I've seen them before at this gas station because I usually stop there to get gas cuz I have this this couple usually I have babies and they're in the car. Different cars would say I see them walking. So, I come up and they're like, "Hey, how you doing?" Cuz I always say the baby's cute, whatever. Something like that. They're known as how are you? No question. The girl goes, "Excuse me. Do you have cash by the way? I'm so sorry about it." I said, "Cash up." I do have cash app, but it's for my kids. I don't really know how to use it, you know. >> Are you hurt? >> I am, but I don't want to go to it. It's Christmas. I just want to go home. >> You want to just come here and check you out? You don't go with us. >> No, no, no. It's just It's just >> Yeah. I just got to get home and clean it really good. And that's up. Whatever. I still have the adrenaline rush cuz it just happened. So I'm struggling trying to I said, you know, finally, long story short, yeah, I could do it, but all I have is 100. She had 100. So I said, I could do it, but all I have is 100. The boyfriend says, I can help you do it. You know, he takes my phone, he does the 100. She freaking takes my phone, the $100, never gave it to me, took the 100, put it in his account, I guess, or whatever, and starts running. So they ran through the grass, like through the dumpster and stuff. They thought I wasn't going to get through there. It was very hard to, but I did it. So, I get through the dumps. I guess they try to cut through. They thought I wasn't going to like do it. So, I cut through very straight area and she goes, "What?" I said, "Give me my phone." Give me my phone. I need $100. I want my phone. It's S23. So, she's like, I said, "At least give me my phone." She goes, "Here for coming into the side door here." So, I didn't know if they stayed here or not. I came in and I'm telling the lady what's going on. She said she wanted to call the cops because she wants them out of the hotel. >> If her story is true, and the story does seem believable, then this alleged victim made poor choices. The first foolish choice she made was handing items to someone who doesn't have any sort of relationship with her, let alone an expensive S23 phone. The second foolish choice is that she allowed someone to access Cash App to create their own withdrawal from the account, which is completely idiotic. The third and cautious choice was chasing the alleged suspects down, which could have resulted in significant injuries or death. The alleged victim admitted to losing the fight with the suspect. So, just imagine what could have occurred if the suspect had proceeded with attacking the victim. And lastly, robbery is off the table since the victim handed the phone to the suspects. >> Came in and I'm telling the lady what's going on. She said she wanted to call the cops cuz she wants out of the hotel. I said, "I don't really care." But I got my phone back. I was more in front of me. But she me up because she was younger. >> Yeah. For the people who believe that the police do not want you operating your phone during an investigation because of the safety of the officer, that is false. Destruction of digital evidence amongst many reasons is the main reason cops do not want individuals that are being investigated utilizing their phones. The amount of digital evidence that these suspects created is substantial, and the police can trace the evidence on the Cash App program and the devices. One of the suspects wasn't even bright enough to at least remove his fullbody Cash App profile picture before committing a crime involving Cash App. I mean, that's like digital crime theft 101. >> That's the guy. >> That's him. >> Honestly, I didn't want no problems with anything. >> I got you. She was standing there. They was talking and I was like um I'm about to go to the store, get something to drink. She's like, "Okay, I'm about to go there, too." So I went there. We ride in the car. She talking about a million things. And then we get back there. She just changed the conversation up. She like, "Oh, disrespect me." And at first I'm like, you know, cuz she's older than me. So I'm like, okay, whatever she felt disrespected about, you know, I'm like, okay, cool. And then that's when um she just kept going on and on and on about it. So I'm like, um, you know, hold on. And then she tried to show out, I guess, one of my boyfriend. So when I said hold on, she go and jumped out the car and trying to attack me. >> Most people use their lips to talk, kiss, and or smoke. However, this individual is utilizing her lips merely, purely, and solely to make sounds. Sounds that are commonly known as babble. >> And then she tried to show out, I guess my boyfriend. So when I said, "Hold on." She go and jump out the car and try to attack me. Like, so I'm This is her car. So I'm already getting out of her car when she started going off. I'm already getting out of the car. >> So did all this happen at the gas station? >> Yeah. So everybody was there to see it. So, I'm still like clueless of what's going on. I'm going to go get my my juice or whatever. So, I'm trying to get out the car. She mad or whatever, but I'm not thinking she's serious. Like, I don't know her like that. I don't know really what's going on. >> And did this all start inside the vehicle? Inside the car? >> Yeah. In the vehicle, she started just first everything was calm and fine. But when we got to the gas station, I don't know if she waited till we got to the gas station. I don't know if she like tried to get me to get in the car too, get like do all of that, but we got to gas station and she just rip on me and I got out the car and she >> So, you got out of the car? >> Yeah. To go. >> Did she get out of the car, too? >> Yes. >> Mind you, we're at the pump. So, I'm already like she had to get out and come around. So, I'm getting out to go into the store, but she comes over and tries to she comes over and tries to attack me. And then, um my boyfriend, he's blocking. He's like, "Hey, calm down." Or whatever. And I'm just backing up and I'm just like, you know, just looking at her and, you know, that's what was going on there. And I was just like calling her crazy, whatever. Everybody was seeing that. I just walked off, walked back here, but then she followed me when I was walking off. She followed me through the Waffle House and she drove her car through the um Waffle House thing and she got out and started chasing me again. So, I just kept pushing her, pushing her, pushing her, and just pulling her to the ground. But I was intently fighting her. I'm just pushing her, pushing her, pushing her, pushing her. That's all. She was trying to attack me. I'm trying to get away from her the whole time. So, I tossed her back her phone and he had my phone, his hand the whole time. I thought it was my phone. That's the only time I touched her phone. Both our phones was on the ground. doing that when while I was trying to push her off me and stuff, both our phones fell. I didn't know he grabbed mine, so I picked hers up and then when I realized it was hers, I put it back in mine. That was never touched using. >> Okay. Cuz he we was trying to get away, so I was trying to get all my stuff and I grabbed her phone. He was like, "No, no, that's her phone." Cuz she was coming at me while we was trying to figure get everything together. He's like, "No, that's her phone." I was like, "Oh, okay." And then I left.
