Getting fired is never easy, but how would you handle it? Accept reality and move on. Or destroy your own future with reckless behavior. >> I need press charging on him. He tried to push me down the stairwell. >> Listen, if you don't go, we'll just go to jail. >> What the >> We're going to go to jail. >> You are trespassing. How? Show me the paperwork. >> You need to tell my mother where you're taking me. >> You're a grown woman. >> Where am I going? Where am I going? >> To jail. >> Where? What? These are the moments when Walmart employees landed themselves in handcuffs facing costly prison sentences for their actions. >> What would you do if you were fired yet still showed up for work because you believed you were somehow still an employee? >> The head of supervisor. >> Listen, you fired. >> Well, I want to press charges on him. >> We're not pressing charges. >> No, I want to press charges. >> I I I want to press charges >> for what? >> He touched me. Okay. He asked you to leave. You didn't leave. >> I was going down the stairs. This is the second time. >> Do you have it on video? >> Um, I'm going to get y'all on video cuz this is ridiculous. I've I >> video right now. Everything we're doing is being recorded. >> I need your name, please. A bad number. >> Okay. What we're going to do? >> I told you we need to leave. >> Stop. >> You're not going to win this. >> I told you you need to leave. >> March 14th, 2024. A woman who had been fired just one day earlier returned to the workplace. Even though her access had already been revoked, she managed to get inside and quickly caused a disturbance. >> Now, tell me what happened before I go deal with it. >> So, I came um I saw HR come down. She says, "Hey, can you come with me? I need you to come with me." So, we came out. We go up the stairwell and I just hear screaming. So, she has done this before. So, she has been suspended and let go and she's been fired. And um she's saying, >> "Was she fired today?" >> Yesterday. Then why is she back today? >> That's her point. She can't clock in. She's blocked on everything. So we don't even know how. But she was going up to work and we're like, "No, you can't. You're fired." And then um from what I understood cuz I didn't hear it all. She just starts. She's very loud. One of those loud girls. So she finally gets down half a flight. I'm like, "Come on, let's just go downstairs." She's videoing the whole thing. She's like, "He put his hands on me." And then she got in his face. The other nurse just put her hand in between them and says, "Don't do that." >> You know, and then she screamed all the way down, made a big old scene. We have residents here. We can >> Yeah, she's out back here. >> Yeah, I was She's this way. I'm sorry. I was just trying to get a little brief. I missed most of it, but I did call them. That's HR. That's Miss Heather. >> Um the regional vice president's on his way to speak to you guys. I just let you know. Um I happen to walk in at the end of it. She was terminated yesterday. also left her a message letting her know that she wasn't allowed to enter the building until she spoke the papers and that didn't happen. I caught it again. I was downstairs. She went to the sixth floor, I guess. So, I caught it in the stairwell and she was she's got it on video so you can see it for yourself. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Yeah. You can cut through right here. She's got walk. >> Who's the director? >> Um, she's I'm the HR director. >> Okay. Yeah. >> So, you're the one she's saying pushed her. >> No, no, no. She's saying Steve, the plan ops director. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> But she's not supposed to be here. So I mean if he's asking her to leave and she's not leaving >> she's you'll see the video she's he didn't do that just was like this you know to her finally kind of >> okay >> as employees escorted her outside. Andrea pulled out her phone and began recording the confrontation. But the witnesses at the scene gave officers a completely different version of what had happened. >> Let me ask you this though. Why are you here today? You've been fired. And nobody told me. >> They said they called you and you were told. >> Nobody told me. I was fine. You got the message? >> No, I didn't get nothing. Um I came in. Um I was I can't clock in. So um I guess paperwork cuz they lost they lost or shredded my paperwork. I had no file and I've been here for about 6 months. >> They have a file. She's going to get it. >> Well, they told somebody else they didn't have no file and they came. I respond. >> Okay. >> Paperwork is on the table. Mhm. Um, I come in clock in. All right, I can't clock in. So, they were like, "Go to HR." I guess Steve, whoever the director is that I had a problem with. He We meet on the sixth floor. Um, Heather's not in her office. Never in the office. Guess they have