The suspect, aged 37 at the time of this [music] arrest, received a total of 19 charges stemming from this incident, including but not limited to the transportation or possession [music] of open alcohol by a driver, violation of pre-trial release when the victim was a family or household member, driving while her license [music] was suspended, and aggravated DUI for violation. She's entered a plea of not guilty and her next court date is December 4th, 2025. Her boyfriend, who was aged 30 at the time of this [music] incident, was also charged with failure to report an accident to police as a passenger. He failed to appear for his November [music] 14th court date and was found guilty in absentia. He was fined $326. [music] Incidentally, he was cleared of domestic battery charges [music] in April of 2025, around the same time the driver filed for an order of protection against him.
