I got to get my stuff out of the car. >> Uh, how'd this happen? >> You with her? >> Are you with her? Okay. >> Are you guys hurt? >> No, I'm not hurt. A truck cut me off turning down this road and >> a truck cut you off. >> Yeah, he was he was turning and I was coming down. He turn he turned off fast and I couldn't stop my car so I stopped here. This isn't bad. You >> got your driver's license? >> Yeah. >> You got ID, sir? >> I don't have anything. >> No. All right. >> He's a passenger. >> Yeah, he's a passenger. >> That's a park car park. [Applause] All right. Appreciate the next one. Hotel Mike one's Jersey Hotel 70 Lima Mike Charlie [Music] >> Jersey Juliet 94 Romeo Whiskey Sierra. It's a Black Chevy Suburban. [Applause] >> Yeah, it's that one. >> Whoever was driving this car after she smacked into the two parks. >> Yep. >> As she was driving this way, a truck cut her off and she had I'm a coach. So >> yeah, probably >> they're going to >> That one's on the sidewalk, so they're going to take that one, too. >> Or two. You're not hurt or anything? >> I'm here to clear my head. >> You need an ambulance or you're you're okay. You're okay. >> Thank you. >> No problem. Can you start the next stop? >> Hello. You're the driver of this car. >> Yeah. >> What happened today? >> A trucker. He cut me off when I was pulling up. He cut me off on the parkway and he turned around and he did like a 360 turn and then made me like lose track of my car. >> Where were you coming from? >> That way. >> You're coming from that way? >> Yeah. >> So, you were coming down this way? >> Yeah, I was coming down this way cuz I was taking him back on the car. >> Okay. And he he threw me all the way off because the way he was driving, he was driving really wacky and then he drove onto the parkway. Like he turned up on the 360 >> onto the parkway >> and he drove onto a parkway. >> Okay. Um well, unfortunately there's no ramp anywhere close to here except for way up there for turning onto the parkway or even 78. >> That's not that far right there. The park is right there. >> Se the 78 is over there. No, I'm talking about turning right here >> onto Atoria. >> The the street that's way back there. >> I mean, it's not way back there, but that's where you did it at >> the car turned the car turned onto there and you ended up uh getting here. >> So, if you want to spin it however you want to spin it, it's okay. Like, I'm not I don't want to say and argue with you. >> Um I'm just trying to figure out what happened. I'm not here to argue. I just >> I told you what happened. I just want the facts of what happened here for it. So like let's just let's just start from the beginning. Okay. >> I told you it from >> So what what happened with this accident? >> I'm not about to sit here. I don't know how you guys do already. >> Uh we do. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm This is >> because I told you and you already sitting here laughing at like I'm a joke. So I'm going to make sure that I I'm like I get whatever I got to get and get lawyered up because >> Why would you have to get lawyered up? >> Because you're laughing at me like it's a joke. You're laughing and it's like it's not funny. It's not funny. My whole car is messed up. >> So, where were you where were you coming from? >> That's not funny. >> Where were you coming from? Can you face me? Face, ma'am. I need to talk to you. Where are you coming from? >> I'm not like I already told you. >> Where were you coming from? >> I'm coming from my friend's house. >> Your friend's house? Where's your friend live? >> She lives in Union. >> In Union? Okay. >> And I was taking my other friend back to his car. >> Okay. What were you doing before that? Before your friends, where were you at? >> I was at my friend's house. We were hanging out. >> Okay. Did you have any alcoholic beverages while there? >> No. >> I had like one or two. >> One or two? Okay. >> But not nothing like to do this to my car. >> Okay. >> I never do this to my car. Like >> So you just had one or two? What you have? >> I had IPAs. >> IPAs. >> The beers. >> So you like one of the IPAs. What kind of IPA was it? The beer. The IPA beer. It's the green bottle. >> Green bottle. How long ago did you have that? >> I had it >> two hours ago. >> Two hours ago. >> Okay. Um, what you have besides that? Just the two. Was it one or two IPAs? >> I two. >> Two. Okay. Um, 2 hours ago. So, about what time was that? >> 2 hours ago. >> Don't check Don't check your phone. What time was it about? Would you say >> I don't know what time it is now? I can't check my phone. >> About what time would you say it is now? [Applause] I'm not answering that. >> Why are you trying to do that to me? >> Do what to you? >> That's weird. >> Okay. >> I really am. Like, >> do you have your license on you? >> I gave I gave him all my information. >> So, you gave you gave him everything? >> You can ask him, sir. >> Why are you trying to do that? >> Well, the cop is not trying to do that. The cop is doing that. How foolish of you to crash into multiple parked vehicles. Then blame the accident on a vehicle's erratic driving that allegedly occurred from a location that isn't remotely close to the accident scene. And you inform