She was charged with retail theft, possession of displayed merchandise exceeding $300, and with retail theft, possession of displayed merchandise exceeding $300 with a previous conviction. On July 15th, 2025, she entered a plea of not guilty and her court case is ongoing with an upcoming court date on August 25th, 2025 at the time of this production.
