Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel. An analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary and last but not least, an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video on a traffic stop. Do you have your license with you? >> A traffic stop? >> Yes, ma'am. >> I'm already in my >> That's not how it works. If you walk away, you go to jail. >> Make your choice. >> I didn't even do nothing. >> All right. You don't even know why I'm stopping you yet. >> I don't even I You ain't stopped me. >> We're stopped right now. >> But you I didn't do anything. You never stopped me. I'm in my people yard. >> Stop now. I watched you commit a violation on a public road. >> What? How? This my people. What violation did I What violation? I know what violation you're even know what I'm stopping her. >> Your registration's expired. >> Back up. >> My registration is not expired. A police officer can legally stop and issue a ticket to you in your driveway if they observed you commit a traffic violation on a public roadway. Your driveway is generally not considered a safe zone or protected private property where you are immune from being stopped for actions that occurred on public streets. Even though this location is a residence, this situation and this immediate area is considered a traffic stop in the perception of the law. Did I what violation? No. What violation? You don't even know what I'm stopping her. >> Your registration's expired. >> Back up. >> My registration is not expired. >> I don't care. You're not involved in the stop. >> My tag is coming in the mail. >> What does that say? Stand over here. >> But my tag is coming in the mail. >> What does that say? >> Do you have a license? >> Y'all record this. >> You're more than welcome to. You have a license. >> Cuz y'all did not stop me. >> Do you have a license? >> I'm coming to my people yard. >> I do. >> You have a license? >> Don't do that. >> Producer, please. Y'all not going to try me like that cuz I didn't do anything. >> Okay. >> I do have a license. I definitely do. >> Come back over here. >> I can stand where I want to stand. >> Come back over here before you go to jail. >> I didn't do anything to go to jail. >> Back over here before you go to jail. >> Why you touching me? >> Because you are not listening. >> I am listening. >> What did I do, sir? >> Stop jail. >> I have my stuff. >> Okay. Listen. I have listen care. Let me see your license. >> Okay. Can you stop being rude to me? >> When you stop being rude to us. >> I totally disagree with that cop's statement. Saying when you stop being rude to us is not how leaders and professional people think. When you are a professional and value yourself, you don't base your actions on someone else's actions. An honorable person will have professional standards and have a mindset that thinks like this. Despite how anyone operates, I'm always going to hold myself to a higher standard. >> I don't care. Let me see your license. >> Okay. Can you stop being rude to me? >> When you stop being rude to us, >> I'm not being rude at all. >> Okay. You came at us jumping us down the throat saying, "We did not stop you. We watched you drive the vehicle. We have multiple violations. I don't care where you're going. You committed a violation on a public road." That is the bottom line. Okay. >> Okay. All right. What was the violation? >> Her tag, her lights out, her tags expired, and it's flapping in the wind. That's three things. >> That's why I was behind her. I don't care. >> And it's funny that you want to be nasty. I'mma take you to court. I'm not being nasty. >> Listen, let me tell you something. Y'all dead ass. Y'all never stop me play with me. >> Whites, you have a expired registration. You have a tail because you was going home. >> Exactly. Exactly. We just got done with party. Y'all never was behind me. Y'all never stopped me. I didn't do anything. >> We stopped you here. >> No, y'all did not. >> That's why we're here. That's why we have your license. We explained to you two times. >> You're lying. >> I'm lying. Okay. Everything's on camera. My car came on camera that y'all stopped me. I was already here coming home. >> You're on a public roadway committing traffic infraction. >> I saw you turn out of there, drive on North State Street, and drive over here. >> That is a public roadway. No, that's not cuz I was going to lie. >> So, you're telling me this is not a public roadway? >> No, she made a Uturn where you can make >> So, this is not a public roadway. This is a private roadway. >> There is no sign over there say no U-turn. >> So, this is not a public roadway. >> So, she did not drive on a public road. >> She didn't. And I was behind her the whole time. >> You were driving on a public roadway. >> It's obvious that the driver's tail light is out and the driver admitted that the tags are expired. These are most certainly traffic violations. It's completely foolish for the other individuals who know the driver to intervene with this traffic stop. Expired tags and a tail light are nonmoving violations and the driver would have possibly been done with the stop by now if these other imbeciles who aren't legally involved would have detached themselves from the driver's situation. >> Not cuz I was. >> So you're telling me this is not a public roadway? >> No, she made a Uturn where you can make >> So this is not a public roadway. This is a private roadway. >> There is no sign over there say no you. >> So this is not a public roadway. >> So she did not drive on a public roadway. >> She did and I was behind her the whole time. >> You were driving on a public roadway? >> Yes, I was. >> So she was not. >> No, she was behind behind her. >> That's new to me. >> No. First of all, this is a public roadway. Not >> full of [ __ ] That's what's I need you to back up. You're