Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel. An analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary and last but not least, [music] an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. >> How you doing? >> Hello. >> See your license, please. >> Sir, >> see your driver's license, please. >> My ex? >> Yeah. There's no U-turn. Sorry. No red. No turning on red over the intersection over there. >> Oh, I didn't see that. >> They're all posted on all four corners of the lights. >> That's why the pedestrians are crossing over the center of the roadway. >> Oh, wow. I'm sorry. >> You're good. >> Doing okay today. >> Yes. Um, I'm sorry. I don't have it. >> You don't have your license with you? >> Change my purse. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> You have a Georgia license or a Mississippi? >> Um, Mississippi. >> Okay. What's your last Is this your car? >> My sister's. >> What's your last name? Spell that for me. That's your first name. >> Last name. >> Last name. What's your first name? Spell that for me. All right. And what's your date of birth? >> What year? >> Oh, 98. >> 98. >> Not in 98. I'm sorry. 89. >> 89. How old are you? >> Don't they tell you how old I am? >> How old are you? >> Don't they tell you how old I am? >> Okay, so we're going to start over. Now is your chance to grab a mouse or your finger and click the like button like you have never clicked it before. >> 98. >> Not 98. I'm sorry. 89. >> 89. How old are you? >> Don't they tell you how old I am? >> How old are you? >> Don't they tell you how old I am? >> Okay, so we're going to start over. And if you want to keep lying to me over a simple freaking ticket, >> what I'm lying about? >> How old are you? >> I'm 34. >> Why couldn't you tell me how old you are? Because it shows >> No, because you're sitting there trying to think. >> I'm not thinking about nothing. >> You sure this is your real name? >> That's Yes. >> 100%. >> I'm 100%. But I'm >> Okay, I'm Listen to me. I'm going to give you one more chance before I go back to my car. >> That's my name. >> Okay, that's fine. The cop obviously isn't buying the identity information that the driver has provided. I believe that the cop's disbelief in the information that the driver has provided came after the driver corrected the year of her birth date. The primary intention of the cop asking the driver's age was to gauge if the driver was lying by comparing her age to the birth date that she provided. Because in the state of Georgia, providing false information such as a fake name, address, or birth date to a police officer during their official duties is a misdemeanor offense punishable by up to a $1,000 fine, up to a year in jail, or both >> because it shows. >> No, because you're sitting there trying to think. >> I'm not thinking about nothing. >> You sure this is your real name? >> That's Yes. >> 100%. >> I'm 100%. But I'm >> Okay, I'm Listen to me. I'm gonna give you one more chance before I go back to my car. >> That's my name. >> Okay, that's fine. You said you're how old? >> 34. >> 34. >> All right. What's a good address for you? >> Well, my Mississippi address. >> I needed an address where I can >> Where's that at? Mississippi. Hollander, Mississippi. What's the zip code? >> And spell your last name one more time for me and your first name. Spell it. >> Okay. And your date of birth was what year? >> 89. >> You sure? I'm going to give you one more chance, but I want to buy my car because I'll find out differently and I got to hunt. >> What you hunting for? I mean, I just paid what you >> If I find out you're lying to me, you're going to go to the cab county jail for uh false name and data murder. >> Why would I have to lie to you about my >> I'm just trying to cuz people lie to me all the time. >> Okay. I have no reason to lie. >> Okay. Cuz normally everybody knows their date, how old they are, too. And you have to sit here and think about it. >> I didn't have to think about nothing. If I >> What's your sister's name on your car? >> If I just gave you the the information that's I thought maybe you would know. I can give you my date of birth right now and tell you how old I'm instantly. I ain't going to think about it. >> I'm not thinking about anything. I thought once I gave you the year I was born. >> Well, I would tell you how old I am. >> It would. Yes, you're correct. But if I know how old I am, I'm going to tell you immediately how old I am. >> I mean, I shouldn't have to you shouldn't have to ask if I