the cop that you have been drinking and now you are oblivious as to why the cop is, and I quote, trying to do that to you. Well, I'll answer that for you. The cop is asking those questions related to events and time to gauge if your cognitive skills are impacted by possible impairment. >> Okay. >> Why are you trying to do that? >> So, the biggest thing I'm ask you question is because you crash into these parked cars at extremely high rate of speed. Okay. >> No, I it's not. >> Yes, you did. >> Okay. >> You 100% did. Okay. >> Not like >> I'm just stating the fact. This is a fact. You were going well above the speed limit when you crashed into these cars. I could tell you for a fact you were um >> but now like you acting like 100% speed. >> I'm telling you right now you were speeding. >> You were not going 25 miles per hour. You were not going 25. >> I'm not going to sit here and lie and say I was only going 25. Nobody goes Nobody goes 25 down this road. >> There's a speed limit on this roadway. So >> I know but nobody goes 25 down this road. I come down this road all the time. I work in Berkeley Heights. I work in Union. So I come from Berkeley Heights all the way here down here all this time. I work at I'm a business analyst. So I come down this this this street. >> Okay. >> All the time. >> Could you take a step over here for me? Right here. Okay. Just turn around. Face me. All right. >> Yes. >> So listen, the reason I'm asking these questions and everything, okay? Cuz I can smell the alcohol coming from you. >> Okay. I can smell some alcohol coming from you. >> I told you that I had to, you know, I appreciate you being honest with me. >> Honest. >> So like I said, you're admitting to your drinking. I can smell the alcohol on you. And based on this accident, I would like to do some tests with you to make sure that you're okay to drive. >> This vid's content. >> Like I said, here you're drinking. I can smell the afro on you. And based on this accident, I would like to do some tests with you to make sure that you're okay to drive. Right? Like I said, the purpose of these test >> you're going to be okay to drive. >> I'm saying that you were okay to drive. That's all it is. The purpose of these tests is to make sure that you were good to drive. That's all it's for. All right. So, like I said, do you have any uh medical problems? things I got to know about or anything like that. >> Medical problems? >> Yeah. >> Any medical problems? Some diabetes? Anything like that? >> I don't have diabetes. >> No medical issues though that I need to know of >> my eyes. >> What are you having with your eyes? >> My eyes are an issue. Like that light shining in my my eyes was an issue, but >> Okay. Do you have any uh pain anywhere? Any physical problems or anything like that? >> Yeah. In my back. Okay. >> My shoulders. >> And you said you didn't want an ambulance, right? I mean, you can call an ambulance. >> It's either yes or no for going to the hospital or not. Okay. It doesn't change what I'm going to be doing here. Okay. >> Um, so like I said, so would you be willing to do these tests for me? >> I'll do the test for you. >> Okay. If you could just stand first. We're going to do just stand with your feet together, arms down at your side for me. Take your hands out of your pocket. Actually, let's go over here. I want you to get out of the street. All right. Let's go up onto the sidewalk. I don't want us to be in the street at all. Okay. >> All right. Just stand there with your feet together, arms down at your side for me. So, like I said, for this first test, what I'm going to do is just be looking at your eyes. Okay? During this test, you're just going to stand here just how you are and follow the tip of my pen. See the tip of my pen right here? You're going to fall with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay? Eyes only. >> Yep. Do not move your head at all during this test. Okay? >> Okay. >> I said, keep eyes only. I'll tell you when to stop. Okay? Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Ready? Should I focus on that? Okay. >> Mhm. I'm sorry. I'm just cold. >> It's okay. >> Smell cold, too. Yeah, they're going to pop. They're just [Applause] >> I'm going to go up now. Okay. Ready? >> Set up. Okay. >> Okay. When the police are performing the horizontal gaze nestagmas test, such as what this officer is doing, they are also gauging your ability to follow simple directions, which is a covert way to gauge your cognitive skills. Which ultimately means if the police officer states to follow a component only with your eyes and you start moving your head, then you are increasing the cop's perception of you being impaired. >> I'm going to go up now. Okay. Ready? >> Okay. [Applause] Can you guys just turn your camera facing this way? >> This way? >> Yeah. Thank you. Okay. So, for this next test, what we're going to do, we're going to see how this is nice and smooth all right here and level. We're going to use this stretch right here. Okay. All right. So, for this test, I'm just going to take your pocket book off you real quick and I'm just going to leave it right with my partners right here. Okay. Oops. I got you. It's just me right on the hood of our car. Okay. >> Okay. So, like