to talk to me and he's being off top rude. I came in with a great attitude. I don't >> Well, supposedly what they said, you were fired yesterday. They left you a phone message and maybe you didn't get the message. I don't know. I just got off of my got off the phone with my supervisor telling I couldn't clock in. She ain't tell me nothing. >> Well, the HR lady said she called your phone and left a message. >> She didn't call me. Anita, the head supervisor in the car. >> Listen, you fired. >> Well, I want to press charges on him. >> We're not pressing. >> No, I want to press charges. >> I I I want to press charges. >> When police arrived, Andrea refused to leave. She threatened to sue the business and ignored repeated warnings from officers, turning what started as a simple trespassing complaint into an arrest. >> For what? He touched me. >> Okay. He asked you to leave. You didn't leave. >> I was going down the stair. This is the second time. >> Do you have it on video? >> Um I'm going to get y'all on video cuz this is ridiculous. I had I asked you on video right now. Everything we're doing is being recorded. >> I need your name, please. And badge number. >> Okay. My name is Officer Cook one21. >> Name badge number, please. >> All right. 738. >> Okay. So So you're not letting me explain. I want to press charges. >> Okay. Explain to me what what charges do you have? harassing and him touching me. He touched me to leave. So this is what happened. You're not letting me explain. So I was trying to go talking the whole time. You >> You're not let cuz you're not You're cutting me off. >> You're cutting me off. I know my rights. I could talk. What are yours? Don't Don't do this. I I need I need your head on. I need um >> That's my supervisor right there. >> Supervisor. Do I need somebody up? >> Who are you? Clear water, please. >> Absolutely. >> Yeah. Um so I need press charging on him. He tried to push me down the stairwell. >> Okay. >> He tried He pushed me down the stairwell. Do you have that on video? >> He tried. I got it. >> Let me see the video. He tried to push me down the stairwell. >> Let me press I need to press charges. >> Okay. Listen. We need to go. Where's your car? We need to go right now. >> You're not going to demand anything for me. >> I need to press charges. >> Come on. Let's go. >> I need to press charges. >> Charges. >> Listen. All right. Listen. If you don't go, we'll just go to jail. >> What the >> We're going to go to jail. We're jail. What we're going to do? I told you we need to leave. >> Stop. >> You're not going to win this. >> I told you you need to leave. You're not going to walk away from me. >> I didn't do anything. >> Come on. >> You're resisting right now. >> Why? Why you're resisting? >> I'm not doing anything. >> Your chest back up. >> Yeah. Now you're going to jail. Now you going to jail >> for what? >> For trespass after warning. >> I was leaving. I was >> I told you to do something. You know you weren't. >> I was calling. Now you're leaving. >> I was calling my ride. >> No, you weren't. >> You still were. >> Let's go. >> Once officers placed her in handcuffs, Andrea broke down in tears and insisted she had no criminal history. However, a quick records check revealed otherwise. >> I need to call for my child. >> No, you can do that after you get out of jail. >> Please don't do it. Please, I'm leaving. Please, I'm doing >> No. No. You wanted to be nasty, right? >> No, I wasn't. I was trying to explain. >> No, you weren't trying to be explain. You weren't trying to be explaining nothing. >> Just please. Please. >> That's already That ship is sailed. >> My man said, "Please, I have no felonies. I have a record." Please, >> not anymore. >> Please. No, please. Sit down and talk. Please. >> Absolutely not. Talking's over. >> No, please. Please. I was leaving. No, >> you weren't leaving. >> Yes, I >> You were trying to be a tough guy and tell me what you were and weren't going to do. >> I take a bus. I took a bus here and back. >> Well, I'll get you a ride today. >> Please don't. Please don't do this. Please. Please. >> You should have thought about that before you got nasty. >> I want to talk. I want to talk. Nobody. >> When I tell you to leave, >> I'll leave. >> You leave. >> Okay, I understand. Please. >> Oh, no. No. That's over. >> Please. >> You're going to leave now. Please don't do this. Please, >> please. I was just hurting everything. >> You weren't trying to do nothing but be nasty. >> No, >> you didn't want to listen. You thought you were in control. >> No, I did. Please. I >> No, >> I thought >> you're under arrest. >> My baby. My baby. Please, please, my baby. >> Go for it. She's going to go to >> She should have thought about that. >> My baby. Hey, she's got marijuana in her purse, too. >> Huh? >> I'm sure it's medicinal. >> Yeah. All right. I'm going to hit her with trespass