It's Sunday night and families are out clinging to the last remnants of summer. We're at a neighborhood park and as usual, somebody has their dog running around without a leash. The dog rushes over to a young boy riding a scooter and before his family can react. The dog bites the child. >> The dog's temperamental owners get their pets somewhat under control, and the boy's mother does her best to comfort her son while police are called over. Meanwhile, the dog's owners storm over, snapping photos of the boy's injured leg until police tell them to stop. The husband tells the officer not to yell at his wife. And that's the arrest that started this video, but keep watching because it won't be the last. >> Stand there. >> I going over there >> for what? >> Do you not listen? >> No, >> you don't.
