The suspect, aged 46 at the time of arrest, was charged with trespassing as a misdemeanor in the first degree, with resisting an officer as obstruction without violence, also as a misdemeanor in the first degree, and with disturbing the peace as a misdemeanor in the second degree. Bond was set at $2,000. On July the 24th, 2023, she entered a plea of no contest to all three counts. Adjudication was withheld on the obstruction charge, but she was found guilty of trespassing and disturbing the peace.