I said, do you have any issues with your legs or anything like that? Any problems with cold? >> Okay. No, I got Listen, I understand it's cold. So, that's into it. Okay. I understand it's cold. >> Trust me, I get you. >> All right. So, for this next test, we're going to tell you to get into the starting position. Mhm. >> I'm going to have you to imagine there's a straight line running down the sidewalk. Okay. You're going to put your left foot on that line with your right foot in front of your left foot with your right heel touching your left toe. See how I am right here? >> Yep. When I tell you to just wait. Okay. >> When I tell you to get into the starting position, you're going to stay in a starting position with your arms down at your side. >> Yep. Just how I am. Just how I'm standing. You're going to stay in this position and stay in that position >> until I tell you to begin the test. Okay. You may get into that starting position now. >> You said the right foot first. Left foot on the line, right foot in front of your left foot. >> Okay. >> All right. Arms down at your side. Okay. So, when I tell you to begin, you're going to take nine heel totoe steps. Right. >> Nine. >> Yep. Nine heel to toe steps. Making sure >> them. >> Yep. Don't worry. I'm explaining everything to you and I'm going to demonstrate it to you. Okay. You're going to take nine heel to toe steps. Okay. >> Taking nine heel to toe steps with your arms down at your side and your eyes are going to be focused on your feet. Okay. As you're doing it, you're >> I can look down. I'm going to do I'm going to I'm going to explain everything to you. Don't worry. >> You're going to be counting out loud. 1 2 3 until you get all the way to nine. Okay. Once you reach your ninth step, you're going to take a series of small steps. Turn around and take nine heel to toe steps back. Counting out loud. One, two. >> So, I got to take nine here and nine back. >> Yep. It's going to look just like this. Okay, you ready? It's going to look just like this, right? Obviously, going the other way, it's going to be ready. One, two, three. And you're going to keep going to nine. Okay. Once you reach your ninth step, you're going to turn just like this and nine helo toe steps back. One, two, three, all the way to nine. Okay? Do you understand the test as demonstrated and instructed you? >> Understand? >> Okay, you can begin the test. >> Okay. So, I thought you was going to count. >> No, you count. 4 5 6 7 8 9 >> as instructed and demonstrated. >> 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 So, >> just in case I messed up on I didn't know if I did it right. >> For this next test, I'm going to have you do just like how I did with your guys. Just going to stand together, feet together, arms down at your side. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So, when I tell you to begin, you're going to pick up one foot either foot off the ground. Okay? And you're raises off the ground. I'm going to demonstrate to you, too. Don't worry. While it's in the air, the foot that's raised in the air, your eyes are going to be looking at the foot that's in the air. Okay? Make sure you keep your arms down at your side. All right. >> I'm going to look at the foot that's raised in the air. >> Yep. Yep. I'll show it to you, too. All right. So, like I said, while you're doing it, don't worry. While you're doing it, you're going to be counting out loud. 1,00 1,002 100 3 and so forth until I tow you to stop the test. Okay? >> So, it's going to look just like this. >> Ready? Men either foot. Doesn't matter which one you raise up in the air. Okay? move side straight 100, 1000 1,002 100, 10003 1,004 and so forth until I tell you to stop. Okay? I said during the test, you're going to keep your arms down at your side. If you happen to put your foot down for any reason, just pick it right back up into the air and start off where you left off. Okay? Do you understand the test as demonstrated and instructed to you? All right. Give me one second. >> I'm sorry. Just >> I just I'm trying to I'm trying to cool down. Hold on. Let me know when you're ready. I'll tell you when >> Just let me know when you're ready. I'll tell you to begin. >> You ready? >> Yes. >> All right. You can begin the test. >> Count out loud. >> 1,00 1,002 1,003 100,000 101,23 1,45 I I said 16 seconds. >> It was until I told you to stop. >> Oh, >> 16 17 18 19. >> Okay. >> So, like you said, you already gave him your license, your registration, your insurance, and everything like that. >> I gave him everything. Definitely. >> Okay. Just put your hands behind your back. Place under arrest or driving under the influence. Okay. >> Hold on. Stop this video. Subscribe with all notifications on to your number one analyst, the prime analyzer, and you can be one of the first to watch me analyze videos like these >> and everything like that. >> I gave you everything. That's >> okay. Just put your hands behind your back. Place under the rest of the other ones. Okay. >> You don't have anything on you, right? You don't have anything on you, right? >> Only my in my pocket. >> Okay. Where's it at in your pocket? Are they in your bag? >> They're pocket in your pocket. >> Mhm. >> 