Ma'am, this the last one I'm going to give you. Leave right now or you go to jail. What's your match number? Get out the car, sir. Get out the car. I I have the right to ask you for your mass me. I got his legs. Why are you doing this? Cuz you're not listening. Hands behind your back. Please, help me out. Please. I asked God. Is uh somebody right? Ain't nobody doing [ __ ] man. I'm a [ __ ] Sit down. All right. Most shopping trips are uneventful. Just another chore that makes up part of modern-day life. But every now and then, a simple grocery run turns into a full-blown drama that ends at the local police station. That's exactly what happened when the cops lost their patience with these people of Walmart. Leave it. Knock it off. All right. wrong with y'all? What's wrong with you? Like I said, can I hear you? I came here to shop. On August 4th, 2023, cops were called to a Walmart store about reports of a woman acting disorderly. They arrived to find her arguing with staff about an alleged altercation with another woman and her husband, while a young boy watched on from her trolley. Stop. I need you to stop. What's up? Step over here. Like, stop playing with me. Like, for real. I came from laundry detergent. What's going on? She literally I said, "Excuse me," to her husband. He moved out the way and everything. She talking about, "Oh, blah, blah, blah." You said this to my husband, blah, blah, blah. I said, "No, I said excuse me." He moved out the way and everything. She the one I went by. I'm not going anywhere. So, I don't have to. That's fine. That's fine. Like I said, I asked her husband to move out the way. I said, "Excuse me." He move out the way. She talking about, "Oh, she's talking about, "Oh, well, you didn't have to say that B to my I turned around. She talking about She just started like seeing like the most." Okay. I came here to find laundry. That's it. So, again, physical or what's No, it's nothing physical. It's just words. Just words. Yes. Just words. It's nothing physical at all. Nobody put their hands on any charge or nothing like that. After hearing the woman's side of the story, the officer asked for her ID, which she claimed she left in her car. He then asked her for her details. At first, she seemed to be cooperating, though she continued to insist that the altercation was the other woman's fault. What's your first name? Raven. Rab. Anything else? Date of birth. What's your address? You on the phone? It's right. You on the phone, but you scanned it. Literally, he just seen all this happen. Okay. Y'all approach me but not approach her. What's your address? You approach me but not approach her. Cuz you're being aggressive. She No, I'm not. She started with me. Oh, you're being separated and you Okay. Like I said, you're not going to approach her, but you approach me, right? Okay. Let's go to the front of the store. I'm going to go. No, no, no, no. I'm going to go ahead and get your bathroom. I'm going go ahead and get your I'm going to need your bathroom and everything. Let's go to the front of the store. This going to have to be written down. This going on because at this point you got you you approached me but not her and she's the one who started it. You don't know what started all of this but she approached me but not her. It's fine. Okay. No, it's fine. Like I said, what is your um Longberg 597? Longird. Can you do this in front of your son or we can do this? This is not my son. This is my nephew. Nephew. Okay. You're you're you're just assuming things but you don't know what's going on. Just like I said. Okay. The i8 woman, Raven, seemed to think she was the one calling the shots. She took the officer's badge number and started to argue and then made him wait while she spoke to someone on her cell phone. Her sister and the mother of the young boy came over a moment later. I told No, I told him. I said I said, "Excuse me." So, her husband, he moved out the way. He didn't say he moving out the way. So why he So why is he here? That's what I'm saying. We got a call for a disturbance. We have like four people calling. Like I said, you approached me, but you did not approach her. I've already explained that to you. Like I said, what's the problem? I've already explained that to you. No, you're not going to You're not going to do that. Okay, you can take most likely there's going to be for why you're having an altercation in front of the child. He was not He was not right there at the point. So how she was with your child? He was not right there. He was literally a whole freaking He wasn't even by me at this point. This lady is argue with me and he want to talk about a DCF case. I'm walking with a toddler. Raven continued to berate the officer for not talking to the other people involved and continued claiming it was the other woman who created a scene. Her sister came back to try to diffuse the situation after taking the young boy to safety. I need to get my stuff and I need to leave. Simple as that. My mouth getting dry. I'm getting foam out the mouth. I'm so dead. lady. This lady sp Did not approach her. Didn't approach her at all. Keep your listen. But listen, but listen. Okay. So, I have a question. Yes. But what's going on? Why you approached her? Because she was the aggressor from what I did with I didn't hit no. No, but it doesn't matter. Okay. So, what? So, why? So, what? So, what's going on? Because if she didn't hit no one, then she didn't do anything. It's not It's still crimes that you No, it's not no crime. It's not crime. No, it's not. It's not crime. This is going on. Keep trying to figure out what's going on because I can't leave this. I can't leave. So, I'm trying to No, you cannot. Raven. Raven, calm down. Just calm down. We don't got to get out of this place. I don't know. Listen. She goes to jail over if No. Raven. Raven, just stop. Despite her sister's best efforts to calm her, Raven continued to get worked up. The officer now faced the difficult decision of how best to proceed. He calmly tried to explain the situation to the sister, but even the threat of jail wasn't enough to cool hotheaded Raven. Okay, she's got the issue right now. So, I know she has the issue because Raven Raven, she has the issue because you're approaching her about something that she didn't do. Okay, she she we have I already called mama. She raven like just stay right here. But at the end of the day, I don't have to move how they want to want me to move like you're free to go to jail. Stop. At this point, bro, at this point, it's freedom of speech. Where did she go wrong? So, what did she go wrong? She's causing a disturbance