The suspect, aged [music] 45 at the time of this arrest, was found with cocaine and a glass pipe in her clothes and vehicle. A further search turned up two large baggies containing an additional 21.46 g of cocaine, 10.6 [music] g of magic mushrooms, and an orange pill bottle which tested positive for fentanyl. As such, she was charged with three counts of resisting or obstructing a peace officer, >> [music] >> firefighter, or correctional employee with violation of a bail bond when the victim is a family or household member. With a total of eight counts of possession of a controlled substance, and with possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance. Ironically, this same suspect was arrested under [music] nearly identical circumstances the previous year when she was found slumped over in her vehicle, that time outside of a Speedway [music] station, and charged with eight drug offenses. Eventually, both cases were switched from criminal court to drug court in a diversion program. Although records indicate she was [music] taken into custody again on August the 11th, 2025.
