Now, at this point, legally, the police cannot allow the suspect to leave, no matter how much he hurls these low-level threats to intimidate the cops. Then he mentioned that they had an argument and later he attempted to clean up his story by saying that they always do MMA fighting. She is like 2 feet shorter than him and his story is as bogus as he looks. If this wannabe tough guy did commit this DV crime, I want to commend his woman for being courageous and contacting the police on him. The police had more than enough probable cause, and I didn't see anything the police did improperly on this one. The only person who did something wrong was the guy wearing a off-brand Michael Jordan t-shirt, who ironically and literally got some unwanted flight time.