environment. Okay. Can you just say we can play this hypothetical? Like I said, I know she's not listen. Well, like I said, meet me at the front door and I can talk to you later. No reason. Raven, can you calm down? No, I can't. I'm not talking about yelling. I'm trying to tell I'm trying to tell them what going on. Like, I understand you're trying to calm her down. Go to the front of the store. Raven's sister did as she was told, but Raven again demanded to know why the officer was only talking to her. The officer explained two other cops were looking for the other woman in the altercation. This wasn't good enough for the young Karen, who was then escorted to the monitoring room. Have a seat. Can I help y'all? Can I help y'all? Have a seat. Can I help y'all? Have a seat. I'm not going to have a seat. I'm good. I'm good standing up. Like, where's the other lady at? What's up? Where is the other lady I got into it with? I don't know yet. We have officers looking. Okay, so why do you just have me in here? Whole family crowding around me and I'm by myself. Where the she at? Get the out. No, I'm not going to. What is your problem? Like I said, now okay. Where is the lady I got into it with? Where is the lady I do with? Y'all have care for the I said I have not done to this lady at all. You're pulling my hair. Cuz you're resisting. I'm not resisting. There you go. Like I said, here I can put the bag down. You're good. You're good. Like I said, y'all want to approach me a black female, but don't want to approach her. She said some dumb mouth. Raven became increasingly aggressive, giving the officer no other option but to put her in cuffs. She kept on refusing to sit and insinuated that the reason why the other woman was not confronted was because of the officer's racial bias. A second officer arrived on the scene. What's your name? He know my name. He got it. He has my name. You don't need to yell, right? First off, first off, that's not my name. My name is Raven. He knows my name. He knows my name. Like I said, your bathroom. job. It looked like the arrival of Raven's father would only complicate matters for the cops. The officers in the monitoring room tried again to take control of the situation. And it was then that Raven's hostile behavior became even worse. I stay in this 24 hours. Like I said, lose your you lose your job. I swear to God your job. I swear to God, I cannot sit down. I cannot sit down with y'all. You're going to sit off the damage. I swear to God. I swear to God. I swear to God, bro. Raven, knock it off. All right. Wrong with y'all. What's wrong with you? Like I said, can I hear you? I came here to with me. Meanwhile, the father gave officers no choice but to handcuff him, too, after he'd been asked not to knock on the monitoring room door again. Like his daughter, he was also on the phone while dealing with the cops. Close the door. I was telling, "Calm down, bro." Yeah. Well, we told you not to knock again. I can hear my daughter yelling. I'm telling her to calm down, bro. That's what I'm doing. Telling her to calm down. Let me double. But can I ask you a question though, sir? In one sec. Now, I got to Now, we didn't do nothing wrong. You did something wrong. She did something wrong. What did she do, sir? In there with her. So, well, can I ask you what did I do wrong, sir? Yeah. Let me just I have nothing. That's my work bag. I'm just getting off work. All I was trying to do is see what was going on with the garden, man. Raven's behavior was not only shocking, but a bad influence on her nephew, who witnessed her initial outburst. Raven was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. She was also trespassed from the property. On October 7th, 2023, officers in New Mexico were called to a Walmart auto center to help with a difficult customer. The Bay supervisor explained how the customer, Jacob Zimmerman, had become loud and argumentative when staff told him they didn't have the tires he wanted, and he was then asked to leave. However, Jacob refused. Excuse me, sir. Police department. What's going on? What's going on? I'm on the phone with Walmart right now. What's going on? The base supervisor was a dick. Okay. The coach um I pulled up because I had purchased tires online. Okay. That said, we're available for installation. I came in, they tell me they don't have the tires. I said, "So price match the competitor or the comparable tire, right?" He told me no, and then he told me the Jacob went on to tell the officers he would match the price difference for the tires they could give him that are closest to the ones he'd ordered. So far, he seemed to be acting much more reasonably than the bay supervisor had described, though it was clear he was irritated. Okay. So, what are you coming here for? A new tire. I saw that you have a donut on your car. Yeah, there's two tires that need You're trying to get two tires. Yeah, cuz the back one with the donut. The one across from it has wire showing cuz it's old and the bushings need replaced cuz I was in an accident where somebody backed into that rear right tire. So, I just wanted two new tires. I purchased them online. Okay. They don't have them. They refuse to price match what they do have. Right. And basically he told me to get after listening to Jacob's side of the story, the officer asked to see his car. Jacob pointed out to him the damaged tires and continued with the same story about ordering replacements online. But then came a surprising twist. Okay. So, you purchased someone on Walmart already? Yeah. And they did. They said that they got here. No. No. They said, "We don't have those tires cuz it says they're in stock to be installed." Oh, okay. So, you could show up and just pick them up here. Yeah. Okay. So, I came when I was supposed to to have them installed and he wasn't having that. And then I told him I was gonna call because I used to work for Walmart as this bay supervisor. Oh, okay. And I told him I was going to call HR. He told me, walked off and I guess called you guys. Okay. Do you have a your driver's license on you, man? I don't need to provide it right now. Okay. Well, we'll get to that in a little bit then. Um, do you have the keys to your car on you? Uh, yeah. Don't need to provide any of that right now. Okay. Do you mind just hanging out with this officer for me for a second? I'm going to go talk to him again. All right. Okay. I'm going to pull up my uh Walmart app. Yeah, go ahead and do that. The officer then went to talk to the bay supervisor again. By this point, it was already obvious to the cops that Jacob was heavily intoxicated and they were looking