after warning. >> Obstruction and possession of marijuana. >> All right. >> I got I got to weigh it. >> Out of the >> It was in the cigarette pack. >> She's carrying it like that. >> Yep. outside of regulations. >> The date of birth, her address, and her phone number. >> Perfect. >> And let me have all your information >> and his. I asked you to leave. >> I told her he's allowed to if she's not leaving to escort her out of the building. >> Okay. >> She didn't want to believe that. She wanted to get nasty, she wouldn't leave. So, she's under arrest. >> Okay. I'm also going to charge her with resisting cuz she pulled away and she had marijuana in her purse. >> So, and I let her know she's definitely fired now. >> Okay. All right. Thank you. >> Yes, he can. >> Yes, he can. >> You got raped multiple times. >> Well, then you should have left when he asked you to. >> You don't do that. Nobody told me nothing. >> Well, yes, they did. I have multiple people here saying they asked you to several times and then you went down to another floor and you wouldn't even leave. >> Went down to one and you walk out. >> All right. Well, then you wanted to get nasty with me when I show up. That don't work. >> You weren't trying to do nothing but be nasty. >> I was coming down. >> Well, listen. Right now, you have the right to remain silent. I suggest you stay that way. >> I don't care no. I don't care. Look, I'm a old record. Old record. Battery. Battery. Battery. I just trying to change. I'm trying. What the [ __ ] Oh, >> you ain't changing, >> man. [ __ ] y'all. >> You just put on a bad make yourself look good. >> Yeah, >> y'all ain't [ __ ] >> Thanks. >> Y'all don't sit down and [ __ ] talk without bad. Just a normal human being. >> Oh, you weren't being normal at any time I was around you. >> Y normal human being. When you put on this badge, y'all act like you're superior. Y'all don't listen to people. That's your problem. I end up calling the cops and trying to do the right [ __ ] thing. Yo, you >> No, you did. You didn't do the right thing. >> Yeah, I did try to call the cops >> because he touched me. >> Yeah, he's allowed. >> He's allowed to escort you out of the building. >> If somebody touched you, what would you have done? >> I have nothing else to say. >> You would have done. >> I would have left when they asked me to leave. >> People touch on you. No, you don't. That >> Okay. Well, listen. You're under arrest. You can take that up with the judge. I have a three-year-old woman. I do everything I possibly can. I have no record. No adult record. I have clean record. >> You don't have You don't have a clean record. I just looked at it. >> Yeah. My old record before I turned 18. You everything I care for my child. This my only two 0.55 g car. I think you're going to survive. Watch this. Come on. Come on. Oh, there it goes. That one changed to positive hit. >> What began as a workplace dispute ultimately left Andrea facing three criminal charges. trespassing after warning, resisting arrest, and drug possession. Let's take a look at how viewers reacted after watching that breathtaking situation. She should never be allowed to work with the elderly ever. Firing her over the phone shows how little they wanted to deal with her. Getting fired means losing your right to remain on the property. Refusing to leave after being warned, and then resisting arrest can turn a workplace argument into a much bigger legal problem. And that's where Andrea's meltdown in Clearwater comes to an end. Next, a fired Culver's employee takes a very different approach. Will screaming threats at a manager with police standing right there actually get you justice or simply turn a firing into a criminal charge? >> Don't eat at covers. They tried to kill people. Don't eat at covers. No. Bet you hoes go viral. I swear to God now. Hope your hoes get fired. Y'all [ __ ] ain't got [ __ ] else better to do. On January 19th, 2024, officers were called to a Culver's after a recently fired employee refused to leave the property. She insisted she had every right to stay and wait for her Uber. >> You okay? >> Yeah, I'm okay. >> What's going on? >> Huh? >> What's going on? >> I don't know what they got going on really, honestly. They just fired me and I cussed their ass out and I'm just sitting here waiting for my Uber. >> That's what Yeah, that's what they call for. >> Do you have a ID on yourself? >> No, I do not. Nope. Nothing. Tell them if it's my they got a copy of it. Tell them go get the ticket. >> All right. >> Hey, how you doing? >> Hey man, what's going on? >> Good. Good to see you. So, we just need uh I can give you the files information. >> Yeah, >> we had a uh for an employee for attitude. >> You want to trespass or not? >> Yeah. >> The manager of the store doesn't want you to ever come back. Okay, >> bro. I don't give a him. >> No, just listen to me. I'm not I'm