450. >> So, I didn't pass none of the test >> unfortunately. No. >> I don't know. >> Should I just move up to the >> I'm just asking you question. No, I I'll argue with you. Then we're going to have one over here. [Applause] Okay. Um, all >> my belongings. >> It's all going to be with you. Okay. Everything's going to be coming with you. We got things to do. We're going to have to take you to another police department. >> We're going to go through an alpha test. We'll try to get a We're going to get a female officer all doing the process. >> The more you cooperate your cooperations, the more you cooperate, the everything you do. Oh [ __ ] >> The uh the more you cooperate, the quicker everything will be like smooth everything the whole process just >> I understand the predictions but just just follow the instructions and go through go through whatever test. >> I don't know. He just came out. >> That is that your car? >> That's my stepdad car. >> That that one. Okay. Can you have him come out? We got to We're going to give him >> He's not here right now. >> Oh, okay. All right. So, we'll talk to you when we finish. All right. >> Okay. >> Just take a seat. We're going to switch it. You okay? >> We're going to switch it to another car. We just got to wait for >> So, you said your uh it's your stepfather's car? >> Yes. >> He's not home. >> No, he's not home. He's coming back from uh Massachusetts. He just dropped off. >> Oh, okay. Okay. >> So, um, her car hit that car, your stepfather's, and it hit the the other car. >> So, um, >> yeah, I I heard it from my bedroom, but I was like, what was that? And I thought it was like a truck going over cuz like I usually hear weird noises outside. >> Yeah. Yeah. So, the tow the tow truck is going to have to tow it cuz it's it's disabled. It won't move and it's on the sidewalk. >> Yeah. Yeah. We're going to give you a report number to give to your your uh step stepfather and then um we'll explain the whole report and everything. It takes 3 to 5 days for the physical property. >> Okay. >> It's going to be at the uh the towyard. It's a seat and tone. It's in Maplewood. >> Yeah. Yeah. It's right next to the restaurant, >> I believe. So, yeah. >> Yeah. >> Excuse me. Hi. Did you talk to Will? >> Oh, yeah. He's on the phone with >> Oh, he's on the phone with him. Okay. >> Yeah. He's still trying to get it. When he uh ges, just let me know. >> Something that sounds like a >> I thought it was a truck. >> I didn't even think I heard something. >> I heard it, >> but I rolled over and went back and then I woke back up. So to come up to the window and see all the >> in our car for now, too. >> She had to be gone at least the cars on. Don't worry, there was a truck that was doing something before getting outdo [Applause] Oh [ __ ] >> He said he's going to have to drop that one and come back for that one. So, um >> he's going to he was a passenger. He's going to sign us cuz his car is there. We were going to take him, but we got we got to wait for the get his info. We got his perfect. We uh we got to wait for him to come back. So, I don't know if you want to take him to >> Hey guys, who owns uh this the the car here? >> It's his his stepfather. He's on the phone, but he's not he's not down. >> Okay. Are the kids at the house by any chance? It's easier sometimes. Easy to know. It's really right there. Anyway, work on that. I'm going to go drop this the shop. Be right back. >> Hi, ma'am. >> My name is Officer Kelly. Uh, >> you agreed to do the breath test, right? >> All right. So, I'm going to take you to do that. Okay. So, we're going to go in my car. So, follow me. You >> want in this car right here? Okay. >> Okay. >> Do you have anything else in your pockets or anything? >> No. >> No. I need to get out already. >> Okay. Let me just make sure real quick. You don't have any pockets. Excellent. Easy enough. Okay. Just have a seat. All righty. Now, even though the driver mentioned that she is a business analyst and that she might be, but on this very night, she was in dire need of the prime analyzer to help her because I would have informed her not to take the sobriety test or the breathalyzer test and to just get an attorney because the cop more than likely made his determination on arresting her for alcohol impairment the moment that he asked if she had any alcoholic beverages. So, no matter what, she was going to take the ride. So, why not take the ride without giving the cops more evidence? >> Okay, just have a seat. All righty. [Applause] >> Uh, >> you want me to buckle you in? >> Where are we going? >> To the Springfield Police Department to do the breath test. Our machine doesn't work in Union. >> Okay. Yeah. Uh, [Music] >> okay. I'll take it nice and slow for you. All right. >> Okay. >> Got me say that. >> Same thing. >> I look like 10 time. bag. >> Yeah, we got your bag. We have all your stuff. >> Information is my ear. >> Yeah, we have everything here. >> You have it? >> Yeah, the purse is up here. >> When I get there after I do this breath and license, can these things come off my hands? >> Yeah, they'll come off when I do that. Follow me. >> You guys put out for the vehicle that didn't stop going to be a 2018 Honda Accord. The place is going to be Tango Beach Papa 740 activated. I'm on. All righty. Martin. >> Wow. I'm glad I made some friends. >> One female back to head to head to head to head to head to head to head to head to head to head to quarters. 