at a probable DUI. Even though Jacob had already admitted to driving to the auto center, the bay supervisor confirming this would strengthen their case. Yeah. Okay. Okay. But just so that way there's any questions cuz I'm driving. Yeah. You may or may not be of course basically all you would say or all you would do like yeah drove in here and he I mean he already told me he drove but it's just like you know what I mean. Um so drove in here locked all right once they uh once our duty bag gets here and they finish their is pretty hostile already. Um, I don't want to amp them up by timeass now. Um, I'll get I have it all filled out, but I'll bring you your coffee and then um you guys. The officer returned to Jacob and explained they needed to hang around for a little bit while they figured something out. Jacob was now back to acting reasonable and seemed happy to chat until he was asked if he'd be willing to take sobriety tests. Well, you were saying that you wanted to go home or get service somewhere else. So, we just want to make sure that you're okay to drive. No, I want to get service here and go home. I'm fine to drive. Thank you. I appreciate your concern. I've admitted to my uh medical deficits, my medicine that I'm on. So, at this point, I'm fine. I just want to get tires replaced. They're screwed up. There's wire showing. There's a chunk of metal inside of this tire. I'm on medicine. I'm fine. Okay. When did you last take your medication? Uh about an hour and a half ago. Okay. So, you're not needed at this point. These two officers are doing great. So, you have a great day. Uh, Jacob, just one more thing. Uh, how much have you had to drink today? Uh, I can't touch a drop. My liver is dead. So, I have to take medicine to support my liver. Thank you for asking. But at this point, you're um not a necessity. You're a hindrance. These two were already doing great before you showed up. Two of the cops moved aside to have a quick discussion about how best to proceed. Since Jacob was refusing the field tests, they were being left with little option but to arrest him. Unfortunately, Jacob overheard the two saying he wasn't in control of the situation. You're not willing to do the field? Wait a minute. I'm not in control of the situation. Certainly not. I am an individual with rights. Am I not? You are. Yeah. And we are police officers with responsibilities to ensure Are you are a police officer, Jacob? With responsibility. Jacob, just listen to me. Are you willing to take the test to see if you're okay to drive or not? No, because there is no necessity to do it. I was not pulled over for All right, Jacob, turn around for me. No, I won't. Jacob, turn around. Give your hands. No, Jacob. No. No, I will not. Jacob, turn around. From Dr. Jackekal to Mr. Hyde, Jacob now seemed set on making the officer's job as difficult as possible for them. They tried to reason with him and warned they didn't want to use any more force than was necessary. But his entitled alter ego was now firmly in control. If you do not comply, you will be tased. This is your third and final warning. If you do not comply, you will be tased. On what basis? Turn around and put your hands behind your back. On what basis? Turn around and put on what basis? Taser. Taser. Taser. Ask what? Turn around. I asked Jacob. Hold on. Get a hook. It's walking me. It's walking. There we go. There we go. We got a hook. Got one. I asked what the basis was. You're under arrest for DWI. Yeah. Bring me a supervisor, please. I asked what the basis many times before you tased me. I am not dropping the phone. It's because he's currently recording. Did you just interfere with communication? Stop, dude. You interfered with communications. You've been talking. You were talking to us, right? Hey, let's calm it down. All right. He interfered with communications. Your phone. That's a felony. The cops explained to Jacob why he was being arrested and why they'd had to taser him. He denied actively resisting arrest and kept asking for his phone and why it wasn't recording. He then claimed to be in pain from the handcuffs and asked to lean on the car. I'm going to lean on the car. You can both hold my arms. I just need you to switch arms. I'm not going to. I'm just going to turn around. Okay. And I hope somebody can remove these darts from you. Yeah, cuz I have heart problems. Can't touch a drop of alcohol with a bottle of vodka in this bucket. Uh, you went right after me cuz I'm a white guy. No, I went right after you because you're resisting arrest. Um, no. I was asking what the problem was. You were resisting arrest. You were given several Your chest cam says my video says it's going to say exactly what I just told you. No, I asked on three separate occasions. what the issue was. And all you said was taser, taser, taser. I didn't say it that fast. I actually said it slower to give you more of an opportunity to No, you didn't. Taser, taser, taser. Yep. It's a requirement before a taser is deployed to take someone into custody. Because Jacob was tasered, an ambulance was now on the way. When medics arrived, he complained of being tasered for no reason and threatened to sue, claiming he hadn't driven a car. They checked his injuries and took him to hospital. This is bull before it gets deleted. Just watch your foot. I don't want to mess up your foot closing the door. I'm not worried about my foot. Okay. Well, I can't close it with your foot there. I'm trying to bring in. Okay. Thank you. You have to try to speed it up a notch because it might freeze up and start over. Yeah. There we go. Wow. The cameras don't lie. Jacob was charged with resisting an officer and aggravated DUI. He was found guilty of DUI and ordered to attend DUI school and serve community service. The court also ordered him to install an ignition interlock device in his vehicle. If you thought Jacob was entitled, the next suspect's attitude is even more jaw-dropping. Cops were called to a Walmart parking lot on December 15th, 2023 to investigate reports of a woman crashing into a pole. When the cops arrived, the woman immediately became defensive and completely denied the incident. Where the damage to my car from hitting that pole? You're liar. You're a liar. Don't say to me. Where's the damage? That is not the damage. Your life. Thank you, sir. Thank you. Run these plates and let me go about my business. All y'all said when I stopped right there 12 cuz this is what y'all do. Y'all got real criminals out here. Go play them with them. You talking about P. But I didn't even come clear near. Go do your job. Go out here and y'all harass the people. I