the night of St Patrick's Day in a college town an officer from the University of Illinois Police Department Witnesses this vehicle traveling the wrong direction down a one-way Street finding a parked red Ford WinStar the officer initially opts against conducting a traffic stop driving past she notes the sole occupant sitting in the passenger seat however with her suspicions roused she continues to observe the vehicle prior to the vehicle leaving this car park the officer heard a crash and observed signs that the driver had backed into another vehicle prior to this she witnessed the driver peeking round the corner on foot perhaps as if she were paranoid of police surveillance as well as previous poor use of turn signals with all this the officer initiates a traffic stop also for 43 I just watched her back into a car and drive away dispatch re get back in your car I'm not get back in your car get back in your car get back in your car no we're not pulling you out car why you yelling the driver would remain argumentative and uncooperative for several minutes even after additional backup officers respond eventually however a police Sergeant arrives to take control of the situation oh my God is this windy so Abby was watching her she was pretty sure she saw the wrong way down Sixth Street but it happened so quick she wasn't able to 100% see it she's pretty sure it was this vehicle it stops she kind of sits on it it leaves she follows it it goes to a parking lot sits there for a while she's looking around she backs out of a parking spot hits a car and then takes off and so now we're here she immediately jumped out of the vehicle she's been argumentative with us the whole time I Then followed after it so she make okay and then you pulled off and I was like that's kind of weird and I ran your plate and I saw that you had the warrant which is not out of I have a warrant yeah you do and so then I came around and I sat office I have hella scratches on my car you can't just say oh I hit a car at this SP ma'am look your vehicle was in the area this officer was in the area she heard a collision she look that's not why she stopped me or originally was following me that has nothing to do with it why you getting aggressive you guys are all freaking hostile with me and I don't like that step out of the let me explain something why are you hosle toward me I'm not let me turned to the side and turned my car off so it could rest she then kept going I sat there for probably about 5 minutes so I'm like okay my car's good to go kept going soon as I turn off the road she kept she following me right down Green Street so that's when I turned right here yep turned my car off turned it back on it turned kept doing it you know what it usually does okay I finally was like okay I'm gonna come out the parking garage where she was right here and I came down here I'm knowing you're following me so I came down right here that's when she turned her lights I pulled over okay simple at that point I give up because my car has problems I don't have time to keep running away from you I'm not doing nothing wrong but at the same time whether I said I was drunk on my car have stop you and issue a traffic citation she wasn't sure what she saw so she continued past you you stopped she doesn't know that your car has some kind of mechanical issue where you got to stop and
