Why y'all [ __ ] each other in the ass, you gay ass? >> The suspect, Janica [music] Howell, was aged 29 at the time of this arrest. She was charged with [music] two counts of aggravated battery on a peace officer as a class 2 felony, with resisting or obstructing an officer as [music] a class A misdemeanor, with obstructing justice, and with three counts of contempt of court for earlier retail theft cases. [music] The very next day in court, the suspect pleaded guilty to retail theft as a class 3 felony. She was sentenced to 60 [music] days in county jail and 24 months of probation. 2 months later, the aggravated battery and resisting arrest charges stemming from this incident were dismissed pursuant [music] to the plea agreement in the retail theft case. Court records further indicate that Janica was later accused of violating probation and failed to appear for a court hearing in May of [music] 2026. So, she has an active warrant for her arrest as of the production of this [music] video. Her companion Sihara Pollard [music] was aged 28 at the time of this incident. Despite referring to Janika [music] by her own name, possibly because she was aware Janine had active warrants, Sihara was not arrested, and the mugsh shot you see here was from an [music] arrest 11 months earlier for fleeing or attempting to elude an officer. Due to violations of terms, [music] her own court supervision from that offense was revoked in March of 2026, and she was fined $540.15. Sihara has yet to offer any payments. Now, what do you think? Did both occupants of the [music] vehicle get off a little too easily given their actions and behavior? Let us know in the comments [music] below. And as always, thanks for watching 5 Police Body Cam.