pay taxes. I pay for you. I pay for you. I own you. No, I don't. And I have to I don't have to show it to you either by law. And I know my right. So don't come back. Don't double talk me. No, I do not have to show you a thing. Yep. Let's go. Cuz he know he ain't got no proof on lying. Letting you know it will be. I don't have to show you nothing. You're a liar. Okay, go run the video. The woman even went so far as to accuse the police of wasting their time on innocent people and clearly thought her time was more valuable than the officers. She demanded they let her go immediately for no reason. I'm wasting my time. The person I came to pick up don't even feel safe to leave with me. That's a pathetic. I want to waste my time and lie. I don't like liars. Just cuz you got a badge don't mean nothing. I'll talk to you any kind of way like any everybody else out here cuz actually I pay taxes. I pay for you. I own you. You don't own me. I own you. Tell me your name. Show me your ID cuz I don't owe you. Survey driver 558. I looked at the footage. The third baller. You did strike with your vehicle. I did. Yes ma'am. And there's damage there. Can I get a moment to look at it, please? Why? Hold up. Okay. cuz it ain't hard enough damage here. So, how the to be damage on that pole? There's still an accident that occurred. That's not an accident. There's If there's property damage there, how did I hit that? When how did I hit that? I That's a great question. You're operating the vehicle. And the same last lied on me, too. All I got to do is lie. Let me see the video. The woman didn't seem to grasp that she was not in a position to make demands. She continued to argue, claiming her wheel didn't match the mark on the pole. Officers asked her for her ID and she refused, claiming they were now liars for telling her she was required to identify herself. So do what you need to do. Put me on Do what you need to do cuz you are a liar. Liar. Liar. Liar. It doesn't even match up. All right. Let's start the Oh, hold up. Let me get you the new tag. Cuz you think I got an old tag? Let me get you the new one. Let me get you the new one. Since you don't think we you don't think we innocent mother people who pay our bills own you and him mother you I'm officer with thego police department. My badge number is 55. I own you. I got a right to know who you are. Do you live in the city of Largo? Does it matter what my tax say? Do you pay taxes in the city of do I work? I just told you I pay taxes and I own you and I own you. I need you to identify yourself. No, my phone. Yeah, you do. The officer calmly explained she would go to jail for obstruction if she didn't identify herself, but she continued to act like she knew the law better than he did. After arguing for a couple more minutes, she again demanded to see the video. I want proof. Come on, man. Let's go. I want proof. I'm not trying to be a bad guy. But this is petty. This is petty. This is the law because somebody is not bent. It ain't broke. It ain't hurt nobody. Bro, I came to pick somebody up. Somebody talking to you. I do. I do. I'm crazy. We're going this way. But I came close. I didn't hit your even match my heart. Get your hands out my face. This is a courtesy. You do not have to do this. Okay. You are not going to step up on her again. I didn't stepped on her. I was walking in with her and saying what I was saying. There's a difference. Your voice. [Music] I'm going to need y'all to just do what the need to do because I'm just going to continue to click. You're dealing with somebody who's not all here. Let's just carry the Okay, let's go. A Walmart employee showed her and the officers into the monitoring room. The employee pulled up the video, which clearly showed the woman's tire hitting the pole. Despite that, she continued to deny she'd done anything wrong and that there was no scuff on her car that matched the one on the pole. Yes, cuz I'm not a liar and I hold up my hands. I'm not a liar. Okay. Nobody said you were. I don't like being lied on, lied to. And this is bull. A scuff. That's how broke Walmart is. Y'all get robbed that bad. That's not on her. She doesn't get to make those decisions. Walmart has even as a police discretion. Listen, I talk loud. Period. I cannot help it. We're going to go back outside. I really can't. No, really. I automatically talk loud. I automatically talk loud. When I'm angry, it's amplified about it. Because it's a cop. Who's wasting their time on that? The officer decided he would just trespass the woman. He calmly gave her back her ID and waited patiently for her to leave. She did walk over to the side of her car and seemed like she was about to get in, but it quickly became clear she was not done yelling just yet. Y'all going to get a bonus over the stuff? I'm just wondering. I know it's almost coming up indictment time. So is that y is y trespassing the property get bonuses get in your car and leave for little things like that though ma'am you have a reasonable amount of time to leave. This is becoming unreasonable. Yes. I'm still talking to the people that that were talking to me. I don't want to talk to you and you're an official. You don't want to talk to me. I pay my taxes. I own you. You can say the police department file a complaint. Really? So that's what you did was call a backup. Somebody scared a backup. I didn't call you. Did you run my We're trying to get you to leave. We want you to go. But I asked a question. No, I did not. So, it was okay for y'all to ask me questions. I got to answer. But if I ask you one because you told me I'm no longer under this property, I can't ask. It's because you've been trespassed. You are no longer It is now an unreasonable amount of time. You just got here. You just got here. You don't know all that [ __ ] you doing. Don't do that. Don't walk on me. Do not feel my personal faith. Do not be in my personal space. I don't know you. I don't know you. You're going to go to jail if you don't get in the car. But you three. Back away from me. I have three of you behind me. Please back away. I'm going. No. I was going to go, but you three are scared me. That's exactly why I did that. Since she'd given the cops no choice but to arrest her, they pulled her out of her car and attempted to put her in cuffs. Strangely, she decided this was the time to speak in a much calmer manner. But she still began to resist, grabbing the cuffs first and then the radio. Let go of my radio. Let go. Let go of my radio. Let go of my radio. Let go of his radio. I'm telling you, my anxiety cramps me up. Feel my fingers, sir. Stop. He's going to You're going to get