Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel, an analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary and last but not least, an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. Hi, Sergeant Curly, Central Police Department. You're being recorded. How are you doing? >> Great. How are you? >> What's going on today? way all over the roadway in the other lane of travel. >> Okay. But you're in that lane of travel back there. >> Um but when it comes to this, I've known the gears are just straight. >> Okay. Can you go ahead and check the vehicle up for me? Do you have a driver's license? >> I do. Do >> you have a driver's license? >> I do. Can I see you, please? >> Can I see your driver's license? >> Is this a friend of yours over there? >> He's a police officer. >> What? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Have you been drinking alcoholic beverages tonight, man? >> Have you been drinking alcoholic beverages? Any reason for your mannerisms? >> Yeah. Any reason for your slow reaction to things? Absolutely not. Can >> you go ahead and step off the car on me? >> I will not. >> You will not. Okay, that's fine. I'm going to wait for another unit and we'll have a conversation. Okay. Yes, sir. >> Okay. Do you have an insurance registration for the vehicle? >> Yes, you do. >> Can you get those for me, please? There no weapons inside, correct? >> I do. >> You have a weapon inside there? >> Absolutely. >> What kind of weapon do you have in there? >> I have a 380. >> Okay. Go ahead and keep working for me. >> You have a concealed weapon? Are you a police officer? >> Uh, I'm not. >> You're not? >> I'm not. >> Yeah. >> All right, ma'am. I'm going to place you under arrest for DUI. Go ahead and step out of the car for me. >> Hey, you. Yeah, you. The one sitting on the couch eating chips. Get your butt up and take your nutty professor finger and hit the subscribe button so you can see videos analyzed by the prime analyzer like this. All right, ma'am. I'm going to place you under arrest for DUI. Go ahead and step out of the car for me. Step out of the car for me, please. >> You're being You're under arrest. >> What do you want? >> You're under arrest. Step out of the car for me. >> What do you want? >> You're under arrest. Step out of the car for me. >> What do you want, sir? >> Go ahead and step out of the car for me now. >> You step me out of the car. >> Are you going to come out of the car on your own? >> No. Absolutely not. >> Absolutely not. And you know it. Step out of the car for a minute now. >> Thank you. >> Careful. Careful. >> Place your hands behind your back for me. >> Jesse, >> ma'am, I'm sure you're aware. You have the right to remain silently. Anything you say it can be used against you in poor law. You have the right time. Talk to your lawyer and have pretzel with you while questioned. I'm grateful. >> You understand those explained? You already asked for attorney, so I'm not going to ask you any further questions. Just keep walking, man. Towards my car back here. >> Really? >> Towards my car. Keep walking. >> Nothing. >> Keep walking. >> Don't touch me like that. >> Get in the car. >> Sit in the car. >> Move. >> I love you. Come on. you're going to suck. >> Okay, so it's illogical and illegal for a cop to assume that a person is intoxicated merely because of their speech patterns. Some people have mental disabilities and are still allowed to operate a vehicle. So, police are trained to look for physical symptoms like the odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech, and behavioral signs such as fumbling with documents or difficulty with instructions. Yes, when the police ask you for your proof of insurance, they are monitoring the difficulty levels of you completing that simple task. If a person has all of those physical symptoms of being intoxicated, a police officer might arrest that person without an on the-spot sobriety test. The cop's intention for asking if the driver had a firearm was for safety and also because if you are arrested for a DUI with the firearm in your vehicle, you could face a separate charge for unlawful possession of a weapon, which can lead to additional penalties like jail time, fines, and suspension or revocation of your gun permit. Having a concealed carry permit does not exempt you from these laws as permits typically have restrictions against carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol. >> Move. >> I love you. You're going to suck. >> Yeah. Okay. Just so you >> Any reason why you were stepped out of your vehicle on Main Street and getting out of your vehicle and putting your fingers up in the air to get everybody to see? >> Any reason for that? >> Yeah. No. exiting your vehicle in in her L truck. >> I just had to give her her stuff. >> Okay. >> But that was it. >> The other side of it is cuz I make making a gesture. You have anything else you need? >> No. Okay. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> But he's got that main street down there. Put two fingers up in the air. >> We put us in our own pit out. >> Good. Yeah. Let's see how you put us in our own pits. >> You urinate back there. >> Yeah. Where's my husband? >> Your husband's not here. [ __ ] off. >> Oh my god. Go yourself here for me. >> Good. Good. I can't wait. >> Follow me inside. >> Good. Oh my god. My husband to do this. I can't wait for it. >> Go to the left here. >> You can just sit in this little chair over here. Good. for a haircut. No. >> Just need you to sit down. I >> love you. What's your name? >> My name is Officer Everson. >> Good. >> I'm just trying to help you. >> And I will love you in my end. >> Stand up. I'm so >> sorry. I'll just be careful. Okay. >> Are they too tight? >> It hurts. >> I can do two of them. That makes it easier. Is >> that better? >> Oh my god. >> Please just don't jump out of the cuffs. Okay. >> Sorry. I'm sorry. >> Can you just take a seat back for me? Okay. >> Yeah. I'm sorry. Can you give me a call? Is that my husband? >> Can you sit back down for me, ma'am? >> I'm my husband. >> Do you hear me, ma'am? >> Is >> Can you sit back down for me? >> But my husband >> Yeah. If you're not going to cooperate, you're going to go in the room. Okay. Sit back down on the chair for me. >> Are you going to sit back down? >> No. I need to go in this room. >> No. Don't do it. This could have resulted in a life-threatening situation for the police, especially if the suspect was able to obtain a weapon. >> Oh, my husband's a cop. Oh, no. I'll roll the window down. Jesse, roll the windows down. I need a break. I made it. Throw the window down. >> She was charged with assault and DUI. However, this suspect should have been charged with assault on a police officer, which would have fit her actions more and is a more serious charge. As stated before, the suspect slipping the cuff twice in 5 minutes is unacceptable. But did you know that slipping handcuffs is common with individuals with hyper mobility and smaller wristtoand ratios? Now, it's a high probability that everyone that watched the video knows that she is married to a cop. A cop that decided that it was a wonderful idea to get out of his vehicle in the middle of the street and flick off the cops that were performing the traffic stop on his wife. This very same cop that didn't guide you with proper leadership so that you wouldn't drive around with a loaded firearm while you were loaded off of liquor, so heavily intoxicated that you drive in the oncoming lane of traffic and piss in your pants. Speaking of pissing your pants, this is the second video within a few days that I have analyzed in which a suspect pissed their pants on a traffic stop while intoxicated. Check out this video of a DUI stop that I analyzed. The suspect pissed her pants and it was visible throughout the entirety of the video. To see that video, click the link that I put in the form of a card to see the video titled Drunk Driver Wets Her Pants at a DUI stop. Well, that concludes my analysis of this video. I'll catch you on the next one. Peace. >> If you haven't subscribed to the Prime Analyzer channel, you are missing out on great content.