just gave you the year I was born. >> Because when someone doesn't have their ID, I'm trying to identify and make sure this is the real name cuz people lie to me all the time. >> Well, I just changed my my bag before I my purse. >> Okay. What's your sister's name >> that owns the car? >> Mhm. >> And what's her last name? >> Same last name. >> Same last name. >> Mhm. >> Do you know her date of birth? >> You know what year? >> Um, I think >> 1990. >> All right. Give me one second. You said Mississippi, right? >> I'm good. 47. If you're not busy, can you meet over here, please? >> Ask for a license. She doesn't have an honor. Ask for her name. She gives last name. >> What's your date of birth? Uh >> uh 90. Oh, no. Not 98. 89. Cool. How old are you? >> Well, doesn't it tell you how old I am? I mean, yeah, it does. But how old are you? >> But if I give you the information, it should tell you how old I am. >> I totally understand that. But how old are you? >> Well, it should tell you. How old are you? >> I'm 34. Well, now that you thought about it, >> so I said, "Ma'am, I'm going to give you one chance before I go back to my car. You have every right to change your name if you want to right now, but if I've got to dig and find, >> you going to the name?" >> Not yet. She's shaking pulling fingerprint. Does >> someone have one? >> I mean, somebody has one. You can get one eventually, but >> doesn't show. >> That's not the same. >> So, that's the name that she gave you. No, that's She gave me cring. >> Her sister says she's right. >> She's um 100%. >> Let me go in. See me. >> Huh? See what she tells me. >> Thanks. Run the whole thing again. Hey, so that name's not coming back. What's Can you give me the spelling? >> The spelling? >> Yeah. >> What you mean? >> Okay. So, when I run the name, it doesn't return back. >> Okay. That's what we ran. So, we just have a fingerprint scanner on the way. So, that'll tell us who you are. So I don't I was just making sure we had it spelled right. Okay. >> Have you ever been fingerprinted or anything before? >> No. You said no. Okay. What's the birthday? Huh? What's the birthday? You said the birthday. I just want to make sure he has information. What birthday did she give you? >> She just told me 88. >> That means you're just you're just in the wind and you really don't believe in anything. You don't really believe the justice system of the other side now being impacted by it. So if you believe the justice system is really unfair, you see, hey, I think they're trying to election. I'm all for this reason for8 2008 wrong. Uhhuh. Make sure you give me the right name, wrong ear. >> What's your social, >> sir? >> What's your social? >> I don't know about home. >> You don't know your social security by home? >> Reports from surveys show that a whopping 96% of Americans had their social security number memorized. This high rate is often attributed to the number being required for so many life events and transactions. It's a high probability at this point for me to believe that the driver has something to hide. But if she doesn't have something serious like a warrant for her arrest and she lied about her identity, then the potential consequences aren't worth it. >> Sir, >> what's your social? >> I don't know about her. >> You don't know your social security by heart. How old are you? Okay. How's that walking a dog? >> Okay. So, you told me you're 34, 35. You've given me two different date of births. >> Okay. Well, the license you gave me is suspended. So, do you want to try another one or >> the license I gave you? >> The name the name and date of birth that you gave me, that person's license is suspended. >> No, cuz you not >> Okay. Cuz you haven't had a license since 2021. >> It's not suspended. Oh, >> they are. No, my license. Do >> you have anything that has your name on it? >> Not on me. >> Debit card, check. >> I changed my purses. >> So, there's nothing in your purse right now that has anything with your name on it. >> No. No. I got lotion and cash. >> Cuz what we do is we have a rapid ID coming up. It's going to take your fingerprint and it's going to tell us who you are. >> I got lotion and cash. Okay. You know how the fingerprint machine works, right? >> No, I don't. >> Huh? >> I said no, I don't. >> Okay. So, we're going to come up and you're going to give a fing we're going to get take your fingerprint and put your information in that you gave us and it's going to tell us who you are. >> Okay. >> And you still want to go with us what