2024 in Martin County Florida where employees and patrons of this local Delhi complained about zof causing a disturbance while wearing a crown of thorns and holding what was described as a Chucky doll I mean if I can grab some info from you cuz here's a thing a lot of times people don't want to and I know nobody wants to make complaints nobody wants to do it if nobody makes complaint oh you we don't gowhere I talked to one of the police officers so I me you know you can give me a statement you can tell me right now what happen right here so I'm it's just not safe yeah so it's it's been like that I mean he's trespassed from every place here just can we step outside so it's not so cled in here me honey and I know it's your busy time but which that's okay we're just trying to make sure see if we can grab him now down that corner we sat down sat down in the walk I said cuz I saw a girl coming so I stopped I waited just make sure the girl passes there be no problems and he sat down and was just like staring at her I'm like dude okay so you you saw what was going on here though too yeah I sat s right here at the window and watched the whole thing all right so do me a favor if you just so you know it's being recorded just so hi um he was walking down from this way and uh there was a shut lot sometimes cars park on the opposite side of the bushes um when the parking lot's full so I saw him walking and the customer that I just checked out left and had to walk through the bushes um and he like stopped at the back of the guy's truck and I believe the kid's name was and goes over and had whatever I couldn't hear obviously but whatever conversation they had where you could see get sort of irritated with him and the guy never like backed off or left so finally gets into the car um and then he start back one of your customers yeah this is one of the customers I don't know Crown author's names um so one of a lady walks out and we're like What car you going to cuz there was another we wanted to make sure it wasn't one that he was near and it wasn't but then he started yelling at her um and that's when Colby went outside where I watched him on the corner there's col is the the owner yeah um where he's got some scary looking masking tape doll and he's bouncing back and forth being really aggressive looking um and just screaming I I didn't hear what he could say but through the windows from the street corner I could hear him okay was he yelling at customers yelling at this time he's yelling at a customer that had just left in a big truck yelling at Jared and at um and now you you you know of this person correct yes okay and has he been trespassed from here yes okay do you know his name or anything like that I do not okay and can you just kind of describe him a little bit or no um he is a little bit taller than I am um olive skin maybe Hispanic um wears a crown of thorns he made out of masking tape generally a hoodie um does a lot of yelling um I've heard him threaten to kill people if they don't give him money okay um I know my mother-in-law lives around the corner from him so I know or we're a house he frequents okay um which you guys I think were at her house in the middle of the night last night because of him cuz he was just mouthing off to everybody I actually just said dude why don't you shut the up just walk on with your business he we yeah so then he's like started threatening me I'm like listen man don't don't threaten nobody cuz now now you're taking to he's like I'm going to kill your mother your kids and I'm like listen you're taking it too far I said you got to stop got a sck and then he finally walked off but he knows dude he knows he's not stupid you know what I mean cuz he knows once he comes on the property different cuz you kept on preaching I'm on the public sidewalk can't do nothing about it so he never walked up here I wish he did we can drag him up here next time anyways we disly just can't keep doing this charged with disorderly conduct with a recommendation for mental health court from the arresting officer however the story would not end there just a few weeks later on March the 5th 2024 depues were things cuz today he didn't hurt you you never know another day or something like that so that's why we're just trying to make sure we get what we get and he I think he needs a little bit of help and we can't force them to get that help so sometimes when we take them to Jail the courts can so it's it's one of those things where if we have a charge we're going to take them on the charge and then
