December the 26th 2023 not even 2 minutes after Christmas day has ended deputies from Charlotte County Florida arrive in response to a call from a local Circle K where the manager has reported an altercation with an unruly Patron it seems someone is already on the naughty list can you constition in freedom of speech than I'll just need your information in a minute I'll come inside huh he said he didn't want to hear something I said okay well what's it mean to me okay well now he wants to trespass so I don't care you trespass me okay cool you got ID on you why does he yeah I mean no okay um why um does he think he can tell someone to shut up I have to do it um slow down your words for a minute I can't even understand you you drop something yeah did I yeah you did I saw you drop it it was the car she continued talking to herself eventually delving into a rant of motor mouthed gibberish fake ass L ass mother how are they doing this how are they doing this because I didn't shut up I don't have to shut up I have to do it a minute I was outside the store and I was talking to someone else he shut up I obey man off and [ __ ] you never that I was nowhere near that man nowhere near that man soon enough inside a pack of cigarettes the deputies are able to locate a stash of hidden narcotics your body cams on corre there's a trespassing for Life yes since when it's a misdemeanor at best I don't understand that here because in Orlando they wouldn't even mess with that you can have a lot of parking tickets a lot of trespassing and we don't even have to pay them you know what I mean or they last from 7 to 17 days so why is that a felony now why is a misdemeanor as a trespassing and a parking ticket like you know what I mean uh Orlando don't even bust out paperwork that you're not getting arrested for tres yeah I am because that's what you took me in the court in the car for so don't lie now being arest false name no it's not a false name Amanda Al day is my name parking lot I wasn't even talking to him um and he says shut up I don't want to hear it I said so what does that mean to me like everyone can say that everyone I can't yeah because what that why do I have to listen to him was there because that was fine no he didn't ask me to leave he called the police leave he didn't say anything to me he was calling the police nothing I would have left I don't um start like that that doesn't matter if you told me to shut up I said no because I don't have to I wasn't talking to him and um when a guy said shut up do you have to shut up let ask him a question you were asking me a question yeah if a guy tells you to shut up you have to shut up what if a man tells you to shut up that has nothing to do with the conversation do you have to shut up no right that's what I thought he never said nothing about me being trespassed he never said he's calling the police if he would have said that i' would have left I don't purposely start it could have been as simp as a piece of paper handed to you but instead didn't want to give no no you're blaming all me that's not true you instigated some stuff and I F A pip back because I don't know what's going on I've been pushed around a lot I I I told you what was going on no not correctly no sir I didn't understand if I gave you an A minus an L or an add an L I could go to jail no sir I don't understand got one adult female you don't even thank you the suspect was charged with resisting an officer without violence false identification given to a law enforcement officer possession of drug paraphernalia possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription Bond was set at $7,500 hold that hold on hold on hold on have you been here before no huh no you got any drugs or weapons on you nope you got anything that's going to poke me no he no how would I have anything back here resarch me I that's what I'm asking no so I don't get that you ask
