This suspect, Danielle Cook, was aged 33 [music] at the time of this arrest. She was charged with one count of obstructing a peace officer, firefighter, or correctional employee as a class A misdemeanor, and two counts of aggravated battery on [music] a peace officer, which is a class 2 felony. Prosecution is ongoing, and her next court date is a pre-trial hearing scheduled for July the 22nd, [music] 2026. Her brother, Antoine Shuard, was aged 32 at the time of this arrest. He was charged with criminal damage to government [music] property under $500 as a class 4 felony and with resisting or obstructing a peace officer, firefighter, or correctional employee, also as [music] a class 4 felony. In November of 2023, Antoine pleaded guilty [music] to the charge of criminal damage to government property in exchange for the state dismissing the resisting charge and to receive a deferred conviction involving a drug treatment program. By March of 2024, [music] Antoine began missing court dates and in May of that year, the court revoked his release and he was remanded back into custody. Finally, in August of 2025, [music] Antoine received the statutory maximum sentence for a class 4 felony with 3 years in prison, albeit [music] with credit for 333 days time served. Antoine is still in custody as of the production of this video [music] at the Pontiac Correctional Center in Illinois. Now, what do you think?