not involved in the stop. Please back up. Sister, I'm >> You're going to go to jail. >> I got a freedom of speech. >> Back up before you go to jail. >> Go to jail. >> No. I'm going to stop the I want say what you want over there. Say what I want. >> Back up. Everybody back up the car. And my tax is all the way in the mail. Freedom of speech. I can say what I want. I got license. I got full mother. >> You are you are a hero if you're going to jail. So back. >> I ain't going no mother. >> We about to find out. >> I record. You're more than welcome to record from a distance. Back up. up. You have to touch me. Back up. Why are you pushing me? Why are you Oh my god. Take you. Yeah, you. The one sitting on the couch eating chips. Get your butt up and take your nutty professor finger and hit the subscribe button so you can see videos analyzed by the prime analyzer. Like this. >> Back up. >> Why are you pushing me? Why are you Oh my god. >> What are you doing? Stop. Back up before you go to jail. >> Back up. >> Why are you touching your knees back? Why are you touching? >> Back up. Back up. >> Back up. Put your hand down. Put your hand. >> Put your hand down. Put your hand behind your back. >> Why are you put your hand back? >> No. on our body and you know >> you're pulling my hair. What are you doing? >> She didn't do nothing. >> Why are you taking your jail though? >> What did she do? What did she do? >> We told you several times to back up and record in the front of the car. You did not listen. >> Just had to get yourself involved. >> You're racist as hell. >> I had nothing to do. >> You're racist as like you're racist as hell. Like I swear to God, I put this on everything I love, bro. Like, what the I have a whole video on my phone of me not doing nothing. That's how you going to get it. I swear to God. >> I told you multiple times to back up. >> I backed up. How can I right there? What the Be serious, >> bro? Call my mother. >> How old are you? >> Call my mother. >> How old are you? >> How old are you? >> I'm 22. Call my mother. >> Yeah, call my mother. Watch this. >> Kitty don't got no business pushing her. >> She's going to jail for resisting without violence. >> How dare she resist if y'all pushing her? What you mean? >> We gave you several opportunities to go to the front of the car and you did not listen. Now, if you don't go to the front of the car, I will not hesitate to take you both to jail. >> You're not going to take me to jail. You was not. >> Go to the front of the car. >> Play those games. We'll we'll find out. Okay. But did I do anything? >> Let me explain to you. You were driving on the public roadway. Your tag expired. You may have one coming in the mail. I totally understand that. But to my knowledge, >> we just trying to have >> I don't I don't know that it's expired. I don't know you have one coming in the mail. Okay. >> I can't prove that. I I can prove it. >> No, I'm saying you can. But I'm saying I don't I don't How do I know that if I haven't talked to you? No, she not behind. >> They y'all are so aggravated. >> All y'all is aggravated. >> People need to come to y'all house and harass y'all. Y'all aggravated >> cuz nobody did nothing. >> I know her light out. That's why I was sitting there so she can get home. So she can get home cuz I know her light out. >> Doesn't mean so you can't drive then. Doesn't matter you. >> You understand that, sir? But we was just she was just trying to officer. She has her license. >> I don't know what happened when you guys showed up. But I know the infraction was cuz your lights are out. >> Yes. But look, I was behind her for that reason. >> The red car. >> Yes. They lied and said she made a improper something, but she didn't because where she turned at from right there. She was coming to get >> She went to pick up her car from by the side of the road and we was coming here >> and she made a Uturn. But it's no sign that says no Uturn, right? It has to say no. >> I'm not 100% cuz I wasn't over there. So I can't. You know where the little club or something is over there in the corner and it's like a little She did a U-turn. I know it was a a legit U-turn. Like it's no sign that says no U-turn. >> With friends and family like this, who needs enemies? I'm all for recording the police. However, even though you are on your property, the traffic stop changes the dynamics of how close you can be to an investigation. Had these other females stayed in their respective areas, it's a low possibility that anyone would have been arrested. I do not care how much they thought the driver wasn't in violation. The stop is only legally between the driver and the initial cop that stopped the driver. I understand that you want to help your relative. However, you can help without obstructing the investigation. I know it was a a legit U-turn. Like it's no sign that says no U-turn. So I was behind her cuz I know her tag is out, but they saying that they was trying to stop her. But my thing is, how can y'all try to stop her if y'all wasn't behind her already? There's no way y'all went way this far and y'all end one right there and then one end up right there. Y'all did not do y'all job properly cuz y'all would have been behind her. That's why I was following her cuz I know her light is out. She was just trying to come home. >> Five to 10 opportunities. >> She was driving. >> She's a driver. Okay. >> And we told them more than welcome to record, but please go to the front of the car. >> Yeah. >> So, he's just running it right there. >> Yeah. Okay. >> But he said that my tag is I know it's probably I'm getting one in the mail and stuff. I'm waiting. I got my car from Orlando. So, I'm waiting on him to send in the mail. I'm not trying to go to jail, nothing like I don't have time for that. I got a good job. I got kids. Yeah, my license should be valid. Let me make sure. Let me check it. >> Well, he's been checking. But the reason I say that is cuz my car just got hit. >> I don't see any reason that you'd be going to jail right now. >> You've been You haven't done anything criminal. Okay. >> We gave your friends several opportunities to step back safely record. You're more than welcome to record, >> but there's two of us. There's six, seven other people. >> At one point is is our safety compromised. Do you understand that? And I was following her because we know to get back to we lying. >> Okay, I understand that. But what I'm saying is she was just trying to get home. We not trying to >> Yes, sir. Excuse me. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I'm trying to see what's going on. This my daughter and her son. >> Um, this your daughter here? >> Yes. No. >> Who's your daughter? >> Um, look, I don't I was taking pictures. >> I was asleep. I'm sorry. >> You're okay. >> I'll explain everything right here. >> Is she outside right now? >> I don't know. I don't see her. They say she in here. >> Okay. Um, so I'll talk to you over here. >> Okay. Take a breath. Okay. I'm deputy fly county sheriff's office. Okay. So, your daughter was not stopped. Okay. We stopped this silver sedan here with the female right there. Okay. >> Um, we had two violations, traffic violation. Her registrations expired and she had a broken tail light. Okay. That's why we conducted the traffic stop. You understand? >> Okay. Um, upon stopping her, other people stopped, came out of the car and began to record, which you are legally allowed to do. That is your first amendment right 100%. I >> But, however, we're conducting a traffic stop and conducting investigation based on those violations. You understand? >> Yes. >> To a point, they were standing >> on my heart. >> You're okay. Take a You okay? >> Take a breath, ma'am. You need to sit down and tell my sister. >> I'm assuming your daughter. There were several other people that began to surround us within probably from here to here. And we told him five to 10 times to please go to the front of the car and record. >> We kept repeating repeating ourselves and she began to go against what we were saying to the point where she became aggressive with >> that deputy there >> and that's why she's in handcuffs. >> Okay. She may be placed under arrest for resisting without violence. Okay. >> We gave her several opportunities to do so and she didn't listen. >> It was completely preventable if they just went to the front of the car and recorded. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> But just give me a second. Once once we figure out what's going on, I'll come back to you and talk to you. Okay. >> I don't have no money to get her out. >> Take a breath. Are you okay right now? >> Oh my heart. >> Do you need medical? >> Okay. You know, I'm just saying though, it was not no joke. >> We watched her drive. She has a tail right now. I'm not talking about her clapping in the wind. >> I'm not talking about her. I'm talking about me. >> You shouldn't get involved in other people's business. I told you multiple times to back up. You did not. I had on video. I have it on three video camera angles. >> Me, too. >> Perfect. Then it'll be great in court. >> Oh my goodness. You're tripping. Like I said in the video, so what am I going to jail for? Obstruction. >> Huh? >> Obstruction. I told you multiple times to back up. >> You did not back up. >> So, what is that? >> And I redirected you and you wanted to push off me. You're lucky you're not getting battery. >> I didn't push off me. >> I have it on video. >> I'm still going to jail. >> I work with the elderly. I work with the elderly. It's going to mess with my CNA. I'm going to mess with It's going to mess with my CNA. Like, I'm a CNA. >> It's going to mess with everything. This is the first time I done hung out trying to sit here and come out of my bubble and now look. >> This don't make no sense. And my son see you. My son see me back since I'm here. >> Mhm. >> I always wanted to know. >> Mhm. >> Do you guys get paid for like every ticket you guys make? >> Not a dime. >> What? Thought you guys get paid like commission every time you guys give a ticket. Nope. >> Especially on holidays. >> Do you know how many warnings we give? If I got paid for every ticket, I would have gave every ticket. >> It goes to like crossing guard programs and stuff. >> Damn. So, y'all don't even get none of our tax money neither. What? So, how do y'all get these in cars? >> Taxes. >> Yeah. They told us that y'all get our tax money. What we pay back. You get we get property taxes. So if you own any property and you pay taxes on that, that's what funds your stuff. >> Let me correct the cop. This is how it goes. If you own any property or purchase any item at any store, even if it is merely a bottle of water, you are contributing to the state and local taxes, which come greatly from property taxes, but also from sales taxes and local income taxes as well. And the traffic tickets are allocated to support local governments, state governments, and courts and law enforcement. So basically, if this suspect purchased merely a bottle of water anywhere in that town, a percentage of that went to the police vehicle that she is sitting in the back of. Now people, here is a logical recommendation for anyone that wants to make certain that the police are not harming someone or using excessive force. Also remember that if you go to your property after a police officer witnesses a traffic violation that occurred on a public roadway, the cop is lawfully allowed to stop you on your property. Well, that concludes my analysis of this video and I'll catch you on the next one. Peace. >> If you haven't subscribed to the Prime Analyzer channel, you are missing out on great content.