we're going with, right? Cuz the date of birth you gave you, you're 34, not 35. >> I said 88. I said 88. >> Yeah. And you just told me 35. >> Hold on, babe. Yes, I hear you. And I just asked you how old you were and you said 35. >> Yeah, >> but you're 34 according to the date of birth you gave me. >> I said I said 88. >> She just asked me. >> Yeah, I'm clear. Which still makes you 34, not 35. >> She just asked me. Hold on. >> Hold up. You want to keep playing this game or >> what game? >> You're lying to me. That's why >> I'm not motivated. >> This could have been a simple citation and been out of here. But you want to keep playing games and make me dig? That's fine. I don't mind working for my money. >> Hold up. >> All I'm asking you for telling me the truth. >> What you say? >> You can hang up the phone right now, too. >> Yes. >> You need to hang up the phone. >> Okay. Okay. >> Hang up the phone. Just let me know. Yeah, you got to hang up the phone. >> Why the phone? >> Because I'm talking to you and not them talking to you. >> It's being recorded, ma'am. Everything you said is being recorded. >> Hang up the phone, please. You hang up the phone or step out of the car. >> I mean, okay. Me being on the phone ain't got nothing. >> Go step out of the car for me. >> I'm saying he ain't even on the phone no more. >> Step out of the car for him, please. >> He's not on the phone. What are you saying? >> It's still on, ma'am. I'm not stupid. >> No, he's not on again. Step out of the car, please. >> He's texting. It's not on. I'm asking you to step out of the car nicely. >> Hold on. Stop this video. Subscribe with all notifications on to your number one analyst, the Prime Analyzer, and you can be one of the first to watch me analyze videos like these. >> Step out of the car, please. >> He's texting. It's not on. >> I'm asking you to step out of the car nicely. >> You just want to get defensive with me for no reason. >> Ma'am, I have not raised my voice. You can leave the phone in the car. You said I'm going to leave the phone. You had hung up the phone. >> Step back here. >> Thank you. >> Step over here, please. >> What's in your other purse? Your backpack. >> Police officers often require people to stop using their phones during a traffic stop due to safety, communication, and procedural reasons. The key concerns include the potential for the driver to call others to the scene, reduced compliance with instructions, distraction during investigation, and safety risk from potential hidden weapons. >> Step back here. >> Thank you. Step over here, please. What's in your other purse? Your backpack. >> What backpack? >> The fuzzy one that's up there. >> That's my clippers. >> That's your clippers. Okay. So, how old are you? >> It's a very simple question. It's a very simple question. >> I'm going to be honest with you. >> That's all I've asked for since day one. Real simple. >> Okay. So, either way, I know >> you're lying. I mean, it's very You suck at lying. No offense. It's not to be rude. It's your face totally shows you lying. >> I'm going be honest with you. >> That's all I want. I figured that. So, who's that? Your sister? >> Okay. Have you been arrested before? >> Okay. So, when we take your fingerprint, it's going to show that's you. >> I just >> What's wrong with your license that you're giving someone else's name? >> I don't supposed to be driving. >> Huh? >> I don't supposed to be driving. >> Okay. So, you're going to screw your sister over? Cuz what if I believed you and took all that information, wrote you a ticket, and send you on your way? That means she has to answer the ticket. It's not you. I was just say it. >> But the points go in her license. So, what's your last name? What is spell it? And the first name, spell it. >> And what is your date of birth? >> What year? >> And how old are you? >> 32. >> Huh? >> 32. >> Same address you gave me? >> Yes. >> What's your social? See how simple that was? All right. I haven't seen your car. Let me make sure this is you. I seen your car. >> Huh? >> I'm about to go to jail. So, >> I haven't made that decision yet. Depends on what I don't know if you got warrants or anything like that. >> I don't have any warrants. Just >> Okay, cool. Have a seat in your car for me. I don't want you out in this weather cuz it's about to get bad. Uh, close. Yeah. What you get? It's the owner registrator, right? >> No, that's I mean that's >> Huh? >> That's the name. I just want to look at her with that. She >> Yeah, she just said that