August the 3rd 2024 deputies in Flagler County Florida have been sent to a local strip mall to assist with the patron of a nearby Hotel one who has made herself unwelcome at both properties see if they walk at a hotel do you have your ID on you now no I just inty all my pockets and you don't have your ID on you I don't think [Music] so what we're doing going to be trespassed from this property all this property this whole Plaza everywhere you see cars this whole Plaza you can't come back on the property when we leave you're going to have to leave if you come back on the property after we're gone you're going to be arrested for trespassing do you understand that then arrest them for trespassing okay also your trespass from the know me so well also your trespass from the Best Western you can't go back there if you go back there you will also go to jail for trespassing do you understand that Deputy Patel went over there made sure you had no belongings over there you're completely checked out there's nothing in the room do you understand that okay here's your copies of it you're going to have to leave the property now do you have someone that can give you a ride or something um no anybody you can call right now my phone's dead I phone charger I don't have any drugs I don't have any alcohol um I had a car to live in that got stolen I don't want to stay at the home my shelter a halfway house reap CER bring out a program like that I just want to go to late and have fun okay is there anywhere we can bring you there's no homeless shelters in our County best thing to do would be go to Bou County or St John's County can you take me to laet County to where laet no no I can take you to the county line like there's a Love truck stop down there in valua where there's two gas stations in St Augustine other than that we can't go any further okay you can take me on at gas stations and do that you have another water I don't I gave you my last one I don't have any I don't have any more water either grab one at the gas station water what's that I don't want to leave it at water well you're going to have to leave either way whether we bring you to the gas station or you walk off the property if you don't leave the property after you've been told you're going to go to jail you got those two options you've been duly War you jail they give you water in jail no between penalty for transgressing social tabos September the 20th 2024 deputies in Green County Ohio have responded to assist a park ranger in addressing an alleged assault that took place at a local Forest Preserve between a young woman and her male companion stemming from the use of an inflam word hello hello is just you two or who else is with him you know his birthday no you have an idea where he went she said he went that way towards uh St you think he went home 175 152 the suspect went towards Stevenson was he driving or walking he was driving yeah he was driving what kind of car uh 1237 was black there's a car not an SUV a car port or car I think it's black impo either impo or um Mal apparently this was a about race she dared him to she dared him to say that in were I guess CU he said it in the past he was upset with it so we D him to say it and he said it and in with the scuffle okay that's what it was about so you guys are friends I just came up here to get her cuz she said he first I did but you know I didn't like I didn't make it to his face or anything I kind of aimed his shoulder I was like you don't say that and then that so you're pretty much the the aggressor in the situation daring him to say that he apparently yeah he told me he he just I told him like you had the option of not to say like no matter what I said like you shouldn't have were playing a game about like be works with like like black people and just like the disrespect like exor them yeah so now there's a lot of people in this world that says a lot of things that they should yeah like when you like when you like really think you really know you know somebody but that's and coming into play with that there too it's you got to kind of be careful too because you know right now you kind of took matters into your own hands with just based off of something he said to get you in trouble on top of him in trouble so you know I'll be on aor check 2 honestly and I understand you know words are words and they do they aren't just words but at the same time you know they they can't be taken back when you do say something but at the same time you know in this day and age that there's a lot of people to say a lot of stuff and you just got to kind of look the other way with it you know you can't really take it to heart with some people that are saying things they they say cuz half the stuff they get are say they reference is from social media or the media itself and you know you're fighting a a battle bigger than just one person but it sucks cuz I wish I could fight all those people yeah I know want it's frustrating you know but because there's a lot of good people out there that that are profiled for the wrong reasons check 3921 have you ever had to fight somebody working my job I did but I this back I didn't really put myself in that position cuz I knew I wanted to get this job so you know cuz if you have any type of assaults or anything it's you're not going can't that kind of stuff W your record you know but yeah there is people that made me mad of course but you know you got to kind of look at it as it's their way of freedom of speech I guess but have your 15 and then from there it'll be you know decided up to the judge if they want to give you a bond or not typically give you a bond uh and then for assult and contct what' you say like baale yeah B bond is like baale yeah so what's the name feel so silly for fighting over it but I don't know Chelsea suzan sherff what's the jail like uh dispatch has been updated I mean I I can't I guess it sucks you know I don't know it's jail dispatch has been updated dispatch has been upated um you're in a place with a whole bunch of other people and all that stuff and you get fed three times a day and it's pretty much [Music] it can you pay your own Bond uh that I know you can't do so you'll have to have somebody come and bond you out like if you have money like have them come and pay your bond and then you pay them back or however you want to work it out but I know I know that you can't pay your own Bond cuz you won't be able to bond yourself out out of jail so so the court process like for tomorrow morning how's that going to go uh it'll be your part where you either plead guilty not guilty or no contest and then if you plead not guilty then they'll set it up for another court date and then you'll just continue on until you go through the court case but um it just depends on what you want to plead to so if you plead guilty be sent to Jail uh not necessarily I mean it's just it's all up to the judge and the way he reads the report you know and what he decides what your punishment should be I mean have you ever been in trouble before um not like this and how old are you 21 21 so I I mean I guess my question should have been have you ever been criminally charged with anything uh no okay so if you don't have a criminal record it's good um but just you know just depends on what they decide to do cuz the judge is ultimately going to decide um you know I still have to follow up with these uh this uh I think it's a probation Court I think something along the lines of that um I didn't get a DUI or anything though I just I was underage when that happened as far as what like underage drinking yeah under I I still need to follow that up um with the court system but5 CJ bre for mileage am I going to have to take a mug shot the suspect was charged with simple assault and with disorderly conduct both charges are still pending court action at the time of this recording okay
