to not answer questions directly, which is a sign of deception. >> Be in defense mode. I'm not going to be in fighting mode. I'm not. What did he give a statement? >> Um, he doesn't. >> He's not Is he not talking at all? >> He's talking. He don't want to do nothing. He said she >> is because he's wrong. She said she broke in the house. >> He said she broke broke the glass. I guess she broke the glass slider. I haven't looked at it yet, but he said she smashed the glass ladder and came. >> All right. Stand with her while I talk to him. >> That's what he told me. >> Okay. >> I haven't. >> All right. Yeah, I know you don't want to do anything on the prosecution part, but start from the beginning. Um, you where were you at originally? On the second floor? >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> And then you were with the other lady. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, you were in the room together. Was the door closed? >> Okay. So, then our sound was heard? >> Yeah. We heard her. >> She started knocking on the front door. >> Okay. >> And I called on the phone and said, "Gabby, I need you to leave my house." >> Yeah. And she she then all of a sudden started to hear banging at the back glass and just loud thumps and thumps and thumps and then finally I was screaming to her, "Please leave. Please leave. I need you to leave my house." >> And you know, >> and so then she ended up up to the second floor. >> I said the door was closed. How did it get open? >> I assume she like the glass or she >> So there she entered through the sliding door. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So then she ended up at the second floor. >> So how did she get through that door? Because there's damage to the door frame. How did that happen? >> I ran away. She she >> How did you ran away? You were inside the room. >> No. Well, I had came downstairs cuz I heard the thumping and then when she broke through the glass, then she, you know, >> she bypassed you and then went upstairs. >> So you didn't see what happened upstairs? >> I did not see what happened upstairs. >> Did she live here? Does she live here occasionally? >> I mean, not not recently. >> Does she have m um like property or borrow? >> She has property. She can take it now so she doesn't have to come back. >> Well, that's that's the thing. It's a gray area. >> She doesn't She doesn't want to le That's the thing is that she keeps it here so that >> so that she's able to come back. Exactly. Okay. She needs to be She needs to be evicted for it to be legal. >> Evicted. >> She doesn't remove all her property at one time, which is not happening tonight. But if she won't do it on her own, you got to evict her. That is correct people. In most cases, you would have to evict someone you have allowed to live at your house if they refuse to leave even without a lease or payment as they can establish a legal tenency after a period of residency. >> Should she live here? Does she live here occasionally? >> I mean, not not recently. >> Does she have m um like property or borrow? >> She has property. She can take it now if so she doesn't have to come back. >> Well, that's that's the thing. It's a gray area. She doesn't She doesn't want to le. That's the thing is that she keeps it here so that >> so that she's able to come back. Exactly. Okay. She needs to be She needs to be evicted for it to be legal. >> Evicted. >> Mhm. She doesn't remove all our property at one time, which is not happening tonight. But if she won't do it on her own, you got to evict her. That's where it's legally covered. >> Okay. Did we get your name and information? You already got that. >> No, you don't. You don't have to get your license, but we may have a be able to find it in our system. >> All right. What's um your name? >> First name is Daryl. D A R Y. Last name. >> We don't want to prosecute on any of the damaged property. >> I mean, I don't know what's damaged. >> Damage is criminal mystery. Um you want to go look with me? Yeah. >> Oh, okay. Well, when we get to that opportunity, we'll we'll have that discussed. I'm going to go we're going to go look at the damage. >> Well, I get some paper for our victim up there. She did force entry to the back, but she's a back and forth tenant or a back and forth resident. He did she did stay here like in January. He confirmed that, but he changed all the locks. Um, and she was banging on the door to get in the front, which she doesn't have a key to. So, she went to the back and then broke it. But he doesn't want to do anything about the damaged property. >> She want to do anything about anything. >> She wants to do something. >> No, they got they 33. Yeah, the girls through each other, but she's primary. >> She's got a mark >> right here. Show you here, my breast, and here. I don't want to fight. >> Is she a property here? >> Yeah, she's going to do what she Tennessee or something. That's what she told. He told me she Tennessee. She's here for a couple of days about her. >> Yeah, she was upstairs. She went upstairs, went into the room, actually broke in to get into the room, and then start hitting the lady upstairs. And then she defended herself. >> She defend herself. No, she didn't. She didn't defend herself. She hit me. She came violating thinking that I should attack her. >> That's what she's calling defending herself. >> Okay. Calling the police. Okay. So, I sit here. I said to her, >> "Did you break into her room?" >> I didn't break in her room because there Listen. >> No. No. Did you go into her room to argue with her? >> No. No. I didn't even know there was a person here because he was making a seat by all. I might get this later. >> So, when did you figure out? >> What's your first name? >> Gabby. Gabby. Okay. I take pictures. Okay. >> Okay. Have you been to South Lake Ma? >> No. >> No. You sure? