Okay? And it is the predominant aggressor. So, if two of you get into a fight, the one who gets in who gets more hurt will be going to jail. Or the one who does the more damage will be going to jail, okay? Cuz you're basically seen as the predominant aggressor, unless you can actually have the proof of it was all self-defense. What tends to happen in situations like these is if they do it like this, they're going to progressively get more and more aggressive. And at the end of the day, what you need to look out for is your own health. Cuz yeah, she may have been choking you for just 30 seconds lightly now, next time she's going to be on top of you trying to hold you down, choking you out. And that's what tends to happen. So, it gets progressively worse. I know it sucks. You guys love each other, you guys are on and off, whatever the situation may be, but you got to look out for yourself, okay? She was [music] charged with the deprivation of property of a household member as a misdemeanor, with criminal damage to the property of a household member under $1,000, which is also a misdemeanor, with false imprisonment as a fourth-degree felony, and with aggravated battery against a household member through strangulation [music] or suffocation as a third-degree felony. On October the 21st of 2025, [music] the charges against the suspect were dismissed, perhaps due to a lack of involvement from the alleged victim. [music] Her previous aggravated DUI charge was also dismissed. The following day, however, on October the 22nd, she received [music] a pair of traffic citations for speeding 11 to 15 mph over the limit and for driving without a license.