You're going to get tased. Let go. Okay. I'm telling you my anxiety. Stop. Thank you. Get that my back. Stop. Sir, I'm not my car. I'm not even moving. I need to get my phone. Stop. I need to get my phone. This is what y'all want to do over a cuff. That's nice. You literally do this to yourself, sir. I was just asking a question though. You're mad at me because I had an attitude. Disappointed in your action. I just seen my psychiatrist yesterday. I had to upgrade my medication. Okay. So, yeah, I'm going through just a lot of mental stuff. No, sir. Nothing. No, I don't. I just have my doll in the car. Okay. If the woman had just left when she was told to. She'd only have been trespassed from the property. Unfortunately, because of her actions, she was also charged with resisting arrest, though she was not charged with any damage to the pole. From entitled to downright bizarre, the behavior of the next suspect is sure to raise eyebrows. It was November 27th, 2023 when cops were called to Walmart about a customer harassing people. They were shown the CCTV footage and were warned that he had a gun. Hey man, this man, I'm good. How about you? All right. Yo, how you doing? My name I got you. I'm going talk to you when I get done walking. No. Okay. They want you to leave. Okay. I'm free, man. Come over here. Okay. What? How you doing? I'm doing good. So, what's going on, man? You got to go. I got you. Don't me. I won't you. All right. Well, hold on. Hold on one second. So, what's going on, man? I've been depressed for about seven years. All my best friends. I lost my mom. My daddy named Ray Money. Ray Muhamm. [Music] [Applause] [Music] You you in Walmart in here you like uh you like diamonds and I see you been to jail another unit. You been to jail? No I have before but so darn right they searched me illegally. A woman searched me and touched my I mean my nuts had I don't know if that's against the law got me. So I almost I did close. So glad he did. It was clear from the nonsense he was spouting that the man was mentally unstable possibly because of smoking weed which he freely admitted to. The officer told him again he needed to leave and he agreed he would as soon as he'd paid for his items. Oh no, that's too much. Guard declined. Tell her to take this off. You don't want this? Hell no. I don't want to go to jail. All right. Si on my way. Just hold on. Hold on. Hold on one second. counterfeit. I want to buy somebody a bike this year for crib. Maybe my nephew. What you doing for your bill? Let's get back to Am I doing it the right way? Did you Did you check these? You ain't check these yet. Tell me to put it back. I'm ready to go. Okay. It should have been a simple transaction to scan the items and pay, but despite the man's insistence he didn't want the drink, he picked it up again and was about to wander off. The officer took it off him. The man then started to leave, but came back. That's when the situation took a surprising turn. Hey, you got to boss, you got to scan that. You got to scan that. You didn't scan that. Give me a receipt, please. Do you want this? Yes, I do, sir. You got $1.94. I gave you a $24. Hold on. No, we ain't about to do all that. All right. The camera's watching. All right. It's $2. Don't hurt me, sir. Yes, sir. You cut your Uhhuh. I'm going go pick up your money. Yes, sir. You could do like everybody else your stuff. Yes, sir. Without the attitude. Yes, sir. Let's handle it. Yes, sir. Now, cut now. I'm tired of this. They said, they said I'm crazy. I forgot that could be done. Having willingly submitted to the arrest, the man kept giving the cops more of his nonsensical statements. It wasn't until they escorted him out of the store that his behavior became truly bizarre. Dispatch, run 1032. It's going to be a block 19. July 199. [Music] Okay. Huh. Oh. [Music] Yeah, I'm about to. You said you want a 1015 seat, right? Officers asked the man for his license, but he just kept on singing and spouting nonsense. They led him over to their car, searched him, and removed the gun he was carrying in the front of his pants. But he had one last surprise up his sleeve before he was secured in the back seat. All right. I haven't seen the car. Am I on camera? I know you. We did. Lawsuit. Lawsuit. It is me. What's my rights? Am I black or am I white? Tell me. Am I going to jail tonight? Right now, I can't get in there. The seat's too far back and I'm too fast. You got call your manager. Have a seat. Call my lawyer. Have a seat. You call him from the jail. Okay. I need a new phone. Have a seat. Look. Look. Have a seat. I don't want to talk to Can we not talk? Am I free? No, you're not. Do I have a right to speak? No. All right. [Music] My baby. All right. Look, I told you this. All right. All right. All right. Bad, man. Right. Right. I'm sorry. White man, I'm on camera, baby. I love you. In love, baby. Put your feet in. Jesus. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. White man, I'm sorry. With a man safely loaded into the police car, the cops went to speak to a female Walmart employee. He'd been accused of touching inappropriately. She told them how the incident had started and how she'd seen the suspect's gun when he lifted his shirt. What happened out there? Um, well, he came first he asked for a speaker. I had a customer. Then he turned around. He came up between me and the customer face and he was just staring. So like didn't need any help. He said he need a speaker. Then when I went to get a speaker for him, he started like trying to touch me trying to put $20 in my pants and stuff like that. And I just told him back up. Then I told him, "We don't have a speaker that you need." And then he walked off. Okay. Did you feel threatened at any time? A little bit. Yeah. It made me feel uncomfortable cuz that ain't never happened before. Okay. Especially when he tried to touch you. Yeah. Yeah. Did he touch you? A little bit, but it wasn't like all the way cuz I jumped back inside. But did he touch you? Yeah. Okay. And it was unprovoked touch. Right. Right. And we did see him lift up his shirt. Did he show you his gun? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He did. And what? That was when I first started talking to him cuz he was like, "You thick." And I was like, "Okay, I know that." He was like, "But I am too." That's when he raised up his the shirt. He wasn't showing the gun. I seen the gun when he raised up the shirt. Okay. The suspect needed help getting out of the police car when they reached the station, but he had at least stopped screaming, which was surely a relief to the arresting officers. The next suspect was caught stealing one of Walmart's display $999 laptops. When he returned to the same store on September 30th, 2024, the police were called in to investigate. He refused to cooperate and things quickly got out of hand. How you doing? Let me see your ID. Oh, I don't I don't have it with me. Who are you? I'm just Who are you? Uh, what do you mean who I am? Who are you? I'm just me. What's your name? Well, you don't need my Yeah, I do. You need my name cuz I'm shopping? I need your name cuz I know you're a suspect. Why would I be a suspect? Why are you grabbing me, bro? Hey. Hey. Hey. You don't have to do all that. Go down. Hey. Hey. I don't have any problem, bro. I don't have a problem. Behind your back. My body's here. Hey, you behind me. Hold on. Behind your back. Hold on. Hands behind your back. ID. The suspect remained uncooperative, putting up a good fight against the arresting officer. He kept on insisting he needed to get his ID first and then his phone and claimed he wouldn't lie to the officer. The struggle became more intense. So much so that the officer was out of breath. I need to get the ID. You're going to get tased. Behind your back. I know, sir. Yes, sir. Listen. Hands behind your back. Yes, sir. Now, can I get my phone? Hands behind your back. You can do this like it go back behind your back. I don't Hands behind your back. Yes, sir. Hands behind your back. You get it again. Stay down. Damn it. Why are you stay down? I've got my freedom. Stay down. Hey, you do that. Stay down. Hold on. Listen to me. Talk to me around the corner, please. Please talk to me. Walk through the thing. No. No. Get out. Sir, please. Sir, I'm asking you to I'm asking you please not stay down. Listen to me. God damn it. Stay down. I'm asking you. Listen to me. I have it. Even after being tased, the suspect still wouldn't cooperate. He'd managed to grab his phone and was insistent he wanted to make a call. The struggle continued at the same intense level until a senior citizen stepped in, but the suspect just didn't seem to know when to admit defeat. I'm tired of it. He's working off. I got his legs. Why are you not doing this? You're not listening. Hands behind your back. Please, help me out. Please help. I asked the goddamn Don't put me cuffs. That's your hands. No, put me behind your back. God damn it. Please. I'm asking you. Okay, come. Get it. Oh, dude. Bro, stop. Stop. God damn it. Let go. Let go. Let go. Talk to my face. He's here. Please. I asked that you out. Let go. I asked that I Let go. Let go. God. God. God damn it. Squeeze that damn. God [ __ ] the tried. I can't take out the got to work. I got to try to help you. Finally in cuffs, the suspect tried apologizing to the arresting officer, but it was too little too late. The suspect had the audacity to ask if the officer would grant him one simple favor, then promised to tell the officer everything he knew in return. Finally, backup arrived and the suspect was searched. I never lie. I mean, only get a knife here. Can I sit down? He just reaching for it. Sir, do you mind if I sit down? No, you can stay right the hell you all. All I want to do is flip over. You're not going to flip over. You're going to stay right here. I'm not doing no fighting. Yes, you're resisting still. Sir, I just want to flip my but my back is is about 300 of this. We're good. Please, sir. I'm asking nicely. Please. That's all. That's all I ask. Listen. Listen. Listen. All right. All right. So, listen to me. Yes, sir. We're going to go ahead and oblig. Are you relaxed? Yes, sir. Are you calm? I swear I am, bro. Okay. I'm going to roll you over. I'm going set you Listen to me. I'm going to set your feet down. We want to fix on your butt. Okay. Thank you, man. All right, my man. I appreciate it, brother. Yeah, that's all right. Damn. Here, I'll talk to y'all. Okay. I swear I am not back. Okay. I promise you. I will shoot. Okay. I'm not a bad guy. All right. I'll put that. I'm throw your knees up. Okay. Thank you, sir. Pull your knees up. Oh, okay. Can you take this? We get something. Y'all got me if I mean you're not running, man. What's up? I was trying to do something. Trying to help out a little bit. I even quit. You know, because the girl got me on it. I love her to death. I'm going to tell you something. What's up? I'm not as bad as you think. No, I don't think you're a bad guy. We all We all We all got situations. Walmart employees explained they had a felony case against the suspect for the laptop, but they just hadn't filed it yet. He remained surprisingly calm as they loaded him in the back of the police cruiser and read him his rights. Then they asked him about the theft. What happened today, dude? What What was going on? I was being Well, I went to try to do that thing, you know, cuz everybody's getting it. My little buddy Blue, he told me about it, you know. So, what is it? What's the They give you that phone, you know. Okay. Outside. Oh, okay. Like the like the like free phone kind of deal. Yeah. It's like Yeah. Okay. So, how how do we wind up in a in in the situation with the officer? What What happened, dude? I really tried to deal. Okay. I went out, you know. Okay. So, you're trying to leave and he told you no. Yeah. Like I didn't I like I resist but I didn't. You know what I mean? I got you. So, I was just really trying to wiggle out so Okay. I didn't fight him or nothing like that. I just I guess I'm stronger cuz I'm Yeah. I mean, I got a a Your cuff's okay. Here. So, let me ask you a couple couple of days ago, man. Uh what happened with the laptop at Walmart? I don't Why' you Why'd you take the laptop, man? Does it even work, man? I have no idea. I was trying to get enough money to buy what I got. Okay. If I got 500, I can do something decent. I got you. What were you trying to buy? I was going to buy an ounce. Okay. Of what? I'm just curious. I mean, 500 bucks. That's That's what No. And something else took some work to to go to work. Oh, okay. The suspect had been clearly captured on the Walmart store CCTV on the day he stole the laptop. He was charged with felony retail theft, battery on the LEO, and resisting an officer. On November 10th, 2023, the Orlando police were called to a Walmart store parking lot to help with a customer with a serious attitude problem. The woman had already been trespassed from the store, but refused to leave. Do not come back here. You trespass management management just trespass you. If you come back, you go to jail. Come in your stall. It's been money. You come back, you go to jail. Ma'am, you've been trespassed. Talk for him. Let you told me not to talk. So I ain't You