3 485.8. >> You got me like crazy. >> See everything. Everyone thinks we're bad people. >> Cuz they like they like to get away. You know what I'm saying? >> No. about just see if you can get a matron here. >> Make call. >> I got to watch out for these parked cars. They're going to jump out at me. It's a It's a learning lesson, I guess. Got to take everything I was learning. Take it on the chin. >> How am I going to know where the car goes? Where it's towed at? >> Give me that information. >> Who? Darling, what's his name? >> Yeah, he waiting for you. I I don't have I don't say he's waiting for me. >> Be nice to him though. He'll be nice to >> Oh my god. Like how I'm going to be nice to him. He's such a jerk. >> Like you said, we got to do what we got to do. He has to do >> but he did it on purpose. >> He didn't do the I'm telling you right now. I want y to reach out me on Instagram or something and tell me after y'all watch the video because I did the video perfect. I did everything he asked me perfect. He just saw the car like everything made sense for me to say for him to say that I failed cuz the car was [ __ ] up in another car. But he's mean so I'm not going to say too much. I'm going be nice like you said. I'm not going to try to be rude. But what you doing? What you doing Ross? You being on video sneaky. That ain't the video. Get the video. What you doing? What that say? That's my stuff. >> Yeah, it is. You lying. [Music] >> Kelly, how far? Cuz I have to pee. >> Girl, we're past. >> We are. Oh yeah, the little spot on right here. >> Someone things hurt on the arms. You're no too. Do you made the You made one of them tight. >> Damn. The last one. I thought you could run the lights. I don't mean to make joke of it. I just really got to pee. I got to pee. I thought you could run home. [Music] >> What happens if you guys get DUI and you're not on on the call? >> What? Y'all going to jail, too? Yeah. >> Oh, >> same. >> You don't got no pass or nothing. >> You're not above the law. >> Wait. You got somebody that could give you a pass? >> Yeah. Kelly, don't don't sugarcoat it. >> Nobody giving me a pass. How if you got the shield and everything and the the the stuff and all y got y'all be having on the cars. >> My girl drunk. >> If you drunk drunk police to call me for an arrest. >> You're going to say that? >> Yeah, but I'm not I don't drive drunk. >> If I never ever in your life? >> No. >> How old are you again? >> Oh [ __ ] I got a little more time. >> It's the age of Uber. When you drive drunk, it's kind of you did this to yourself, you know, >> Kelly, I don't like that you saying that stuff. >> Where's getting kind of worth should be about 10 15 minutes though for the m >> Ros get the bag cuz I need the phone ASAP as soon as possible so I can call a ride. That's stressing me out. Nice to meet you, Kelly. I hope I don't got to meet you again unless it's that signatures. >> Yeah. No, I hope not either because this is a very bad time for me. Look. Look at you. He don't know either. Look at his face. Got to park somewhere else. >> You can't park right here. >> I was going to go and park inside, but >> in the driveway. >> I'm going to go right here. >> Ouch. >> You're going to let me out, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You got a little bit of paperwork to do. >> Oh my god. Kelly, can I smooth my vape? No, you cannot. >> Huh? >> At least you said at least you said no. He said no. >> All right. Watch your step. >> I can't smoke the baby. >> No, I don't think uh anyone No, can't smoke inside. >> It's like a little It's like a air freshener. >> Trust me, your lungs don't need anymore, baby. Not after those breakfast. >> Kelly, >> there's McDonald. The suspect was charged with traffic violations, driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and property damage. One of the worst auto insurance claims to report is from an at fault driver that hit a parked vehicle. And if a ticket of reckless driving or DUI is associated with that claim, you might as well go purchase a pedal bike for transportation because your auto insurance company will more than likely cancel your insurance after that matter is resolved. Possibly deny your claim depending on the state the situation occurred in. and or if the auto insurance company does decide to keep you, which is a substantially low possibility, your auto insurance premium would be so high it would exceed the average person's ability to cover the cost. And lastly, a sobriety test does not have a traditional pass or fail outcome. Instead, it is a tool for law enforcement to look for clues of impairment. Officers use the results of the test to help establish probable cause for an arrest. And a failure is not proof of intoxication, as many factors can lead to a poor performance on the test, even for a sober person. That was the conclusion of my analysis of this video and I will catch you on the next one. Peace. >> If you haven't subscribed to the Prime Analyzer channel, you are missing out on great content.