she hurt her. >> So, she did call him admit to it. >> Yeah, >> she's still home. She's going I'm like her. >> She said she's actually suspended. >> Oh, she is. >> God, I hate when your sister really just screws everything up. >> You can go in your car, but I wish >> we can't get to that covered area. >> Right here. >> You have to back up and over there. But even then uh it was all >> Can we get into that parking lot after open? >> Yeah. Well, no, it's you can't be going by Walmart. >> I don't know. You're saying this is it. is getting wet. >> I'm not getting wet. I'll wait. I'll sit here all I got the eight. >> You need one of those little reachers. You know the little grabbers where you just hold it out the window. >> Well, let's do the You have the code for those um fingerprint things. >> I used to have it. >> Mine's disabled. >> I used to have the thing that >> So do I. But that's also one >> apparently Mississippi pulls up the drivers pictures. Oh, they do high in 81 Chris. Attorney Chris joins us to talk about the Harrison Floyd case. Harrison Floyd, as you know, is one of the 19 tonight. He's out. Yep, that's right. You hear it? Yeah. That is definitely not you. That's your sister. >> Yeah. >> Yes. That' be you. >> Very good. >> All right. Do you have anybody to come pick up the car so we don't have to tow it? >> I just need to come back. You're not going to jail. I'm going to write you a bunch of tickets. All right. I'm not charging you with false name and date of birth. >> All right. >> I apologize. >> But when So that's why I said, "Are you sure you want to go?" cuz before I go back to my car, if I was a dick, I can take you to jail for false posit county right now. Okay? But when it gets to court, I'm going to let the judge know that you lied to me as well. Okay? But um see if you can find something to come pick you up and just know that we've been doing this for a long time. And this again, I'm not trying to be rude, but you suck at lying. She even said it, okay? It was horrible. >> I'm sorry. I think >> cuz you know how old you are. All right. So again, don't there's no reason it's a suspended license. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> If you got the wrong officer though, false name, >> he's just >> I know, but I mean technically you can go to jail with a suspended license anyways >> and your sister's license not suspended. I was just saying that cuz I knew >> they were expired since 2021. >> So all right, any questions? No. >> All right, roll up your window cuz it's about to get nasty and then um see if you can find something to pick up your car. Okay. It might be cuz if he gets bad, I'm going to give it a few minutes to pass over and then let me finish all the paperwork and stuff. Okay. All right. Yes, ma'am. >> Huh? >> Lieutenant, >> Nick. Yeah. Think he has access. >> Huh? >> I'll wait. I'll wait until freeway comes back. >> Hey, I used to know it. I need to write it down. >> You did write it down. I thought you wrote down in your office. We did it. Mine just I wrote mine down. I don't know 90 days. I don't know. All right, real quick. two citations for for the suspended license and the no turn. Um your court date is October 17th. Other than that, you're good to go. You got any questions? Number's on the back and the information's on the back. >> Okay. >> All right. Any questions? >> No problem. >> All right. Tell them at the line next time. >> Thank you. >> All right. Be good. >> Thank you. >> The driver was not charged or arrested and she only received two tickets. One ticket was for a no turn and the other was for driving on a suspended license. The driver was allowed to contact someone to drive the vehicle instead of a toe. The driver received a big break because in the state of Georgia, driving with a suspended license is a criminal misdemeanor that carries penalties of at least 2 days to 12 months in jail. Fines between $500 and $1,000, mandatory fingerprinting, and a license suspension extension of 6 months. Subsequent offenses increase penalties significantly, including higher fines and longer jail time. Now, back in the day, I always believed in this theory, which was if a police officer stops someone for a traffic violation while it's raining, it's a high possibility that they will receive a ticket. But now, after my analysis of this video, I'm going to have to include another theory in my belief, which is if a police officer stops someone for a traffic violation and rain is approaching soon, they might get a break.