not I'm not on anybody's side. >> No, cuz he did some illegal ass [ __ ] Listen, I'm not on anybody's side, okay? >> I know you're not on nobody's side, but Oh, well, I'm waiting for my Uber. >> I know. I know you are. And I'm going to wait here. I'm going to wait here until your Uber gets here. Okay. >> Okay. Yeah. Go ahead. I >> I know, but I can't have you coming into the uh store. Long story short, he's going to come out here and give you a formal uh warning. >> The manager, he's going to give you >> He better not mother come nowhere near me, Mr. Sir. >> M. Listen, don't be don't be threatening to me. >> How I'm threatening? I said he better not come nowhere near me. >> He's going to come right over here. He's going to stand. >> No. The He's gone. He better get the out my face. And he better not come nowhere near me. He better not come nowhere near me. And I mean that. And in front of you. He better not bring his mother ass out here nowhere near me. >> The situation quickly escalated when officers explained that the manager was coming outside to issue her an official trespass warning. >> And I'm telling you, he better not bring his ass nowhere near me. >> What are you going to do? >> And I mean that. You going to see Tell his ass to come out here. Tell him. Tell him. You going to see what I'm going to do. >> How long is your >> I don't know. It's going to be here. But tell that [ __ ] to come out here. I dare you. I dare you. That why that [ __ ] hide behind there now. Try it. I dare him to. I dare him to. I mothering dog dare his ass to. And like I already told him, I don't give a about no police, no none of that. I don't. This is the whole [ __ ] show. How you cut somebody pay from 15 to 12? >> The are you serious? >> Just >> forget it. >> Okay. Thank you. >> You already told me I'm going to relate it to her that he doesn't want you back. >> Sounds good. Thank you very much. >> Video, but you telling me that you don't want her back here. >> She'll be trespass. Okay. >> Thank you, officer. >> Your ass out here. The wrong with you. Come on. Lay you hoes the out >> now. You're threatening. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. What does what does lay the mean? >> That mean lay down. >> Okay, be quiet. >> That's exactly what lay. I do not need to do anything. I'm outside and I'm talking. You came up bothering me. I was sitting here quietly minding my business, laughing at videos, waiting for my uh of course that's what you're going to run off of. Like, let's be for real. Like, let's be for real. Please, please, sir. Just just please. I know I already had enough bad mother, man. Please, please, please, please, please. >> Okay. And my Uber's on this way. I don't know what you want. You doing here is not going to make my Uber get here any mother faster. And you standing here in my face. It's not going to move any faster. So, please leave me the alone. I'll leave on my >> Have you ever heard of disorderly conduct? >> Yes, of course. Okay. >> So, I'm I'm I'm being disorderly because I'm speaking to you. Okay. Well, just cuz you don't like what I'm saying out my mouth does not mean I'm being disorder. >> Excuse me. I'mma disturb y'all. Look, they ain't even paying me no attention. So, I'm disturbing them. Matter of fact, let me start for it. Let me mother start talking about I'm disturbing people that they that don't even know then I'm like, let's be for real. >> Spray on an Uber, so been worn. >> Great. Appreciate it. Going to see what there. Thank you. You have video out here outside? >> Yeah. That's not going to make my Uber come any faster. >> [ __ ] Y'all want to take me home? [ __ ] I actually stay two weeks now up that way. >> Honestly, it probably save everybody a little bit of grief, but I can't. >> Don't tell me. >> Cheryl, can you do me a favor? >> No. >> You can't do me any favors. I just want to know how long does your Uber safe's going to be because you're going to have long when I get home. You're going to need to leave the property. >> When I get here, >> no. No. When I tell you to leave. >> No. No. When I tell you to leave, you need to leave. So, if you want to show me your phone, you show me how how you want to go to jail. >> I'm I'm showing you. >> You are trespassing. >> How? Show me the paperwork. >> Instead of leaving, the woman repeatedly demanded paperwork and questioned every instruction officers gave her. Despite several explanations, she continued arguing and even insisted that she wasn't afraid of getting arrested. >> Okay. I have to show you my phone. I'm not trespassing, [ __ ] I just got off. They just fired me. How trespassing? You have to show me in black and white where I'm trespassing. I know my mother right. You're not going to play with me. So >> feel free feel free to wait for your Uber office property, but you have been trespassed. I need you to leave now. >> If my Uber