were trespassed. You know that. Don't lie on me. You were trespassing. You need to leave. You need to leave. Did I not? You need to leave. So why are you talking to me like this? What are you talking about? So you mean to He just said you trust Walmart and spend my money. You cannot. Yes, I can. You don't have paper. Then come back and see what happens. I have appointments. Come back and see what happens. You have a good day. Your trespass. You come back. About my scheduled appointment. There's other Walmarts. You come back, you go to jail. Instead of leaving, the woman continued yelling and got out of her car to argue with the officer and the Walmart employee. She seemed fixated on the idea she should have been given paperwork for the trespass and even went so far to imply that the trespass wasn't valid without it. Here's my ID. Oscar here. I need Did you put me on a 22? I need paperwork for that. I need paperwork. You're not going to take me? Yeah, you can send me a 45. Sue your ass right now. You're going to go to jail. You don't Hey, you don't leave. You're going to go to jail. I do not care. You have paperwork. You are trespassed. I need paperwork for my You're going to go to jail. You're going to go to jail. You're trespassed. You want me to be trespassed again, sir? He already said it. You're trespassed. And I need paperwork for that. You get no paperwork? Yes, I do get paperwork for that. Listen, you guys want to press charges? No. If you don't, you want me to get trespass? Let her know she's trespassed. If you don't leave, you're going to go to jail. Trespass from this Walmart. If you do not leave, you're going to go to jail. I need paperwork. You don't need paperwork. Yes, I do need I need paperwork for trespassing. You are going to go to jail. I'm not I'm not being belligerent. I'm not being violent. We're done. I need paperwork for my trespasses. You're going to go to jail. You're not going to arrest me. You guys want to You guys want to press charges? He's refusing to leave and she's refusing to leave. Then leave now. Or you go to jail. I'm so then sue. Leave or you go to jail now. Suing you. I'm sorry. You can sue me all day. You come back, I take you to jail. Clearly, the woman felt both the officer and the employee were being unreasonable. Instead of taking the many chances she was given to simply leave, she kept testing the officer's patience, but it didn't take long for her to find out the consequences. What's her badge number? 35206. Can you write it down for it? Leave. No, I need your information. I can I have to write Officer Joseph 35206. You will not get a card. Officer Joseph. Yes, you. 35206. Let me write it down. Ma'am, this the last one I'm going to give you. Give me your leave right now or you go to jail. What's your badge number? Get out the car. Sir, get out the car. I I have the right to ask you for your badge number. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. You don't touch me. You're under arrest. Don't touch me. You were going to jail, sir. I just asked you for your badge number. You're going to jail. All I needed was your badge. I'm going to need a statement. I'm going to need a statement. You're going to jail. No, I'm not going to jail for asking you for your badge number. You're going to jail for asking you for your badge number. Get out of the car. No. Give me my keys. Give me my keys. You just earned your ticket to jail. Give me my keys. No. I Ma'am, I'm going to pepper spray you. Don't have under arrest. You can't do this to a woman. You cannot do this to a a woman. You underrest. Get out of the car. You cannot do this to get out of the car. You cannot do this to a woman, sir. You can give me my key. You cannot do this to a woman. You're under arrest. Stop. You're under arrest. You cannot a I'm not doing anything. I'm going to charge with resistance. I am not resisting. Put your hands behind your back. I am not I'm going Put your hands behind your back. The woman continued to act as though she'd done nothing wrong, claiming all she'd done was ask the officer for his badge number. Her threats of suing did nothing to help her situation because the officer was certain that he was not the one in the wrong. Going to jail. Only thing I've asked you, what are you looking for? I'm not going to hurt him. Oh, the only thing I've asked you for is your best number. I'm going to charge you with resistance. I am not resisting you. I am not resisting you. You're on camera. Are you serious? Are you serious? I have to go to work. Stop moving. I am not moving. Why are you pretending? You're going to jail. Why are you pretend? You're going to jail for resisting and for trespass after warning. Where is another officer? Call another officer to the scene. You are You are lying. You are out of line. You're completely out of line, Officer Joseph. Only thing I did was ask you for your BZ number. Are you serious right now? Unfortunately for the woman, the officer was serious. He began leading her away from her car and over to a police vehicle. She continued to argue and claimed he should not be using force on a woman. Give me my keys to my vehicle. You are going Listen, you want me to drag you? My belongings and my keys to my vehicle. My belongings and my keys to my vehicle. Are you serious right now? Are you serious right now, dude? I have the right to ask you for your badge number. I gave you my badge number. I gave you my badge. I did not write it down. I did not write it down, sir. I did. I was trying to log it in my phone. Sir, why are you Why are you yanking me around like this? Why are you yanking me around like this? I am going to sue you on my word. I promise you on all You can sue me all you want. I don't give a damn. Sir, I am going to sue you. You are going to jail right now for no reason. For no reason. I am going to jail for no reason. Can you Can you stop pulling me like I'm a criminal? You are a criminal. No, I am not. If you've been trespassed, you didn't listen to trespass. You did not give me any paperwork. Hey, can when you guys get me a statement? Listen. So he put out anything to this officer. Only thing I did was ask him for his bad number and he yanked me out of my vehicle. You were going to jail for trespass after warning and resisting an officer. The woman went on to claim harassment as she was searched and loaded into the back of the police car. Officers then went to talk to the Walmart employee about what led to the trespass incident. So um excuse me. I was off last week. But um yesterday when I came in, my store manager advised me that she's been like boilering the parking lot, coming in to