are you done not even close December the 12th 2023 officers from Brookfield Wisconsin urgently rushed to converge on a local residence after receiving multiple reports of a crazed gunman firing indiscriminately endangering even small children thrust into the center of what could be a deadly tragedy these officers must be ready for anything and everything or even nothing at all 56 5 76 at this time we have four four is still gathering information from the call taker caller did not sound frantic they stated it almost sounded descripted possible female voice clear from Central Bravo 521 I'm 23 there's nothing going on here this is most likely a sting call so is there an active shooter or is this a false swatting call the Officers must cautiously investigate further 24 you just want to start checking the roadway for any casings we have a couple here last name of there a 87 we're good there's nothing in the street Bravo 214 did the car sound early I'll double check with a call taker they called through the city birfield trunk line so we're trying to call back and see if they have a record of the phone number what's what's that there's a car in the driveway too looks like happening uh we will be conducting an investigation against you for swatting which is a felony in the state of Wisconsin so more commonly this has been associated with kids and video games and police going to people's house with a Tactical Team uh fortunately that the state of Wisconsin has jumped in front of this and it's going to be something that we're going to be looking into for you so like I said if we could have the opportunity to come talk to you about what you're observing or what you say you're observing so we can validate it what what are you talking about me and felony what I'm misdemeanor conduct on June 27th 2024 the suspect pled no contests to the felony swatting charge and as a result all other misdemeanor charges were dismissed but read in the judge sentenced her to 3 years imprisonment imposed and stayed with 2 years of Probation and 12 months condition time consisting of 6 months of straight jail time and 6 months in a halfway house at the time of this video's production she is registered at this last facility as a current inmate conditions of her probation include no contact with the swatting victim and absolute sobriety with no alcohol or nonprescription