is from here, how I'm going to walk up? That mean I'm have to change my location. It don't work. >> Right over here. Go right over here to the entrance. >> Okay. No, >> there's only one entrance here. >> It don't work like that. >> Either that or you go to jail. Oh, I really don't need the paperwork, please. >> No, I need paperwork. I need paperwork for me to say that I'm Okay, let me see the paperwork and I'll walk my ass off. So, I don't got no paperwork. >> I don't want to have to arrest you today. >> I don't give a about going to jail. I really don't. Like, you look you can Google me like, "Bitch, I don't give a about going to jail." So, all this commotion, I don't give a about none of that. I really don't. Never did. Never will. Like I said, when my Uber get here, I will leave. [ __ ] One of y'all car should have been my damn Uber. When I ask y'all to take home these mother they dead ass phone. I ain't got no [ __ ] I know my >> There's video cameras everywhere here. So, we got that. We're good. >> Yeah. Yes. I'm going to get >> You got You got one. You got black and white. >> We're going to give you one more opportunity. >> I need to see the paper the property. >> Okay. >> My Uber is coming here. I'm going to You can wait. Mm-m. >> Yeah. And you're arresting me for what? >> Trespass. >> How? It's no black and white. >> You were warranted. >> How? Who? Who? Who? Some disorderly conducting. Let's be for real. >> Trespass. Not disorderly conduct. >> How? How? I'm trespassing. How? I just got off the clock. >> You were trespassing. How I'm trespassing? How? How? How am I trespassing? How? How? I I don't understand how I'm trespassing. It's No, no one ever called me that was trespassing. Hold on. Let me get my phone. I don't need y'all dropping that [ __ ] I don't give a about none of that. I really don't. >> And don't hold my absolutely am. >> No, you don't, [ __ ] I'm 130. You don't have to hold my or >> I absolutely do. >> Oh, well. No. You have anything on you? >> Maybe. >> Super. >> Oh, did you read me my rights? Do I got I got to tell you do that too. >> Super. >> Yeah. Great. I ain't know about this a car seat if they supposed to do that cuz that's crazy. Sick of y'all [ __ ] I swear to God. [snorts] That's dumb as [ __ ] I'm so glad I recorded that [ __ ] Oh my gosh. Can't wait to get out Monday. Don't eat that [screaming] at covers. They tried to kill people. Don't eat that at covers. No. Bet you hoes go viral. I swear to God now. Hope your hoes get fired. Y [ __ ] a got [ __ ] else better to do. After repeatedly refusing to leave the property, officers finally took her into custody for trespassing and disorderly conduct. Even after being arrested, she continued yelling and accusing the restaurant of treating her unfairly. Here are the most attention-grabbing comments from the online community regarding this incident. I can definitely see why she got fired. What a disgusting person. I can't understand why they would fire her. She has such a pleasant demeanor. This incident is a straightforward reminder. Once you're told to leave private property, arguing with police and making threats rarely makes things better. More often, it only turns a bad situation into a criminal case. If the Culver's incident was driven by anger and impulsive decisions, the next case involves something that appears much more deliberate and far more calculated. Have you ever wondered how quickly a workplace dispute can turn into a criminal case the moment an employee is told they're fired? On February 13th, manager Dominic Brewer called a female employee aside to address her repeated attendance problems. But before the conversation could even get underway, she completely lost control. >> What's up, man? >> How's it going? >> Good. >> Um, got an associate um in here. She's being terminated. Okay. >> She's refusing to leave the building, being loud, disrespectful, cussing, disrupting business operation. We just want her escorted out. I was going to try. I highly doubt she's going to sign anything. Okay, >> I don't care, but I just want her out of here. >> All right, sounds good. >> She's in the back. >> You mind sending somebody to the front? Cuz uh >> there's going to be another officer coming this way >> just to guide the other officer that's coming in. >> If No, if you can send somebody. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> The situation took a serious turn when the employee assaulted a coworker during the termination process. >> All right. You got to get out. You're going to be placed on >> now. Okay. But like now, not later, now. I got no >> You have your ID on you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Listen, you get off the property. Off the property. >> No, you have to get off the property. This entire property. >> Three from look at two. How far are you out? Even after officers arrived, she refused to cooperate. Her attitude and behavior made it obvious that this was going to be anything but a simple workplace dispute. >> I'm just waiting for >> Is that your vest or is that Walmart's property? That vest you're wearing? >> Shut up. >> The vest you're wearing. >> It's mask. >> It's mad. It's mask. I work here. You think you going to get it back? >> You going to take it off me? No. You take it off me. No. >> Don't get hurt. >> That's okay. >> Just to confirm you want to arrest for trespassing. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I don't care. I snatched that off your head. >> Where are you at? >> What's her name? >> Reginel. >> Reginel. Okay. by my name. >> Regel, you're under arrest for trespassing. >> Stand up. >> Don't touch me. >> Okay. Stand up. >> Okay. Both of you guys don't have to touch me. >> Okay. >> I'm just putting your phone away. >> Listen, if you resist, >> stop moving. Okay. >> You're going to be arrested for resisting. >> I don't get >> Okay. Okay. What's your name? >> I ain't got no name. >> Okay. Well, no name. Stop moving. Okay. Hey, stop grab my arm so tight next to you and spin in your face. >> Okay, well that's not going to happen. >> I don't like why I put you get the off >> now. Watch what happens to you. Be ready. >> Car real quick. >> Oh, get inside. Get inside. >> I don't give a call now. I'm coming back. So, you really don't have a name. >> Put this in your >> Okay. How old are you? >> I ain't got no age. >> Seriously, is that what you going to do? >> You going to act like you're five when I know you're not? Yo, man. All right. >> At the scene, officers worked with the manager to verify what had happened, review the circumstances, and determine the appropriate course of action. He just sit in the seat so I can see. >> I don't need no seat belt on. >> I have to do it. If you take it off, that's going to be on you, but I got to put it on. Sit back. I mean, you can't go anywhere. >> You don't know. Shut up. >> Come on. >> Don't touch me. Y'all can get out. >> No. I got to make sure you know where you're going. >> I'mma go where I'm going. I'mma see you. Where you going? Where else can I go? The >> You don't want thing. You don't run this. So, you know that. >> So, you can do that. >> I don't care. Come on. >> I know. >> You don't tell me what to do though. That's the thing. You're a child. >> I'm grown. >> You're not grown. >> I am grown. >> No, you're acting like you four years old. >> I'm grown. In the end, her continued refusal to leave and resistance to authority led to her arrest for criminal trespass. On top of losing her job, she was now facing additional charges for disorderly conduct and assault. What did the audience think of this unbelievable handle? Let's go through a few standout comments. Can you imagine being that person's teacher? I remember students like that. Schools have to deal with this kind of people. Sad to be so ignorant and she is calling people ugly. This case is a clear reminder that losing your temper can make an already bad situation much worse. Once a workplace dispute turns into a confrontation with police, the consequences can go far beyond losing a job. They can follow you as a criminal record and create long-term problems. If that woman stopped at nothing more than arguing and acting childish, the next suspect took refusing to cooperate after being fired to a whole new level of violence and chaos. What would you do if a co-orker you were simply trying to counsel suddenly dropped a metal grabber stick, screamed about her money and family, and started swinging on multiple managers? >> You're a grown woman. >> Where am I glowing? Where am I glowing? >> To jail. >> Where? What? You're digging your [screaming] >> dick. On November 20th, 2025, police were urgently called to a local Walmart after reports of a serious disturbance. A recently fired female employee suddenly snapped and attacked multiple co-workers. And then when she said, "You're being hostile." I guess she took that like she about to be fired or something. She like, "Are you playing with my money, my family?" She dropped it and just started swinging on the coach, the lady coach. And then right after that, she started um boss. I'm going to start talking to the officer. >> Oh, she's still inside. I see you guys scratching on that. >> She She hit me in the face. She attacked him, hitting him in the face. Then she went after the team lead and started hitting him. Then she came back and hit me in the face. Then she hit the team lead again in the face. Then she ran out there, attacked him, threw one of those red flower things at him. He just took off running. So you saw him out. Oh, that was outside. Okay, >> I'll be right back with you. She's going to go to jail for battery. Okay. >> What's going on with you? >> What happened? >> Where do I begin? >> I don't know. Let's talk