use our bathroom to like shower and stuff. So yesterday I made contact with her. She was super rude and nasty to me. She's like, "Why are you talking to me? It's my job." So she was super short with me. I advised her, "Hey, you can't here. Not allowed to." So today, as I'm kicking everyone out like I always do when I work early in the morning. Yeah. I see her car. So he's working off. I'm like, "Hey, you mind coming over there? help me out trust just verbally trespass her get her out of here because she parked over super nasty right away with him cursing at him calling him names and everything and then she just wouldn't leave like told her like a hundred times she's like hurry up and just leave just leave and then she just kept running her mouth cursing everything he's like if you don't leave you're going to jail and she's disrupting the business out of the parking lot we got an event going on so she's refusing to leave yeah press charges once the cops had what they needed from from the Walmart employee. It was time to take the woman to jail. Her claims of being mistreated continued, even going as far as accusing the cops of putting her in the wrong facility. All over me like I'm I'm violent. Really? Cuz I was sleeping in my We're going to handcuff. Spread your Spread your feet. We're going to swap handcuffs. Y'all already had you and put me in the wrong facility. jail already. So this Yeah. And I will and this time I'll make sure I bring all that and the out of y'all y'all 21 on all five of my kids that y'all been keeping me away from. They parked your vehicle in the parking lot so it won't get towed. Okay. And the doors unlock walking all over this town for a whole year while y'all been sitting here pulling up on me for nothing asking me am I okay? Oh, it's going to be on my paperwork now. Don't worry. I got you. That's all I asked you for and then you arrested. You want me to say it slower? 35306. No, you don't have to stay slower for him. Don't talk for him. Patrice, do you have anything? I don't have anything on me and I didn't even want him touching me and touching on me. Okay. He searched me already and he wasn't supposed to touch on me. I don't I didn't feel comfortable with him even touching all on me. Okay. I done a by y'all already. I hope I do too. City hotel me up and kick me away from my five children. Maybe if the woman had thought of her five children sooner, she might have cooperated when told to leave and avoided this whole situation. She was charged with trespass after warning and resisting arrest. Today's last suspect was not just abusive to the cops, but to customers as well. Officers were called to a Walmart on May 21st, 2023 over an incident involving a man in the parking lot throwing beer cans at customers. The cops arrived to find the man harassing customers and looking through car windows. Sir in the parking lot. Sir, how's it going, man? You all right? You all right? You got to get ID. Huh? ID? I don't know. I don't know. No. No. What's your name? Back up. Back up. Bad club. Yeah. What's your What's your name? All right. Put your hand behind your back now. Put your hand behind you. Turn around. Get on your back. Hell no. Get on your back. You get on your back. I told you you good. The suspect was clearly drunk and didn't seem phased by being tasered or that it seemed like he had grazed his hand when he fell. He kept up the racial slurs against the arresting officer while continuing to disobey the order to put his hands behind his back. Moments later, backup arrived. Go ahead. You already got me. Roll over to your back. Over to your stomach. I don't want to listen. Do what you want. Pull over to your stomach. over. Give me your [ __ ] hand. Give me your hand out. Give me your hand. Give me your hand. I am being No, you're not. Put your hand behind your back. I am giving you my hand. With the second officer's help, the cops were able to cuff the suspect and get him to sit up. The next step was to secure him in the back of the police car and check if he'd been injured. You going to get up and get in the car. Good partner. You heard it all. Yeah. Were you hurt? Okay. Where you hurt? But are you hurt? Yeah. Okay. Where? What are you trying to do? What are you trying to seeing if you need Why are you trying to pretend? I'm not trying to pretend anything. The officer struggled to get any sense out of the suspect, but called an ambulance anyway since he'd had to use his taser. When the ambulance arrived, the suspect remained uncooperative. He said he was down to go to county, but refused medical assistance. You want to get checked out by these guys? No. He's saying who doesn't want to get checked out? All right, we're going to look at you real quick. See, you look like a What's going on? Hey, we have to check you out. So, cooperate. Let us do our thing. You got to go to the hospital. We can't let you refuse. We don't have a choice. You don't even know how you don't know how. I don't know what you're asking me. Sure. I don't know what you're talking about. Left or right? What? What are you talking about? Yeah, we're going to go left. We're going to go left and right. Yeah. Is that not going to get all crazy? Nobody's doing sit down. All right. You want to act like a man and get treated like a man, that's what you're going to have to do. The suspect calmed down again and let the EMTs check him, but he continued to talk nonsense while they worked. He was clearly testing the EMT's patience, but they stayed calm and professional and continued doing their job, even if the suspect didn't seem to appreciate it. You don't know who I am or what I do or what I'm talking about. So, be in your best interest to sit there and not say anything. I'm not the one who's got taste. So, fortunately, we have to do this. Fresh air. Check that. Fresh air. Huh? How old is he? How old are you, Joel? Probably. Was it like St. Joe's? I think so. I ain't doing [ __ ] man. Well, then sit back and relax. Okay. Well, unfortunately, we have to take you to the hospital. We don't have a choice. We got to do a cardiac work up on you just cuz you got tased. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, okay. Come on. Let's go. Put a seat belt on you, though. No. Uhuh. No, you sit. The suspect was later released from the hospital and charged with aggravated battery to an officer, obstructing and resisting arrest. Maybe next time he'll think about having what was clearly several beers too many. Fortunately, most of us know how to behave in public, but push your luck and see what happens when the cops lose their patience, just like these people in Walmart.
