informed you're getting two Chargers okay a battery okay and you're getting retail theft okay so you will be going to jail anytime there's a battery in a public place AGG aggravated battery so we issued for your arrest and then you will be staying for a little bit okay so um with somebody coming like how will we get back to our car well I'm going to determine I may tow it for an investigative girl keep relaxing there you go good to go yep all right both suspects yakisha Riley Armstrong and chasty Jones were given the same charges consisting of retail theft for over $300 which are class three felonies aggravated battery on a peace officer class two felonies and resisting a peace officer firefighter or Correctional employee both class a miss misdemeanor both suspects were released from jail after being issued a notice to appear in court however both failed to appear as ordered court records indicate that as of September the 24th 2024 bench warrants for both yakisha and chasty remain outstanding dude they wanted out of here bad like like not just oh we stole some stuff they wanted out of here like we got to go girl we got to go o [Music]