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Am I not? >> That's what she had g me. All right. I'm take a closer picture. >> Does she have any injuries? Yeah. >> Point to with your finger. Anywhere else? >> Yes. Here where she was hitting me with the door. This also Well, she was she got on top of me. I was trying to record it because I don't think you believe >> you have anything. Did you record anything? >> I I tried but I couldn't because she was grabbing my hair. She was like this. >> How are you trying to record her? >> I was trying to record it with my phone. >> Where's your phone at? right here in my breast. I was trying to record it with my phone. >> So, nothing came through on your phone. >> No, nothing. I couldn't because you had me on the headlock. See, I can see it. >> Once I start getting And I didn't know there was a lady in here. >> This one's about to die. So the one the good one is inside. She's using it. Yeah. >> Oh yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. That's her car. >> She dropped it. She drove it. She wants to lie about her car and crap. >> That's not my car. That's He's saying that's my car. That's not my car. >> That's not your car. >> Is that registered to you? >> No, it's not my car. >> It's not registered to you. No. >> What's your name? >> My name is Gabby. >> Gabby what? >> Gabby? Yes, that's what I'm saying. It's not registered to me. It's not registered to me. >> Who's it registered to? >> It was registered to my mom. >> Yeah, >> but it's not registered to me. >> 13th, can you run criminal down? >> And do you have Daryl? >> I thought you needed >> 10 also. How many? Uh, can you write a statement? >> Yes. >> Okay. I need you to write what happened. >> You probably have to write it for in my hand. It's really bad. >> I can't write it for you. You have to write it. >> So, put your information on the circled items and then when you get to it, a narrative of what happened there. Okay. >> Okay. Get a piece back. >> Um, she doesn't want to write a statement, but she swore in firm that everything she said was the truth, >> which is nothing. It's okay. >> No, it's just a Uber thing. and me. >> No, about the whole thing before about >> No, but she really did violently hit me. She wasn't >> She came into the room she was in >> the room that she in. I didn't know there was somebody in there. >> But once she became aware of it. >> Okay. So, if you come into your husband's house, right? Or ain't our your house. I'm just not being rude or not. Just sit in my situ. Sit in my shoes. I come here time to time. I date this guy. We're together time time to time. I work in Miami, you know. I come back and forth. We talk all the time. text me and tells me, "I'm going to call you soon as I'm done. It's tax season. He works during taxes. I know that he does phone calls even in the West Coast, East Coast." He has >> Did you tell him you were coming tonight? >> Yes, because I tried to contact him. >> Did he respond? >> He did respond. Say, "I'm calling." He just said I Yeah, he said I should be a sex. >> Okay. Yes. >> Okay. So, did you wait for him to call you? >> No. >> No. I That's my fault. I didn't wait for him to call. I'm going to be honest. Okay. >> I appreciate that. >> Phone. Did you grab his phone? >> No. >> You didn't grab any phone? >> No. It's my phone. >> It's not the one with the silver back, is it? Um, >> I'm actually dead. Oh, sorry. >> So, Matthew, so what are you going to do? >> Give him the phone back or he's going to be arrested for theft. So, >> death. >> You don't give him the phone back. >> So, what are you going to do, Matthew? >> What? I need my phone for >> I'm going to give you your phone, but I'm asking you. What are you going to do? >> What do you mean, Gabby? >> What are you going to do? I do notice. Okay. They're lying again. >> No, you >> me. >> You're the liar. I didn't know I had the phone cuz I was over here. I put myself here. I should have back up and that's what I should have did, but I didn't do that. All right, stand up. Why do I have to go to jail? >> Don't grab me like that. >> Don't pull like that. >> Okay. I'm not pulling. I'm going to jail. Are you kidding me? I'm going to jail. And you guys promised me I was not going to jail. >> No one promised you anything like that. >> You guys did. >> Well, I didn't make any promise like that. >> I'm going to go to jail. Oh my god. I cannot believe this. Can I have it? I'm not I'm not like >> Let us lock them so they don't get tighter. >> Okay. Thank you. >> I would like to get my shoes. >> Hold on. You're bringing We're bringing your phone. >> No, I don't want to call the job. That's the only option. lean on the car first. Do you have anything on you that's going to stick me, poke me? Anything? Anything dangerous? Okay, spread your legs. >> Is this a corner of your jacket? >> Yes. But why you guys are doing this? I would like to get my >> tool. It's >> Can I help you find a key? >> Nope. >> Do you have anything else hidden in your bra? >> Stop. Listen to her. >> Just in there. I don't want to go to jail. Matthew. Hey, she's going to sit here. Record it. >> And what's going to happen with the car? Can I leave it? >> You're not doing anything with the car. Okay. Get here. I just got to check your your brier. Make sure there's nothing in your brier. >> Okay. Can I get my wallet so I can vlog myself out? >> Whatever you have. >> What I have in my purse or in my pocket. So, >> can I grab it, please? >> Nope. >> Okay. When you get back, when you get released from jail, >> how long? >> Whenever they feel like getting you out. >> No, but I would like to bomb myself out. >> Well, then you can do that. And when they give you a bomb? I can't do that, sweetie. I can't sit there without my shoes, sweetie. I have >> You'll sit there because I'm going to make you sit there and then it's going to be really painful because it's probably going to hurt you. So, it appears to be evident that Daryl at some point allowed Gabby to share residency, which by law gives Gabby legal tenency. Gabby more than likely comes over from time to time to visit Daryl. Gabby informed Daryl that she was coming over and Daryl responded to Gabby to wait until he called her to come over and Gabby didn't wait. The locks had been changed earlier because Gabby hadn't been over recently. Gabby couldn't enter with a key due to the lock changes and Gabby started to bang on doors and windows. Broke into the house through a sliding door. Made a beline to a room that was occupied by Daryl's significant other. Then Gabby broke through the door and battered Daryl's significant other who defended herself. However, Gabby cannot be charged with breaking and entering because Daryl allowed Gabby to stay over previously for so long that she gained legal tenency. Criminal mischief would apply, but Daryl doesn't want to press charges. Nevertheless, Daryl's significant other is pressing charges, and those charges are clearly battery charges. So keep in mind people that when you allow other people to move their property into your household because you want to get some frequent pooty tang and believe that you are avoiding that individual's legal attachments to your residence, you are completely wrong in the perception of law. They can come and go as they please if you establish those parameters and you will not be protected by the law. if you suddenly don't want your py tang over anymore. Well, that concludes my analysis of this video and I'll catch you on the next one. Peace. >> If you haven't subscribed to the Prime Analyzer channel, you are missing out on great content.