outside, though. >> My mother's here. >> Okay. How old are you? >> 28. >> 28. Okay. We'll tell you. Sit down. >> No, I'll tell you. >> Do not force. I promise you this is not going to go well for you. Sit in the car. You're going to gun club. Sit in the car. >> Mommy. >> Sit in the gun club. Mommy, a big gun. >> Mommy, a big gun club. >> Jail. >> All right. What do you mean? Save this. >> Uh, pink shirt victim. You can look it up on your phone, ma'am. >> Palm Beach County Jail. >> She She fought five people in the store. Two managers, three employees. Come on. >> I know why you're laughing. >> No. No. I'm not laughing, >> man. If you don't leave, I'm going to put you in the car with her. >> Can I have your stuff? >> No. This is her stuff. >> Okay. >> Go. >> All right. >> Yo, did you see any of it? >> No. No. They just called me in. I was >> Somebody with a pink shirt. Anybody seen a girl with a pink shirt? She's my victim. >> I can call the Yeah, I call her over. >> Yeah, perfect. >> Let me uh Hey, Mike. Um, can you just raise your right hand for me? >> Do you swear affirm everything and tell me the truth, the whole truth? Nothing but the truth? >> Yes, sir. >> All right, perfect. So, just run me down. What is your name? What's your position here? And what happened? >> So, I got called in to come speak to an associate by Coach Isaac. >> Um, that's the other guy who she jumped on as well. So, when I went to the back room to speak to her, I said, "Hey, can we go and have a conversation, meet you, and go try it?" She said, "No, I don't want to talk to him." I said, "Do you mind talking to me?" She said, "We could talk right here." And I said, "That's not how we do things. We go behind closed doors cuz what's going on? We don't need nobody else into it." She said, "No, whatever you can say, you could say right here." And I said, "No, we need to go behind closed doors." So she said, "Well, I don't want to I don't want to talk about it. I don't want to talk to nobody just like that." So I said, "Okay." So Isaac was standing up behind me and I said, "Well, Isaac, she could hop down and go home and then she could speak to the store manager on her next scheduled shift." So Isaac said, "Okay." So I say you could go home when the store manager come on your next step if you can talk to her. So she ignores us and she picks up the phone. She starts speaking to someone on the phone in Creo. Now I go to little bit of Creole and basically what she's telling me what she's telling whoever on the phone is that not for work for work is basically telling that she um different coaches are telling her different thing and the whole time she's doing it she has the stick in her hand a metal stick and she's hitting it back and forth while she's talking to the person on the phone creo. So once she finished talking, I said, "Hey, you could clock out and go home." Just like this, I got my hands on my pocket. I said, "Hey, you can clock out and go home." I just standing behind me. She said, "Girl, you ain't going to mess with my money. Girl, you ain't going to mess with my money. Girl, you ain't going to mess with my livelihood. Girl, you ain't going to mess with my money. You ain't going to mess with" And she just hit me in my jaw. >> She hit you in your jaw? >> Yes. >> Do you need medical attention or anything like that? >> Okay, let me take a quick picture of it real quick. >> Start hitting on Isaac and beating on Isaac. Then Eduardo was sitting there. Eduardo the I don't know if you talked to him or he talked to him. He's the back room team lead. He jumped out of the way and she just went on attacking him, attack him and grabbing his clothes and trying to um hit him and stuff. So Eduardo jumped behind me and he was running out the door. She ran out behind him. Once she got up, she came after me and hit me a second time in the junk. Same jump hit me again. So again, I just jumped out the way and that's when everybody else in the back grabbed her cuz she went after the water and they kind of pimped her down to the ground. I told them, I said, "No, y'all get up off of her. Get off her cuz you know she could say that they'll attack her." So I said, "No, y'all get up off of her. Everybody just back up. Everybody back up." So now the guys in produce coming through the double doors and I said, "No, no, no. Back up. Back up." So I'm telling everybody back up. Just back up. She's still in the back room of produce. And she's back there in produce. She gets up. She's yelling. She's screaming. She takes off running. Eduardo, I didn't know was on the other side of the door and she started running out for Eduardo and hitting him throughout this store right here where produce is at and coming out the door. She picked up a flower and threw it at him, but he had ran already out. >> Police reminded her that at 28 years old, she was an adult responsible for her own actions.
